West Cary Family Physicians : Family Doctor in Cary: what do users think?
Shante Newman: Got tooth pulled same day. First time appt (New Patient). Recieved amazing care! Very friendly! Shout out to Dr. E and the whole team! I will definitely be back.
Ajith Panaparambil: I put two stars because of the billing/finance department. They messed up with bills of primary and secondary insured and I had to pay twice the same amount/same bill. They kept on sending the bills for 2 years even after multiple clarifications through phone. Not even understanding/accepting what I am trying to prove.
Gary Hardesty: Dr. Nunez is an excellent doctor. I would highly recommend him.
Anthony Yingling: I have been going to Dr. Nunez for approximately ten years and in that time I have never had a problem getting an appointment within 24 hours of me calling. Dr. Nunez has always been a very empathetic and patient listener.
S Dot: I gave a two-star rating because the location looks nice, the doctor was helpful during the appt. for my son, but everything from setting up the appointment to following up on information was terrible. The front desk was totally off-putting, rude, unprofessional, and didn’t have much knowledge. Not a place for boys. I wouldn't trust my child's information with this small practice. Information is not in good hands here and they will talk you in circles!
Kevin M: The way they treat you here as a patient and as a human being is great. The staff is wonderful and always pleasant and even at times I didn't have an appointment, they were so helpful at getting me in at short notice. Dr. Nunez is great and I'd recommend this place to anyone.
Isabella Connor: I have seen both Dr. Nunez and Dr. Carolyn here and they're both amazing. They're very knowledgeable and compassionate with their patients. They're very friendly and always take my worries seriously. The front desk staff and nursing team is also great here! I've been a bit under the weather lately and have been in a bit more than I would like, and they all do a great job at making sure I'm feeling ok and getting better. Highly recommend this family doctor!!
Оля Фортунатова: The most unprofessional and useless staff I've ever seen! It took forever to make them send my referral to another specialist and guess what - they sent it to the wrong doctor! I called them so many times to fix this! On top of that dr. Carolyn put the wrong diagnosis to my referral! And now they sent me bill for almost $300 for my headache I got during fixing all this problems with them! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Trupti Patel: My whole family is seeing Dr Pedro Nunez. we have good experience at West Cary facility.
Ted LaFond: I have used West Cary Family Physicians for ten years. Dr Nunez and his staff have helped me through several health issues with knowledge and compassion. He typically knows what is wrong after a short conversation, and his diagnosis have been exemplary. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my health needs.
j: Medical Doctors Excellent. Team work great
Lee Coles: Dr. Nunez is awesome! He answers my questions politely and allows me to provide my own presumed answers for verification that I am already understanding what is going on with my body, and when I don't really have a clue, his explanations are very clear. Also, he has put me on a Keto diet to help me get off my diabetic medication, other than metphormine, with the additional bonus of helping with my HTN problem. I have lost about 29 pounds in the first 6 weeks of being on the diet and my BG levels have improved dramatically. I have had the lowest BP readings since I can remember, and I can remember a quite a while back. So, I am extremely happy with the service he has provided thus far. And, I should mention, that whenever my medications are in need of refilling, his office has always been very cooperative in contacting the pharmacy with the prescription information! All in all, exactly the kind of service everyone should expect and receive from an MD.
Prabhakar Kamath: The team is very professional and address your specific needs in a courteous & timely manner. Office timings are very convenient. Dr Nunez takes time to hear your concerns, issues and addresses them to your complete satisfaction.
Anne Xouris: staff is very competent and friendly. Waiting time is minimal. I also feel very confident with Dr. Nunez.
Allen Rainato: appointments are on time, staff is great and so in Doctor
Rengasamy RAMSHANKAR: I have had the luxury of being with Dr. Pedro Nunez for the past ten years. He is a very smart, empathetic doctor, and relates to patients very well. He answers all my questions about health and wellness, and offers as I need good scientific explanations. His staff are all very well trained and engage with me professionally as well as with a friendly smile.I would recommend Dr. Nunez and the West Cary Physicians Office highly to anyone.
Felipe GoGo: My entire family are patients of Dr. Nunez and the practice for almost ten years. We find Dr. Nunez and the rest of his staff as caring and extremely competent. Dr. Nunez is thorough in all aspects of our families" care. We are quite pleased with his care and find him to be a great listener.
Jessica Pagliara: Thorough and respectful.
Buca Stoyanovich: They are absolutely the best!Thank you Dr Nunez,
patricia glaser: Dr. Nunez has been caring for me for more than ten years. He has always been extremely caring and listens attentively to my needs. I have never felt rushed when talking with Dr. Nunez and together we manage my healthcare. His staff is quite friendly coupled with professionalism.
Susan Mehl: Dr. Nunez is a very caring physician who always takes time to listen. Throughout the past decades and living in different locations I’ve had several doctors. I used to feel rushed when visiting the doctor, but never with Dr. Nunez. I’ve also never felt admonished about the extra weight I’m carrying. His friendly staff are an added bonus. I highly recommend Dr. Nunez for his skilled expertise and compassion for his patients.

