Cary Kennels & Spa: what do users think?
Hannah Thompson: Olivia and her team have been absolute godsends for our baby, Thor. In the past, being at daycare was an overwhelmingly negative experience for him. He certainly didn’t fit into the generic mold for the massive commercial daycare facilities. However, he has THRIVED at Cary Kennels and always comes home happy and sleepy from playing all day. For anyone with anxious pups, we highly recommend utilizing this fantastic facility. We never anticipated a day where we could comfortably drop him off to socialize with other dogs and it means the world to us that we can finally give him the structure that he deserves during our work days. In addition, Olivia always makes a point to give us midday text updates. It truly has changed all of our lives for the better and we’re immensely grateful. Thanks for all y’all do! We will be faithful customers for life.
Khaled Kamal: Olivia, the heart and soul behind such a loving place. ❤️
Olya Scott: Y'all were amazing with our two old boys today. They look fabulous! They look like they are 10 years younger. Would definitely be coming back.
Phil Muszkiewicz: The Staff is great! My dog loves coming in.
Elizabeth Shouse: We absolutely love Cary Kennels & Spa! Cary Kennels was recommended to us after we searched high and low for a boarding facility (and day care) for our two English bulldogs. Our bullies have never been able to feel “at home” at other boarding places, and always seemed to have poor, negative experiences. We have had such disappointing experiences with other local kennels as our dogs would be upset during pickups, and severe irritations to their skins (due to being in soiled kennels). Cary Kennels is the perfect match and our bullies are always very well cared for. Cary Kennels is smaller, allowing more one on one times, and less chaotic for my bullies as they never could adjust to larger day cares/boarding. Olivia and Brittany are amazing and always ensures our babies are settled in (and loved endlessly). Each time we take them in for a visit, our babies are eager to get inside to see Olivia and the staff. We highly recommend Cary Kennels and Spa, especially if your dogs tend to have anxiety issues, or tend levitate to smaller, cozier environments that includes a lot of cuddles.
Lance Kruse: Cary Kennels & Spa provided top-notch service to our energetic pup, Velma! Velma usually frequents Camp Bow Wow for her daycare and boarding needs, but with a recent injury to her leg that required her to be on a sedative and kept in a low-energy environment, we were referred to Cary Kennels & Spa by Camp Bow Wow for some special needs boarding request. The week before our trip, we reached out to Cary Kennels & Spa and spoke with Olivia who was extremely friendly and patient with me to explain how their boarding services work, especially considering all of Velma's special needs. They ensured us she would be kept in a low-energy environment but with plenty of opportunities to go outside for potty breaks and some human-pup interaction. They were able to administer her medications and help ensure she has a speedy recovery. We just picked her up and everything seems great. I am very thankful for Cary Kennels & Spa in how quickly they were able to get us situated with Velma's boarding needs at the last minute and graciously accommodate our needs. Everyone I interacted with at Cary Kennels & Spa were extremely friendly and informative. I did not feel like a burden with our requests and Velma seemed to have a lovely time (even with her injury). I will definitely be returning to Cary Kennels & Spa for additional boarding needs, as needed, and even to check out the spa! Velma gets nervous with bath time and I am thinking they might be a great low-energy option for her bath needs. Thanks again!
Rhiannon Williams: Can't say enough good things about the grooming service! Every time we visit I feel I'm receiving individualized, customized and professional care. I have a labradoodle, who notoriously gets matted. I have NEVER had her come back shaved. Brittany takes her time to de-matte and style her coat. The products used leave her so soft that I've often thought about asking for personal use... My dog is an anxious one, but Brittany has taken the time to build a bond. I always trust I'm leaving my dog in great hands!
Celeste Bloomfield: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueWe were nervous to leave our new pet, Ruby, in the hands of someone we didn’t know. However, our concerns were quickly alleviated after meeting Diane. Ruby adjusted quickly to her new environment and we could tell her time there was enjoyable.
