Kevin Hall: I can see the all the terrible reviews and their experience is just like mine! My delivery was noted as 'out for delivery' for 3 straight days! Got a hold of the terrible customer service and requested it delivered at a pick up partner on a particular day. Of course it wasn't delivered that day! Supposedly it will be at the pick location the next day (today, 6/1 actually). Will it be delivered? I have no idea and no trust in this process. Anybody at DHL who sees this review wanna do something about this?

More than two days later, still no idea where package is, whether it has been recovered or whether I will actually receive it. Am told that local office is not communicating with Corporate DHL office, so I'm completely in the dark.DHL had previously been my preferred shipper as they were generally fast and reliable. But now that I see how they handle things when deliveries go wrong, I am rethinking using them.Recommend using a different service (i.e. UPS) rather than DHL.Edit: Two days after the package was misdelivered, a DHL agent provided me with the address where my package was delivered. I ended up going to a stranger's house several miles away and retrieving my package myself. It had been opened and everything inside thoroughly inspected by the person who received it, but everything was intact.I stand by my 1-star review of DHL's service for this delivery.

We are desperately waiting for a spare part shipped from Taiwan.Item is shipping to Safeharbor Jarrett Bay Boatyard which is open 24/7 and has a designated shipping/receiving department open from 8am to 4:30pm.At 2:24pm we received a text message that package will be delivered soon, driver 3 stops away. I checked the map, driver was in Moorehead City. An our later I checked again, driver still in Moorehead City, however now 7 stops away.Since shipping department closes at 4:30pm, we did the following- called DHL and put a note that driver should call when at boatyard so that we can meet- changed on demand delivery option to deliver without signature at front door- put a note to the front door of shipping/receiving department to call meAt 5:06pm we received a text that item could not be delivered: Delivery attempted – consignee premises closed.This cannot be true, since boatyard is open 24/7. If you enter boatyard there are signs guiding you to shipping/receiving. There are also people you can ask.Pretty sure the courier has never been attempted to go the boatyard.We tried to follow up with hotline yesterday. Even escalation did not help. They said: we try to reach driver to return, nothing has happened since then.We do not know where the item is or when the next delivery attempt is going to be. We probably will drive to the service center today (3 hours away) to find out. Cannot find any phone number we can call.You guys really have to improve on your last mile delivery service, it sucks.

But, the person who replied to my original message (ken) immediately took action after I wrote to the email he provided. The driver who delivered was kind was professional. I just wish DHL would build better systems that actually report what’s happening. The first time, they were able to return the package back. But the second time, they delivered to the incorrect address again. Afterward, they said the package was stolen and gave some numbers. The picture provided was not my house. After working with the US DHL support team, they were able to recover the item. Then, this DHL delivered it - AGAIN to a DIFFERENT wrong address. Working with the DHL support team again, they told me the item was recovered and redelivered - however the 3rd time around I was not provided a photo.What I do know is, it wasn't delivered to my house. Now I'm worried if any other company ever ships anything using DHL, I'll go through this whole mess all over again.Based on other reviews for this Morrisville office, this doesn't seem out of the ordinary, but I'm completely baffled that somehow they delivered 1 item to 3 different wrong places on 3 seperate occations. Delivering it incorrectly once around Christmas would have been possible to pass off as a simple mistake, but it's absolutely insane that a company dedicated to delivering packages can be this bad at doing that one job.
danielle dozier: I received tracking notification that i would receive my package today. The driver came to my house and never got out the car. He started to pulled off and so I ran out the door yelling at him and he counties to drive away. I tracked my tracking status and they guy changed the status to delivered, but nothing was ever delivered. The proof of tracking signature was signed by a someone else other than me. I called customer service immediately and they were no help. The only thing they could do was create an investigation. I still have no package! Worst delivery encounter ever!
Eason Thomas: You're mostly going to see poor reviews because no one leaves good reviews for positive experiences. My wife ordered me something from the UK and it got here very quickly. It actually arrived sooner than expected and it was in perfect condition as it was fragile. Thank you for the good service. Im sure the negative ones are valid but I wanted to leave a positive review because these people do work hard.

Its been more than month still its not received by my brother.So I have sent my document again through USPS main office and it was received within 15 days.I would suggest going directly to USPS office.Also they charge more amount for every kind of mail service.

Don K: I've shipped from this store several times. Typically I would request rate quotes and I got straight forward answers. Yesterday I requested a rate quote and the person answering was very vague in their answer. I was directed toward an option which was $52. I later learned a different option which cost $9 was available. These 2 different options both were for the same package and the same arrival timeframe. For $27, I actually had an option which was faster than either of the 2 previously mentioned. My inquiries were not answered though.

Must be my lucky day. 1) It was empty and 2) Tracy was working the counter and what a sweetheart she is! She was patient as I tried to figure out my shipping options, and then came after me in the parking lot with my car keys and a big smile. My day started with encountering a rude person and Tracy made me feel better - all because of her kindness.

William Greenidge: Whenever I have delivered to this location, the experience has been great! The staff is friendly and professional, and they waste no time getting our trucks unloaded, usually around 30 minutes. This is a very well run facility.

