Wynns Family Psychology—Cary NC: what do users think?
Jennifer Cobb: Professional, caring, and I knew she had my family's best interest at heart. Highly recommend!
Jessica Garris: I am on the 4th chapter of Dr. Wynns book, “The No Wimpy Parenting Handbook”, and my child washed and conditioned and brushed her hair tonight without any crying or melt down for the first time EVER! We’ve also dropped form 10 tantrums a day to 1 today. I could cry. I’ve enjoyed my kids the most I probably ever have today. AND we went out in public with no meltdowns! It’s been amazing! Dr. Wynns definitely has a way of understanding children and their behaviors and helping us struggling parents learn and thrive in unison with our kids! THANK YOU Dr. Wynns!
9o Fish: I didn’t get any further than the lady answering the phone as she was so rude and unprofessional. As I was answering her questions about my son’s mental health history I could just hear her having another conversation with someone else. She couldn’t answer my general financial or insurance related questions or find me an appointment to fit in with our schedule. After encouraging her to look at another office’s availability she did find an appointment but I’d lost all confidence with this office at that point.
Joe The Great: After reading some other reviews, you might think she is better at dealing with children than dealing with adults. Oh boy, you're really wrong. PLEASE don't send your children their if you treasure their happiness. The owner is horrible, greedy, and a mess of a human. If you want your children crying when they leave the office, be my guest. Not to mention that her employees are unscrupulous losers. One of them, in an important situation where we needed feedback urgently, decided to TAKE A THREE DAY VACATION on a Monday-Wednesday that is MOST CERTAINLY not a holiday vacation. I don't even know what he was doing, maybe heading to Vegas with his obscene payment requirements? Severe amounts of malpractice committed here. Lastly, here's one for you personally, Dr. Wynns. My child absolutely despises you for the years of emotional torture you put him through.
Jayne Taylor: I enjoy talking to dr sara salter my therapist she is very kind and someone I can trust she cares about me and wants to help me get better. So thank you so much dr salter
Beth Wiley Breeden: I have been impressed with Wynns Family Psychology providers, including Dr. Wynns and Dr. Thomas. I have found both to be knowledgeable therapists who truly care about their work and about doing their best to care for their clients.
Welfare Haskin: Excellent office! 6/5 if I could
Theresa Ballinger: My family had an excellent experience with Wynns Family Psychology! The clinicians provide excellent care and council. We have been to both the Cary and the Raleigh locations and both went well. Highly recommended!
Fraz Zach: Dr.Wynns should not be in practice! She's an absolute mess of a human. After about 2 years stuck with her, we finally decided to get another provider through UNC.The judge dismissed her in court due to her unprofessional actions. This office is a waste of money. She will change things just so she can go on vacation with her family regardless of the urgency of your case. She's not committed to her job!!Notice her website ONLY should we good reviews. She's VERY dishonest!
Jennifer Bush: Both of my kids go here for counseling. They love their counselors and have shown a noticeable improvement in their overall well being.
Arjuna Weerasinha: Great experience. Recommended for kids...I have worked with Kaitlin Hanson and she is highly recommended.
Diana: Truly disappointing experience with Wynns. I had heard good things and had high hopes so I went in full force with buying the book, getting parenting counseling, 10 months of almost weekly sessions for me daughter, and 12 weeks of weekly DBT group therapy with no improvements. I spoke multiple times to my daughters therapist about the lack of progress but there was no change in support or improved outcomes. Tons of time, gas, stress, and money wasted.
Karen Glade: Not impressed. Counselor allowed 15 year old to manipulate her and she didn't call parents in when she should have. Very frustrating experience.
Lauren Stepantschenko: The atmosphere is good, and the practice recently went through some remodeling.Overall the practice seems to be dis-organized and not communicate very well. Appointments have been mixed up between N. Raleigh and Cary Offices, seems like the reception staff keeps changing, and they aren't always sure of what amount is owed. I had 2 rounds of testing done over the last 8 months, and the psychologist quite a long time to complete, not all the forms were given up front, and often emails went un-answered for several days to over a week. The second round of testing was a little faster since I knew what to expect and was able to push it along myself. Once testing was completed, they said they couldn't release the results until I paid the balance (understandable), but nobody once mentioned what that balance was or that they needed a payment. We've had success with Abby K for weekly sessions, and the location is convenient. However I'm not particularly impressed with the practice as a whole, and think that for the amount of money that is being charged, we should be able to expect more.