Stephen Summerall: Diane at Cary Kennels & Spa came highly recommended to us from our dog trainer. Our dog, Charlie is a rambunctious 1.5 year old Golden Retriever. Charlie is known to be smart, curious and very mischievous. For these reasons, Charlie needed an experienced dog handler and someone who can be his leader during the day.Diane has provided just that. One of the things that I love most about Cary Kennels and Spa is the small feeling of the facility. I know that when I drop Charlie off, he will be in good hands until the second that I pick him up. I also enjoy the fact that I receive real and honest feedback about his behavior as Diane enjoys getting to know her canine customers. We are extremely fortunate to find Diane! Do not hesitate to give her a shot as your pup will thank you later!
John Williams: My dog is very clingy and she enjoyed her time here a lot.
Daniel Brannigan: Can't say enough good things about Diane and Cary Kennels. Just fantastic.
Katelyn Andrews: We really lucked out with Cary Kennels and Spa! It was actually suggested to us by another dog boarding facility and we will for sure be using Cary Kennels every time we go out of town now! This was our first time leaving our two pups for more than a night somewhere and at first I was very nervous, but after seeing how happy they were after their first “test day” and meeting Diane, all fears were gone! My husband and I could enjoy our trip with our friends knowing that Jax and Piper were very well taken care of! Perfect place for boarding or for dropping off for daycare! 10/10 Recommend!
Justin Stedman: My dog needed to be boarded for the 1st time in over a year. The smaller atmosphere and more personal feel of this place was perfect for him having just come off of two leg surgeries over the last 9 months. Diane provided the perfect setting for me to leave him for a week with the piece of mind that he would get enough one on one time and not be overburdened with any social anxieties or too many dogs. My happy pup was sad to leave, but I'm so glad that I found a great place for him to go anytime I need to leave town. Thanks again.
Ari Bulmash: We used Cary Kennels for a long stay while our family was in transition to NC. Our puppy had a fantastic time, and it really made us feel comfortable that we received lots of updates and photos. She was regularly bathed brushed out, and even got a fresh trim before we picked her up! All of the staff truly love animals and show a great sense of pride in their business. We will definitely be back for boarding in the future!
Dom Vidrine: Our two dogs had a wonderful time playing with their friends! The staff were great and we got updates, photos, and a report about their day. A great local business and you can tell they genuinely love animals. We'll definitely go back and I highly recommend!
Toni Jabson: Our pup loves spending the day.
Deb Schleusener: In her younger days, my dog really went a little crazy at the kennel; she still really likes being around other dogs but is just too old to be stable on her feet doing so. She was turned down at other kennels because she was old (well, so old she kept falling down; my bad for even trying!). Cary kennels is the perfect place - she still occasionally gets to be with other dogs, but in a much more controlled environment. I was really worried about leaving her (getting old really sucks!), but staff gives me updates so I feel better too! And my dog now knows the place enough now that when we turn into the parking lot, she gets up and is excited (and at her age, that’s saying a lot!).
The Making of a Marriage: We boarded our three-year-old dog, Mavie, for the first time with Cary Kennels. Diane was patient and kind with her, and remembered to take time with me to answer questions. The facility was clean, as was Mavie when I came to pick her up. We will visit again.
Jennifer Trepper: Our Boston Terrier, Smee, had a great time boarding here while we were on vacation. We tried a traditional doggie daycare and he was overwhelmed and acted out, but here he made friends and enjoyed himself. He was clearly well cared for, and he received much more attention and exercise than he would have gotten at the vet. We will be repeat clients!
Amber Kendall: We use Cary Kennels for both doggy daycare and boarding when we go out of town, and our dog loves it. It gives her a chance to be social with other dogs and she always comes home worn out from playing! Best of all, I feel like they really know our dog well and enjoy spending time with her. Highly recommended!
Tara Hemendinger: Diane took such great care of our 6 month old puppy, Olive. She is amazing with the pups! We felt very comfortable leaving her with Diane for 5 nights while we were on vacation. Olive loved it there and we will absolutely be going back.

PetsHotel Cary: what do users think?
Debra Deshong: Just moved here from Florida. Best experience with them for my Fontana. I feel very at ease with her going to The PetSmart Hotel and there Day Camp
rachel bailey: Staff was very friendly and understanding with my nervous little dog. She came out happy and hyper. They had to put the temporary collar on her in another room, away from me, because she was doing a few air snaps as a warning. They said she was nervous but eventually warmed up and played a little with the other dogs. There is a sign about some air purification technology, so even though there is no outdoor time I think it is clean. I will happily use them in the future! I also like that there are no big blockheaded fighting breeds in the same play area for safety.
