Winnie Liao: ATT Cary store used to be our 'go to' store for questions. The last several trips turned out to be fatal in getting help/info from the staff there. My husband and I went there today for some unlock device info and the guy who was talking to us was not helpful at all, kept saying that "you have to call ATT customer service". He IS the customer service. A trip wasted.

Kat Corrigan: I want to give a big shout out to Jake Moore at ATT! I recently bought a new phone and went into the store for assistance transferring everything over. Jake was more than willing to help me with this! Unbeknownst to me, I had nothing saved to the cloud on my phone so he began the time consuming task for me. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He also multitasked by assisting other customers that needed “quick” help in between without batting an eye. He was even calm, cool and professional when some less than pleasant person was on the phone and swore at him when he couldn’t be helped over the phone and needed to come into the store. Jake offered this person several options to help solve this problem however this customer was bluntly a jerk! If you want exceptional customer service, go see Jake Moore in Cary!!

I have to change the Samsung note 9 which I bought in a first attempt. Although the lady was so helpful to chose the iPhone. They will not refund if you get a bad phone rather only replace the phone. But they informed earlier before buy. This policy I don’t like otherwise all are good.

Noah Bowman: Last week I switched my wife and I from a carrier that we have had the entirety of our 7 years of marriage to T-mobile. I completed the initial sign up and phone purchase online with a customer care representative. I was told that T-Mobile would pay the remaining balances on our phones that we were going to use from our old carrier, and allow $1000 towards my wife’s trade in for a new iPhone 14 Pro. All of this was communicated from a representative online and over the phone. Then I go to this store… for one the employee who helped me was not professional and leaning against the display and basically waited for me to initiate a greeting. I didn’t get their name because they were not wearing their name tag. Long story short this store verified the same information that the online representative communicated to me. But due to time restraints I had to postpone and go to a more convenient location where ultimately the information that both online customer care, and the employee I spoke to in person was false… I recommend going to either the Morrisville store or the apex store by Costco because they will not only tell you and walk you through the process but they will show you the promotion policies. My experience with Tryon Woods store was rough and it showed me that the employees there do not care to go the extra step to verify what they say is legit. Thankfully the guys at the Apex store by Costco helped my wife and I out and resolved our issues and honestly are the main reasons why we stayed with T-Mobile. But please Tryon Woods store if you are a corporate store educate your staff on promotion policies.

Iman Ziboukh: Dana has been amazing & extremely attentive on every visit that I’ve made to this AT&T store. I’ve had my fair share of issues with my phone, and thankfully every time I’ve had to come in, Dana has been there, and has been able to find a solution within 5 minutes every time. Don’t spend an hour on the phone with customer service, come to this location when Dana is working & you won’t be let down. She’s so friendly, personable, and truly just knows what she’s doing. Thankful to live so close to here to be able to have anything taken care of when I need it.
Edith Coleman: Went to this store today. The store manager, Dana was very professional, and followed up with the corporate office to resolve my issue. She’s great! The sales Rep, Shi was also professional and went out of his way to provide extra service as a team effort!!

I really felt appreciated and valued as a customer and actually wound up making a few new friends as well. Although I went in with a simple request wich was for a new SIM and a having a phone unlocked by a previous carrier I had 4 associates ( Dana, who is really down to earth and beautiful as well, Corey, who appears to be a lot more tech saavy than he'd allow you to credit him for, guess that's the humility of his character, Jackie, who is "Super Friendly" and funny and Shelby who's just an all around sweet heart!) came together to aid me as best as they could in order to ensure all that I needed was provided. They were so cool I want to go back just to hang out with them! I recommend their services to anyone who has an AT&T product that they may need any service for.

Carol Risucci: My iPhone 11 landed on its back while in the case with a glass protector, yet it shattered. When I went to the ATT store, Wade was incredibly helpful and assisted me from start to finish. I had to replace the phone and upgraded to a 13. Wade patiently worked through the prompts and transferred all of my data. He offered a protection plan, sold me a new case and charger, and applied the new glass protector. If you need help with anything at the ATT store, go see Wade at this location. He exemplifies professionalism, courtesy and patience-- all qualities that are worth a glowing review. Thank you, Wade!!

John Kelley: Surprisingly Good. So we needed help with my wife's new iPhone that was not connecting properly after Apple sent it to us. I had heard bad things about this location after it opened (a few years ago), so I braced myself for an awful experience, and I was proven wrong (in the best way) by the professionalism and courtesy of the representative, Wade. He identified and fixed the problem without me having to make an appointment or wait an hour at the the Apple store. He then addressed a question I had with my bill. I had called ATT about a month prior and did not get a satisfactory resolution. Wade understood it better and was able to explain it more skillfully than the telephone representative I spoke with before, and HE actually resolved the issue. He had historical knowledge about older plans, etc. This guy was a rockstar. I don't know about other employees at this location but he was running the store solo, and did it expertly. He installed a screen protector, then helped another customer quickly while software updated. Talked to us about other products and services without any high pressure sales. He ran a cost comparison on his tablet, so that we felt comfortable and well-informed to make other purchases. Not only will I return to this store again, I will hope that Wade is working when I do. It is employees like him that make a service business run well.

