Paul Millsaps: People inside are great. Pretty clean.However the pumps try to trick you into getting a car wash with naming it "ultra"," premium", or standard." And then putting the no in a difficult to notice location.Corporate needs to change this.
Nick Dion: The price for gas posted on the side of the building didn’t match the pump. When filling they offer a $.15 discount on gas with purchase of car wash, discount was never applied after purchase of gas and then the car wash was out of order.

baelser: I was there last Wednesday around 2:30. I tried to use my card outside at the pump couldn't get it to work. I went inside to prepay and there was a long line and only one person working. She was not very nice. When I called circle k customer service I got no call back. I even called twice. I will never be going back to this place!

shaikh sadique: This might be the second or third time I have caught them scamming me. They will advertise a certain price and when u checkout they bump up the prices. I bought his to the store manager’s attention and she just shrugged it off saying that it’s corporate policy. Don’t lure in customers in with a certain price and jack the price up at checkout. Stay alert here. I won’t be stopping here anymore and will advise my friends and family to do the same.
Treyvon Harris: My regular joint for the high grade lemonade that powers my super sport. Ahmad is always helpful and welcoming plus it’s pretty darn clean. Restrooms kept grade A and they even use the super soft toilet paper for the ultimate luxury fillup experience!

J David Hillery: Just an uneventful fuel stop, but it was an A Ok one.The access in and out of the Circle K is great on the corner. The store is small and just a few pumps. The proximity to the Triangle Aquatic Center where I was based on my stay was less than a mile.Pump area clean and trash can was within its boundaries. The machine worked fine and no issues with processing my card, or printing a receipt.I would return if in the area again.

Amy Wolford: First, the customer service absolutely sucks. Second, why have an air pump that takes either quarters only or check card? I went in to ask for change and the lady very rudely says "you need to wait for a cash sale". Never once made eye contact and just walked right back into her, what I am assuming "break room". I KNOW every register has a no sale button and you are only told to say that. It was only me and one other person in the store. I am asking for change to use a product that has YOUR company logo on it. I am making a sale! I live right down the street. The guys that work there seem to be ten times more pleasant than the females.

I have been patiently waiting to use the car wash for two weeks, just called up there and the employee says "I don't know I am just covering a shift". No sense of customer service, how about ask someone or take down my number and have a manager call me to let me know the status or offer to refund my money? I have $9 basically stolen by this place. The only reason they get any business is because of location, it is worth it to drive a little farther for a business that cares.

I gave up and got out of the car wash, I went to the cashier hoping he would understand, but he said there’s nothing he could do!!Interestingly, I checked on the car wash review after I have gone there, to find people saying that the car wash rarely works!!!! This is fraud!!!!! Stop wasting people’s money and close the car wash please
Maria: I was having trouble with the pumps, my cards(I tried a couple) would not work at several pumps. I got a message that said see cashier. I went inside and told the associate (Kyara Rodgers) that I was having a problem with my cards at the pumps. She shrugged and said, well no one else is...so pretty much she didn't know what to tell me. She did not offer to try my payment inside or anything. After trying several more times at the pump, I went back inside to ask her to take my payment at the register, the card worked at the register. This was terrible customer service.

Granted I don't go often but when I do service is efficient for the most part barring that time the cashier couldn't get my discover card to work though I knew it was fine he kept trying even though I asked him to stop and handed him another card. My spouse generally gets our fuel and pays inside we always are offered receipts. I've not had an occasion to use the bathrooms so I don't know about them. Its convenient a quick stop

Ronald Carr: Absolutely filthy store.. especially considering it's location in Cary, NC. The condition of the pumps prompt you to wear surgical gloves. Never any fluids in the windshield wash bins. Mention the defects to store staff and they just laugh at you. I pay by credit card and need a receipt.. there is never any receipt paper in the pumps!And please do not bother with your cookie-cutter response of notifying your "local management team". They were there on one of my recent visits, performing an exterior reset. I advised them of my concerns.. more than a month later.. the place is still Nasty!
Joshua Mitch Franklin: It's great for getting gasoline if you don't need a receipt. The pumps are fast and the prices are reasonable. ❤️❤️❤️ They also sell a gas container in case your car is nearby but out of gas. This saved me one time. The sign outside the restrooms says "clean restrooms," but I'm not sure why they have a permanent sign that says that, because they are not always clean. I'm happy that they at least have restrooms in case you need them.