Robert Guernsey: We came in with our two dogs. Tyler was incredibly helpful in filling out the forms and checking vaccines. The hotel itself smelled and looked clean.
Joe Schofield: Really like this place and so does my pup. We've tried another, popular pet hotel nearby and after 2 failed stays this one hits homeThe people are nice and the prices are reasonable. It's just a no frills, quality pet boarding location for someone who doesn't need to put their dog in their own mini apartment for the weekend.
Michelle Hall: Nice friendly staff. Dog was happy and well cared for.
Richard Green: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueWe went on vacation and left our two dogs here. During the trip we got a call from Janet that our dog broke his leg while in there care. They treated diesel like he was their own. They also paid for the emergency care up to the surgery. Can't say enough good things about this place will go back anytime.
Donna Davison: My dog LOVES all the people caring for her when I'm out of town. She gets super excited as soon as we exit the highway. Thank you so much for taking such great care of her when I'm traveling.
Raquel Abad: I have brought my pet many times and they treat her really good. I can call and check up on her. They are very detailed and give great customer service.
brad urich: Great service they really care for their customers and take great care of our dogs.
Joe Borneman: Critical:Professionalism,Reliability,ResponsivenessI received a call one day before the start of my boarding reservation to inform me that there was no room to accommodate my dog. Unacceptable.
PattVic R.R.: Una maravilla! Encantada con la atención! Y sus precios!
Stacey Larson: They are the most remarkable group of people. I never worry leaving my dogs. They go over and above to take care of my dogs and treats all of us like family. They place close attention to them in daycare and make sure the staff to dog ratio is what it should be.

Happy Cats Retreat: what do users think?
Kathy Curtin: Upon meeting Douglas and seeing the facility, I never once worried about Duke. I knew they would take great care of him. When I went to pick him up, he ignored me and went to Douglas. It gives me comfort to know if I go away again Duke will have a home.
Malinda Quinn: Our cat had a wonderful stay! The cat condo was designed well, and Milo spotted the bird feeder outsider his window immediately. We definitely will have Milo stay at Happy Cats Retreat again!
Mina Ouanvilay: Had a wonderful experience with Douglas! He made sure to inform me of the process and I had no worries leaving my little furry dude in his care. I was a first timer and didn't know what to expect - but it was a seamless and easy drop off and pick up. I have Happy Cats Retreat bookmarked to board my cat for future trips!! I would give more stars if I could!!
Ciaran McCann: Douglas at Happy Cats Retreat was super helpful throughout the booking and boarding process. Exceptional building with a wonderful clean environment for our cat to stay whilst we went away for 5 nights. We will not hesitate to bring our cat here for future vacations and have strongly recommended for friends and family in the area to check them out. You should too!
P Hegde: Recently during the Christmas break we left our two cats at Happy Cats Retreat for couple of weeks and I must tell you that Douglas and his team took care of the cats just like their own kids. They are super nice people and easy to work with. We are very pleased with their service and our cats found their second home at Happy Cats Retreat
Karla Rounsaville: Our rescue cat, Molly, needed a place to stay while we were away for an out-of-state wedding. Happy Cats has a nice set up with individual "condos" for each cat. Each cat has free time, with lots of cat trees to climb and scratching posts. There are also bird feeders outside windows so the cats can watch the wildlife. Molly wasn't sure she wanted to be left, having only been rescued a few months earlier, but by the time I picked her up she was quite content there. The owner even sends texts with pictures so you can see your baby while you are away. I highly recommend Happy Cats Retreat.
K. M. M: I've boarded my trio of cats at Happy Cats Retreat multiple times for vacations and holidays. The owners/staff clearly love cats, and the cats trust them in return, even my people-shy kitty who hides from the maintenance guy.Clean facilities and large cat condos that can be opened so cats from the same household can share/visit one another - and the owners/staff are very accomodating of those wildly specific and usually very random feline idiosyncrasies such as "this one needs a chewing stick" and "this one needs these treats at breakfast", etc.Highly recommended!
