J'Adore Boutique: what do users think?
Eva R: This is a hidden gem in Cary for those who enjoy thrifting. The ladies working are kind and approachable. They’ll answer questions and give you insights on when they get new items. I love how you can still find 100% cotton, silk and natural fibers. Consider popping in before heading to big box stores and support your local business.
Elizabeth Zakor: Not a very nice place or staff. Needs some major merchandising. It's stuffed with so much stuff that it's difficult to look. I'd give it no stars if that was an option.
Sara Jakobs: I cannot believe the treatment that I received from what claims to a reputable retailer.I purchased a Burberry handbag for close to $400 dollars and found out two days later that it was not authentic. I called and spoke to the owner and was told she would refund my money. However, when I went into the store I was met with an incredibly rude response. She told me that it was authentic and would not refund my money. After shopping here several times and consigning items I am furious that I was treated in this manner. If you want a designer handbag shop elsewhere or beware!
Karen Allen: This is a little treasure in the Cary area. Tucked away in a strip mall but packed with lovely things. Each time we go, I find something. The last trip, we found a prom dress for my junio - with Norstrom tags on it! We were thrilled, and it fit my daughter perfectly! ❤️ Check this place out for high quality items at a fraction of the cost!
Ken Presting: Oops, somehow this review got entered under a name I didn't expect. I've never been to this shop, but it does have an adorable name ...
Sadie Pena: This consignment store is top notch! Great customer service especially Anita such a wonderful person! Will definitely be back!!
Anita Krebs: J’Adore Boutique is a top notch consignment store. Staff is always friendly, outgoing, and willing to help. I love shopping there!
Jordan Britt: Went in for the 50% off clearance. Picked up a sweater that was $20 and had a red dot tag. When I got the bill the skirt was still listed as $20. I went to check the tag and it had been taken off during purchases. Do not stand by their prices and lack concern for their customers. Not to mention the lack of customer service and unfriendly staff.
Robin Donegan: I can’t say enough about J’Adore. Truthfully, I had been in maybe once several years ago and although thought it to be an impressive store, I just didn’t have many reasons to run back. Then, my Mom passed away and I knew after going through her things and sending much of it to Dorcas Ministries, the high end shoes, clothing and jewelry was to go to J’Adore. Nicole and Nancy were wonderful! Not only did they take most of the items I brought in but they treated them with such care knowing my story. They were super sympathetic but more importantly professional and knowledgeable about every piece they touched. My shopping habits may have to change now and I’ll head to J’Adore first when wanting a great piece of jewelry, some unique piece of clothing or great pocket book!Love this place!! Go today!!
Gloria Sanders: ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL SPIRITS. ALWAYS PLEASANT WITH CUSTOMERS.GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP YOU CUSTOMERS BE HAPPY. I RECOMMEND SHOPPING AT THIS BOUTIQUE. WONDERFUL BEAUTIFUL CLOTHING.
Jeannie Kellett: The first test is it is a nice place as it smells good even though the clothes are not new. Really high-end nice things you can’t find easily. Very reasonable very clean very nice
Adrian Chase: Love coming here. I mostly shop here for my wife because I don’t have much fashion sense myself. The reason is the owner(who is present in the store often) and the store manager are both really down to earth people. The first time I went I was surprised when I simply showed Nicole, the owner, a picture of my lovely wife. She proceeded to recommend 2 outfits complete with accessories to gift to my wife as we had a few formal events coming up. I was impressed how fast Nicole was able to piece together 2 outfits. The price came out as expected-wayyy under retail prices. When I saw J’Adore received the diamond award in Cary mag I had my doubts-but now I see why customers and consigners continue their business with this company!! 100% recommend!
chloe falter: wonderful store! i love the clothes and quality. so much better than shopping online especially when you can try on the clothes in person as well. such an amazing place!
Carissa Kerner: The best shopping 🛍 in the triangle snd best place to consign. Nicole and her team go above and beyond to ensure that their consigners clothing is priced must fairly to the consigners. Their procedures in procuring the best clothing both in brand and in condition are 5 star. There’s no selection of both brands and sizes like it in the triangle. Skip the mall, the crowds and overpriced fashion for the masses and get something of great quality as well as unique & current!