Stephen Coley: I went to this store 1001 Harrison Ave and the clerk named Malik Fowler was by far a horrible employee. I always go to this location as it's close to my house and all the employees are wonderful and friendly but this employee just started and today I stopped by to get cigarettes the same kind every time and he's helped me once before but today I said two packs menthol he asked what kind then told the other girl working I never said the kind yet the other girl working told him exactly what I said he continued to argue with me I then was getting upset as I know what I said and so did the other girl. Then I asked for his name and he told me to get out of his store as he wouldn't give it to me I told the girl to please give me the receipt as I have never been disrespected in my life. I immediately went to my car and looked up the number for corporate to follow this through. He came outside and tried to argue again and said I was wrong. He said he has wonderful reviews online but none that I see. Until this one. I told him I was done talking to him and upon driving off he started laughing. I run a hotel and if one of my employees did this they would no longer have a job.
K F: If I could give this less than a 1 star, I would. My girlfriend and I went in to get a couple of drinks and use the restroom. The women’s restroom light didn’t work, and neither did the paper towel dispenser. She had to use the restroom in the dark. We paid for our drinks and told the clerk we didn’t need a receipt thanks, he handed it to me and told me I could throw it away. Rude!!!!! Horrible experience and service.

I live 3 mins away from this place so this morning I hopped out of bed and grabbed a few dollars to purchase a game leaf. Usually, when I go to this gas station I have a great experience with the cashiers because not only do they do their job but start small talk and engage with each and every customer. As I said I live 3 mins away so this is my local gas station. This morning I went there and saw somebody I never seen before.... apparently he’s the manager. A guy in front of me (caucasian) that looked not even a day over 30 purchases tobacco from behind the register. The “manager” did not ask for this man birthday nor for an ID. He gives the caucasian man his tobacco and wishes him a great rest of his day. As it is my turn next.... I am expecting the same service I get everytime I come to this gas station from the other nice workers there. However, this man does not greet me at all. Just waits for me to say what it is that I need. I ask for a wild berry game leaf. Now I am 21 years old but I look like I’m about 14 especially when I just jumped out of bed with no makeup and bed hair. I have never been carded nor asked for my birthday at this location circle K on Tyron rd in cary, NC. Never not once. This does not mean that I am not SUPPOSED to be carded there. This man ask me for my ID which I don’t have for one I just jumped out of bed for a quick store run and for two I NEVER get carded here because I am very friendly and known by the other nice workers. I tell him no i don’t have it but can you put my birthday in the system. He says no he needs my ID. He tried to stress to me that they ID people who looks younger than 40 but did not ID the man who was in front of me.... his caucasian brother. I go to my card to grab my old ID that I had to just show I’m 18.... he tells me that “Im killing him” basically getting on his nerves and that he can’t take this. I say ok and drive all the way home to grab my official ID to come all the way back to the store and this man REFUSE to sell me a wild berry game leaf... I was so upset and disturbed that after all me ripping and running trying to help him “do his job” and get my ID that he didn’t sell me the game leaf. I had to drive up the street to spend my money somewhere else. He didn’t “do his job” with his caucasian brother but stresses his job with me.... a black African American women. It disgusts me because I love walking into that place knowing that the workers are so genuine and have good customer service. For him to be the manager, he shoved my official ID back at me and told me to leave before he called the police. I can not describe the hurt in my heart to have a caucasian man do that to me and try to involve the police knowing that the police will always be on their side. I went all the way home to get my ID and came back to be rejected because of the color of my skin. Today is Wednesday May 8th and I feel that this situation should be handled and a serious reconsideration should be done with the “manager” of the circle k on Tryon rd in Cary, NC.