East Cary Family Physicians: what do users think?
Megan Tate: Anna is incredibly kind and knowledgeable and seemed to truly care about the issues I was having. She reassured me on some of my concerns and came up with a plan to actually solve my issues while also being very conscious of my financial situation. I have also seen Dr. Nigam who is very kind and thorough.
Reeze The Vampire: Lara was excellent. I've had some health concerns and hadn't been to a doctor in almost 10 years! She answered all my questions and concerns, gave me an action plan, and got it all taken care of super quickly. The staff was very kind and friendly. I also got bloodwork done; my veins have always been hard to work with, so I was ready for some digging, but the phlebotomist got it done no problem. Outstanding physician's office.
K Page: Dr. Nigam is an outstanding doctor, and someone I highly recommend. She is focused, listens, and cares about her patients. Whether it has been women's health issues, severe bronchitis, or mobility issues, Dr. Nigam has demonstrated her ability to proficiently provide excellent healthcare. I am grateful for her compassion, medical wisdom, and great staff. Her staff is courteous, attentive, and professional. In a time needed most, I put my trust in Dr. Nigam and staff.
Binita Sura: Great doctor, great staff and great service!would definitely recommend others.
Eva Brodsky: Always pleasant visit, taking good interest in my health. Scheduling isn't problem even if you don't have appointment. Eva
Blake McKay: I will not be coming back to this establishment. In my opinion, the employees here lack trauma informed care or even seem remotely invested in their patients. During my visit, the doctor was talking over me nor did I feel heard the entire time that I was attempting to elaborate what was wrong. I felt as though I was being rushed. Everyone in the office seems somewhat oblivious when interacting with patients. They automatically scheduled me for a physical without asking me what time worked best or considering what I wanted as a patient. I also didn't receive a call about my check up until 3 weeks after the fact, which ultimately made my issue worse. Coming from Oregon, this experience was extremely disappointing--I would not recommend coming here.
Brendan Futrell: The Nurse practitioner, Lara, refuses to write a simple clearance form for a specialist regarding a medical condition that is typically monitored by your primary care physician. I had been to all scheduled appointments for this and was not experiencing any issues so I was not expecting any issues, however when called she stated she would not write a letter clearing me for the medicine a specialist deems I need, not based on medical concerns, nor an evaluation, but stated that she did not and would not be held liable, so she simply won't do it. I had no problems with this office in the past and actually recommended it to others, so I don't understand the lack of cooperation, understanding, and attitude from todays interaction.
Jessica Zdeb: I’ve been seeing Dr. Nigam as my primary care physician for over 6 years now. She really takes the time to care about my health and is very supportive of mental health. Above and beyond. I’m grateful to have her as my primary physician.
Nada: Very good professional doctor. She gives you time and listen to you, she knows a lot, any question has an answer to it. I highly recommend Dr Nigam.
Ajith Panaparambil: This is an awesome place of family physicians. The physicians are really professional and generous to listen the concerns. Especially Dr. Gunjan is really caring, professional, educated and expert health advisory. All staff members of the facility are friendly and supportive. Glad that I found them.
Lara Visser: We love The Doctors and staff!! Our family Have been with Dr Nigam for many years, her gentle spirit and sincere attitude have made us feel heard and truly cared for!! We love y’all at East Cary Family Physicians!!
Lachelle Wilborn: Thank you for being a team of caring medical professionals. Thank you for treating your patients with sincere respect and dignity. Thank you for going beyond the standard level of care and serving in excellence. Thank you for being knowledgeable and just kind individuals.Way to go Team!!!
Kurtis S: I have finally founda GREAT family practice! Dr. Lara S. is Amazing! My wife and I recently went in for physicals and are extremely happy. All the staff is very pleasant and office is very clean. I felt extremely comfortable talking to Dr. Lara about anything, she made both of us feel at ease and not embarrassed to talk about anything we were concerned or curious about. I highly recommend East Cary Family Physicians.
Kimberly Ebron: Omg, I don't know where to start. I have been a difficult patient these last couple of months and Dr. Laura has been great. Everytime, I call I am always able to get through and Liza has been taking my calls as a trooper ( very well) I feel as tho they have been very honest and caring.I know i'm not the only patient but they do make me feel as I am. I switched doctors offices and randomly picked this one and I feel as if i made a good choice.I know magic can't be worked but i do feel like they genuinely care.Thank you all!!
Danielle L.: Not the best experience here unfortunately.-Phyllis Lockhart
Xianhong Yu: As a elderly patient, I am very appreciated Dr. Nigam's kindness, patience, thoughtfulness and professional experience.
GraceMarie Elliott: East Cary Family Wellness is a wonderful place. Everyone is so Nice. Especially Dr. Gunjan and her assistant. Her assistant makes you feel at ease and Dr Gunjan takes time to listen to your concerns and genuinely care about her patients. She gives sound, professional, educated, caring advice and will even turn around quickly and look up on her computer the best ( least expensive) good place for you to obtain a prescription refill. She is so personable and kind you feel like you’re sitting there with a friend you have known for a long time. She is a good doctor and a lovely person. I have not met a rude employee in her office yet. There are many perks to private practice. You feel like a person rather than a number.I am glad I found them.