Caroline Disher: I picked out the most fabulous dress here!I got so many compliments. The owner is the sweetest too. She was so helpful in picking out something that was flattering to my size (on the chubby side =) 😀. I love the vibe there and will definitely be back.
Daryn Nabeta: Love this place! Always picking something up for pleasure. Consigned some of my Mother's high end clothing. They were so sensitive to how I felt about consigning my Mother's clothing. I appreciate J'Adore so much for their concern and sensitivity.
Bart & Patricia Coan: I can’t recommend J’Adore as their proactive communication is quite appalling.I consigned two formal gowns that were my mother’s. The website login they gave me never worked and they THREW AWAY my mother’s dresses without even contacting me to say they were doing so. I understand the need to turn inventory over, but a courtesy email or call to say you have seven days to pick up your item is not so much to ask given that the entire business model is based on their ability to attract consigners.I would NEVER work with them again. And clearly would not shop there either as a customer. 😡
Thelma Hooks: This place I am noticing sale clothing that always is smaller than it says on the tag I have to stop shopping here
Alva Anthony: I like the owner, she's good to work with and the products so far sell very well and I like her attitude, she doesn't act like she's so high end that shes above you, like some women in these shops act, yet she's very stylish
Serena: I found items in this store for less than what they were selling them at on various websites (authentic and not used). Either the people they buy things from are overpricing them, or they are overpricing their items.
Holley Smart: As a customer: a great and varied selection, with some tantalizing luxury brands! As a consignor: very easy to make an appointment, knowledgeable and friendly staff who walked me through the process, and the online portal feature is a breeze to keep track of my items!

Spiff Perry: Stay away !
Diana Smith: Very classy store to shop at.
Don Linville: I liked it there prices aren't to bad either!
Charleia Sanders: Nice shop. There was a beautiful lounger in there I was going to purchase it was only $1100 buttttt attitude is everything and no one upstairs or downstairs greeted me. A shame really.
Nancy Alinovi: Always loved Consigning Design... fabulous bargains and great way to decorate.
James Bridle: Petersons Consigning Design is an awesome consignment shop. I have found many unique quality items here and the staff is friendly and helpful. Be sure to check out their website which is constantly being updated with new finds!
N H Tanner: An eclectic mix of finer-quality goods: furniture, various kinds of artwork, clothing & jewelry. Clean; well-organized; friendly staff.
Corielle “liftUPlift” Laaspere: Best best clothing consignment store in the triangle! So much of my wardrobe is from here. You can find excellent designers at truly low prices and often with the tags still on.
Mrs Diane Kay: Clean, beautiful store. I thought the people working there were extremely helpful and polite. I also found a really cute top. I thought their prices on their Furniture were pretty good as well.
Jessica Crossley: Large selection of always-rotating furniture.
Kenny Dans: Peterson’s is my FAV for shopping for home decor and don’t get me started about the loft upstairs!! Once I’m up there I’m bound to come out w a handful of great quality goodies!! Ashley and Marissa are so helpful!
Eileen Dudley: This is a great place! I went with my daughter just for a look, and ended up buying a great desk! There is furniture, lamps, art, clothing and more. Very friendly staff and a great place to know about.
Philip Parsons: I had a great experience consigning furniture with Peterson's. Their team is very courteous and professional with wonderful communication. I will be considering them in the future for furniture purchase as well!
Brian Ragusa: Nice selection
Evelyn Cleveland: I found this place not because I was interested on buying used furniture, but because they are exclusive Dixie Bell Retailers (I restore antique and use furniture). Normally all my shopping is done online, first because is safe, second its cheaper and convenient. However we have extenuating circumstances with Covid-19 and it became clear to me that supporting local business should be our priority, so I found this little retailer, they don't have an extensive selection on the products that I need, but I still believe on give them full support. That's not the case anymore, on my second shopping experience, I got a navy paint, and a silver paint. Later on I realized that I was not going to use either one, so went back there to exchange both for new paint (both containers were unopened and I have my receipt). For my surprise I was told that they only could exchanged the color on the navy one, the other one was not eligible because the product trying to exchange was not a color swap there is not sign on the section were the paint is fully display that states that fact). They have a sign on the desk that states that all sales are finals, but I thought that was for the used stuff (consigning) this is a paint... it was a easy solution, to keep a customer happy and coming back for more. The store manager, which is also the store owner for my surprise refused to honor the exchange, and she was quite rude. I was not expecting to get money back, I was not trying to return an used dress... it was paint, unused, unopened, and for what I see they don't even sale the paint very well, since their selection is quite old. It is a shame that a local business will act like that, especially the owner. Never will come back and will make sure that anyone I know in Cary will not ever go either. Working on the real estate industry and having an extended network might become very effective when is necessary. I don't need the $29.00 the paint costs, I can still get the paint online, what upsets me is the principal and the bad customer service. Good Day.
