The Little Gym of Cary: what do users think?
Shayla M: Updated: I spoke with the director who was very nice and she did offer a refund which I appreciate. Unfortunately I do not see this type of environment working for my son and he said he didn't want to return so we will stick to other venues with more engaging instructors and more structured environments.Awful experience at our first class today. The receptionist informed us that we were starting on a "weird" day by which she meant a completely inappropriate day to have a 3 year old starting in a class because it was the last class of the session where all the other children knew an entire routine and were "showing it off". This should have been communicated or just not have happened at all.Not one of the 3 teachers introduced themselves to my son so he stood at the side completely confused and uncomfortable the entire time. When I told the receptionist this will clearly not be a good fit for us her response was okay but you'll be charged whatever other payments are due in the next 30 days... thanks.
Jenny Roque: My daughter has been going to the little gym since she was 2. And she absolutely loves the staff. Lately we've been taking advantage of the Parents night out dates, its been a life saver. She has a blast and we have some time to ourselves. We love it because they get food, burn energy, and its a small group of kids allowed.
Sergio Barragan: My kids love this place. ALL instructors have been great. We have also made a bday party here and it was a huge success.
Erin Tilton: The Little Gym is the best! My son is 4 and my daughter is 19 months and they have been going since each were a few months old. They both love it, have become socialized/enjoy spending time with their friends, and learn new skills every week. They both look forward to their weekly classes. Cant recommend TLG enough!
Ashley Walter: We love TLG Cary! We always have a great time and our child learns something new every week!
Joey Vail: My daughter has been going to Little Gym Cary for over a year now and we have done both parent/child classes and she is now in a child only class. She loves the classes and the staff is great. She is currently in Funny Bugs, but every class she has attended has been awesome. Highly recommend as an activity for active kids!
Panchali Silver: Both of my toddlers attend classes at TLG in Cary and we’ve had a wonderful experience. The teachers are fun, patient and really do a great job of making the little kids feel comfortable. The makeup policy is very helpful and liberal though it was shortened from unlimited amount of time to makeup to within 6m of an excuse - but still plenty of time. I recommend this for young kids starting out in gymnastics tumbling and dance.
Jessica Kaer: I have been going for he little gym since my daughter was 2 years old. It has been a spectacular experience the entire time. There are so many great teachers here and they are so patient with parents and kids. The curriculum is extremely diverse and engaging for kiddos of all ages. The kids are always safe with the skills they do and it is a great way to meet other parents! My daughter looks forward to her class every single week.
Eric Hampton Jr: Overall a nice spot to take your kids.
Luvia Martinez: My daughter enjoys The Little Gym. She looks forward to her classes weekly. I have missed a couple of weeks and they follow up with a message. Very healthy environment for the kids, staff is very friendly and welcoming! Great activities and they maintain the Little Gym clean.
Salah Hamed: We love Mr.Josh. We love his class the most.
Lindsey Busfield: My 3 year old LOVES The Little Gym. They create a great atmosphere where she can figure out how to move her body. So important at her age! Always sleeps great after.
Анна А: UPDATE since the owner answeredYou're not being honest. 1) I DID wear a mask. The requirement to wear a medical mask was only applied to one customer (me). All other parents were wearing cloths which aren't medical masks. You're not being honest saying we were welcome to stay as well. We were welcome to stay under the ultimatum you offered only. I did nothing illegal or against your policies. So Governor's orders have nothing to do with your actions. A few months later you don't care about masks anymore. So it's not about safety you talk about either. You had an unhappy customer who didn't like another customer's look. It was your call as the owner of the place. You chose to side with the bully because that was convenient for your business which I understand. It is what it is.-------------------------So my child was kicked out because another parent didn't like my face mask. Yes, I wore it, she literally disliked it. I was given an ultimatum either to wear a medical mask or to wait outside which I declined. The owner chose to ask us to stop coming. I respect her decision despite the unfair treatment my child got. I still recommend LG to friends since the sessons were fun. So today my friend who I referred to Little Gym told me - SURPRISE - not all the staff members were wearing masks. My one star review reflects bullying my family and Little Gym policies taking part in hypocricy that is destroying all our lives these days.
Valerie Nakhle: They treat my daughter like their own - thanks Little Gym!