Cassandra Minor: I recently joined this practice and I have to share. 1) compassion and kindness 2) talking me through adjusting BP meds to success 3) Covid-19 awareness. I love this office! I’m in dentistry and we’re fighting our own Covid battle and my healthcare team caters to me and gets it....multiple mask wearing, added stress and understanding safer medicine. Thankful!!!
Ondraya Loftin: Best office staff and Doctor I’ve had in a very long time. Arrive for your appointment late or on time you don’t have to wait before seeing the Doctor. Dr. Nigma is very concerned about her patients and provides genuine care.Thank you All
Jessica Tumbiolo: Dr. Nigam is the BEST! She genuinely cares about her patients and listens to them instead of just brushing things under the rug like most modern day physicians.I have full trust in Dr. Nigam and recommend her to anyone. From walking in the door and the office staff knowing you by name without you having to tell them every time, to Dr. Nigam’s compassion and ability to see you same day in most cases she is always my first call for anything medical.
Erica Shaffor: Very responsive and they have provided excellent care.

WakeMed Primary Care - Cary Parkway: what do users think?
Julia Russell: I am writing this review based on my interactions with Dr. Chang. She is an incredible provider! She spends the time it takes to partner with you, develop a care plan, and set goals for improving your health. There is no judgement during my visits (I have been dealing with multiple health issues that most likely stem from obesity), which helps me take ownership and be open with my accomplishments and weaknesses. I wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone who discusses looking for a new PCP, so if you are looking, STOP and make an appointment here. You won’t regret working with this team!As far as the reviews that complain about wait times, I understand that healthcare staffing is difficult and teams are stretched thin. Please be patient with them. It is completely worth your time to wait. This usually means that your physician will spend whatever time is needed with you and is not rushing to move from room to room.
Yolanda Grijalva: Dr. Chang is the best. Nurses and front desk personnel are wonderful and caring!
Chandra Jennings: I have been a patient at WakeMed Primary Care for a little over a year and have been overjoyed by the service and the status of my health because of their great care. All of the staff from the front office to the medical assistants and my provider are kind, caring, and patient. My provider, Kaitin, always listens to me and my goals and takes her time to check out my entire health. Another thing I love is that they have a portal where you are able to message your provider, and they are great about responding. I feel special and cared for every time I am here!
Emily Grasso: I would recommend this office. I can always get in for an appointment when needed, front desk staff is friendly and efficient, appointments are generally on time and Dr spends time before and after appointment listening and responding.
samantha ford: very upset about my experience here. i was a first time patient at this particular doctors office, i checked in on time just for SIX people to check in well after me, to be called in within minutes of them waiting, meanwhile i had waited an hour before i decided to leave. at the 40 minute mark i asked the woman at the front desk what was taking so long, and how so many people got called in on time for THEIR appointments. i understand the doc had another patient, but for an hour?? then what's the point in scheduling appointments? what if i had somewhere else to be? i told my boss i could be at work by a certain time due to my appointment, which is a big reason why i left. woman at the desk made me feel unimportant for making such a long wait feel like it was nothing more than a minor inconvenience. patients have jobs & lives too. highly dissatisfied.
Susan Gill: Dr. Patel is amazing. She has been very responsive to my health issues. The staff has been great also.
Carla Portella: This office is careless with their patients, they do not do anything “extra mile” to help the patients with anything! They are not interested to build a good relationship with new patients at all! It’s a struggle for everything, to refill prescriptions, to make an urgent appointment, to have things done! They also request so many visits, because they want the insurance money, of course…. I am happy I have choose other Primary Doctor in Raleigh, and I felt the difference on my first appointment already!
Courtney Penn: I cannot say enough good things about this practice, in particular Dr. Cziraky. She has always listened to me with sincerity and has helped me navigate many difficult health situations. I've been a patient of hers for four and a half years and would highly recommend her to anyone. In fact, I have - half of my family sees a physician at this practice. It's hard to find compassionate, considerate providers in such a volatile, ever-changing healthcare environment, so I am grateful to have found a home with WakeMed Primary Care.
Nana Junie: Bad doctor. After months of dealing with back pain and other issues. She keeps telling me give it time. Order an upper back x rayn when i said the pain was lower back. Then give me muscle relaxer, worst ideal ever. Did nothing and made me fatigue for days. She read blood testcrrsults over phone because she forgot...Final tried another doctor at duke. So professional. 1st day they did correct testing to narrow down what the cause of my pain. Also told me my blood test can back anemic, something that was ignore by this place...to make it worst, they waiting over 4 months to bill my insurance after the start of a new term. They billed me for other visits that happened after. But somehow this one came in extremely late. Thats not right. It should have been submitted correctly for proper payment through insurance. You really expect me to pay out of pocket
Desire Kennedy: Shawna at the front desk was extremely inconsiderate and spoke to me with no compassion. She was rude and unkind.
