As of the this morning still no update. Horrible customer service, giving them a day to get back or I am cancelling the order.

He was very patient with us as we navigated our selection. There was a slight delay in the installation scheduling due to illness, but the timing worked well for us. The LVP installers Marios and Caeser were fantastic! They were very respectful and did a wonderful job. No complaints at all. We now have an upstairs with beautiful "wood" floors, and we have Brentwood Carpets to thank.

new box: Reasonably priced hometown family business that does great work! They were on time, clean quality work - installed carpeting in one house and LVP in my next home. Highly recommend - they don’t have a website but their hours are generally 10:30-5 in downtown Cary.
Amy Cywinski: I had an appt for a carpet estimate between 12-12:30pm. Nobody showed up. Finally, at 12:50pm the owner shows up. He never calIed to say he was running late or apologized for showing up 20 minutes late. I went to my front door to meet him and said I'm sorry I can't meet with you now I have an important work call at 1pm. He said it will only take 5 minutes. I needed that 5 minute prep time before my call at 1pm so I said can I reschedule. He said No. I said why didn't you just show up on time you had a 30 minute window between 12-12:30pm. He had no good reason, then I said why didn't you call and say you are going to be late that would at least be the polite thing to do if you can't show up on time. Then he stuck a piece of paper in my face with my name and address on it and said he didn't have a phone number. I said you know Patrick, the Real Estate Agent that referred you why didn't you get my phone number from him. I didn't appreciate having a piece of paper shoved in my face, nor do I appreciate the Owner not showing up on time and not even bothering to call a customer. It appears this person doesn't show up quite a bit if you look at the other google reviews that people have written. If you can't show up on time repeateldly maybe he shouldn't be running a business.

Craig Gava: I had a great experience with Mangum's. While I was in the showroom, they educated me on the different types of carpets so I could make an informed decision about my purchase. They also encouraged me to take samples home to see how they looked at different times of day and sunlight. Given the global supply chain issues, they also set expectations correctly for delivery times. The install team was fast, high quality and courteous. Later, I had a warranty issue (with the carpet, not the install) that was quickly resolved. I highly recommend Mangum's Gallery of Floors!