Serena Stanford: The best cat hotel in the area. The owners are amazing people and take great care of my guy. Would recommend to anyone!
Daniel Russo: Incredibly nice staff and I appreciated them letting me see the setup. Had to cut my trip short and pick up my cat sooner and the were very responsive
Benita Perkins: I've lodged my cat at other places, but this is the first time I was asked to be involved in saying goodbye and the place offering transparency as to where and how our Ziggy would be cared for. Definitely have a new place to take him. Thank you!
Dawn Wood: Douglas was wonderful to work with! He was confident and reassuring when we left our very temperamental cat with him. They were prepared for any situation that occurred, including the crazy cold weather. We were pleased with the facility set-up, the spacious condos, and the cleanliness. The big play area in the center was a huge bonus. We LOVED getting pictures, too. That was very special to us! Highly recommend this place. Knowledgable and caring staff.
JAN SYLVESTER: Highly recommend Happy Cat Retreat- Douglas and helpers were wondering! We left our Eli ( a tripod) in their care for a three week vacation. We received emails and short videos throughout. These were so comforting to receive. The retreat is a heaven for Eli. He had lots of space to move around in addition a window to watch the bird feeders. Plus play time and cuddle time. Highly recommend and will be returning customers. Thank you Douglas and helpers!Jan S.
Dawn Micena: My 17 year old cat Samson who has never been boarded or been away from us for more than a weekend spent a week here last month. He needs medication 2xs a day and is pretty finicky. I was worried he’d be lonely, not eat, etc. He had absolutely no problems! Doug and his staff are great-even texted pictures of Samson to put my mind at ease. Absolutely the best place to take your cat!
Yeraldyn Marinez: Great costumer service, very friendly and loving ❤️
Felicia Hankins: We recently brought our naughty 6 year old fur baby, Zeus on a 400 mile road trip for his first overnight boarding experience at Happy Cats Retreat. Zeus is very fearful of unfamiliar surroundings and people. We were quite concerned, because he only leaves our home for vet appointments, which requires the use of anti-anxiety meds to calm him down. We were so amazed to hear that Zeus allowed his caregivers to interact with him and touch him during his extended stay at Happy Cats Retreat! Zeus did not want to leave when we came back to pick him up! We were thoroughly delighted with the excellent care that our Zeus received and we highly recommend Happy Cats Retreat for your precious fur baby too!
Diana Gee: Happy Cats did an awesome job in taking care of my 12 year old diabetic cat. This was the first boarding experience too. I will certainly go back for cat boarding in the future!
Bridgette Cannon: We had a perfect experience with Happy Cats Retreat! Highly recommended!
Cheryl Babo: Great experience! The facilities are wonderful, and it was a pleasure working with Douglas.
Erika Takeda: We went to a trip to Atlanta and left our cats here. It was our first time boarding our (pandemic) cats, so we were nervous. From the very beginning, Douglas has been nothing but helpful and he reassured us multiple times that our cats will be well-taken care of. He also gave us daily updates on our cats. On the day we were supposed to come back, we unfortunately had to call a locksmith and get a new car key to drive back which made us leave much later than we initially planned. Even though we came back after business hours, Douglas stayed after and accommodated to our needs! He was incredibly understanding and helpful, I can’t recommend this place enough!!!
Elissa Phillips: Very accommodating! We had an emergency that kept us from picking up our cats until after closing, but Douglas was completely understanding. We had a lot going on, so we're very grateful that he was able to at least take that off of our minds. We were also able to get updates when we asked for them, and the cats seemed more or less comfortable after their three day stay. Douglas is also very knowledgable and patient when it comes to cats. Definitely recommend them if you're looking to board.
Kathy DiEmma: We boarded our cat Dexter at Happy Cats Retreat for 10 days. Douglas kept us posted about how Dexter was doing and even sent us photos! The facility was clean and bright. I would definitely use them again.

Noah's Ark Kennel & Cattery: what do users think?