Dianne M: The open house back to school event. My daughter had a blast!!
Makenzie Sandler: Best children's gymnastics program in the area. Fun learning with age-appropriate expectations. The instructors are great! And they keep the gym super clean/disinfected.
Danielle Marcus: I have since then edited this review below…Wanted to try this class for my Autistic son and explained to the owner about his special needs. I asked if we could kind of have a small tour inside to see if my son would even be interested. He has trouble with expressing himself so it is kind of hard to tell if he likes something with out him being able to explore before hand. The manager insisted that I pay around $60 for an introductory 4 classes before hand and refused to let us look inside before hand. She said it was a nation wide policy. I called the location in Durham to verify and they were totally understanding, inclusive and accommodating and offered a $15 introductory class while the manager at the Cary location had no problem sending my business out the door. I was completely mortified after that experience! I had full intentions to sign up for the Mommy and me class with my 6 month old and possibly the sports class for my 4yr old that day but needless to say I didn't : (Updated review 7/2021: Here we are 4 years later and I have to say my experience has been like night and day. We thought we would entertain the idea as a friend of mind insisted things were way better since new ownership. The staff are all professional, personable, energetic, and friendly. The place is clean and updated. Most importantly my kids love it!
Danny Hoots: Great small business
Samantha Ennis: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI love The Little Gym!!! Friendly staff that love the kids, nice and clean. If I could give them 6 stars I would.
lauren Greffe: So I just want to take a minute to talk about my experience with the Little Gym. I don't know how many of you moms are in the Triangle area, but the Little Gym in Cary is amazing.I had absolutely zero experience with newborns. In fact, the first baby I ever held was my own. I was, and sometimes still am, constantly worried about his development. Am I giving him enough tummy time? Is he stimulated enough? How do I even keep him entertained all day? It was getting bad enough that it was contributing to my PPD quite a bit.I started taking him to the Little Gym because of my friend and she really advocated for the classes so I decided I'd take him anyway. And woooooow. He's only been to a few classes, but already I can see improvement in his strength, his interest in the world around him, and his social skills. I also feel better on the days when we don't go to class, because I have some understanding on how to interact with him, exercises and tumbling he can practice, and I know I'm helping him build strength and hit those development milestones with ease! I highly recommend if you are able to get your kids into classes, they're completely worth it. If you live in the Raleigh/Cary area, ask for Amy at the Little Gym!
Sophie Hudson: We love the little gym!!!

Over The Moon Play Space: what do users think?
Michelle B: We've been fans of Over the Moon since the week they opened. Benji handled the pandemic flawlessly, navigating the challenges of masks vs no masks, cleaning, social distancing... all of the things I'm SURE he never prepared for during his opening. Since then, we've been back dozens of times, and one of my kids has attended their summer camp the past 2 years. There is great care taken in hiring their summer camp counselors, who are a fantastic bunch. The cafe area in the back is a wonderful perk for working parents who need to balance play time and work time. I love being able to sit within view of my children, have a coffee, and get some things done. The 3-story rocket ship is a forever classic.
Alexis Benes: Great indoor playground for kids! Love that it was science and space themed- my daughter loved it! Very clean and organized. Separate area for babies which was great for my little one. Will definitely be returning!
Javier Serrano: Great place absolutely have to take your kids there staff is so friendly best times if want to be alone especially for toddlers are between 12pm-3:30 but it’s a great place my kid loves it and I love it too no complaints
Onyah Burgess: we love this place, my son knows where we're going as soon as we pull in the parking lot! The visits are very affordable/reasonable for the time allotted. I think its 14$ for about an hour & a half. The staff is always friendly, tentative and helpful. The building is clean and spacious
Janelle Studdard: This was my first time taking my 2 year-old to this indoor play space, and it did not disappoint. I loved the variety of hands-on activities, and I appreciated how much space there was for little ones to roam around and play. The staff was super friendly and professional, and everything was extremely clean and organized. It was the perfect option for a cold, rainy day. We'll definitely be back!
Stefanie Menardy: We love this place so much, we decided to get the monthly membership. It is SO worth it. Even I have fun playing here. Highly recommend!
Amelia Alexander: Very clean and well kept up.
