Nestor Reyna: Check in in door 14.This place is going by appointment. But after getting a dock time is up to 3 to 4 hrs.Over night parking is allowed.
Joe Hall: Arrived before my 6:15 appointment, shipping receiving does not open till 0600. Got in dock with in minutes of checking in. 07:50 all done with BOL in hand . Backed in dock 21 did not have to drop trailer, the other truck 2 doors down didn’t have to drop his trailer also
Christopher Salinas: got here at 8a.m. and 2 in a half hours later, still trying to get me unloaded. this fork lift driver thinks that unload 2 or 3 trailers all at the same time is easier. smh

Susan Hawkins: I had mutliple exams at the Midtown Center yesterday and was in and out so quickly. The check in process was easy because I was able to check in using a link ahead of time so no paper work to sign! The technoloigists were all very professional and answered my questions. The center looked amazing and very clean:) I truly had an amazing experience!
Judy Vivarelli: This imagining center is so well organized. High compliments to Kristle at the front desk, Lisa and Lindsey (MRI). They were so pleasant and kind with a smile. The facility was clean and well run. I will use Cardinal Pointe for any imagery if needed. Top notch!!
Madeline Ortiz: I went in March and Jackie and Technologist Melanie were amazing. I love their sympathy and kindness. Melanie explained everything (English is not my first language) in a way I completely understood the study my doctor recommended. This is my favorite Imagine Center. The facilities are clean, the process of checking in is great and the staff are very professional and kind.
Lucus Lee: My sister was trying to make an appointment 4 times. Every time, the operator had different problems, either needed to pick up other phone, or doesn't know the process of scheduling an appointment.They promise to call back but never did. Since it is so difficult and unprofessional to make an appointment, it is clear that the examination and further process are more unprofessional.I strongly recommended that the Cardinal points imaging fired old unprofessional operators and hired excellent and professional operators. I won't go to Cardinal points imaging until they have good operators.
Dekeita Stinson: I have a lot of issues with MRI machines. I have to say, that Susan the technician went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help with all the anxiety I had! SHE and those assisted her were patient and kind. I can't imagine how this outcome would've been if I didnt have a caring team!!
Connor Link: Had an appointment scheduled for 2:45 & was instructed to arrive 15 minutes early, which we did. Was not seen until 3:35 & some, not all of the staff were very rude. I’ll avoid coming back here in the future & if you value your time, I suggest you do the same.

Cindy Vestal: A lingering condition following double pneumonia sent me to CPI-Midtown in mid-December 2021. Ginger was super compassionate and professional as she helped me through a CT with contrast. The process was amazingly quick and painless. I felt reassured by Ginger's presence and concern for my health. Stephanie W. was amazing at the front as my patient coordinator. And I cannot say enough lovely things about Felicia as my scheduler! The trio made my Christmas holiday season brighter and healthier. Thank you for being an outstanding team who cares.
Ellen Baker (WolfehWuff): While the experience in the office itself was fine, their billing department certainly leaves a lot to be desired. A few weeks ago I started getting sketchy text messages that looked like a phishing scam from a debt collector (the first I'm hearing of owing any money) - upon further investigation, it turns out that I owed money to these guys from a visit about 6 months ago. However, I never received a bill in the mail or a phone call or anything from them before the collection agency started to contact me. It turned out they had (maybe?) been sending bills to an address I haven't lived at in over 7 years, even though I'm pretty sure they had me fill out paperwork with my up-to-date information when I came in for my appointment. They also definitely had my accurate phone number, so I have no idea why they didn't call me or seemingly make any other attempt to contact me about my past due balance before sending it to a collections agency. I can see from the other reviews that I'm not the first person to have this issue, so If you choose to go here, make absolutely sure they have your correct info on file, and follow up with them if you think there's even a possibility you might owe for the services provided, unless you want to be sent to collections with no warning.
Dynamite: Very good experience here. Arrived at 7am for paperwork for a 7:30 appointment and was walking back right at 7:28. All of the ladies I dealt with were very polite and informative.
Grant D Leslie Jr: This place was the fastest, most efficient medical group I have ever visited. Checked in, did my paperwork, and had my scan done in under 40 minutes. The technician that was assigned to me, Elizabeth was very nice, polite, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed while she performed the needed scan. I highly recommend Cardinal Points Imaging in Wake Forest.

Kevin Prescott: I was at the Midtown location for an MRI. All of the staff I came in contact with were very nice. However 1 person stood out from the rest. I look at the card given but could not remember if her name was Stephanie W. , Brooke, or Jen. I do remember she had the sweetest southern accent and was from Harnett County (Dunn, NC). She was absolutely wonderful!! I’m a large man and she made me feel so comfortable, assisted me with the socks, and was so calming during the entire process. I was so thankful for her. She asked me what kind of music I liked and I told her Christian. The music was so on point and really helped me endure being still on my back for what seemed like a long period.Thanks to all of you for excellence in patient care!

Tara Waters: I am currently standing in the facility after more than an hour only to be told that I don’t need the imaging ordered my PCP. The person who shared this with me is not a MD and qualified to make that determination. After doing some research, I learned that they have taken over a space formerly operated by Raleigh Radiology but are not the same organization. Beware and seek service elsewhere.
