Tom Fletcher: We stopped by for salads for lunch. The drive through line was pretty long so we ordered with the app and went inside to eat. We plugged our table number into the app and they indicated that our order would be ready in about six minutes. And sure enough, they arrived at our table on time.The salads were full of fresh vegetables and fruit, and the chicken strips were nice and hot. The young lady who delivered them was nice and cheerful.The store was nice and clean.While we were there the line to place orders varied from very short to about twenty people, but they were served quickly.As with most Chick-Fil-As, this is a great one!

Kenoris Crisp: This location is a bit disappointing. I've tried this location several times and each time I always experience something not quite right. Jay F: Ordered carry-out meals for 4 teenagers, missed one item (4ct chicken stripes), called the store and I was told that I should have checked the items before leaving the store. I will do that next time but shouldn't I expect a correct order delivery at the first place? Missing items happened several times in this store before, not very often but definitely worse service than another store in Apex.

Claire Jeffries: The quality of customer service at this location has decreased greatly. Though it’s a small thing to complain about, you never get the amount of dressings you request through the app (or the wrong dressing) which is especially annoying when you’re in a rush and are unable to check your order before you leave. On top of that, I’ve had employees poke fun at my mother’s foreign name, workers who mumble and then see them in my rear view mirror making fun of my inability to have heard them, and employees messing around with each other when my order is sitting on the drive thru window. Really makes you feel like a burden and a joke.

Mason Lineberger: Never gets my drink right, wait times for curbside are generally significantly longer than any other restaurant, and in my most recent experience, I came inside to pick up, the worker grabbed my food, and then stood there for about 30-45 seconds talking to her coworker while I stood directly in front of her waiting to be given my food. Not a big deal but was in a hurry and just find it rude to do that? Very rarely have a good experience at this location.
