Nubian Princess Cash Transportation LLC: Dispatch had me for a drop & hook. Their drop & hook yard is 3500 Tricenter Blvd., Durham, NC. I went there and there was no trl. (Mind you I called in earlier that day inquiring about the ld). Was sent to 1 Quality Ln, Cary, NC where I was told to put my trl in dock door 1, this was around 2145. I woke up around 0525 and went to check on the progress of my trl as I had not received a call yet. When I got to the window, he was just time stamping my BOL for 0527. Ridiculous, this place is on my do not go list with my Asset Manager.

Not extremely inviting as I sensed a language barrier.I came specifically for Zoodles shrimp scampi, but they no longer had this option.I'm unsure if the person I ordered with was unaware, but eventually, another staff approached to assist and informed me that it was no longer an option. Not making suggestions for a replacement. The staff was kind enough to provide a menu that I could review instead of looking up at the larger wall menu.I went with the regular Pesto Zucchini zoodles, which have basil pesto, grilled chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms, and parmesan. I added shrimp and removed tomatoes. The Pesto zucchini was amazing for an option that isn't all carbs but high in vegetables and protein. The zoodles were prepared perfectly, and the flavor was very good. Noodle & Co is a Yes.

Helen Toney: My wife and I visited this establishment on 7-5-2023 to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We placed our order and waited to have lunch together. Our waitress shortly returned to our table and asked what we had ordered. I was thinking, why not write it down? We gave our orders again. We waited several minutes, approximately 45 minutes for our meal. Our waitress returned with only my wife’s lunch and said she’d be back with my lunch. Well after 10 minutes, she returned to tell me that someone had taken my lunch for their order. Again I’m thinking, ok where is their order?The GM, Milo, came over to extend his apologies and that the kitchen was preparing me a “fresh” lunch. I informed him that we’d chosen his establishment to have lunch “together” for our anniversary. I had to watch my wife eat her lunch and after 25 additional minutes, she watched me eat my lunch. This really put me in some kind of “different” mood. I’ve never seen service at this restaurant so horrible but it was. They were not too terribly busy on this Wednesday afternoon. The GM did comp my lunch but I felt that he should’ve comped my wife’s also because it was her anniversary also and she was inconvenienced as well. We often visit this establishment because we visit Crabtree Mall often but if their service is going in this direction, I feel sorry for Cheesecake Factory no matter how good the cheesecake is. Customer service is something that doesn’t exist in the United States anymore.

Mz. Lilo Switch: I'm from New York and I love cheesecake factory. 4th July is my birthday. And decided to go to the one in Raleigh. And I was not pleases at all. Shane K was my server and he kept rushing me and my friend to order. My friend has never been to cheesecake factory and I got horrible beyond horrible service.