Sarah Geary: We had such a great experience at Over the Moon's summer camp! We've tried a bunch of camps and our kiddo is usually fine/indifferent to most of them. She came home gushing about her day and couldn't wait to show off her favorite park. It's so nice that they have the opportunity for lots of outdoor time when weather allows. Thanks for a great week!
Jon Rodriguez: Nice place for kids to play. Different types of things for them to be creative with, my daughter had a really nice time and found some other kids to play nicely with.
Anne D'Agostino: Absolutely awesome place and the kids had tons of fun! The area is spacious, well equipped with everything in good repair, staff is super friendly and conscientious. The place is spotless and they have several air filters going at all times. Definitely would recommend it to others!
Girija Yegnanarayanan: Wonderful play space for kids. Soft flooring, a couple of slides, a climbing wall and other structures and a lot of different sized blocks, magnatiles etc A totally cool, fun place for kids!!
Trina Burgess: We love OTM for track out camps! Great staff, neat themes, small class sizes. My son asks to go back every trackout!
Elizabeth M: This is a fantastic indoor play space for kids! It feels large and spacious, and there’s still plenty for the kids to explore. The theme is fun and engaging, and I love how the space theme is incorporated in different ways. For example, the staff are “Mission Control” 😊 There are astronaut suits in various sizes and colors for the kids to wear. There’s a large rocket the kids can climb in and the top goes into the ceiling where there are cool black and blue lights and sparkling lights that mimic stars. There’s a small cafe area where adults can sit and relax or work online. Free WiFi! 👍 The cost is very affordable for open play and the time slot of almost 90 min for open play was plenty! Be sure to register online, in advance. We’ll definitely be back!
Danny Feuer: Our four and one year olds had the best time at Over The Moon! Our four year old especially liked the rocket ship and obstacle course. We spent the full hour and twenty minutes there and could have easily stayed much longer. The staff were super friendly and the space was extremely clean. We will be back soon!
quigleymp Luntz-Quigley: 4 year old grandson had a great time playing in all the play areas. Staff was very attentive and place is very clean. Great place to but energy off. Cafe area was clean and accessible. Clean restrooms. He loved all the equipment and play areas. Would go again
Katie Whiffen: Our favorite indoor playspace in the Triangle! Super spacious, never crowded when we go on the weekdays, and there's always something new to discover every time we visit. The owner and staff are always very friendly and the space is always clean.
David Lewis: Great place. Very clean. Attentive staff. Kids had a great time.
Brittany Bilohlavek: My boys had such a fun time at this play place! I love how there were activities for my 9-month-old, as well as my 4-year-old. It was nice to have each area spread out enough for plenty of room for all the kids to play without being crowded. There were climbing activities, sensory activities, building activities, dress up outfits, balancing activities, and much more! The floors were nice and padded for any type of slip or fall. There was also a designated spot to sit and eat or have a refreshment. Definitely a nice place to go to burn off energy, play, relax, or spend the day when inclement weather keeps you inside.
Brittany Lavery: Great birthday experience! Kids of all ages were able to run around, enjoy snacks and breaks as needed while it being effortless for the parents.
Isabel Stephens: The cutest place! Brought my 16 month old here and he had a blast! Plenty of space to run around and toys to play with. Very clean and so many things for him to do! We can’t wait to come back :)
Briana Austin: We had a wonderful party at Over the Moon! The kids, ages 5-6 had plenty of things to do and plenty of space to run around. The open layout makes it perfect for parents to sit in the back and observe without worrying about where their kid is. The staff were very response during the planning process and let us know all the details prior to the party. At first I thought 15 minutes was not enough time to decorate for the party but they already have tons of decorations on the walls and ceiling. We brought a few balloons but we really didn't need to bring any decorations. The large party room has plenty of counter space and seats/tables. We had pizza delivered with no issues and the time for the party was perfect. Would highly recommend for your kid's next birthday party!

Notasium: Cary Music Lessons and Play Space: what do users think?
Jessica Pesterfield: My 2-year-old son adores this place! We've been coming since he started walking well independently. I love that the layout is open, and it's easy to see him now that he runs around. He just climbed the big slide for the 1st time last week! He is still talking about it.
