Carolina Sailing Club: what do users think?
Mike Faircloth: Well maintained price could be better on boat launch
Christine Alexander: This place has a great boat rental facility that has anything you want including kayaks, SUPs and larger boats.
Terence Smith: This is a terrific place to launch you boat. If you sail, this is definitely where you need to go to launch you sailboat. Prices are reasonable.
Tommy Brittle: You found what we're looking for
Toika Gunter: We keep our pontoon boat here. It is clean and has good security, (cameras and locked gates). It has been great not dealing with the long lines at the public boat ramps. We were on the wait list for a spot for over a year, so if you're considering this location you will want to get on the list ASAP.Staff has always been helpful with any needs we've had.
Cindy Francis: Went out on this lake years ago with my family and it was an awesome experience. Very clean lake with very friendly people. Would definitely good again. 😊👍😎
Glenn Graham: Just visiting very friendly person in the dock office.
Angelo: What a wonderful treasure of a place. Learn and go sail boating, kayaking, rent larger boats like pontoons, fish, even camping is available nearby. Young man working at the little hut was the nicest person there. A great place to get some alone time or have a family reunion.
Qiaosen Lin: great place and friendly guys. Having fun with my family
Michael S: Enjoyed a half day of fishing Lake Jordan with my son. We rented a john boat from Crosswinds Boating / Marina. The little aluminum boat is decent sized for two adults. The boat was equipped with a motor for getting around the lake at an acceptable rate. The motor has some wear and tear but performed well. The sun shade was up and that helped keep some of the sun's rays off of us. The slight downside to the experience was the condition of the boat... It's safe, for sure. However, it was full of spider webs and creepy crawly spiders. The anchor is too small to hold the boat in place in any wind. and one of the sun shade support arms wasn't secured so it swung in the wind while we motored around. These slightly negative points are not enough to keep us away. We will happily rent again.
Roberto carlos martinez: Buen lugar
Amy Pomerantz: My happy place!
사과사과: 하늘도 호수도 보투도 평화롭네요.
Doug Spivey: Neat place.
John McDonald: Awesome place to kayak or paddle board by yourself, with a date or with family
Virgil Brannon: Rented pontoon boat and staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
mike bernard: We love renting the pontoon boats, kayaks and paddle boards.
Luke Render: We loved it. Parking a little far away, but otherwise great.
E. McN.: We had such a great time renting a pontoon boat for the day. The lake was beautiful. I'm looking forward to coming back again soon!
Joe Sochurek: The price for kayak rental was awesome, and the staff was helpful. Jordan Lake is beautiful!
Lisa Tyson: Beautiful place , not crowded

Johnson Street Yacht Club: what do users think?
Rose Anthony: So it's a fun place, darts, slide, a couple arcade gains, friendly staff, upstairs and downstairs patio. It doesn't really have comfortable seating though- which is what I really want in a bar if I'm going to be spending most of my night there.Service: 5/5 …More
Nick Britt: Best bar in Raleigh. Great drinks and great staff.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Rustin Mc: Service: 2/5More
Shauna Belaire: All of the bartenders and staff are amazing. Genuinely caring individuals and the vibe of the place isn’t to be beat. Really down to earth and unique bar in downtown Raleigh. They put the effort in and freshest fruit you’ll get at a bar in your drink.
dan smith: Yacht Club is the opposite of pretentious. It has great bartenders, a good selection of beers and quality well liquor with great prices. This is not a craft cocktail destination but it is a great place to get good beers and quality shots/sips with friends.
David MacFadyen: Love the slide!
Zahyra Ceballos: My favorite spot in Raleigh. The vibe is chill, fun and accepting. They make the best margaritas I’ve had in my life. Definitely recommended!
Colin Savage: Best dive in Raliegh, no questions asked. Friendly bartenders always give my pup a treat whenever I bring him along for the fun
N K: Drove by this little oddity a couple weeks ago and had to check it out. Arrived a little after 3pm and found the bartender to be pretty cool, wasn't sure how to make a drink but went out of his way to make a custom hurricane for us. We felt welcome by him and also found out from another employee about the events that were coming up, she definitely made us want to come back. Its nice to be at a bar that isn't filled with judgement. Nicely done!
Sam Montoya: Good place to grab drinks. Fairly priced. They do hold your card when you leave your tab open. Doesn't bother me, but I know it bothers some people.
Adam Vinski: Has a frickin slide.. ill be going down it weekly
Jonathan Campbell: Worst experience I’ve every had on a New Year’s Eve Day. Both older female and wannabe buff short bald bartender are the most rude employees I’ve ever dealt with. I would not recommend this bar to anyone. Bartenders have no idea how to make simple drinks, no idea how to treat customers and overall bar has a weird vibe. Only good experience from this bar is the bouncer was polite/nice other than that take your hard earned money and go else where.
Derek Ellington: It's a dive bar in a good way, it's exactly what you're looking for. Friendly people, friendly patrons, good affordable drinks, cozy atmosphere. It is exactly what you're looking for when you're looking for this kind of bar.
Shanah Bell: We've been meaning to check this place out for years and finally stopped by. It's a cool neighborhood dive bar that was playing the big football game on a Sunday. One of the bartenders (or owner, but I don't know for sure) made wings and some vegetarian chili to share with anyone who wanted some while they watched the game. While they didn't have any gluten free or gluten reduced beer for me (I would've given them 5 stars if they had), they did have a fairly decent selection of ciders and seltzer. I opted for a Tanqueray and Tonic, since I haven't had one in awhile, and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpfu,l since we'd never been there before, and the environment felt very welcoming. They did have a pool table and small arcade game, but we didn't want to disturb everyone watching the game, so we'll go back another time for that. They also have a really big upstairs patio with extra bar and a windy slide you can go down when the weather is nice. Overall, pretty cool spot, especially if you live close by.
Dane Weeks: An ideal jabroni-free establishment.
Jason Gilmore: Fun dive bar (I like dive bars). Nice setup with a great second story outside deck! Slide down to the first floor when you need that next rounds ASAP!
Sophia Holmes: Simply the best casual bar in Raleigh. The upstairs porch is lovely and the vibes are immaculate. Great place on a weeknight or a weekend. They are now doing food on Sunday afternoons as well. Everyone is very friendly.
Elizabeth Fieno: Best bar in Raleigh. 10/10. The only place worth going to on glennwood
Andrea Giorgio: The bartenders are awesome! Great vibes;)
RonDonThePeoplesChamp: No food upstairs but they have alcohol so that'll do.
Nick Capets: A nice outdoor 2nd floor hangout built on top of a divey first floor. Interesting combo. Quieter than most of Glenwood due to its location. The 2nd floor might be nice for day drinking, but I probably wouldn't head that way for a Friday or Saturday night.

Freedom Boat Club - Falls Lake: what do users think?
Margaret Renfranz: What a terrific way to have access to a boat! Staff very friendly, laid back. The variety of big birds on the lake is impressive. Be sure to take your binoculars. And a phone to navigate. Always at least 6 degrees cooler on the lake.
