Reg Thatch: This is an excellent place to get so very special cocktails. They do not serve food, however you can get food from surrounding restaurants delivered to you at Sidecar. It shares a courtyard with several other establishments. A very pleasant experience.

Scott Danielson: I’m all for supporting local businesses, but the service here was shocking and not in a good way. We had a group of 12… and saw a number of tables available. Easily would accommodate our group, even if we sat separately. And I kept being told they couldn’t help a 12 top by one of the managers/supervisors.I tried to ask why we were being turned away… when I could physically see multiple tables available. Not really sure what the issue was nor was I given any reason on why they could assist us? They were rude and annoyed that I was even asking…Crazy to think of so many small businesses around that are currently struggling for business… then you have businesses like this that are turning away business for no valid or rational reason.I will not be coming back and I’d highly suggest considering another option… which there’s plenty in the downtown Cary area.

Tech Hub: Chic. Quality cocktails created with a significant amount of thought and executed to perfection. Icf only visited once but thoroughly enjoyed each cocktail that I tried.

SANGITA GUPTA: Date night was splendid. The drinks are so good, had a rice milk rum, tasty.

Robert Dunbar: This place is fine, but hard to find. Our GPS was no help. It's off a walkway between buildings on a strip mall. The signage is completely lacking. The only reason we found it was to just park nearby and ask folks where it was. It should be renamed Speakeasy.

Adriel Gregory: We eat here often. The food is always really good. The portions are good size and the prices are reasonable. We really like the atmosphere. We usually go to the Cary location. The Apex location has great outdoor seating. They have some classics and some traditional food options. I really like there fried chicken sandwich. I tried lot of items on the menu. Eric Bliss: Unpretentious. I had a momentary lapse of reason, but found the door. My initial reaction...omg...this is a dive bar...not the fine dining tapas I ecpected. I didn't walk out, and damn--thank God! The bartenders were all so very attentive, and knowledgeable about wine. The wine list by the glass is actually over-the-top broad: there are so many options available that I'd bring beginners here to learn about what they like. I sampled 4-5 drinking 3 and have to say the unoaked tempranillo was on point. The mussels (not on the menu but a $5 Friday special were spectacular and worth $20 easy...still salivating over them. I also tried the Korean style fried pork--very nice. Overall, I simply have to say the service and kitchen will not disappoint and will in fact surprise in the best way. Don't let your 1st impression inside dissuade--I love dive bars anyway, but this place is NOT a dive bar--it's swanky and serves quashable fine wine and cocktails and quite a list of beer (I finished w/ a Laphroag Old Fashioned) and service is impecable. Taylor and Liisa were so patient with me, a guy from Austin just trying to navigate Cary while watching over my sister's place. 5 stars.

Unfortunately, the food served was mediocre at best, failing to deliver the enticing flavors and quality I had hoped for.The unprofessional conduct of the staff only added to my disappointment. Upon being seated, the hostess brazenly burped out loud, showing no care or consideration for the patrons. Her lack of manners set a discouraging tone for the rest of the evening.Throughout our meal, the staff appeared disinterested and more focused on their personal conversations than providing attentive service. They congregated at the end of the bar, gossiping among themselves while neglecting the needs of the customers. It was disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior.To make matters worse, as we were preparing to leave, our waiter haphazardly piled all the dishes together, resulting in a careless spillage of food. Some of the food landed on my shoes, leaving an unsightly mess and permanently ruining a cherished pair. This lack of attention to detail was truly disheartening.Furthermore, the ambiance of the restaurant was subpar. The dim lighting, coupled with an overall lack of cleanliness, created an uninviting and unappealing atmosphere. It was difficult to fully enjoy the dining experience when the surroundings were so poorly maintained.In conclusion, my visit to this so called tapas restaurant left me with a sense of disappointment. The underwhelming food, unprofessional staff, and unclean environment, coupled with the incident that ruined my shoes, all contributed to an experience that fell short of expectations. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this establishment to others seeking a pleasant dining experience.

Helen Zhang: Awesome bar to actually play pool at! The atmosphere is so lively and bright without heavy cigarettes smell like some pool halls. Pool tables were reasonable prices, which was super important for those who like to play for hours at a time. Drinks weren't too strong or too weak, and plenty of other games to keep you entertained. And did I mention great music playlists to keep the hype going?! 10/10 recommend!!