Anthony Altemara: Friendly, caring staff. Clean facilities
Kaley W: They took wonderful (above and beyond!) care of our gerbil while we were out of town for over a week. He is older in age, and we discovered he was having a new medical issue literally the morning we had to leave for our trip. We were terrified he'd be turned away or that he would get worse while we were gone, but the staff quickly figured out a care plan with us and did everything possible to attend to him and keep him happy and comfortable until we returned. If I could give them more than 5 stars for the kindness and thoughtfulness they gave him, I would!
Tom Leary: Fantastic friendly people here who have always taken great care of our little buddy.
Richard Cowell: Enjoyed the videos you sent us
Janelle Krasovich: Lynn and staff have cared for our dogs for over 10 years. They love every animal that comes thru their doors and are super accommodating for all fur babies personalities. They have great hours for drop off and pick up. Facility is clean and staff are super friendly.
Celeste Kurz: Our dogs love being boarded here together. The staff sends us regular picture updates and always brings out the pool for our water-loving pups. Here’s one of our favorite pics from a recent stay
Rob Grady: My dog loves the people they are great to her
LM Rice: My cat Amelia has not boarded before and I was sure she was going to be mad at me for this. I was so wrong! She spent over a week here and came home just as happy and relaxed as can be. She is very social and loves people and it was clear she was spoiled and had lots of interaction and entertainment. What a great experience. Thanks Noahs Ark!
Della: I moved to Chapel Hill a little over a year ago and have since boarded my two cats, Vasya and Chive, a few times. Noah’s Ark is the only place I will trust with them!! They are always so thorough and clearly love animals and want to give each pet the best experience. One of my cats has been in a cone a few times that I have boarded her and they are always diligent in making sure she is happy and doing well! Also, the staff here are so wonderful to work with and are always willing to update you on your animals if you call. I highly recommend!!
Marc Sylvestre: Our cats are too dumb to be left alone at home with a sitter, they get into all kinds of trouble, so we have used Noah's Ark for years.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! They are the best place in Chapel Hill (probably best in the triangle!), very responsive to pets needs, and frankly our cats don't want to leave when we return for them a week later.
Brittny Roller: My pup pico loves it here. I wouldn’t trust boarding her with anyone else!
Amy B: As you can tell by the picture, Poppy had a miserable time during her week here (sarcasm af). This is my 5 month old (HIGH ENERGY AND SASSY) pitbull puppy with the owner, Lynn, upon pickup this am. I wasn’t ready to leave Poppy but had a death in the family and needed to board her. I am so glad I found this place because Poppy is currently sleeping harder at home than she ever has in the middle of day because she’s wiped out from her pup-cation. She didn’t want to leave and now I’m pretty sure I have to schedule daycare here and there at Noah’s Ark so Poppy can get her fix of their team. Everyone came out cuddled and spent time with Poppy before she left and Poppy clearly bonded with and loved each and every one of them. Ellie: I cannot thank you enough for all the love and pictures you sent me of Poppy while I was away. I was a mess leaving her and knowing she was so well taken care of was relief I can’t describe during a very difficult time. I can rest easy knowing I found a great place to board her should I ever need to. They love pitties here, too, so that was also a relief since they're often discriminated against. Thank you Lynn and your team here – Poppy says she loves you and misses you.
Anthony King: I wouldn't trust my animals with anybody but Lynn and her staff. Been coming here since 2001. Love the staff love the treatment my animals get.
Erin F: New to the area and have had a hard time finding a decent groomer for my 12 year old mini doodle, We will be back! Noah’s Ark is a delightful little place, they listened to how I wanted my dog groomed and they did an awesome job! I am so grateful to have found a place we will come back to again and again!
Tracy Scoggins: Worked here as a kid for 6+years, now I board my 3 dogs here! Lynn has one of the most joyous spirits you'll ever encounter!
Cory Sullivan: Noir was my dog's groomer and she nailed it, going here from now on! Best cut my dog has ever gotten hands down!