Jennifer Manchester: Visited for the first time today with my almost one year old granddaughter, based on an article that I read which mentioned fun for 1- and 2-year olds, and info on the Notasium web site that said non-walkers are $5 and specified that $10 was for ages 1+. I will say that the facility was VERY clean, and their set up is indeed great for parents that can keep an eye on the kids while utilizing the seating around the play area. However, even though I shared that my granddaughter was only able to take a few steps independently and still preferring crawling, and was only 11 months old, they charged me full price.(*Quick update that management noticed my review mentioning the full price charge, and refunded me to reflect the correct $5 price, so customer service seems to be good.)We arrived around 11:30, and were the only patrons there, so it was nice that I didn't have to worry about her being overwhelmed by larger kids. However, there was not much for a toddler this size to do. There is a small slide, but the back side of it is like a climbing wall, not stairs, there was a little soft xylophone "stool" to pat, and some large soft drums, which were neat because when you tapped them they played more drum sounds. Other than that, the only thing she could do is touch the music around the world wall, and beat the pots and pans in the little house. This might be a fun spot for kids starting around 2 1/2 or 3, especially on bad weather days, even if only for the indoor bouncers. But for now we'll be sticking with another play space like Little Doodles (which, consequently, didn't even charge me for my grandbaby since she's so small.)
Hanna: My 2 year old loves this play place! When we visited we had the place to ourselves! It was so fun we will be back! Couldn’t believe no one else was there! My only complaint was a couple of corners seemed dark, my 2 year old thought it was scary! The bounce house when you walk in is very dimly lit and they didn’t want to go in. The other bounce house has more lighting, but it has flashing party lights, at first I thought I was a burning out bulb flashing and it seemed creepy too! Lol
Tim Trimble: My kids liked this place. The bouncy houses were really fun, even for an older person like me. My daughter was scared of the guitar slide, but she will get it one day.
Aspyn Andrea Maher: We love notasium we are there a lot. The new man that works there is not a good fit. He is constantly on his phone texting watching videos & not helping! Not kid friendly either. Bring the girl back!!
Amie Titus: Not a fan of this place. (I think its because my little girl is just too little) I didnt like the worker; I felt she had a little attitude, and I wouldn't say I liked how I watched a little girl push a few kids, and they didnt kick her out. Suitable for older kids, that guitar slide looks fantastic!
laura: My kids love this place! Music themed play space with bouncy houses, what's not to love!
Crystal Daves: I took my 3 and 6 year old here last Saturday to meet a friend for open-play. It was our first time ever even hearing of this place- what a gem! It has the perfect lay-out for kids to wander around to each area and play while the parents watch from the seating surrounding the whole area. KUDOS!! My daughter has been showing interest in learning piano or guitar and this place just sealed the deal by making it seem "cool" :)
Alexandra Ormond: We had two birthday parties at Notasium. It was hassle free and the staff were amazing.
Jen Matthews: My kids love this place so much! I usually have to drag them out of there when it's time to go. We just had my daughter's birthday there and Jenna and all other staff were amazing. They made everything so easy and the kids had a blast. My daughter has attended a couple music lessons in the past and we plan to sign her up for some more.
Maria Maxell: We had my daughter's birthday party here. The staff all went way above and beyond to serve the needs of all our guests (several of whom have disabilities). It was so well laid out and the party was so much fun, we will definitely be recommending it to all our friends!
Sarah Geary: This was such a cute space pre-covid. Sadly even in March 2022, they're still requiring children (**toddlers**, no less - 3 and up) to cover their faces. Thankfully they updated most open play to be mask optional, but Mon/Wed are still mask required, and the big sticking point for me is that they still require masks for all private and group classes. If you have any idea how masks hold potential to work, you should stop fighting battles to have children cover their faces. The CDC has, WCPSS has. We won't be supporting businesses that continue to restrict children when the rest of the world has gone back to normal life.
Mithat Kara: Nice place for kids to learn music skills.
Dan Wilson: My son absolutely loves his piano lessons here. It's also fun to play inside, even if you're not taking lessons.
Kimberly: We just had my daughter's birthday party here & it was fantastic. We had various age groups of boys & girls, they all loved it. They were so helpful, had great communication, & it really made having a child's birthday easy. The music session portion of the party was so entertaining for the 5 year olds to the 12 year olds. I highly recommend having your child's party here or just visiting for their open play. The staff is simply amazing!!!