Destiny Pope: Told me I had a 15 minuets grace period on my appointment. I was 10 minutes late and they still denied me. The front desk was rude and said “I don’t know who you spoke to” when clearly it was someone in the office who made the mistake of telling me I had a 15 minute grace period.
Patricia Sanchez: I love this Primary Care office. The entire team are helpful, courteous & listen. I see Kaitlin Boos and she frankly is one of the best healthcare providers I have ever seen.
Drea J.: My PCP is very friendly and knowledgeable. Because of this I have been trying to avoid giving a bad review, but at this point it is unavoidable given the number of issues l have experienced here. I personally cannot recommend this office and would think others would want to stay away. For one, I recently had a negative experience in which I had a brief video visit with my PCP to discuss an ongoing illness. The meeting itself was 10 min long and my PCP was 20 min late. I was then billed for a 20-30 min visit and charged $150. All this to get an antibiotic prescription. When disputing this billing issue with WakeMed I was told that the length of time in the billing code essentially has no meaning. I find this an unsatisfactory explanation and honestly feel they were charging me the way they did just based off the length of time the video call was open (never mind I was sitting there alone for most of it).Secondly, I have had multiple issues with my PCP forgetting to fill prescriptions correctly and make notes in my chart. The number of times I have tried to fill a prescription only to be told that I didn’t have any refills left is absolutely ridiculous and has caused lots of stress on my end. I have had to make multiple emergency calls to the weekend line to get last minute refills for medications I depend on.Finally, this practice has a policy that they will not fill prescriptions if you have not been for a primary care visit in over a year. While I understand that this would matter for certain things, it extends to incredibly basic meds like birth control and is just an inconvenience.
Sanket Desai: Front desk at WakeMed primary care in Cary (NW Cary Parkway) is extremely rude.My wife has coughing for last few days, she went to urgent care and then to this office for a follow up. She was 15 minutes late and the front desk decides to deny her the service. So front desk has the liberty to deny service based on her opinion irrespective of patient's condition. My wife could not speak much due to her coughing but clearly the front desk is not for for the profession as it requires compassion for the patients needing medical attention. What checks and balances does the office have for this kind of behavior?Does the front desk think that patients come for a stroll? This is simply unacceptable behavior from a doctor's office.
Linda McQueen: The staff are very professional, friendly and caring.
Jocelyn Brown: This review is for the Cary location 3701 NW Pkwy ~ The Cary location is AWESOME front office staff professional friendly check in and check out and nurse Cassandra is amazing she’s always professional, pleasant, caring and concern also my medical Dr.Evans is also fantastic his concern, care, and true heartfelt interest in my medical care is truly appreciated. WONDERFUL job WAKEMED! GOD bless y’all! ♥️🙏🏿
Amos Mills: I was recently seen by Dr. Parika Desai at her new office in Apex. I have lived in Los Angeles, California,, Chicago Illinois, Washington D.C. , Upper Marlboro Maryland and in Greenville, N.C. Dr. ,Desai is the most competent primary Care provider that i have ever encountered. She is patient, through and shows a sensitivity towards patients that I have never seen by any other Primary Care Provider. If more physicians were as professional and through as she, our health care system, would be in better shape in the United States.
Sophie Bean: I have been going to Wake Med Primary Care in Cary for two years now and the team there is top notch. Shauna at the front desk is so friendly and helpful and brings such an energetic and positive attitude to her role. Dr.Boos is caring and knowledgeable and so good at listening to all of my concerns and giving advice about my health.
Monet Daniels: Received $500 bill (9 months after visit) for routine physical and lab work. The lab work was drawn in the same office, but was billed as if it had been drawn and processed elsewhere. This caused the amount to be applied to my deductible rather than covered at 100% as it should have been. This is fraudulent at best. Completely ridiculous as a fully covered person.
Panowork.com魔鬼哥哥: Hearing impacted since birth. Since I was five years old, I have passively undergone seven operations, five times under general anesthesia, two times under local anesthesia, and in the last operation, one ear has completely lost hearing, and communication is not very smooth. I went to this clinic several times because of the high praise from everyone, but it was not what I expected. The doctor was impatient and strongly suggested asking my lover to help me translate, even with a racially discriminatory tone. Finally, I gave up completely though this place is very close to my house
joei robinson: What an amazing clinic. The doctors are so knowledgeable, the office manager is so awesome, all in all the staff is super friendly, the ladies at the front desk are outstanding, The MA’s are phenomenal and caring especially Jalissa . Brittany the RN is so kind whenever she calls and Roxanne is an amazing phlebotomist.

Generations Family Practice: what do users think?
Ishika Ram: DO NOT GO HERE, worst experience with front desk, we went here for a year, and did not have a single good experience with the staff, especially at the front desk and they are rude and unhelpful. I went late for my appointment and they rescheduled it and they asked to pay for no show fee and that is 75$ that is huge amount for no show reason and the grace period is only 5 MINUTES for an appointment. Payments are more important than patients for them. And there are no exceptions for any reason. I hope to never walk into this establishment again.
chris tillman: Very kind and understanding staff.
Michael Nourse: Dr. G is very good with people. Gives good advice.