The manager was horrible and there was a problem and he kept telling me to call at&t loyalty program. There were no other customers in the store and 3 employees. Sad to say but after more than 15 years with AT&T I have gone to another carrier.

Lisa Jemison: Go in the daytime if you want staff to pay attention. I’ve had great service here until tonight. We waited a full 30 minutes while not a single staff member even acknowledged us coming in to the store. No one said hello, no one asked what we needed, no one told us what to expect as we sat around and waited and waited and waited. And staff were not actively consulting or working with clients- 2 of the 3 of them were idling around waiting for data transfers, making sure to avoid eye contact and not speaking to us or else they might have to get to work. Didn’t even look at us or acknowledge us in their store. What’s freaking waste of time, not to mention horribly rude.When I finally asked someone how much longer we should be expected to wait we were told at least another hour. Another hour! I never write reviews at all much less negative ones but this service tonight was absolutely horrible. Just tell us straight you don’t care and you’re just waiting for your shift to end.You lost my business.
Craig Brown: Emily is a LIFE SAVER!! We need more stars up here to give a better review. I’ve been stuck with a SOS issue with my SIMS card for days and finally got a replacement phone when no one from Verizon phone or another store bothered to even think about the SIMS card being corrupted. After calling and being passed around I drove 45 mins just in time to make the store and she understood but when she tried to activate the card it was blocked due to a pending order on the account. She could have easily said no I can’t do anything you have to call etc like the others but she did not. Going the extra mile she called the customer service line herself got a rep, did I mentioned all the CS numbers said they were closed, and they resolved my issue in no time. District Manager I heard you don’t have a manger yet at this store and I say nay nay you have one with Emily. Going the extra mile and doing what it takes and most importantly giving the most important gift of all which is time is what she did and she is what keeps a business going. Emily thank you I enjoyed talking with you and resolving my issue in the MOST professional attitude possible. Thank you and stay blessed. Infinite stars!!!

However, I’m deeply saddened to say that this location actually have a manager who does not care about customer service. When I made a purchase of $243.00 worth of accessories in January 4,2023 from a great associate. Only to return February 15, 2023 to find out I will have to pay extra $20 for one of screen protectors I was told would be replaced if damaged without a charge. Chris(Christopher G.) charged me $20 to replace it and did not listen to me when I said it wasn’t the same. I even told him specifically my phone was an Apple 12 pro max. He proceeded to check me out as I was still not comfortable with my speaker and camera covered with the glass screen protector. With Christopher G. Being the manager I felt for the company to have a person on board who don’t value their customers and leave them feeling helpless when phones run almost every aspect of our lives. I will not be returning and I hope something is done so the next customer feels safe about receiving service from Verizon as a company. I believe associates who work for companies fail to realize that each of them represents the company not themselves. Thank you for the internet to share this rude experience.UPDATE! 3/23I was invited back into this location by customer service. Adam was welcoming and very helpful. His service was reassuring that I was a valued customer. Also had a follow up call to ask how the recent visit went.Thank you for backing your company in times like these. I appreciate the service.
Ralph Maddocks: PLAIN AND SIMPLE: FRADULENT BILLING.I went into the store 3 months ago with an interest in purchasing an Apple watch. Actually began the process of purchasing it, but when I was informed that I couldn't purchase the watch without cellular , I informed the sales person that I did NOT wish go forward with the purchase. Never took it out of package, and I've never actually been in possession of the watch. Despite this, the sales person put the transaction through as if I HAD. I was billed $500 for the 'device buy out'- again, this was for an item I DO NOT POSSESS. Seems like a sales person eager to collect a commission, IMO.Here we are, 3 months, $500 and 8, hour-long calls to Verizon later WITH NO SATISFACTION or resolution to the issue.

Please give her a raise or a promotion or something because I saw her single-handedly deal with the needs of at least 5 customers simultaneously without a flaw in service or character. Best cell phone purchase experience I’ve ever had.
Shadi Isleem: Don’t trust one word from them, I went there 2 years ago to open an account and the premonition was buy one get one free for a two years contract. I was waiting for my bill to go down this month because I supposed finished my payment on the phones, I called Verizon and they said no it was a 30 months agreement I know it was my fault not to look at the contract but I thought I was dealing with human supposedly they are professional.