Haley Bunting: I cannot even begin to thank this crew for how much they have saved me this week with my new puppy addition! I was not ready to leave the little guy at home, so upon short notice, they have taken my pup for day boarding during a hectic week with absolutely no fuss about it!He is still very young, so even pup day boarding made me nervous. I appreciate the consciousness taken to care for each individual dog’s needs and not lumping him into a crowd. After day one, Marshall took to this team extremely well and now grabs his leash from me in the lobby and off he goes…he is just as happy on the other side when I come to pick him up. I feel this to be the best outcome when trusting a small business with your furry best friend!I have decided to day board once a week to let him socialize and become more comfortable being away from us for bits of time! Thank you to the Ark team for loving my fluff ball!
Lisa Ciroli-Peer: Passing through town, she was able to watch our pups for a couple hours last minute so we could go explore. Super friendly and accommodating. Much appreciated!!
Chris Peer: Very helpful and pleasant place. Watched our digs for a few hours
Lisa Pruitt: They are THE BEST!
Maggie F. K.: We had a wonderful first experience with Noah's Ark kennel and Cattery. We were preparing for the birth of our second child and trying to find care for both our dog and our first child, and their kind and professional service took the stress out of arranging things for our dog. Noah's Ark was flexible and accommodating, even after we made a mistake with our booking. They took great care of our Coonhound and shared updates with us. We look forward to boarding with them again in the future!

Pet Palace - Cary: what do users think?
Laura Earl: My dog Willow boarded for five days last week. Could tell she was not feeling well the next day after picking her up. Per the vet, she has pneumonia, bronchitis, and a sinus infection. I have called twice and tried to speak with a manager with no return calls. Willow is a senior dog so this very dangerous for her. The high vet bill was not appreciated either!
Mark: First time visiting Pet Palace for a grooming appointment for our 3.5 year old golden retriever. Laura did an awesome job!! Our little fur ball looks like a new pup. We will definitely be back again 😁
Pablo Sánchez: They take care of the animals
Aparna Rajesh: It's been over 2 years and here's an update: We still love Pet Palace :) Jamie and her team do a wonderful job of taking care of our Arya - be it day-care, boarding or grooming. They respond quickly and take care of all our needs.Arya loves Pet Palace. She goes in happy and comes back happy. We chose Pet Palace because it is clean and great for boarding and day care. The staff took good care of her when we were away for a week. She really enjoyed the play groups and one on one play time. The staff are kind and would let me know how she is doing.
Gordon Huggins: My doggie loves the staff
T.J. Rausch: They took amazing care of our Elle.
Elizabeth Rogers: Pleasant experience for first time patron. Appreciate the care of our animal family member... Thank you
Larissa Kim: We’ve been taking our dog here for about a year now after moving to the area and needing dog care when we’re away. It’s super easy to book/reserve a spot online for boarding. Their prices are fair. Their workers are very nice and always thorough during check in. They give my dog his anxiety meds and probiotics when we have him stay there and the 1:1 play time is great. They give a little report card of how he did. Very happy and will continue to use this location for boarding.
Michael Fenn: The groomers here are great and they have pretty good availability for scheduling.
Joanne Burden: Kona was very well cared for!! Individual playtime, overnight stay- great experience.
Carlene Mongkuo: The staff is very professional & show that they do care about their customers( pets)! I never worry when my cat is staying there. She always seems happy when I pick her up :)
Shaifali Juneja: I was traveling for work to Atlanta and left my dog at Pet Palace-Cary. He had a great time here socializing with the staff and other dogs his size. I booked a standard size boarding room for him since he’s a mini poodle (weight 10lbs). Also got his departure bath and nails trimmed, and it was perfect. They gave me a report card for him mentioned how and what he did during the playgroup times. This place is definitely our’s 1st choice now! Thanks to everyone on the staff to such a great service
Ashley Bejte: We bring our fur babies to Pet Palace very often. I feel comfortable knowing they are in awesome hands. My dog runs in with her tail wagging and jumps on the counter. She loves her human friends at pet palace!!! Our cat is just as happy there as well. No complaints from us. 5 stars!!!
arun yannam: I would definitely recommend
Jenny Lee: I take my fur babies here for boarding whenever I go out of town. The staff is super friendly and my pups are well taken care of.
