Stopped by first thing Monday morning and was grateful to have found some however $90 for a dozen unarranged yellow roses and a vase is very pricey. When I asked why it was so much I was told it’s the going rate for roses meanwhile Trader Joe’s has a dozen for $9.99.

Frantic looking for places that preserves flowers, I find this place. I emailed right away (Sunday night) and had a response bright and early the next morning. My mother took them my 3 day old bouquet and told them what I wanted. It took some time to get it back but they killed it!! The women I met there are FANTASTIC and do exceptional work!!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I went to a local florist and they did not preserve flowers but gave me a card to these lovely people. I think it was the same day the owner was able to meet me to pick up the flowers. I work a 9-5 and don’t go anywhere near that part of nc. Luckily she met me after work and we did the exchange. The process was easy and took a while which is expected, she explained everything about how flower preservation works. It’s a family business and the flowers turned out amazing! I could not have asked for a better experience :)

Gina Abruzese: I took roses in after my husband passed away that we got from the cemetery. I had some for myself and some for his mom. I dropped them off in October and got them back the week of Christmas and was able to give the gift to his mom as part of her Xmas gift. The owner even delivered them to me after work and in Clayton, close to my house. The customer service is outstanding and the flowers are absolutely beautiful. I will forever treasure them and will give them to my daughter when she’s older. She will have no memories of her dad because she was only four months, but I think this will always be special. Mom2 5: Jessica did beautiful work on the shadow box of my daughter’s bouquet. There was a misunderstanding about the placement of the invitation in the box, and one of the employees wanted to charge me extra to correct it. However, the owner corrected the problem, making the $600 investment very much worth it! Great customer service and a beautiful product.

She looked at the picture for few times and she said she can do it. I asked if she want to keep the pic for reference. She was very confident that she can make the exactly same one for me. She said I can pick the flower up same day around 5pm.I went for the pick up..... the flower is different than what I expect. Well....... I will say about 60% similar.The price is fair, but I wish she can keep her promise to her customer.
Kelsey Nelson: I used Victorian Seasons for my wedding on March 1, 2014. I knew nothing about florists and through Google found that this one was extremely close to my house, so I decided to stop by with my mom and see how it went. I had low expectations because it was the first place I looked, and I felt my budget for flowers was pretty small. Thankfully, the budget was the first thing we addressed, and Jo Lynn assured us that we could definitely stay within it. Based on what I've heard, I think the price was unbeatable. I've had several friends get married recently who spent way, way more on flowers than we did. When meeting with Jo Lynn, I did feel as though I couldn't really understand what she was describing, because I know nothing about flowers, but that would be my only complaint. And she was totally great with questions. When I arrived at the church before the ceremony, all the bouquets were there waiting in vases, and they looked even better than I could have imagined! Everything about them was perfect. My bouquet was light enough that my arm never got tired. I'm dying to get my wedding photos back because I feel like I didn't have enough time to just stare at my flowers that day! I will say that you need to have some willingness to let Jo Lynn do her thing, and not control every single detail of your flowers. Once I felt the overall feel of what I wanted was understood, I was really comfortable with letting her bring the details together. It turned out perfectly. I 100% recommend Victorian Seasons.
Kristen Benton: I used Victorian Seasons for my wedding on 10/06/12. If I hadn't decided last minute (last minute in my eyes), I probably would not have gone with Victorian Seasons. I will list every detail so that you, as a possible customer, can make your own decision and form your own opinionOn 6/20/12 I emailed them, they responded the same day saying they felt confident that they could stay in my budget and would like to meet. We met that following Saturday 6/23/12. The meeting went okay. I had stated that I wasn't fond of roses everywhere in my wedding because I thought that was too typical. But for some reason, everything in my quote ended up having roses (spray roses) in them. She stated that she would have my quote emailed to me on 6/26/12, the day came and went, and I did not hear anything, so I emailed her the following day. She responded with the quote, and it was out of my budget.. not by much, but it was still out of my budget. I inquired that same day about how much taxes would be, but did not hear back from her until July 12. She had a family emergency. Which I understand, BUT there are other people that work for her that could have responded or got in touch with me. I had met with another florist, in the mean time and decided that he was about 3 times the prices as Victorian Seasons, so I decided to send a deposit to her. We also decided to meet again to discuss some changes. I wanted to get in my budget, and not have all the spray roses she had put in there. I sent her an email July 26 to decide on an actual date to meet, and she did not respond back until Aug 14th. We then figured out a date to meet again. She mixed the date up. To make this long story short, we had our second meeting. I brought a friend with me that knew a lot about flowers and I knew that she would be able to help me. Jo Lynn has a tendency to talk to you like you are in the business. She also jumps around a lot, and the conversation can get extremely confusing.So, if you don't mind someone that does not respond quickly, and can not stay in your budget, and does not really listen to what you want, then Victorian Seasons is fine. I will say that I did not have any issues the day off. Everything was delivered on time and everything was there. But, I wish I would have spent more time looking at other florist. I assumed that since she had all good reviews, that everything would be fine. Needless to say, you should not base your decision off of reviews. I read all her reviews, and they were all good. Go with your gut when deciding on a florist.

SO much for such a simple arrangement. The delivery process was terrible, they couldn’t find our apartment number so they left it at the club house like I said awful costumer service. The flowers were not even in good condition, the petals were coming off and many petals were brown. We tried getting money back, we were able too but took SO LONG because no one could figure out how to refund us, transferring us from call to call and department to department. Don’t waste your time buying here.