Kerri Burns: I have had a great experience with Wynn's and have appreciated the professionalism Dr. Warren has shown!
Gina Cockrell: I went to Wynn's Family Psychology to have a Court Ordered Psychological Evaluation. I found the office staff to be very polite, extremely professional. Dr. Thomas performed my eval. and I appreciated her professionalism and thoroughness. I think the perception of the psychological eval. process can be intimidating depending on what you're having it for or the ambiguity of the outcome. In my opinion, Dr. Thomas was very objective and made the process as painless as possible. They aren't the least expensive in town, but with them, I think you get what you pay for. Especially, if you need an unbiased and strict professional protocol.
Lynne Beaman: We've had our children attending Wynn's Family psychology for a complicated situation and have been very pleased with the attentive care we've gotten there. We've seen several doctors in the practice - Dr. Celeste Simmons, Dr. Sarah Salter, Lauren (who was one of the interns), Kalie Moore and Dr. Sarah Rainer. Each of the children found a doctor/therapist that they could relate well to and are making good progress in therapy. One of our children also completed the DBT program with Dr. Salter and Lauren. It only took about 2 sessions to begin to see the behavior change. The child was more confident and in control of the emotions following this valuable group therapy. I was pleased that DBT was moderated unlike some other free/"open share" programs. This way children can be guided to good answers versus feeding off each others' anxieties and bad outlets. I also appreciated how Wynns worked with us to control the costs of therapy by connecting us with Lauren/intern during an expensive period in our therapy. Lauren did an excellent job and had insight that left me pleasantly surprised. Lauren also did a very professional job transitioning us to a new regular therapist, Kalie Moore (also excellent), when she needed to return to school. (These were concerns that I'd had about using an intern, but she exceeded expectations at every turn.) Dr. Celeste Simmons was a great fit also - wise, experienced, direct but gentle with her delivery. Dr. Rainer is new to us, but I can already tell it'll be a good fit too. I appreciate how, as a Christian person, that faith can be incorporated into therapy when it's beneficial to the family. Keep up the great work, team!
Courtney Cantrell: I had both of my children assessed/tested at Wynns because the teachers were concerned with their attention and speed of responding in class. Dr. Salter did an excellent job with the assessment--it was incredibly thorough and didn't "overdiagnose" ADHD, as seems to be the case other places. The report was impressive, detailed, and offered great recommendations. With those recommendations in place both kids are happier and much much more successful in school. One of my kids attended the 6-week social skills group and that made all the difference in the world for her! Her teachers have said she's "a different child" now--willing to speak up in class, starts conversations with other kids where she used to be too shy to interact. THey are really a high quality practice, both in assessment and in their evidence-based treatment. As a psychologist (not in practice, didn't know these psychologists before now), I am really impressed with their quality and would recommend them to anyone!
John Lam: I took my daughter for early school entry test at Wynns Family Psychology. She scored 90 out of 100. However, it is not good enough because Dr. Sarah said my daughter needs to have at least 98. According to Dr. Sarah, the test is second grade level test required by Wake County standard. This is the early entry test for Kindergarten not for second grade early entry. I found the feedback from my child is very unclear and conflict since she didn't show us the real test s but only an evaluation based on her observation. I paid almost 700 dollars for the test and am not impressed with the service. The doctors here only go after the money and are not interest in helping in evaluation your children. So my advise to you all is do not, do not bring your child here for evaluation, waste of time and money. Oh year, the doctor is asking for 200 dollars more beside the 700 if I only to find out the result early, usually the result comes out three weeks later after the test. But if I have paid 200 dollars more then I can find the result within a week. Like I said, this place is after the money, money, money, not really interesting in evaluation your child. So please look to other places for testing, do not take your child here.

Cary Psychiatry - Allison Mikel M.D.: what do users think?
Audrey Anderson: May have missed a few things but diagnosed me correctly. Were harsh but competent in how they access.