Jill Schade: We’ve been going to PP for both daycare and boarding for over a year now. We have 2 dogs that absolutely love love going. Our older 4.5 GSP has been rough to board previously due to some anxiety and allergy issues. She has had nothing of that at PP. We love how they care for and truly know their personalities and try to keep their training and manners in check as we do. At Valentine’s Day I just beamed at the gifts they sent home from daycare. Now if this is not a picture of happy dogs, I don’t know what else is!
Ayse Ayrilmaz: Staffs are so nice always and my dog is happy with them. I leave him with no doubt😊
Heather Lopez: Laura is the best groomer! Always on time and professional. She listens to our needs and there are never any unpleasant surprises. I hesitate saying how awesome she is since we just want her all to ourselves 😁
Caroline Denya: Thank you so much for going out of your way to help dogs in need at the wake county animal center! What an amazing and generous gift to the animals and staff! We’re so grateful to you for investing time and resources to help our wonderful pups. It’s obvious you guys really care about the well being of all the dogs you care for. Thank you!
Danielle Mathias: We have been very happy with the Pet Palace in Cary for our boarding needs when we go out of town. When we pickup our dog Tucker, he is clean and seems content and it has been a good experience overall to where we now feel comfortable leaving him in their care. The suite is a decent size, the rate is fair and their is an option for pet cam to watch on App. After a horrible experience at a different local pet boarding facility, I am so glad we found this place.
Grace: Our cavapoo is a big fan of Pet Palace in Cary, so we are too. She’s stayed there at least a handful of times over the past 2 years. She’s stayed in different sized suits and had camera and no camera. All options have been fine. She has also been groomed there, and their groomer did a great job on her teddy bear face cut.

PetSound Daycare & Boarding: what do users think?
jennifer Jaylina: Such amazing staff! They know you dog by their name and my pup always seems excited! They have flexible drop off and pick up hours! I also drop him off with his lunch :) amazing vibes!
Davis Lynne: The owner here is an irresponsible pet owner. He parks at the end of the parking lot and takes his dogs off leash to his car.Tonight, the dogs were running from him and one jump and bit my husband who was standing at the back of our car.The owner made excuses, got in his car without checking on the bite and without giving out his information. We went to the office doors and rang the doorbell. Staff were able to inform of us who the dogs belonged to and let us know it was the owner. We will be following up on this.
Melanie Phillips Lucky: The BEST! We are very picky when it comes to our pup and he loves coming here for playtime with his friends to get his energy out. Just completed his first boarding stay here and he came back happy and well cared for. Groomer is fantastic too. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks PetSound team!
Thinus Bekker: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueHaving an English Bulldog can be challenging especially finding a knowledgeable daycare. I have been using Petsound for Frankie Fig's daycare needs and am very happy with their service and love for animals.
Lena Shanholtzer: We have been taking our dog to Petsound daycare and boarding for several years now (our vet recommended them to us). They're the only people we trust to take care of our girl while we are away! Their expertise and eagerness to engage with Uma blows me away every time! I have no doubt that she is well taken care of, dare I say spoiled, during her time there! The extra precautions they have taken for COVID are noticed and so appreciated!! Nicole and team, THANK YOU!
Aditi Joshi: I have been meaning to write this review for a long time now. I have only one word for the facility and their staff ‘AMAZING’!! When COVID hit in March, our family was going through one of the worst times in our life. Our baby boy boarded there and we were traveling internationally and were not able to return due to travel bans. Every single day being away from my baby was pure torture and extremely depressing.Nichole and her team took such wonderful care of our baby. They were very responsive when I sent a message and would respond almost immediately. The communication was always great and this is really really important to me. The team even came into work to be with Bo on days when the weather was bad or any closures. They sent regular updates and pictures to me and made his stay as comfortable as they could. The staff is very reliable and prices are reasonable. I will forever have a special place in my heart for all that were involved in taking care of our baby. Thank you so much!
Greg Steimel: Amazing staff. They do so well with Cleo and so great to work with. They work with my crazy schedule and make me feel at ease leaving Cleo with them. Highly recommend.
Kayla Brendlinger: Staff were very nice and answered all of our questions for our first visit. We could tell our baby enjoyed herself and didn't want to leave. Definitely going to use them when we go out of town.Kayla B.