DS G: I was a patient of Kelly's so I have just met Sarah and I loved her. I felt comfortable with her and that can be very hard to find.

Maud Henrys: Ms Evancho was patient and helpful.
Kathleen Blankenship: I was able to get an appt the day I called. The nurse was so personable and attentive. Ruby took time and listened to me explain my reason for being there/my concerns, and she reviewed what I told her, then explained, in detail, what she thought the best treatment would be.
Peter Hauser: Caring, friendly, and efficient physicians and staff. Always able to see someone on short notice. My highest recommendations.

Carolina Family Practice & Sports Medicine - Cary: what do users think?
LuElla Smith: Veronica Crump is my primary care physician. I appreciate how she listens to me and I feel like I am involved in decisions regarding my health care. I also appreciate how she responds to my questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Bridgett Ford: Karen at the front desk is the rudest most unhelpful person. I hope you guys see this and please don’t go to this place. Can’t wait to switch out of there.
paige barnes: Dr. Blount works with me on my health, he explains things clearly with common sense rational, and he never fails to show me respect and care. The staff is always supportive, friendly, and helpful. This office has consistently shown that patient care is their #1 priority.
Paula Vesey: Long wait time for anyone to answer the phone. Recently requested an appointment for acute allergy/chest inflammation. Even though I informed the scheduler that I had two recent negative COVID tests she informed me that I could not be seen in person due to COVID like symptoms. What??? I was forced to have a generic telehealth visit although I knew an in person visit was most appropriate due to concerns with lung inflammation. Had to insist on an in person visit a week later which revealed significant lung inflammation per X-ray. Staff turnover and poor communication.
Bethany Gribble: Always a friendly atmosphere, seen in a timely manner, quick response when using the online portal, always felt heard, and appreciate the time spent to help.
Keyona Johnson: I was seeing Dr. Lee before he moved to Florida and he was amazing. So professional, friendly; even my husband saw him. We fell in love with the practice so we decided to stay after he left. Over the weekend I began having serve headaches with dizziness. I scheduled a virtual appointment with Dr. Rue at 4:20pm yesterday. I clocked out of work at 4:15 to get ready for my appointment. After waiting for 15 minutes, I got a call from the front desk saying he is running behind with his last patient and will be with me shortly. I understood as I work at an OBGYN office myself. I logged back onto my zoom meeting and waited until 4:55. I called the office again and got the message that the office was closed. I know things happened and I never complain; but I felt neglected, disrespected and unheard. I haven’t gotten a phone call from the provider or his team to apologized or even try to reschedule my appointment. Your job as a healthcare provider is to make sure every patient get the best care and I didn’t get that. Needless to say my husband and I will be getting a new PCP
Jessica Roberts: Absolutely horrible! My teenage son needed to be seen for some ongoing headaches and digestive issues. I spent 20 minutes answering 180 million questions about Covid symptoms and all things related to Covid. I wasn't calling about Covid or respiratory illnesses...I wanted him to be seen for an ongoing and unrelated issue. I was told the information had to be given to a doctor to "review and see if he was going to be allowed to come into the office to be treated." WHAT?!! And, it's been 48 hours and have not had a return call. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!! Needless to say, we have found another practice for our teenager.
Daryll Hinton: I have been coming here for a number of years now and I am not a “ run to the doctor “ type of person …but I genuinely LOVE ❤️ these folks . From the ladies at the desk who are all professional and amazing to the nurses and I especially want to send a shout out to Dr. Stromberg and her team of PA’s …they are the best , I’m kinda like an old beat up truck and they are master mechanics who keep me on the road . If you are in need of a team to feel trust and a community with for your medical needs there is no finer one in my opinion than the entire staff at this facility….absolutely the BEST ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
A. G.: I’m new to the Triangle, and Dr. Duron Lee and the staff were friendly, thorough, and extremely professional! It is absolutely not an exaggeration when I say that this was one of my best experiences at a doctor’s office ever. Thank you all so much!
Nick Lucchesi: I don't recommend going here if you want a doctor that gives any useful feedback. I've gone here 4 years, 3 physicals with 2 different doctors. They always tell you they'll call you to go over the lab results. Never once got a call. They don't even upload comments about the lab results until you contact them to ask about it. You can try asking the doctor for some help with things, but they dismiss it. I strongly advise you look elsewhere.
Kathleen Kramer: Rarely do you find a practice that makes you feel as important and cared for as this one. I’ve been seeing Dr. Stromberg for the past few years and she is a true gem. She makes me feel like I’m her #1 priority even though I know I’m one of many patients she sees. The whole team is amazing to work with — so kind, personable and human! Special thanks for Grace for being so warm and caring during my last appointment. CFPSM is a 10/10!
Kirsten Lin: Positive review for Dr. Piper Kilpatrick. Very thoughtful and caring.
Jessica Merrett: Awesome! Extremely friendly staff. Very professional. Would recommend to anyone. You really feel listened to and cared for.
Jaime Wheatley: They have improved their appointment systems greatly! Can always get an appointment scheduled fairly quickly. At the office, they've run from 15min to an hour late but usually only in late afternoon appointments.