Leslie: They’re good, but not perfect. Problem is that they don’t send out referrals for patients who really need them. I feel as if I get better responses if the doctors file the referrals rather than me. It’s as if therapy locations don’t take people seriously unlike the doctors making the referral. I never get responses, but if the doctors make the referral, I get a response immediately the next day. It’s difficult working with this place to get help for my son. We can’t figure out the right medicine regimen. He’s a difficult case as he has severe depression and anxiety. So much so that he’s been hospitalized 7 times in one year. They do continue to try to figure it out, which is something I highly respect.
Brett Dunn: I've been a patient of Katie's for several years now. She listens and responds when I have any issues with my medication, and is happy to provide alternatives when some side effects are too much to handle. Front office staff are friendly, polite, and willing to work with you on payment if you communicate with them.
Tarra Fuller: I had no problems with this office until they charged my card $320! I called them originally because my claims were stating I didn’t owe anything. When I called I was told my visits from July and October were denied. Heather and I agreed we’d look into it. A few days later while I was at work I received a voicemail from Donna stating she wanted to discuss the issue and get it resolved by the end of the year or possibly the end of the month. 15 minutes later I received an email that they charged my card $320 because they aren’t in network with the way my insurance works. (My other provider had no problem filling out the providers form in order for me not to be charged as I get 5 free visits a year) They said I could get some reimbursement by submitting the claims myself. When I called the office back and spoke with Donna she stated it was their policy to charge my card and there was no way around it. I don’t even recall telling them to ever put my card on file especially to charge me hundreds of dollars without my consent. My whole family was sick at this time which added even more stress on our lives. It seems they care more about the money while draining a person’s bank account than respecting their patients.
Samantha K: Moved to NC before COVID and found that scheduling’s always been flexible for my work with telehealth, and I have the patient portal which helps me talk to my doctor if I got questions. Staff workin in the office are always up front & explain stuff to me, and helped me get my insurance to cover medicines. I feel cared about & listened to. Also seen Katie for medicine and she’s great too.
ex Multiples: Office staff give wrong information then blame the patient for being upset. Provider is never on time. Staff throw up barriers and do not know how to "meet patients where they are at" . Office staff will say one thing but something totally different will happen. SMH
Johnny Cameron: I will say this practice has awesome Doctors. My son and I have been very happy with them. Recently, my insurance changed to BCBSIL which the practice accepts. The office charged my credit card for appointments without notifying my of issues with insurance claims. Multiple times. I have been told by BCBS that claims have not been submitted, I was told by the front office they were denied. I have to assume they are being submitted but something is off. Rather than work with me to rectify the issue, they simply charge my credit card on file with no notification to me, I am left to find out from my credit card statement. The same happened the following month with my sons appointment. When I complained of them charging my credit card without notice they stated "that's our policy" The charges are less the issue than the total lack of communication from the front office or the unwillingness to investigate the issue with the insurance. I stated if they would not promise to notify me when charging my credit card that I would have to find another provider. They stated they would not. Unbelievable to me that I would be dismissed so easily when I have always had insurance or immediately paid my account. I asked for notification. The office staff are great when there is not an issue, when there is you can tell what they are really about. $$$$$$$
Blake Dennis: Best and most professional group of health experts I've ever dealt with, Katherine Myers has taught me so much about my health and shown me how to be a healthier me. She has helped me with my attention deficit disorder and depression, she knows all of her stuff, she's made so much improvements and takes her time to explain what she prescribes or recommended. She is my go to for all my health problems, she even referred me to some doctors about other health concerns. Thank you for all that you do for me and everyone else.
Savannah Felton: The receptionist, Heather, is an absolute sweetheart. She was very kind on the two phone calls I had with her. She made me feel super welcome and safe at this medical practice. I had a Telehealth meeting with Maggie Evers and she was super observant and kind. She listened to everything I said and took my experiences and concerns seriously. I will not hesitate to come back or to recommend Cary Psychiatry to my friends!
Jessica Kettenbach: The office is beautiful, staff is friendly and efficient, and all the care providers take my concerns seriously.
L i v i a: Dr. Mikel has always been very kind and caring during our sessions. She is a very down-to-earth person. Relatable and a good listener. Her office staff (Specially Donna) has also been very kind and patient with me.
ashley lewis: This place and staff are extremely accommodating. They are very professional and friendly. They make it such a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend!