Rhett A: Simply put: What a joke. Packages are never on time, typically 3-4 days after the estimated delivery date if they ever show at all. A package shipped from 1 state over takes 2 weeks to arrive at my door. Usually they make it to the local DHL facility quickly but they sit there for days. I have had to reorder several items because they never get delivered (Hmmm?) and trying to straighten it out with customer service is a waste of time. UPS, USPS, even Fed Ex is more reliable and accommodating when your package somehow does not make it to your doorstep. Imagine that, they actually take responsible for an item that was in their possession. I wouldn't use DHL at all, if not determined by the shipper. If you want to roll the dice, use DHL. It may be delivered, it may not be, but rest assured you will be waiting 2 to 3 times longer than any other courier.

I tried and was not let down, my packages would arrive within a few days after ordering. However, that's no longer the case. Over the last year the service has become worse and worse. Now it takes weeks for packages to arrive. As I'm typing this review I have a package that's just been sitting at the Morrisville, NC facility for the last five days and my home is only about an hour away. it used to be packages would arrive in Morrisville from Cincinnati and would be delivered the very same day. Not now though. Customer service is no help either. I've tried to go get the package but customer service makes it seem as though it's impossible. It will have to be delivered to a service point, which will delay the package even more. This will be the last time I use DHL for anything. If you buy from overseas and want your packages delivered quickly then I recommend FedEx Express.

Megan Cappella: DHL truck pulled over on the other side of the road across from my apartment complex. The driver went to the grass and dumped out all their food from a container instead of walking to a trash can to throw it away. Hundreds of dogs live in that complex and this is the only spot for them to go to the bathroom. They will get sick from eating your disgusting human food. faseeha taranum: Do not use DHL for any shipping. I sent two iPhones to India and they were never delivered. First of DHL has worst customer service. They were not able to track the packages as each customer service rep gave me different story. I paid insurance and when I claimed insurance they denied saying the package was destroyed by Indian customs. I have never heard someone destroy package without returning back to the sender if the receiver didn't get it. The receiver told me that the customs in India asked them to pay $2000 to deliver the package. As a customer if DHL took responsibility of the package they should either deliver or send it back. So now I lost both phones, I paid DHL shipping and insurance to lose it.

The crerks customers service is pretty much close to 0 or non existant. This clerk threw all professionalism out the window. IDK if he couldnt comprehend my question or he just had his head far up his behind, but this young man was disrespectful. If they cant even treat their customer in a professional manner, I cant trust them with my packages.

I’m writing to share my experience I had with PostalAnnex@ 12218 Bradford Green SquareCary. I went to this store to send a document via Fedex, and it also required a mailing label. The clerk charged me $41 for two days shipping. The next day I needed to mail similar sized document again, but this time I went to a Fedex store, it only costed me $11. That’s a huge difference. I went back to the PostalAnnex and questioned the big price difference. The same clerk who waited on me the previous day said” this’s a private company, I can change whatever I wanted .” I was speechless. I didn’t mind to pay higher price for excellent service. But with his rude attitude I just left without any reasoning. I paid “tuition”for my experience, but I don’t want others to have the same fate. Needless to say, I’ll never go back there.

Morgan: Customer service is terrible at this location. Also I have gone multiple times during business hours and they are closed without explanation. Highly recommend going to the UPS store down the street.

Alex Maldonado: I walked in with a small item to return and a sturdy envelope, and the man behind the counter gave me an incredibly hard time for using my own package instead of buying one. Then he made me read out a very difficult and long shipping address even though I had the address readily available in large text for him to read. He then did not let me approve the address before printing the label and charging me. When I got my receipt I noticed he made an error in the address, and when I told him he crossed it out in sharpie and rewrote it with a bad pen. Was nasty to me the whole time. Terrible service.
Will Eddy: The front desk white male teenager with an uzi gun on his hat (?) was super rude. I’ve been to great Postal Annex stores. This isn’t one. Goin’ Postal is my store here in Cary.
Yomi Balogun: First and last time customer. Poor customer service with rude staff. I will never spend my money with them again.
Karti Sri: Very bad store and extremely disappointing customer service. The front desk Indian guy lacks basic decency on how to handle the customers. I have been in this area for a long time and never experienced rude and name calling service guy so far in this area. Avoid this place and find other store for sending your packages.
Beth Wilson: I've always found this Postal Annex to be a great place to mail packages but my last visit is especially worth writing about. I arrived at the store at 4:09 and tried opening the locked front door not realizing that closing time is 4 PM on Saturdays. Jackson, a Postal Annex team member, was just inside and he opened the door to let me know they were closed. He asked how he could help and I told him I had a prepaid package to drop off. He asked if I needed it scanned and I told him that I did because I needed a receipt but told him I would come back. Instead, he happily took the package from me, brought it inside, scanned the package then brought me back out a receipt. He had been trying to get the store closed down for the day and I truly appreciated the extra effort and top notch service provided by Jackson!
Blu_Falcon: Went to ship a USPS flat-rate box. Over $12 here.. at an actual post office, it’s $8.40. Why a 50% up-charge? Stop giving your hard-earned money to companies like this.