John Logan: Over 10 years of great care through all kinds of ups and downs.
Laurie Singh: I recommend Dr. Duron Lee. He listens and respects your time. He and his nurse make the visit as enjoyable as possible, most importantly he makes sure your health improves or your issue resolved. He stays on time, and works together with you as a team.
Tonya King: Both my wife and I have been patients of Dr. Jennifer Stromberg, at Carolina Family Practice and Sports Medicine in Cary for almost a year. The front office staff has always been courteous and professional and taken the time to actually talk to us as people, not just number on a file. We have neither one had any complications with our appointments (usually in the back within 10 minutes of appt time), prescription refills, my chart, or provider! Keep up the great work CFPSM and Duke Med.
Poppa Jay Johnson: Great experience for past 14 years!!
Josh Shoenberger: I am writing this review as I sit in the waiting room. I have been here 3 times and not once have they ran even close to the scheduled appointment. Currently I have been waiting 22 minutes and I am on my lunch break. So, if you have the time to waste and do not need to be anywhere in a hurry, use this place. I will personally be looking for a new doctor as soon as I leave here today.
Tobias Massey: Dr. Gavankar is great
G Mailer: I have been to this place before Duke acquired it..very good experience. This year, I had a shoulder pain and went in expecting to be diagnosed and fixed. However it turned out very bothersome disappointing experience.Dr Bloom saw me and diagnosed with scapular dyskinesis. And he referred to physiotherapist ...that was so absurd. In my previous visits all i s taken care in the single visit. Duke sucks your money by splitting the services , which is a volume based service rather than value based. So disappointing...Now I owe them 200 bucks for nothing. On top the diagnosis is wrong, I have rotatory cuff injury, which was diagnosed by same place before Duke acquired it..how I knew, just performed the same exercises that they taught, and the pain is gone. bummer..For this why do I need a Dr and care like this. Shame on them even charging for misdiagnosis . Please avoid this care at any cost. There are better centers and Drs , I will avoid Duke care by all means

Western Wake Internal Medicine: what do users think?
Joey Ledford: Three days and no word on a simple hand X-Ray. The Radiologist they sent me to told me they had sent the results... But no one I've talked to at WWIM seem to be able to find it, nor are they proactively trying to figure out the issue. Quite frustrating. My hands are my livelihood!!!
Mrs Deidra Gardner: I should have looked at the reviews before getting in my car. I was asked to come in for a 2pm interview. Drove 30mins just to get here and wait 15mins. I was told the Dr stepped out for a few minutes. Waiting room full of people and another candidate for the position at 2pm also. So was everyone told to show up at 2pm? Very unprofessional and it shows that our time is not valuable. I saw so many complaints on the reviews about the waiting time and I don’t know why I thought it would be different for my interview. Patient or possible employee….just stay away.
Amal Belhadid: The worst practice ever!!!! I have been seen by Dr. Vijaya on 7/13. The doctor was awful. She doesn’t care about patients. I’ve never seen a careless doctor like her before. She ordered some lab work, which I’ve done and sent them the results. My results came back positive. I reached out to them to ask for my treatment, they said I have to go back (to charge my insurance again); after arguing, they finally decided to send me my medication prescription ( prescribed by another doctor, Dr. Jacquelyn Barish. I’ve been taking my meds for 5 days now, and feeling really sick. I called this morning, they told me the Dr works at another location, called the other location, they told me she’s at the other location in Raleigh!!! The doctor refused to speak with me, although I explained to the front desk lady (who was super nice) how bad my body is weak, but she said the Dr. Said to either come to the clinic, or have a telemed appointment. Which I refused to do. Dr. Jaquelin who prescribed my meds said she can’t change it since I’ve been seen by Dr. Vijaya, although, she is the one who prescribed my meds. This clinic doesn’t care about their patients, they only care about billing insurances again and again for the same health problem. Also, I paid $25 up front for my visit, but when I called my insurance, they said the clinic should not had charged me. Any way, if you’re sick go anywhere but to this clinic. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!I wish Google has a 0 star.
Prasen Gope: Waiting time is a joke here. My dad had an appointment at 3:15pm. Had only 3 patients all together waiting. But was not seen before 4pm. Not recommended.
Matt Finley: Being it has been years since i had a physicali Came in for one before getting vaccine. As I feared, it didn't go well. Dr. Vi was very concerned but also letting me know i can turn things around with changes and discipline to my life. At a low moment I appreciated her concern. If your looking for a doctor that treats you like human being this is your place.
Ally Rhode: Dr. Raj and all of his staff was so kind! They were all so helpful and truly cared about each patient! Proud to be a patient here!
Madelin Hernandez: Amazing service. They really care!
Ishani Patel: Great physicians, medical assistants, and quality of care!!
Trevor Melito: London was fantastic. Went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of. Can’t be thankful enough for their knowledgeable and caring work.
Logan Taylor: Come here if you want to wait 2 hours past your appointment time. You've been warned
Duran Bryan: Absolutely fabulous experience here. Wait time was brief! Dr. Raj and Dr. V accommodated me in the best way.