Gina Desorcie: I can't say enough kind things about Dr. Mikel. She has been an answer to a prayer for my family. The office staff is super professional and goes up and beyond with the little things. I am so thankful for this practice. I would recommend 1000%.
Christopher Dewitt: I just want to post this as a warning to everyone to not share any of your personal information with this office unless you are 100% sure you want to have them as your provider. I never officially set up an appointment or anything with this people but still got charged for being a no-show. I called to sort things out and was told "that was just their policy." Lost over $300. Be careful out there everyone.
Elizabeth Morton: My family has been going to this office for 4 years. Both Dr. Mikel and Katherine Myers, PA have been kind and interested in hearing from us about our needs. They don't just tell you what they're going to do and write a script, they enlist patients to make guided choices. The new office is very nice, and the staff is polite and helpful.
Cecilia Mena Ariz: I am very satisfied the way I am treated with DR EVERS, because I am an adult she needs to be careful with me and my medications. I think the office needs more training as they don’t know how to work around my meds and how important they are for me. I know it takes time and patience to train them. I think eventually they will get there.
Tammy Petschke: We are very happy with Dr Mikel
Erica Eason-Moncayo: I have had a great experience with Maggie Evers. She is thoughtful, experienced and truly wonderful to work with as a psychiatric provider. My frustration with being a patient is the lack of insurance knowledge on the front office staff and the unresponsiveness to emails. Several times I have been told that my insurance covers the appointment and then called later for bills upward of $500. When requesting refills and appointments, it is imperative to respond to the doctor’s patients because if the email goes unanswered, our prescriptions are delayed. For example, I requested an appointment on Monday through the front desk and to ask my provider to refill my current prescriptions. It is now Thursday and I don’t have either. I am out of all of my medications. To me, this is unacceptable.
Joshua Ratliff: I have been seeing Dr. Katherine Myers now for almost a year. My Bipolar 2 is particularly hard to get under control, and she has worked very hard to find the right combination of medication to help my state. She is kind, caring, and extremely professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants a doctor to spend time with them and their medications. It takes time and she does not take an one size fits all approach to your well being. Thank you Dr. MyersAs for the administration, they are top notch. They are always on top of appointments, vitals, documentations, and scheduling. Austin is a kind and helpful person, and everyone else I've dealt with indirectly has been helpful and professional. I have never been seen late, so they also take your time seriously.
Kevin Stephenson: Great place to go. Really makes you feel comfortable and very easy to contact if any questions arise. Highly recommend!!! Dr. Mikel is extremely nice and understanding. The office staff is also very nice and are there to help you with anything.
Josh Bruckstein: Very caring

Piedmont Behavioral Services: what do users think?
Aaron Dawgzilla: Called their number this “practice” feels like a scam! I feel like this “medical” practice is not ethical. They have one provider under the guise of mental health services. They have managed to have ONE licensed provider. Please stop using their services they need to be reported!
Ashley Martinez: Do not recommend making an appt!! The staff is absolutely rude they don’t let you talk or ask for your preference!!!!
andrea candelo: Absolutely abysmal. I did their evaluation and they told me there was no way I had ADHD or Autism. Went to a different doctor at another place and was instantly diagnosed with it. Their customer service is awful. I was always left on seen even when I threatened to kill myself. Psychiatrist constantly ignored and dismissed what I was saying. He really has the worst bedside manners. The appointmens were always rushed, not even 5 mins long. Stay far far away from this place if you want mental help. My therapist was great though.
Marielle Moore: Dr. Rasul is very nice, but it should NOT be this difficult to get in contact with someone. They have a phone number, but if you call you're told to do whatever is necessary online instead of having a simple conversation. They have a direct messaging app, VSee, where you have the video calls and can message with some sort of receptionist, but if you attempt to ask a question there, you are directed to their website to fill out a form. If you do not write an email confirming that you filled out a form, they will not address the form you filled out even with your name and email attached. Your actual clinician will contact you through an OnPatient invitation, but will subsequently only contact you through Health Gorilla and will not interact on OnPatient at all.Health Gorilla's identification was not working, meaning I couldn't see my doctor's messages, so I called customer support, and they didn't pick up. I then emailed, and they responded that my provider needed to resend the invitation to join Health Gorilla.Thinking this would be a simple task, I messaged the practice on VSee. They responded with a link to a bunch of support categories, none of which actually fit my issue. I submitted a form, then sent my little email saying I'd submitted my form. All I want is to be able to reconfirm my ADHD diagnosis so my insurance will cover the medicine I need to function, and this process makes it feel as though the practice is actively trying to make getting help as difficult as possible.
