F. R. (Effective Problem Solving): It is June now and nothing. What a horrible company this is. Product of MCI what do you expect.It is the end of May now and still can not return their box due to their horrible return process it is a FUBAR.April 2023. Online support is horrible. In store support even worst. We needed to cancel our internet after three years and we can’t do that. Online support said they will send us a label, and they never do. Few more calls to customer support, and they said we can return it at this location. Went in today, and of course they said no, you have to send it back to corporate. As if Verizon corporate is a different company than Verizon. This is a badly run, badly managed company. For THREE years we paid our internet and now we want to cancel and it is not possible. They make it hard, difficult. They delay it to ‘stick’ you with additional monthly fees.
Ann Gabriel: After 20 years of loyalty and paying insurance and 3 trips to the store we still do not have a phone and still not shipped per usps site! Interestingly we were told it would arrive the next day - no way to get help at the store they “sale” and customer service- they read from a script allow 3-5 days and when asked for a supervisor they can’t tell me any ones name but they’ll call back hhmmm 6 calls and 3 days and no call back! No accountability and no replacement phone and all they can tell me is you have to wait 3-5 days - we’re now working on a week -Jeff at the Cary store said you’ll have it the next day- business person said we can buy a new phone or call customer service he only sales (he already told us when we talked about buying a new phone they probably want call back!)- fabulous customer service- if and when we get the phone we know what we’ll be doing! Running as fast as we canUPDATE NOW A WEEK AND GUESS WHAT NO PHONE AND THE LINK BELOW DOESN’T WORK- Unreal there are no words - a week without a cell phone- the worst customer service but apparently normal after speaking with neighbors that have switched
Eric Stuart: This location is closed every time I stop there, even if it is listed as open online. You can’t call a Verizon store to ask if they are open, so I waste my time every time I try and stop here. It is infuriating!

Austin Jenkins: Stephen was the reason for my grand experience. After speaking with call center reps, I decided to go to the store. It was nice to hear what I needed versus what was wanted and helped me make my decision. Additionally, he told me about specifications I didn't know about, as well as the future of technology as we know it for Samsung. I appreciate him taking the time and being entertaining as well.
Patrick Williams: Service at this corporate store for Verizon was great. People were very helpful and responsive and even while they were dealing with difficult customers, they still kept their cool and we're very professional.

After seeing me, he turned his back and went to another room talking on the phone.After 28 days I managed to transfer my numbers. Of course I was able to find and succeed the store-independent Verizon manager.

Cesar Fonseca: Worst Verizon store I’ve ever been to. They refuse to honor Verizon’s policies that are written in the website so that they don’t have to process lengthy transactions. Lazy, uneducated and rude. That’s after taking forever to actually even get to talk to someone because they’re too busy laughing amongst each other, to actually be bothered with helping customers waiting for assistance.I see less corporate stores around, being replaced by Authorized Retailers more than ever before, and I’m pretty sure the lack of professionalism and attitude here is a big part of that.

Nazmul Ehsan: They sell used phone. Salesman and owner were helpful and I bought an iPhone XR which is good. But all phones are not up to the mark. I have to change the Samsung note 9 which I bought in a first attempt. Although the lady was so helpful to chose the iPhone. They will not refund if you get a bad phone rather only replace the phone. But they informed earlier before buy. This policy I don’t like otherwise all are good.

Winnie Liao: ATT Cary store used to be our 'go to' store for questions. The last several trips turned out to be fatal in getting help/info from the staff there. My husband and I went there today for some unlock device info and the guy who was talking to us was not helpful at all, kept saying that "you have to call ATT customer service". He IS the customer service. A trip wasted.

Sometimes I want to go in and just talk to jake because he’s always so personable and fun to talk to. He solved my problem today within a minute. Alfredo helped me with a different problem and he couldve just said sorry theres nothing i can do, but he tried everything in his power and actually did find a solution! Kat Corrigan: I want to give a big shout out to Jake Moore at ATT! I recently bought a new phone and went into the store for assistance transferring everything over. Jake was more than willing to help me with this! Unbeknownst to me, I had nothing saved to the cloud on my phone so he began the time consuming task for me. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He also multitasked by assisting other customers that needed “quick” help in between without batting an eye. He was even calm, cool and professional when some less than pleasant person was on the phone and swore at him when he couldn’t be helped over the phone and needed to come into the store. Jake offered this person several options to help solve this problem however this customer was bluntly a jerk! If you want exceptional customer service, go see Jake Moore in Cary!!

Noah Bowman: Last week I switched my wife and I from a carrier that we have had the entirety of our 7 years of marriage to T-mobile. I completed the initial sign up and phone purchase online with a customer care representative. I was told that T-Mobile would pay the remaining balances on our phones that we were going to use from our old carrier, and allow $1000 towards my wife’s trade in for a new iPhone 14 Pro. All of this was communicated from a representative online and over the phone. Then I go to this store… for one the employee who helped me was not professional and leaning against the display and basically waited for me to initiate a greeting. I didn’t get their name because they were not wearing their name tag. Long story short this store verified the same information that the online representative communicated to me. But due to time restraints I had to postpone and go to a more convenient location where ultimately the information that both online customer care, and the employee I spoke to in person was false… I recommend going to either the Morrisville store or the apex store by Costco because they will not only tell you and walk you through the process but they will show you the promotion policies. My experience with Tryon Woods store was rough and it showed me that the employees there do not care to go the extra step to verify what they say is legit. Thankfully the guys at the Apex store by Costco helped my wife and I out and resolved our issues and honestly are the main reasons why we stayed with T-Mobile. But please Tryon Woods store if you are a corporate store educate your staff on promotion policies.