Keshav Shapuram: I just started coming here but everyone here is AMAZING! The receptionist Susan is a sweet lady who brightens up my day. The Medical assistants London and Olivia are extremely friendly and helpful. The phlebotomist is efficient and makes sure to take your blood as painlessly as possible. And Dr.Raj... He is the best doctor I have ever met. His high energy is infectious and immediately makes you feel better. He focusses a lot on prevention of diseases. He also takes his time to actually listen to every patient unlike doctors from large hospitals who can't wait to walk you out. Unfortunately this means that sometimes there are long wait times, but the wait is worth it (if you think about it, all good things have a line). If you are looking for a primary care doctor or if you already have one, just make Dr.Raj your primary care doctor.
Olivia Kelly: So impressed with the girls at the front - they are fantastic! Dr. Raj truly cares about his patients and spends the necessary time needed to help treat illnesses! :-)
LEI LEI: If possible I would give zero star. Very disappointed and frustrated with their ladies
Mary Hao: The ladies in the front desk are really incompetent. They made the mistakes and intends to avoid accountibilties.
Michael Michael: Very BAD experience! The staffs are NOT competent at all! Do not risk your health and waste your money there!
Shanta King: I know most complaints here deal with the fact that you have an extensive wait even though you have a set appointment time. HOWEVER, I cannot say enough about Dr. Vijaya. She’s been my doctor for a little over a year now, and let me tell you! I’ve gotten more medical attention with conditions I’ve been complaining about to other doctors for the past six years and getting no where with other doctors. She not only took the time to actually LISTEN to my symptoms but to also refer me to get seen to figure out what was going on. Other doctors I have had would simply give me pain meds that I didn’t want nor need just to get me in and out in 15 minutes rather than getting to the root of what was wrong with me. Because I guess time is money in healthcare, right? If she needs to spend 45 minutes to an hour during my appointment to ensure she’s thoroughly treating me, then so be it. So I won’t complain if she’s keeping me waiting due to treating someone before me. I know she is taking her time and giving them the same treatment and care as she does me. Having her as my doctor has been god send because I’ve been able to figure out what’s been wrong with me in a matter of a few months compared to the last six years with other doctors who were just making “educated guesses” or telling me “it’s normal” or “it’s in my head”. To have her look me in the eye and tell me to let her know what the doctor she referred me out to for further testing and treatment finds and what they’re course of action will be so that she can make sure, as MY doctor, that I don’t fall through the cracks is something no doctor has cared enough to say to me. EVER. I no longer care about the amount of time I have to sit in the waiting room to be seen because I know that when I do get seen, she will be taking her time with me to make sure she is providing me with the utmost, thorough care. That’s what I believe all doctors should do rather than rotating patients in and out in 15 to 20 minutes like they’re on a conveyer belt. Having that type of care, from my past experiences is reckless and negligent to the patient. Yes, it can be inconvenient to have a long wait past your appointment, but that’s all it is... an inconvenience. But know you’re getting proper patient care is worth it. I know people have a work, and their work schedules sometimes don’t allow for them to be gone three hours when an appointment that was at a certain time. So they can’t wait or miss work like that. I totally understand. I guess I’m fortunate to not have that issue and can be gone as long as I need for my appointment. The fact is that they really do care about they’re patients here. All of the staff is nice and professional. I won’t be changing my doctor at all. As long as Dr. V is here, I’ll be coming here. If you can’t stand the wait, you may want to find another doctor.
Shayna Wright: I can't rate it any lower due to google, otherwise I would. Every. Single. Time. I wait for a MINIMUM of 45 minutes after my SCHEDULED appointment time before I even see anyone. The whole reason I schedule a time instead of just doing a walk-in is to be seen at that time. Due to my work schedule and this office's hours I only have a very small window to be able to make an appointment without having to call out of work (which I won't do since I'm never seen on time anyway and work 45min away from this office). Why even bother scheduling appointments if you aren't even going to attempt to make them on time? For example, I showed up at 9:05 for a 9:15 appointment. There was one woman waiting ahead of me who showed up early for her 9am appointment. As I am writing this it is 9:55am and NO ONE has been seen or even come out to talk to us. He doesn't communicate with the front desk so they have no idea what's going on or how much longer we will wait. Now the office is full, every chair, for appointments that should already be starting or done. I'm only here for lab work results and my appointment always takes less than 10minutes but here I am still waiting. If you come here just be sure to prepare yourself for waiting. This happens EVERY time I come in, no matter what my appointment time is. This is just disappointing and disrespectful for your patients and their time.
Lou Fernandez: Despite having to wait, Dr. Raj is the best physician in this whole area. He actually takes the time to explain and educate his patients. Wish there were more like him.
aaron jackson: I have been coming to this facility since I moved down here from Maryland in 2016, the staff is friendly and professional.
Craig Snively: Always able to get an appointment.

Gunjan Nigam, MD: Family Physician, Cary NC: what do users think?
Shreya Patel: I was looking for a physician since my doctor retired. Almost couple of years. I am so thankful to have found Dr. Nigam. She went through my years of health history and advised me on all the issues. Only regret I wish I had found her sooner.