Hawke Lane: Don't go here. I asked for a service they could've easily told me wasn't available. Instead, they took my copay and told me it wasn't available and gave unsolicited advice without knowing any of my medical history.
Hunter Charlino: This place will fail you in every way possible do not use
John DeWitt: I’ve never once talked to the actual doctor. Always the PAs. Also, customer service is abysmal. Whenever I call, I am greeted by long hold times that wouldn’t be so unbearable except for the fact that “thank you for holding, please continue to stay on the line” repeats every 5-15 seconds.EDIT: I am writing this a little over a year and a half later.. I am still with this practice for some reason I am trying to get another provider because this is the last straw. They cancelled my appt for June and rescheduled it for October and they have not renewed my prescriptions even though I and my pharmacy have constantly reached out to them with no reply. I am out of my meds and going through withdrawal. Thanks Piedmont!!
Ahsan Tariq: worst service ever
TylerM814: Even if I was 100% mentally sound. I would need to see a psychiatrist after going to this office.
Tammara Savage: I've actually like about 95% of the services I've had over the last 5 yrs. Very understanding, an helpful. Just hard to get a hold of at times.
C: They should be shut down for neglecting the welfare of their patients. DO not use this service. The therapists are useless and the prescribers are completely irresponsible and careless and frankly, dangerous.
Nina Smalley: This doctor should be jailed for medical malpractice. I'm not sure how he sleeps at night.Additionally, no PA has stuck around for more than 5 months. I've been a patient for a year and have had 4 different PA's as my provider. Says a lot about how he treats his staff and how much he cares for his patients.
Christine Craib: Flat out lied to me about the medications they are legally allowed to prescribe. I checked in advance and they specifically told me they were allowed to prescribe my medication. I started the appointment saying what I was there for and the doctor spent 30 minutes talking to me (and wasting my time) and then told me that he was not allowed to prescribe my medication. Then, when I had a panic attack because I was unable to get my medication, the doctor admonished and belittled me. Then they still charged me for the appointment, despite not being able to prescribe my medication. I would give them 0 stars if I could. To boot, they changed my appointment time to earlier and didn't call me to tell me (they sent an email at 8am for my appt (originally) at noon), so I missed the original appointment. Terrible practice.
Chris Brown: While Dr Rasul was great to work with I have to tell you that this is the absolute worst medical practice I have ever experienced. It’s impossible to get in touch with any office staff or management. Making appointments is incredibly difficult and then you’re lucky if they actually schedule it at the time they told you. Then, to top it all off, they have been billing me incorrectly for nearly three years and the insurance company is launching an investigation for medical billing and coding errors that may be considered fraud. Based on the insurance company’s advice I will also be filing a complaint with the Department of Health and Human Services. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
Kelly Mullaney: PA Callahan was completely disrespectful and dismissive. There was no professionalism. I've had successful therapeutic relationships with my psychiatrist and therapists back in Cincinnati and he is no where near competent. I've already contacted medical board and state to report him. Don't mess with us nurses.
Erika Olsen: This is the worst run practice I’ve ever experienced. They have taken my money and have not reimbursed me for close to $1k in charges. They are unresponsive to myself and insurance provider. I don’t know who runs this practice but it is awful. Do not do business with them. If you do, take you own risk.
Nicole Bradley: Lied to me about the cost and that my insurance was accepted here. Unresponsive to emails and messages. Can't get through to anyone on the phone after many tries. Its been about 4 months now with no response. Didnt even talk to the actual doctor at any point in time, just 15 minute online session with a nurse practitioner.
