Sarelly Quezada: Horrible experience.I have been doing my taxes with H&R Block for so many years in NJ and all the people in the Hackensack Office were great but unfortunately Fonny Lo who is the person who did my taxes at this Cary Office was very rude, unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable. She didnt want to answer my questions, She will laugh on my face when I was asking something . She didn't want to understand that I was used to NJ taxes and this whole NC was new to me. I had to confront her 2 times because of her behavior and I even had to tell her that I respect her age but That I wont allow anybody to treat me like she was doing it.Also, I have a small business and when I asked her questions for deductions she will yelled and didn't want to answer or help me to obtain a good refund. I will never go back to this place.Horrible experiencia con Fonny Lo no me trato bien y parecia que no me queria ayudar en nada. Cada vez que yo le hacia una pregunta se burlaba y solo gritaba. No queria entender que era mi primera vez haciendo taxes en NC que los habia hecho siempre en NJ y como yo estoy acostumbrada a las leyes de alla le preguntaba y respondia super mal NI SIQUIERA quizo ayudarme a obtener un buen refund porque solo me daba peros y no queria ayudarme. No regresare mas a este lugar

I had a very complicated situation that required a lot of thoroughness. Yet in spite of all of these complications Fonny did not skip a beat in getting my taxes done efficiently and with confidence. Je’Nelle: Terrible service. Called to ask a question and hung up instead of answering the question. Called two times to get assistance. They hung up twice. Bad customer service

Jessica Loree: I've been with H&R Block since the mid 90's. They're always awesome as far as the people that work for them and if it were only about the staff I would give them 5 star's but the price is ridiculous. Especially considering how long I've been a customer. It cost me over 1/3 of my return to do my taxes even though it took less than 10 minutes. So, when it comes to the staff - 5 + star's. Cost 5 - star's.(Update - I just called the number you provided & it was just a really confused representative and finally he just said he would have my tax representative call me which I can't reiterate enough that she was fabulous all around. They always are and have been. My 3 stars is because I was charged over $400 out of my $1900 refund for a appointment that took less than 10 minutes. Which is always and has always been the case. It's ridiculous. Especially when I've been a loyal customer since the mid 90's. This will be my last year. Which I'm 42 so I have a lot of years left to work. Not to mention every year I send you 5 to 10 new customers because I would tell anyone who listened that H&R Block was the way to go- period. This year I've deterred I don't know how many people but a bad experience travels so much faster & impacts so many more people than a good review.. I Hope the $400 some dollar charge each year these past 4 or 5 yrs was worth it is all I've got to say. That and tell your friends. Even.. No. ESPECIALLY corporations can cross a line regardless of how long they've been with you. 🙄🤷♀️ )
Ruthiekins: The people we go to does a great job. This year we saw Whit. Whit's personality is inviting, friendly, and helpful. I like how he explained information I didn't understand and best of all, he writes/ draws it out, to help me better visualize what he's saying.***Side note***I dislike filling taxes. In fact I came in to see Whit and gave him one sheet of information because I didn't want to put the time in. Well, Whit gave me the encouragement I needed to pull myself together and bring in the items he needed so I could get a great return. My my, what a return it was indeed. Thank you so much Whit! Looking forward to seeing you next year.*** 2/17/23: It's with great sadness I announce that Whit has passed away. He passed away last year. We are now back to looking for a new CPA, hopefully with H&R Block. If you would highly recommend anyone, please let me know. R.I.P Whit.

Naomi Coleman: There’s an Asian lady at this location who has a horrible demeanor about herself. She’s not a peoples person. I wouldn’t recommend her to my worse enemy. The front desk rep stuck me with her and I asked is there anyone else she lied and said no. The Asian lady hung up on me and blocked my calls one weekend. I won’t ever go back to this location if she’s still there. A person like her should serve in the army or as a correctional officer. Because that my friend is her attitude and it’s not polite and office like.