Chris Leming: Great place for birthday parties. Lots of fun music-related play structures and equipment to help kids experience the joy of music in a new and unique way. The guitar slide seems to be a favorite. Notasium is also great for music lessons. Our kindergartener started virtual piano lessons through Notasium, and has since moved to in-person group piano lessons. The teachers are great at introducing the fundamentals in a fun and engaging way. My kid’s favorite part is learning to play nursery rhymes in minor keys. I highly recommend Notasium for lessons and for parties.
A. Jean Jones: Great 'quaranteam' experience!
Mary Osborne: Our family absolutely loves Notasium. Our first experience was years ago at their Durham location. I was so thrilled when they announced that they were opening a branch in Cary. The play space is huge, clean, and fun. They have bounce houses, a giant guitar slide, and a lot of other music related activities. They have karaoke and a percussion room where kids can bang on pots and pans and make a lot of noise. The employees are super friendly and inviting (I'm looking at you, Jenna!), and really make you feel at home. They do a great job of keeping rowdy kids in check and enforcing rules, but not in an overbearing, critical way.My eldest (age 11) has been taking piano, voice, and violin from Robin for a while now and absolutely loves it. Robin is patient and isn't too chastising when my daughter doesn't practice as she should. We've seen great progress, and my daughter looks forward to her lessons. She's participated in two recitals and looks forward to performing. My second eldest (age 7) decided he wanted to play trumpet. He's been working with Aaron for a few months now and is always super excited and motivated to attend his lessons. I love that all of the instructors are laid back and meet the kids where they are. They teach at an appropriate level and are super encouraging.Notasium is cool because there are discounts for siblings and play, so when our big kids are taking lessons, our little kids can play in the play space. Our whole family enjoys music lesson nights! Now, in the days of isolation and quarantines, they've started conducting their lessons online, and that works incredibly well. The lessons are well thought out and go off without a hitch every week. The lessons are definitely a welcome break in some of the monotony. We've done birthday parties at Notasium as well, and like everything else, they're wonderful. We can't wait until the world is back to normal so we can get back to playing at Notasium, and until then, we'll enjoy our virtual time with their fantastic instructors!
Juhi Fernandes: We've been doing music lessons with Notasium for a year and love it!
Maria de Fatima de Souza Nagliati: We did the 7th Birthday of our oldest daughter on Notasium Cary and she had a blast with her friends! They love the play area and the music time was a big surprise! Notasium staff organized also all the birthday time even for 40 kids and made it good memorie! Thank you so much! ♡
Chantel Blake: My kids love going here

Bumble Brews: what do users think?
Chrysoula Sanderford-Ttousios: The Bumble Brews owner, whom I've corresponded with via email, and staff, whom we interacted with in person, were all very friendly. The actual inside of the establishment was very bright and clean. The coffee was not good in flavor unfortunately; the specialty coffees, including the dairy free options, tasted like plain unsweetened coffee, which was a disappointment. But there are 2 reasons my son will not be returning to play at Bumble Brews.First, the toys, on average, were more about imaginative play, such as playing kitchen/chef, rather than STEM play. Our 1.5 year old son was bored well before the 90 minute mark because none of the toys required critical thinking or a challenge. The obstacle/jungle gym equipment were impractical to use because of the mandatory sock policy. I completely understand the reasoning behind requiring socks to maintain cleanliness, but the children have no traction on wooden gym equipment, which becomes hazardous. My son recognized how slippery the wooden gym equipment was and wouldn't scale them. Perhaps adding adhesive traction grips to help with traction would be beneficial? And my second reason…there was an older child (maybe 7?) who appeared to belong to one of the staff working the cafe as they engaged on a familiar level. To put it plainly, she was a bully to my son and many of the other children trying to play. She had no parent shadowing her and when speaking to other parents who frequent Bumble Brews during our visit, we were informed that she is there often and her unpleasant behavior is the norm. I have issue with this if she truly is the child to one of the staff as it made it difficult for my husband and I to relax and allow our child to roam without concern. This child frequently tried to take toys from other children, including my son, and boss them around in an inappropriate tone. If her parent was shadowing her and trying to correct the behavior, I wouldn't have an issue, but without a parent shadowing her, we worried circumstances could escalate, making it challenging to mediate as I am not her parent and do not want to overstep. So instead, my husband and I had to continuously redirect our son away from wherever this child was playing. For these 2 reasons, our experience was just okay. It is a 30 minute drive to reach this indoor children's play place and the good we experienced in our visit does not justify the drive.