Michael Smith: Not an actual psychiatry service this is a scam. If you are seeking help please do not go here as theyll traumatize you and confuse you further. I never talked to an actual doctor. The woman on the tele-psychiatry never even introduced who she was. I was transferring from another doctor and already on medication that worked. Immediately said they don’t “like to prescribe controlled substances” which is code for they can’t prescribe them. Any legitimate psychiatrist you would go to obviously is never going to immediately tell you the medication you’re already on isn’t right for you even if it’s a controlled substance as they haven’t even evaluated you yet clearly. Was basically as far as the first meeting went and told I would take basically what was a quiz next time. I assumed maybe I would speak to the actual doctor next time and maybe this woman was just getting initial information. The second meeting I was told take online quiz then next time she will tell me my diagnosis. Confused by this, I said that she hasn’t even received the records from my last psychiatrist yet so how can they do this? She just said the online quiz is reliable and do that. After I said they didn’t know enough about me yet she looked at me and said ok tell me what else there is harshly then stared at me. I stuttered and was taking time to get started and open up and she literally cut me off and shut me down and said “ya you need in person psychiatry” and I had to walk off the camera as I started crying. Who in their right mind would cut someone off like that while they’re in a vulnerable state opening up. And to make it more demented she asked me to come back and changed her voice to be nice and said “you just had a breakthrough!” to try to gaslight me into believing what she just did didn’t happen and instead me crying was somehow me having a “breakthrough” At this point I had talked to this woman for maybe ten minutes in total. The online quiz asked to answer for the past 6 months which I was already on medication for. She told me to answer the questions as if I hadn’t taken medication which makes no sense as then I’m making hypothetical answers. I just have A.D.D. thats all I was there for to get A.D.D. medication. Finally when the next appointment came she told me the quiz said I didn’t have A.D.D. I had anxiety and depression. She told me that my treatment option was antidepressants and started to list some which I told her I had already tried and didn’t react well. She also said Strattera which is for A.D.D. which I thought I “didn’t have”. I was so confused what was going on and asked if they had my records from my last psychiatrist as it clearly shows I had A.D.D. and was on a medication that was a controlled substance for it and was having great success from it. She told me she still hadn’t received them and I asked why she didn’t follow up with me again to get them and she told me that faxes could take a day or two and I said they sent it a week ago she had ample time. She then told me if I didn’t like the medication they were offering I should try somewhere else. I told her it’s bad to say a passive aggressive statement like that to someone who came to you for help. She then basically said she couldn’t prescribe controlled substances and would get back to me later. Got a call later I was let go from there bc they can’t give my mediation and bc of my “behavior” which was clearly just calling out the scam they are to their face. I fear someone goes there’s for help is misdiagnosed and given just any medication as they clearly don’t know what they’re doing and they’re going to end up responsible for someone’s life ending. Hopefully people reading this will prevent something that dark from happening as this is not an actual mental health office it’s some kind of scary money making scheme. I wish I read the reviews before.
Jasmine Juicy: Called to see if my child's insurance would be accepted and said yes..... And that I had to fill out all paperwork...... Filled it all out to all of a sudden you tell me my insurance isn't accepted. Wasted my time. Hire people that are knowledgeable. !
Ashley Hileman: I do telepsychiatry over video chat, which has helped me tremendously being a stay at home mom... dr. Rasul is my psychiatrist & always listened until my medication worked... when I fill out my med refil request it has always been filled that day or the next. I have never been treated like " I don't matter". Best choice I made going through this place for treatment & counseling.
Aini Khan: HiiIf you want to seek help go aome where else instead of piedmont.

3-C Family Services: what do users think?
Heather Albrecht: Everyone is very professional. The Dr I see is insightful and intelligent. I have only positive things to say about this practice.
Johnson Family: Dr. Siddle is fantastic.
Rina: Traumatic experience a few years ago, with Dr. Lori Schweickert and Rebecca. Avoid, avoid, avoid if you can.
Ryan Williams: Everyone is here to help and has trained to be licensed clinicians for that very purpose. As a patient myself, I have always had meaningful encounters with those I came to see. Having a good fit for your needs is always tough, but it is here that support can be found everywhere.
Teddy Spiliopoulos: Amazing people doing amazing work to help children and their families...not enough can be said...