Sue Austin: Great place to shop or consign, especially if you don't want to deal with Craigslist!

Classic Clothiers: what do users think?
Manon Fielding: I've always enjoyed shopping here and have found some wonderful and unique clothing items.
Helen Ross: Love coming here clean and good prices, Barbara makes extra effort to have good stuff. Good location.
Farnoosh Brock: Not a good selection at all and the location was a bit out of the way.
Kimberly Stonebraker: Just discovered this shop. Found several great items. Will definitely be coming back.
Courtney Kins: Came here once with a friend a few years ago had a wonderful experience 😃
Gabriela Hirsch-Port: A lovely boutique with so many great names to shop from. The proprietor carries extended sizes which is wonderful to see. Chico's, Eileen Fisher and J Jill we're all in good supply 😊. Proprietor was so friendly and helpful.
Beth McKinney: I always find great pieces of stylish clothing.
Michelle McClenney: Always love going in to see what's new. I go once a week
Jenna Levine-Neyen: LOVE this cute little consignment shop
Lisa Wheeler: I think I have finally found my go-to consignment shop. Barb and her daughter are the epitome of southern hospitality. While I was shopping, the two of them greeted many patrons by their first name. This place is by no means high end, it's located in an older shopping center but the owner has gone out of her way to make the place cute. Items are well organized according to size and item, which makes shopping a breeze. They offer two dressing rooms to try everything on. I found the prices here reasonable for nice, second hand pieces. Most tops were about $11 and pants $10-$15 with some nicer name brand items slightly higher. If I had to judge I would say, their clothes are geared toward an "older" crowd. I'm in my late 30's and found several items I loved but I could see someone in their early-mid 20's thinking this is "old lady" stuff. I walked out with three bottoms, two tops, and a hobo wallet for $72. Barb was even nice enough to give me a $7 discount since it was my first time. With service, inventory, and prices as they are, they have a customer for life and I already have a return visit planned.
Mrs Diane Kay: This store is a real gem. I always find great clothes that are in excellent shape at good prices. Plus, the owner, Barbara is very personable and helpful.
Laurie Blackwell: Great clothing choices and the service was outstanding! Will definitely visit often.
Laurie Collins: Barb is such a sweet person! She made me feel very welcome and helped me find what I was looking for. She even took my name and number so that she can give me a call when more clothing in my style comes in!
Elizabeth Graham: Great store and friendly, kind owner. Love going here, I generally find something every time I visit. I can't wait until it reopens!
Reyna Michelle: Barbara has been in business 26 years!! She’s a sweetheart and fun to chat with!! I walked in looking for 1 item and ended up loving almost everything I tried on!! I left with a whole handful of great finds and at such a low price!!! Will be going back often!!!
Carmen George Weddings: I was visiting from out of town. The owner and her daughter were friendly. We had a nice conversation. I found a great Talbots top and pair of pants. The prices were good too.
Renee Rundenza: A great assortment of high end clothing at very reasonable prices
Katherine Kratzer: The owner and her daughter truly are a blessing. This weekend i was looking for some 70s gear for an office party. My husband had mentioned we were going to go looking for head scarf like her daughter was wearing. Y’all she gave us the scarf right off her head in trust that we bring it back, then she said “ keep it, don’t worry about bringing it back” a true blessing from God. Such a great place with great people. We highly recommend checking it out.
Rhonda Johnston: Love this shop!
Beth Gonzalez: Love this place! Barb is so nice and she has a great selection of clothes, purses, shoes, etc and great prices! Thanks, Barb!
maryanna myers: Love this store

The Perfect Piece: what do users think?
