Stephanie Lee: I went to get my real id and they started calling numbers in random order. You cannot do that. You need to call numbers in an orderly manner based on first come first serve. Need come up with a better system. Also, why are the examiners speak to you in such a rude manner? I had to help my dad duplicate his license and get his real ID. When I confirmed with the examiner to make sure that my dad got his real ID, she was so rude and said, “that’s what you asked for.” I can’t confirm with you to make sure I get the correct license? If you want respect then be respectful… because respect is earned. Plus when there was a point when no appointments came in. However one of the examiner was busy trying to fix a computer than checking in the walk ins and get them out…. So this tells me that they are more worried about their computers than the people who are waiting.

Sky Palmer: Angry brothers in uniform abuse the little bit of authority they have. Came to get info because I’m from out of State. Pushed out the door to buck jones location without any dialogue. The 2 middle age African American males working today that I encountered are more suitable working as TSA agents or maybe Correctional Officers. I felt belittled and embarrassed by the spectacle they created.

Patty Haley: Went on line took the first appointment available it was 3 months out. My husband went with me without a appointment. I was done in a hour my husband waited 4 1/2 hours without a appointment. Thank God we had everything we needed so thing went smoothly. I give the supervisors and all of the examiners a lot of credit for putting up with some of the public they have to deal with. I must say it was entertaining.

Traveling Mama: Worst place ever, my daughter needed a ID we arrived at 8.30am the line was outside to the end of the block, after standing in the hot sun for 1 and a half hour we could go inside we waited 2 more hours for a ticket then 1 hour to get called to the desk needless to say we didn't get out until 1:00 pm, the worst !!! people were sitting on the floors and the window seals just horrible I've lived in NJ and this DMV was worst thant the one in Newark NJ !!!Pay the workers better and build more updated facilities do better cary NC

Texas and Utah are so much simpler and faster.- No appointments available online for over 3 months- The walk in appointment will take 2 hrs to get the QR code for and post you they will take atleast 3-4 hrs to see. They might also ask you you to come next day.Better of having a license from other state.Raleigh is a bad experience overall.

Lauren: This is the worst dmv. A supervisor ex marine that works there was checking on my Lic and had the audacity to cancel it. This caused me to have to apply for a whole new lic and cost me more money. How dare you. Beware of this location as the employees are far more obnoxious and unprofessional than the customers. You will be waiting in 80 degree heat while they don’t allow you inside despite there being seats available. This is an attempt to get rid of you. I hope karma finds its way back to the man who cancelled my lic. 🖕🏻🖕🏻

Nayankumar Pandya: I have visited this office couple of times and had great experience. Team here is very professional and helpful at the same time. If you follow rules then process goes smoothly.On my recent visit due to system issue they could not provide me license renewal and they accommodated me next time as they promised. Mr. Oli in particular is very helpful and gentalman.

Hans Russell: I went at 3:45pm on a Tuesday for a license/RealID renewal. Wasn’t too busy, and surprisingly all the staff were upbeat and positive.

Bonnie Thompson: They're obviously very overrun with people on a daily basis. Had system issues, but I was processed by the next available window. Hopefully the initial settings were still valid since I requested a NC Real ID originally. Temporary license did not have a star.

Because we were so frustrated, we only just this past time got a full list of what we'd need. People here must hate their job with thr lack of patience and respect they start the conversation off with. The extremely unfriendly woman who helped me today openly mocked the customer before us. Wow. How much do you hate your job to act like this. I don't think I can handle waiting in line for 2 more hours just to be told a new thing we are missing.And if you think this is a one off experience, we've been here four times and I can see how thr other clients are being treated while I wait. It's despicable.Here is one SIMPLE thing you could do to save time for EVERYoNE. Have check off sheets so we know before we step foot in the door what we need! What a dman novel idea, huh???!!!

Lauren Demberg: Yesterday was my 3rd time trying to get my license from this location. I have never experienced people more rude or condescending in my life. They yell at you for showing up to wait before 7am and tell you that walk-ins start at 11am, which is a total lie. On my 2nd time trying to get my license, I came at 11am and got turned away. I really feel like they just don’t want to help anyone at this location besides people with appointments. Not one, or two, but THREE men stood outside and scolded the line outside from from 6:58 to 7:20 (when I left) and I imagine they continued longer after that. Maybe if those 3 men were inside helping to expedite service, there wouldn’t be so much of a wait time. I urge you to stay away from this place and find another location.

I highly recommend this driving school because of their good communication and quality teaching.

Last week when I started looking for an instructor for a driving class I came across this school and was very impressed with the reviews, immediately called the school but he was out for vacation so I requested him to get time slot before my exam on 28th. He said he will try to get back to me, in the meanwhile Iooked for other schools but all of them were full so I lost the hope that I will be able to make it on 28th but lucky me, out of nowhere I got a call on 24th from Deepak that he is available on 25th, I got the class with all safety instructions on that day and even today before my actual exam.Driving exam was a breeze with Deepak’s driving class, thanks a ton for the timely help!