Zack Helms: We have had a positive experience here and I recommend it to anyone. Their website has videos made by each clinician which are helpful because your child can watch them in order to get a better idea of what therapy will be like and help decide who they would like to see.
mark a: I want to sue for malpractice: Lori Scweickert and Kat N. Stay away from these two as well: Rebecca Townsend and Meagan Knowles. Incompetent, incompetent, incompetent, and unprofessional.
Ben Morabite: Not worth your time or the expenses your family will have to suffer for the incompetent care received. Every "doctor" I entered into treatment with went to some sham college and seemed generally of low intelligence. They will misdiagnose and overcharge your family/insurance plan and are opportunistic. Stay away.
Deana McCollum: I was quite disappointed to learn that this clinic refuses to see patients who have government insurance through Medicare, Medicaid or NC Healthchoice. Even if the patient or patient's family requests to self-pay, this clinic refuses to provide services to this population.
M Scott: So far things have been great with Ms. Kat North. My son has seemed to improve overall emotionally and academically since we began our visits with her.

Mindpath Health: what do users think?
Shelly Jantzen: I’ve been using telehealth for my appts and love it.
Patrick Ohmes: She was extremely helpful and courteous. Made me feel like someone was really listening.
Cheryl Malitz: My associate listened to me about symptoms I’m having and discussed reducing medication. I really like that she listened and acted accordingly as some have kind of brushed off my concerns.
Ryan Mulgrew: Just a Giant corporate entity that doesn't care about patients or their doctors. Probably only care about shareholders or profits.
Rajagopal Manoharan: Good and caring doctor NK and her team and the hospital, continuous followup, mild dosage on medication, changing medicines when needed depends on health, flexible with in-person/video call for sessions, attensing calls when needed.
Carissa James: So far, Dr. Jennifer Fields has been wonderful. She's taken my feelings, concerns, and questions seriously. I was nervous switching psychiatrists due to insurance changes but I'm really happy with my experience here so far
Leah Gorman: Need more receptionists there is always a long wait to speak with someone. The receptions are excellent. Scheduled an appointment a month in advance asked if I needed to send my medical records and they said no. Met with PA via telehealth and she needed my medical records for my Perscription refill. Sent medical records. Didn’t hear back for weeks. Had to call several times finally got call back that they needed something specific. Had to make telehealth appointment with my old provider and call my provider that proscribed me originally 15 years ago to send my medical records. A whole month goes by and I haven’t heard from mindpath except a $450 bill for a telehealth appointment. Also recieved a $250 bill for meeting my previous provider to get records and still don’t have Perscription so that is $700 lost because I’m going to have to pay again to go elsewhere. Victoria Hills has no follow up or communication ability and is overpriced.
Lashauna Carroll: Always a great experience with very caring staff.
Tracy Parker: Adam seems to know what he's doing. We did a thorough intake and at the end I was satisfied as to the direction of my treatment for treatment-resistant clinical depression.
Susan King: I cannot say enough good things about Dr Takkallapalli.
Kathleen Furlough: The staff are very helpful and attentive to your needs and concerns.
Carol Q: Internet issues. Did not complete session. Upsetting. Awhile to call today.
GARY BENTZ: I have been very satisfied with my experience with Adam at Mindpath. He is very attentive to my issues and provides wonderful and appropriate solutions. Highly recommended.
Leanne Foster: Dr. Vora is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and empathetic.
Lynn Lember: I’m very pleased to have been helped by the Therapists at MindPath. They have been very caring and supportive!
Kathy Schissler: My counselor is so kind, wise and wonderful.
Sterling Robinson: Saved my life.
Connie Gail: Dana is the very best!
George Pilkington: Hunter is a warm and insightful therapist. He is providing me a sounding board and askeing me the appropriate questions to equip me to find what, when, and where to act. His help is enabling me to overcome my pitfalls, and actively pursue the conversations and activities that will provide me joy, Success, and deepen my relationships with family.
Beverly Ferguson: I always have a great experience with my doctor…😀 She always listens to me with compassion and her advise is always helpful.. Although the waiting time can be challenging, I understand the time of listening and empathy she has with her patients is a priority. So far I’m sticking with Mind Path . Thumb up for me 👍🏾
Michael Averett: Really good for mental health. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences but this is exactly what you need if you have mental health issues:)