CJ Sabin: Very fun indoor place for young ones to play. There are lots of creative, fun toys and equipment for little ones, and adults can enjoy a coffee while the kids play.
Helen Pastras: We love this little gem! It is contained, safe, we always meet friends and it is a lifesaver on rainy days! The staff are the friendliest folks!
A McGee: LOVE IT!!! Definitely a must try for toddlers. My one-year-old have a blast. It was super clean, well-organized, tons of play/toys, and INEXPENSIVE. Highly recommend for a rainy-day activity.
Alice Szydlowska: Great option for the little ones to socialize especially on rainy days!
Sara Wile: My 12 month old had a great time!
Fatima Martinez: Horrible customer service the lady that was working made it feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming while being their
Megan Hirstine: LOVE this concept- you can sip coffee and catch up with friends while your baby plays. So thankful to have a place like this in the area!!
Amie Titus: Place is so much better than little doodles. Its cleaner, nicer, more open and the staff is nicer. My 19 month old was able to pretty much play with everything. Only reason I won't go back is because by 10am it gets insanely packed even during the week.
Katharine Bayer: We love the open play cafe. The hours are 8-1 and 4-7 and you play for 1.5 hours. If you come frequently, there is also a monthly option. Parents and caregivers can purchase delicious coffee drinks made with Larry's beans or beer or juices or sparkling water. There are juice box options for the little ones and some snack items. The seating in the front area is also great for snacks and games and then you take off your shoes and play in the open space. There are all kinds of toys, a little kitchen, a slide and other objects to climb and jump. Our 2 year old loves the space and has a big smile on his face every time we approach the door. The owner and staff are extremely welcoming and kind. You can also book parties and events. I would follow them on facebook as well for the most up-to-date closure updates and announcements. Thank you for providing a fun and open area to play indoors!
Courtney Yorks: We had a good time and the place is super fun, as long as you don’t look at what’s on the TV. They had a show of two men, talking about and testing vibrators on different body parts, on various people. Felt a little strange in a kids play place.
Emylee Grace: We had such a great time attending a friend's birthday party last week, we decided to book our daughter's party here too! Such a wonderful atmosphere with lots to do for the kiddos and the adults!
Brittany Hendrickson: This is such a cute Cafe! We go quite often and have even had the monthly membership in the past. Sadly my almost 4 year old is outgrowing the facility and gets bored after 30-45 minutes, especially with the younger age range that is generally there during the day. The cost is SUPER affordable and the coffee is always delicious. We haven't attended the events yet since we live 30 minutes away and they're always at night but hope to try in the future. My ONLY issue is that toys are all over. I've tripped and my girl has fallen a few times over toys dropped by the kids and then just left there. Wish it was a little more tidy. Not asking that employees helicopter the place cleaning up after kids....that's just not reasonable😆 but maybe like every hour or so go through and pick up toys kids aren't playing.
Allison Wade: This was just what Cary needed! Our kiddo enjoys playing and the setup allows you to see your child in all areas while enjoying some coffee/tea/adult beverage 😊
Matt Johnson: Always LOVE bringing my kids here!!! The place is very interactive, clean and easy to let my kids run around while I can relax and have a coffee. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well. Definitely check out if you have small kids!
Kristen Taylor: Really cute shop. A few tables to sit out and a few high top chairs where you could sit and keep an eye on your kids while they play. Definitely targeting preschool kids under 4. Their Santa event is low pressure for kids. Definitely worthy of a play date with my gals with littles.
Alice Frederich: This is a great place for younger kids to play! It is reasonably priced, including the snacks and beverages. It is clean and well stocked. There is a good variety of toys and activities for the kids. My 3 year old always has a blast. I love that they have a full espresso bar. They also have wine and beer and comfortable places for adults to sit and relax. The owner is very friendly and super accommodating.
kara ashley: Absolutely amazing place to bring your baby/toddler. My daughter and I come here a couple of times a week and we both enjoy it a lot! Highly recommend
Randi DeLong: Me and my 3yo came here when our power was out because of the hurricane. Loooooved that I could enjoy my coffee in peace while he played. 8-9am was great, but it did get very very crowded after that, which is far less peaceful. Also, my 3yo loved it, but I would say the toys and crowd are perfect for 0-3 rather than older kids.