Archana Dighe: Dr Nigam is knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. I am happy with her approach, treatment and care. The staff is polite and helpful.
Lisa Frangullie: I am a patient of Dr. Nigam. She is a really great MD to have on your side. I am an Oncology nurse and I have serious health anxiety, so I sit and overthink everything and put off my lab and physical visits all day long. Dr. Nigam is really knowledgeable and calming. She points out the things I don't want to hear, but has a very good delivery in her communication so I don't feel horrible and guilty about l the things I already know. I am always worried about being "fat shamed" at appointments, but she does not do that. She always has your best interest in mind. I recently made an appointment for my very delayed annual physical with Lara the NP. She was lovely and kind, and also very knowledgeable.Dr. Nigam just has the calming effect, and I love having the banter with her, she is so kind and she has kids, which she can relate stories to my experiences as a mother of young kids. She really puts her ALL into her patient care (not that Lara doesn't! She was absolutely amazing!).I cannot wait to see Dr. Nigam again in a few months for my follow up. She understands my crazy health anxiety and is such a well versed and competent, caring provider. Also, the office is immaculate, clean, and the patient portal is easy to use. Highly recommended Dr. Nigam and Lara! Thank you! Lisa Brett :)
Manoj Balakrishnan: Dr. Nigam is great. She listens to our concerns and answers every questions. She has been our family physician for more than 5 years now.
Adger Rothwell: If I could leave zero stars I would. From my first appointment I have felt like an inconvenience. Friendly is not a term I would associate with the front staff. Liza and Dana are curt, dismissive, and patronizing.Gunjan Nigam doesn’t listen, doesn’t seem interested and isn’t prompt as a physician. She has no sense of urgency and showed no respect for my timeline. She is quick to prescribe medications, draw blood, and do tests but when it comes time to explain why she breezes through sometimes weeks after the tests have been done!I do not recommend this doctor or her practice. How she has so many positive reviews blows my mind. The only redeeming quality is her helpful nurse, Lara.
jane good: First visit. Polite staff. Immediate concerns addressed. Long term health issues confronted. Dr Nigam was caring, patient, knowledgeable, and unhurried on this 1st visit.I did make an effort to be organized to enhance the first visit. I think the patient should ask themselves to be as thorough and efficient and polite as expected from the physician.
Cyndy Howell: Dr. Nigam was going on vacation, out of the country . She took her time at my appt to diagnosed a health issue, instead of waiting until she returned. The front desk is amazing, polite & thorough. I have now been with her two years since we moved to the area & am not disappointed with my decision. In fact my husband is also going to her.
Sheetal Joshi: Doctor Gunjan Nigam has been great doctor for our family. Her diagnosis and prescriptions have always worked. Great staff. They are really good with followups, always willing to take care of patients.
E Y: Repeatedly mismanaged my mother’s thyroid condition and at one point straight up said “no” when we asked for a referral to an endocrinologist. If you want anything more from your healthcare than antibiotics, go somewhere else.
Food Mart 17: Dr Nigam is wonderful! She is kind, considerate and compassionate. She is very thoughtful, thorough and has a very peaceful aura. The entire staff at Dr. Nigam's office is so friendly and understanding. I would highly recommend her!
Ashita Banerjee: Dr gunjan is an excellent Doc. She listens to you, and gives time to understand the issue.
Salu Merchant: Best dr ,,, great staff highly recommend ⭐️️X1000
Medha Chordiya: Dr. Nigam is a very thorough physician who spends quality time with you and really listens and is totally engaged during conversations. She has a way of making you feel cared for and understands the struggles we all go through with our health. I highly recommend Dr Nigam to anyone looking for a family physician for themselves or their teenage children. Her Clinic is very professionally run and manages the administration very well. The new space is bright and conveniently located. I do not mind making an extra 5 mile drive to see Dr. Nigam as I know that it is going to be totally worth it.
Carol Williams: I thought i would be happy with this dr's office but it only takes one bad experience to leave a bad taste in your mouth. Altho the staff is very pleasant, on a certain day, i had developed cellulitis from a bad reaction to poison ivy. Dr. Nigam gave me antibiotics and told me to call her in two days if it got worse. It did get worse and i did call her back. Two of the girls that i spoke with both relayed a message to me from the dr. that i needed to find a dermatologist. They referred me one and gave me the number to call. I was told I couldn't get in for two weeks. I called my dr back and after being put on hold, was told there was nothing they could do for me. I asked what i should do and their answer was "I don't know". I asked if the dr would let me come in and have her look at it and see if some other antibiotic would work. After being put on hold again, i was told that i would have to find another place to go, that they could ho longer help me. I thought this was a bit odd. I ended up going to the ER, was given a stronger antibiotic and it cleared up fine. Not one person from that office ever called me back to see how things went or if i ever received medical attention. I have since found another practice to go to.
Ashley Goodman: Dr. Nigam is a great physician! She takes the time to go through your health concerns/problems, answers any questions that you have, and makes you feel at ease. Have recommended her to many and will recommend her to many more!