Lynda Chambers: Positive:Punctuality,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueLucy loves the folks here. She literally starts dancing in the car as we pull up. Plus they have helped her learn to "play well with others." JOY!
Jason Fraley: Our dogs love it here! Staff is always happy to see them. Have always had availability when needed.
Joe Frazier: Always great care and lovely people
Jamie McNees: It's like dropping off my dog to family. Everyone is so nice and actually cares about the well being of your dog. It also makes me feel better knowing that our vet is right next door. Lots of love and play during daycare too! Our dog always comes home happy and tired!
Lakshmi Swamy: Our dog is in love with their entire staff! We feel like they are helping to raise our 'child.' It's clear that Nichole and her team adore animals and go out of their way to learn each dog's personality.
Qinyao Mou: I never tried other doggie day care, but I definitely love this place! They always love and take good care of my big boy, and I also learned many useful tips about my dog's nutrition, dental care, behavior etc. There's an animal hospital right next to the door, so they can coordinate with the vet to check on dogs if needed. Also there's a groomer coming every week, because my dog really hates the water, in this case it's better for him to be groomed in a more relaxed environment. Everyone is so nice and helpful, I'm really happy to see my puppy make a lot of fur friends here.
Casey Bartlett: After trying out several other doggy day care facilities in Cary before we found this one, I can say confidently that PetSound Daycare is LEGIT and very impressive. They work with all types of dogs, whether it is age (puppies to old timers), behaviors (shy to active), or size. Our dog Willow, a 40# border collie mix, felt right at home here. We decided to bring her twice a week for full days so that she can play with all of her furry and human friends. It was by chance that I found this place. I searched several doggy daycares on google, and read each place's reviews. The google reviews were great for both the daycare and veterinary hospital, and I saw 1 5 star review on yelp. I called one day and spoke to Nicole, who I started to realize is an amazing human. We met in person at the Dog Days of Cary event to learn more about what the facility is like, and decided to have our pup come for an assessment. Nicole puts all of her energy and effort into this place, and it shows. All of the dogs are well cared for and loved there. Long story short, this place is now our second home for Willow. Now when we get ready to go to daycare, we tell Willow that we are on our way to see the puppies!!! And she goes crazy and goes right to the door waiting for us to put the leash on her. She jumps on Nicole or Katie once we get inside to drop her off in the mornings, and is like Mom who?? Haha! We just feel really thankful to have found such a great place and I want to spread the good word that if you're looking for a great, caring, loving, friendly place to bring your dog where you don't have to worry about them, then this is the place.PS. We follow them on facebook because sometimes they post photos or videos of the puppy play time!! Really cool opportunity to watch our baby play with her friends.
Bobbie F: We love Nicole and her team at Petsound Daycare and Boarding! More importantly, so does our dog Daisy! We know that our furbaby is well cared for, safe, and having the time of her life when we board her. Our daughter loves to see Daisy playing with her new friends in the Facebook videos, and they are always very responsive if we ask questions. They love their clients and treat them like family! Their prices are very affordable, with a clean, well monitored environment, and is conveniently located next to our Vet (Petsound Animal Hospital). We highly recommend them and wouldn't trust our furbaby to anyone else!
Jessica Earley: The girls at PetSound Daycare/Boarding are great! They do an amazing job with our German Shepherd, who can be a little nervous from time to time. Can't recommend them enough!
Leanna Camara: I cannot think of a better place for my pup to go! He is so excited when I drop him off & happy & tired when I pick him up. Nichole & Tiffany are absolutely outstanding, have the patience of saints & truly go above and beyond. I can tell how much my dog loves them just by how he acts when he sees them. My dog is also a rescue and had horrible separation anxiety initially. Daycare has helped him so much both socially and psychologically. I also love the fact that it's a one stop shop for me since my Dog also goes to the vet side. I truly am grateful to have such an awesome place to take my dog & for the wonderful staff there!
Mike Fox: I normally use a cat sitter for a long trip but one of my cats got sick the week before so I decided that boarding her at a vet would be better for her and her care requirements were too much to ask of the pet sitter. That was a great decision, luckily they had room for her at the last minute and then they took excellent care of her, including meds and special feeding requirements. She came home healthier than she went in.