Tracey Campbell: I called and asked about open play and she said nothing about it closing in 30 minutes for a private event. I drove my 1 year old 30 minutes and got turned away the minute we walked in for a private event. You might want to inform customers when they call instead of wasting our time! My toddler cried when we walked out because we couldn’t stay. Please be more courteous and transparent, it’s really not hard.*also the woman I spoke to on the phone was very short with me. I did not abruptly end the call, I said thank you and she said you’re welcome and that was it! She had every opportunity to tell me that there was a private event starting in the next hour. What really blew my mind is that I wasn’t offered any compensation when I got there and explained how disappointed I was. I worked in hospitality and customer service for years and I would have 100% offered the customer a gift card in this case scenario. It was super disappointing and the whole reason I called ahead was to avoid something like this!
Jason Kasper: Best in the Triangle...great play area, friendly staff, hot coffee and cold beer. What more could you ask for?

Dave & Buster's: what do users think?
Jasmine Williams: I had not been here in a couple of years and I can definitely tell they made some updates. I had a great time with my family and it was really great service, even though we just got drinks!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
LeAnna Cargman: Dave and Busters is always a good time! Took my daughter and some friends for her birthday. The hostess was beyond helpful but our waitress forgot about us and it took close to 45 minutes to get our drinks. Thankfully she didn't forget to put in our food order so it came out right after we got our drinks. Not sure why it took so long, they weren't that busy. Communication when ordering was poor and confusing. Overall a good time!

Mariah Breeze: When a person orders food, and there is plenty of staff hanging around, common sense says you should give the customer an update on their food once or twice. Not make them hunt someone down to ask and then allow them to stand there even longer with out saying something. Horrible service at 9 pm even with plenty of staff.Service: 1/5Recommended dishes Burger, Chicken Wings …More

Tara Ruffier: Came here on a Saturday and there were several games out of order and the immersive VR game was closed. Tried to sit for lunch and was told it would be a 10 minute wait for a table. After 30 minutes we were finally seated (group of 3). After being seated it took another 15 minutes for a server to come to the table and take our order. The server was just terrible. She came back several times to confirm our orders because she forgot what we said despite having a tablet where she typed in the order as we gave it to her. The drinks took another 15 minutes to make it to the table and the food finally came out an hour after we were seated. The food was edible at best. Our server never came back to check on us or refill drinks. When she finally came to bring the bill we asked for refills to take back to the game floor and after sitting for another 20 minutes without her coming back we just gave up. The payment system also automatically makes you leave a percentage tip of at least 18% which I don't feel our waitress earned at all. Our bill for 2 adults & 1 child for lunch with tip came to over $80! Ordered kids pizza & fries, burger with added bacon, boneless wings, 3 teas and 1 cocktail. We could have eaten at a nice steakhouse for less and actually enjoyed our meal.Kid-friendliness: Decent kids menu with appropriate portions.

Delano Worthington: This is one of the smallest d and b's I've ever been to. Most are catered to adults. This is 90% kid stuff. Almost nothing to do for adults. Got a 50$ card, almost impossible to spend it, nothing to do. Pass this one.Food: 3/5|Service: 2/5|Atmosphere: 1/5 …More
Amber Edmonds: My husband, myself and our two children came from about an hour and a half away to enjoy a day at Dave & Busters for our first time at the Cary location. The place is huge and there are a ton of video games to play. I did think there were a few stating “needing repair”but we overlooked it. We then sat down to eat. It was around 1:00 pm. There were at least 4 waiters/waitress working at the time. We waited about 25 mins to even get acknowledged once we did it took about 20 mins before drinks were received & our order was placed. The waitress was fine while she was there which was rare. She never refilled our drinks, asked us if we needing anything or how was anything & then once we were done my husband and daughter went to play games while I sat at the table for over 30 mins just waiting to be acknowledged to get my ticket. Too bad, the food wasn’t bad and the atmosphere could be great, but the service would make me not want to come back. The kids loved the games though and the prizes afterwards!