Henry DeMay: Ive had several bad experiences with this gas station. One time they told me they couldnt take a 50 dollar bill. Many of the specials they advertise do not ring up properly so u have to make a fuss to get the right price which is generally very high anyways. Even if you go there every day the lady will still ask for ID for beer and cigarettes. Kangaroo has ripped me for the last time I wouldnt go there to take a dump.

Dennis Oxley: Stopped to fuel up with diesel, put the pump in my tank and the price jumped up .40 cents before i started pumping. I went inside and the clerk who looked like he didnt want to talk to anyone, told me "diesel is not working". Pumps not covered, didnt want to help me with a resolution. This is the last time i come here.

Phillip Mixen: Stop to use the men's bathroom, it had not been cleaned in several days. Informed the person behind counter and was told it was Subways responsibility. I stepped over there to inform them, just to be told it was Circle K's responsibility. I should have not been put into "it's not my job" take the information and resolve it.

steveen517 D: Stopped here to use the restroom, left immediately. You know it's bad if you have to buy water and clean your shoes just from entering the bathroom by 2ft. Urine EVERYWHERE. I get it's a gas station restroom, and they tend to not be the cleanest, but this is by far the worst thing I have ever seen in my life. Disgusting!
Tiffany: I went there today and only pumped $8 in gas and when I went to check my bank statement, I had a $100 gas charge!!
Gael Delvat: Absolute worse gas station I've ever been to, and I've been to gas stations that were closed. I wish this one would've been closed too as I would've saved myself 25 minutes of hassle. You need to wait in a slow line just to request that they make the pump available for fueling. Even with a credit card, you need to guess how much you want. After pumping, 10 minutes in line to request a receipt. However, they can't find a receipt in the system. Another 10 minutes and I give up and leave before I miss my flight. I went to Circle K and instead found the First Circle of Hell.

Invisible “flying kites”: Prior to coffee machine, I'm a third shift worker , coffee was NEVER brewed. Even was offered some decaffeinated which wasnt even on the hot plate. Then followed with another time, like your women like your coffee huh ? Smh Bathrooms are always nasty and disgusting over night.Parking lot a mess, over flow trash. Store manager even more nasty. Eating mouth full as I walked in, no greeting. I actually spoke first. Very disappointed in this particular circle K. Attitude a bit racist mixed with rude. Was told "well just go on shop else where" and "just shut your mouth already"bc I asked for head office number. I stopped going for a mnth because of previous overnight person and lack of customer anything. Fyi, miss cWhitley is it, in the state of nc. If an employee is working on third shift, automatically it is assumed to be at least 18 and over. (What child in school on a weekday is up at 4am for ciggs?)And yes, I took my business down the street to a more friendly and clean. Circle K. ..
P M: Walked in asked for info, got the never heard of it from the clerk as he/she just passed by and kept it moving. No personality at all. Also no racing fuel here either. 93 ethonal is the highest grade.

Chris Smith: Used to stop here every morning but i guess the manager is incapable of keeping the store open. And I guess this region's district manager doesn't care either. Hey circle k here's an idea maybe pay your employees a decent wage so they actually show up to open the store in the morning? 12 of the last 15 business days this store has been closed at 7am. Pathetic.
Greg Drobny: This may be the worst gas station in the state. Fix your air machine it's been months!

Whenever I ride by the lights are always off so who knows why. also the staff is pretty iffy and rude so I wouldn’t even bother. You’re better off going to the sheetz down the road.

Ben B: Gas is overpriced. Air pump was obviously broken. Spent 5 minutes trying to inflate one tire. Although the pump said it was at 32 psi it was still visually deflated. Went to Sheetz, and it was low as suspected. The pump there worked great, got my tire inflated properly, and I even filled up while I was there since the prices are better.
