Mike Sanders: We just called this store looking to purchase some large boxes. The lady who answered the phone said "Sir I have a line out of the door and it is best you come in and hung up" I run a local busiess and with this kind of service I will order in bulk from uline directly!

Thomas Dettenmayer: I had over 200 pages of medical documents I needed converted to a PDF and this store really took care of me. Another UPS store in Holly Springs next to Lowes Foods was trying to charge me ¢99 a page. Just to have them scanned on my own hard drive. I called this store up just to make sure UPS ain’t really out here bending everybody over a barrel just to have some docs scanned, and they told me “other store is not affiliated” and said to “cmon down.”Great job, great service, even better prices.
Ryan: Closed at least 5 min. before official closing time (4pm) on a Saturday. 3 other people were outside and also had business, but could not because the door was locked. If your closing time is 3:55pm, then display that time instead of 4pm.

One moment I was trying to return an Amazon package, the next I was pushing back on the lady because she claimed she told me she can’t scan the code off my phone “last week”. I haven’t been in the store for a month.Then she stopped pushing back and just stared at me like she was going to punch me. Suddenly I was being bombarded with heavy cussing, which I gladly retuned. Point is, ‘horrible customer service’ is an understatement. Find yourself an alternative location.

I have now contacted the owner of this local shop and they are making fire under UPS the company to get my claim resolved. Given what I now know and the support Dee as the local agent of this UPS store is giving me; I can confidently say this local store is five star, But UPS the global company leaves a lot to be desired!
L K: I've been here 5-10 times in the last 6 months and every time the personnel are so positive, upbeat, and helpful, regardless of the service needed. They always leave me happy and satisfied. I can't remember all their names, but today Brad helped me print some passport photos and other docs for me and like all the other employees there, he was super nice and happy to help me. The friendly vibe they have going is awesome!
Kerry Powell: No service - website says drop by for notary. Did just that. Only person in the store and the two dorks were snarky - “see the sign that says you need an appointment?” Bad service now feels slighted by how lazy these toads were. Of course there is no way to schedule an appointment online. Had to go elsewhere. You should remove anything related to service from your marketing!!

Bryan Smith: This location refused to process a prepaid return I had because I was reusing a box that had once been used to ship batteries. It had the battery sticker still on but the return was not batteries it was something else. Even with removal of battery sticker and verification that no hazardous material was being shipped they refused to ship unless I bought an entirely new box... Makes no sense. The box isn't hazardous...
Preetha Suresh Rini: This FedEx office has excellent customer service. I’ve used FedEx for years, and especially in recent months, this office has always made sure that I’m pleased with my print orders. I wish the online site for FedEx was as helpful as the people in this office are!

Alison Jacobs: On Friday 12/30 I walked into FedEx panicked that I was about to hit print on wedding invites that had a spelling/grammar error. Nina met me at the desk and immediately eased my angst. Nina explained every step in the process and provided all types of examples and expertise. She simplified things for me to understand while explaining that her start in graphic design was way before computers existed and how she can usually use simple tools like rulers to get her documents to scale. She was even willing to proof my drafts. I had such a positive customer service experience with Nina that I really won’t consider printing elsewhere. Prices were totally reasonable too. I was able to pickup next day.
Sandi Hopers: I walked in this store at 6:55 to shop a package domestic. Two guys were busy doing something then they called a lady who came and said:I am sorry but we close at 7:00 pm but i forgot to lock the door trying to send me home without service !!! .I said : first I am already inside the store waiting for service. Secondly it’s not 7:00 pm yet !! She goes it’s almost there then I have to open my system. I said I ll’ wait no problem. It took her 13 seconds to start her system. It took her 2 minutes to finish the transaction. I am sure she doesn’t work for $8 / hour. We ship over 600 packages a month and I wonder if we need to move our business to the other carrier.
Tom DeVane: The people that run this place are all idiots. They couldn't scan a qr return code that was generated BY fedex and emailed to me FROM fedex, but claimed the manufacturer had to provide a new code. Its not the manufacturers fault.This should have been a simple fix. Fedex is a garbage company in general avoid them at all costs at any location. Use UPS.

Vlad Curtean: I had to get something printed last minute. On the internet it said that it would take almost five hours. I called the store and Walter told me that he could get it done right away. Sure enough, I was able to pick it up about half an hour later. Great customer service. Walter was awesome!

Andrew Hamalainen: Returned a couch from Amazon here a few days ago. I wanted to give a shoutout to Mary & Drew, who provided A++ customer service. Mary helped me get the couch out of my car (which definitely wasn't a 1 person job) and Drew helped reseal the box & took care of the shipping process.

Prakash: Worst customer service and expensive Fedex . I use fedex to ship packages regularly and it usually costs $13.95 as a cheapest delivery option. This location quoted me $33 for the cheapest option. I ended up going to another fedex, they charged me $13.95 for same day. Dont use this Fedex location.

Gentleman working here named Mark was busy handling many customers in queue. But he still spent time understanding my urgency and suggested me to drive to Fedex at RDU airport, and provided details like when the last FedEx flight leaves RDU airport. This helped me ship the documents on time otherwise it would have taken 2 days. Shout out to Mark !! Thanks much
Chase Davis: Tried to upsell me and rejected it and he refused to take my package when it was in a box went to the other fedex and had an awesome experience, this store wouldn’t recommend.
Vinny Vince: This store charged $86 for a half-ounce international letter, held it for months, then bounced it and tried to charge another $168. That's $508 per ounce for a failed letter meant for the Queen.

Julie Martha: I love it here. The staff is so helpful whether you’re in need of setting up a box, having a document notarized, or shipping a return. The lines do get a little long, but usually only around the middle/late afternoon when everyone is off work at the same time. I’ve never seen only one person working, there’s usually 2-3 people on shift at a time. This place gives two keys - one for your post office box and the other to gain entrance to the building in off hours. (You won’t be picking up your packages in the middle of the night - that part of the building will be locked, but you can check for regular mail)

vinil reddy: This location is ridiculous. May be all ups locations are like this. If you have more than handful of packages you have to make multiple trips to the parking lot. They do not even have a cart or someone to help you get all the packages together to the store. And the door , you have to pull it outward to open with packages in hand. For such a busy location the door should be able to be pushed inside or better open automatically. And finally there is only one guy for the most part and it takes forever. All this leads to inconvenience,dropped packages and waste of time.
