Erica Young: Go somewhere else. Had to redo my sweater because the coffee stain on the sleeve I pointed out when I dropped off looked exactly the same as before. They charged me for my peacoat and the belt portion of the peacoat separately. Never seen that before. Lastly they said they couldn’t clean one of my garments because their temperatures are too high for… synthetic material? I was confused because I’ve had this coat dry cleaned before. I will say the people that work there are really nice though.

Timothy Bingus: They shattered every single button on my jacket and vest, then tagged the garments as having arrived defective. Never coming back; they cost me a lot of money in repair work.There was a very hypothetical response to my review from the business, so I will attach a photograph. If you had followed all of your own procedures described, this would have been a civil discussion in your shop, over in minutes. I only discovered that my favorite suit - a six thousand dollar custom piece from Orazio Luciano - the day I was putting it on for work. It was shocking. Truly, I would never trust you with my suits again. Your response did nothing to have me reconsider. I'll get my suits cleaned and repaired elsewhere.
Robbie Jackson: Great family ran spot. Brought these guys articles that medlin Davis didn't even seem to try to get clean. Got them back looking bran new. Stay away from the chain spots. If you are in cary area, this is the place to go.

Andrew Butler: Called European Cleaners in a bind (was in from out of town) needing a dress dry cleaned for a wedding. The owner picked up the phone and bent over backwards to help us out. The dress was very well cleaned and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend their services and would give them more than five stars if possible.
rick radent: Great dry cleaner! For the first time, I am able to pick up my shirts and not have to touch them up before I wear them. The owners are very solicitous and the customer care is superb. European Cleaners also use the latest technology in the dry cleaning business and do not use any soaps or fluid that give your clothes a particular objectionable scent.
N A: Really helpful when I accidentally washed a pair of wool pants. Checked and pressed for no cost. Pressed that jacket for no cost as well. It was my first time there and I was very impressed. They did the remainder of my dry cleaning and did a great job.

The owner worked on the shirt over the course of two days and completely Removed the stains. The owner and his wife are a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend European cleaners!

"Come on in!", she said. So I did. They turned it around in ten minutes. Alex Tiefenthaler: This company took advantage of our urgent needs while on vacation. We had a flea issue in our hotel. They said they would clean our stuff for under the amount we specified on the phone. Said it would be done the same day. It didn't get finished for two days and charged over promised pricing. Then when we picked our stuff up they had laundered items that shouldn't have been. Items that should have been dry cleaned. They are ruined and shrunk now. We paid $428 for the poor service and lost hundreds in clothing because they now don't fit. Terrible experience. They dry cleaned pajamas and cotton shirts but washed and dried expensive bikinis and bras that can't be tumble dried!

Ryan Tiren: When a worker busted through the attic into my closet ceiling, the insulation that had been refilled up there just months prior covered everything from business attire to my undershirts and baseball caps.I called multiple places and Neal was the only one who gave me an enthusiastic “Yes!” to my unique problem (insulation is difficult to clean off for multiple reasons). He not only carefully sorted through and noted down each of my 63 garments and hats, but he cleaned them a day earlier than promised AND delivered them to my house at no extra cost!I have years-old undershirts that I literally didn’t recognize because they looked almost new. Every single hangar I gave him was returned to me. And each hangar faced the same direction (hey, it’s the little things that can make or break your day).…And all this over the Christmas weekend.I’ll only be taking my dry cleaning here from now on - and you should, too.

Liliana Cantrell: Not good, out of three items none were cleaned properly. Very disappointed
Paul Yurashevich: Disreputable business. Refuse to honor their prices. They advertise 30% of shirts on Thursdays in July but refuses to apply the discount even though I followed the procedure and requested the discount. Even called the cops.
Corbin Cansler: They are expensive, not up front about their pricing, their in-store customer service is unapologetic, and they will spam you with emails. Don’t go here.

kelly lanier: Dropped my clothes off for the wash dry fold service. Did not have time to go sit at laundromat and plus it’s a hassle with the COVID 19 rules! Can’t fold your clothes there so you basically come back home and have to figure out how to get the wrinkles out of your clothes. I was in a hurry when I dropped off and honestly didn’t ask how much they charged 😳 They just said two day turn around which sounds good to me. I received a text that my clothes were ready. I went to pick up and the lady at counter asked if I would be a one time customer or if I was coming back. I asked how much it was. She had a red bag that my folded laundry fit in which was folded perfectly! There was room to spare. She said anything that fits in this bag is $19.99! I was shocked! That is what I pay to do it my self!! I will for sure be using this service!!
Jessica Staats: The employees and service are beyond phenomenal. When it comes to stains they are most assuredly miracle workers. My orders are always ready super fast, and I even get a text notification. It is evident that they take pride in their work and care for your garments as if they were their own. Worth the drive from any where in the Triangle.

The color changed and they took no responsibility, rather blaming it on the manufacturer and saying they no record of color. They even charged me for the ruined duvet cover!!! I was a loyal customer on and off for about 6 years******* Update************Tony called me and apologized for the issue. He investigated the issue and acknowledged there was an issue with how it was treated. He is remdiating the issue. This is exactly the type of customer service that I expected and ultimately received. I have changed my rating to 4 stars given that he reached out to me to help remediate the issue and to ensure my expectations were met.

julian williams: My experience has been very good so far. I have had them sew buttons on and do bot dry cleaning and laundering. I have even taken some muddy items to them and had them come back without a stain. They always tell me that there is no guarantee on the stain removal. The owner remembered my name after only a couple of visits. I agree that they are maybe a little more expensive than some of the discount cleaners and I haven't seen or received any coupons in the mail for their services like other cleaners do. Overall they do a good job for a reasonable price- I recommend them.

Diane K: I will seek out a different dry cleaning company from now on. Look, for $6.50, I expect my shirt to be returned to me WITHOUT significant wrinkles, especially if the wrinkles are super noticeable and right in front. This was Not the case. There are wrinkles in the front and they look crummy. Not just a few wrinkles, but enough so that I have to try and re-do the shirt myself at home. Not what I was hoping for. The person behind the counter, while reasonably nice, didn't really care. They offered to re-do it, but when I asked if she thought it would help, she just shrugged her shoulders and didn't care at all.