Pump It Up Raleigh Kids Birthdays and More: what do users think?
Ryan V: We had my sons birthday party here and I would highly recommend it especially to parents looking for summer birthday venues. They offer indoor inflatable bounce house rooms for a variety of party sizes. The reservation process was easy. They give you access to manage the guest list/party details online and also send your invites/reminders to guests via email from the same portal. The staff was very helpful the day of the party and made it easy on the parents by helping set up, serve, and clean up.I would recommend pump it up to anyone looking for a venue for a children’s birthday or other celebratory party.
Real Steppers Ministries: My babygirl turned 2 and she enjoyed herself so much! We got the photo addins as well as the bubble addins and she loves bubbles plus we got to play our own music and enjoy both of the jump rooms. She loved the birthday chair and even the guests that came were very satisfied with their visit as they celebrated her. Thank you Pump it up for making my baby girl 2nd birthday party special !
MiSS LUNA: Was so cute for the birthday party I went to the staff was really helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was hairballs on the jumping inflatable’s which grossed my baby out and he’s only 2 1/2 so I hope it doesn’t traumatize him.
Peyman Behtash: Good space for kids to have fun and celebrate birthdaysSpecially in rainy days
Leslie Cenezy: Great experience with multiple rooms! It was clean. I was able to sit back and enjoy watching my kid burn energy on a rainy day.
Andreina Fernandez: It was great. Everyone was very friendly. Time flew, I would only add the option to add more time
Daniel M: Awesome party 👏
Alison Aligns: I think this place is genius. My toddler loves it once he gets past the noise from the sounds that keep the furniture inflated. Four stars instead of five for two reasons: some of the equipment isn’t always available to play on and is torn and taped and the second being that you have to make an appointment which if you have a little kid can make things a lot harder and more stressful than necessary, and I have never been there when it was crowded so it seems that these appointments are unnecessary.
David Evans: Great place for kids birthday parties! The staff is so nice and friendly. They take care of everything!
Gina Beau: Fun safe space for kids.
Timothy Timmons: First time ever! It was a nice time for my boy he enjoyed it. Kiddie area, middle kid area and older kids with the bigger playground. Plenty for him to bounce and play around on and really liked the blocks to stack and use. We will be back another time to enjoy ourselves.
Britney Fair: Davis and Logan were absolutely Amazing!!! Thank you guys so much!!! We would definitely recommend.Mommas, keep the party simple and save the headache. I wish I didn't do so much but it was so nice and my son loved it!!!My only criticism would be to have additional help set up the room so the time frames can be adhered to. Also my party attendant was having to host multiple parties at once so it felt like I was in the dark and couldn't get my questions answered.Overall good time
Kyle Tapley: Everything was very organized! We got to get into the play rooms early which was awesome! They took care of all the clean up and set-up and took pictures! It was awesome!
Vinay K: We are here for the 1st time for a bday party.. it was awesome kids had so much fun…The party was for 2 hrs, 1st hour was the play time in the 1st floor inflatable room & 2nd hour was for the bday celebrations..Kids will love to spend time, my son enjoyed so much.. they are big inflatables, slides etc..We loved the air hockey table so we could also spend some time..After the play time, the staff call us out for the celebrations & stood by the door and gave sanitizer for all of us.. that was good and necessary.. the party hall clean & tidy and well organized..Their pizza was ok, I would prefer Domino’s or Papa jones any day..Overall it’s a good place to spend time…
verita cobb: If you are looking for a place where you can be part of the celebration and not worry about details...This is it! The kids loved it!! Staff is really helpful and nice!
Sandhya Sekar: We celebrated our sons 5 th birthday party here . The whole team is very planned and responsive . From the minute we arrived they took care of everything, we would plan again a party there .
kimberly robb: The staff was amazing the pictures was great food was late and wrong
Katharyn G: So much fun for birthday parties!!!
Lilyn Hester: A birthday party wonderland! Lots of fun for kids and for the kids at heart. Great supporting a.local business.
Carolyn Barry: Fun anytime but they also throw an amazing private party.
Tashira Chinea: Great place for kids to jump. Attended a few birthday’s here and the service is good.