Jeanne Minervini: Love going to this store, I get some wonderful decorating ideas as well as find unique pieces to add to my decor.
Karen Kerley: Great place to browse and purchase from ..
Jerzeygirl Iam: Items are a little pricey... but they live up the name...you can definitely find the perfect pieces. Was visiting the area and search for a local Consignment shop and found this little gem. Walked out with several perfect pieces
Tommie Thomas: My wife loves this place. Rarely do we buy but see a lot of repurposed furniture we like. This is the place for shabby chic.
Anna: Such a hidden gem! Very reasonable pricesGreat place to support local vendors
LYNNE C: Well, I had a most excellent experience in this establishment. I also purchased many beautiful items. Highly recommend shopping. Staff very friendly, eager to assist in any way . Great, great experience . Lynne
A Fitz: I cannot get enough of this place! Every! time! I walk in - I walk out with something. I have also sold things here and they move quickly, at fair prices. The Perfect Piece really is the place to find the perfect piece.
Jon C: I have shopped here many many times and have always found it a wonderful place to shop. I have purchased quite a bit from this place and always enjoy going back. I started reading the reviews and was like omg. It seems the only complaints is either there to expensive or because of the parking. Well.. don’t park there when you’re not supposed to! Signs are clear. As far as expense … it’s a consignment and gift shop. If you can’t afford to shop there go to a cheap thrift store or habitat that you can afford. As far as how the people act when you come in? Not one single time have they ever been rude or not pleasant not once. So in saying all that if you want a fun place to go this is a gem. Didn’t expect to write one this long but I sure get tired of people using reviews as weapons against great businesses. And this one I highly recommend. Thanks
Lynn Canada: This place is sooo much fun to just look or shop. If you can take time there is no telling what you may find. If you are specifically seeking something you just may find it and some pleasant surprises. They do seasonal and holiday themes, have sales, have good parking, nice location to get in and out of. Can use as your birthday treat shopping spot, or find something special for a friend or collegue. Over time some changes to inside vendor areas, never a disappointment, always interesting. Very nice staff. There has been some changes to the layout, and still wonderful to look through. You can go with a list, or just look. I always find lots of interest, and items to purchase any time of the year. Sometimes the vendors are there, always pleasant people!3/23...has been reorganizing...very nicely set up, so many wonderful things. As usual I bought a gift today, easy. Still a delight. Staff wonderful.
George Hesse: Always friendly...fully stocked , plenty to choose from.
Lisa Saltzman: Always friendly staff and interesting assortment of furniture, art and home goods.
Narcisa Johnson: Nice items if you enjoy the hunt, but the prices of many things are comparable to just going to At Home, Macy's, Ashley's Furniture....
Joann Maddox: What a fun shopping experience! I’ll be back when I come to Cary.
Kendall T: I love this place. Such a great selection of affordable home decor!
Stephanie Kistler: Do NOT park in their lot. A friend and I both got towed because we were going to Bull City Ciderworks and thought the lot was safe to park in. We were inside no more than an hour so they must have someone monitoring the lot - keep in mind this is long after The Perfect Piece had closed. I guess they would rather be predatory and make $225 (cash only) off every car they tow rather than just enforce paid parking like everyone else. Then to top it all off, the attendant at the very questionable looking tow lot lectured us about how much these people pay in rent for the building each month and how this should be a “lesson” to us. Truly unbelievable behavior.
Amber Schmidt: This place is a hidden gem! We love going there but it’s all about the hunt. Somethings you can find for a great price and other things are over priced but it’s all about that search. The people working there have always been pleasant and Ive been going for several years now. Side note: it doesn’t hurt to go to the front and ask if the vendor is willing to take less for a particular item.
Alex Peck: Don’t shop here. They make all their money from towing people after their shop is closed. They literally hire someone to watch their lot once they close. The city should do something about this.
Albertina Chu: Love the attention to detail and friendliness of staff. Great collection of fun pieces!
Deborah High: Excellent quality and choices! Friendly & helpful staff.
Daniel Picarsic: This place is a great place to find interesting items for any room in your house.
Alex W: Towing situation is awful. They should be ashamed
