Diane K: I will seek out a different dry cleaning company from now on. Look, for $6.50, I expect my shirt to be returned to me WITHOUT significant wrinkles, especially if the wrinkles are super noticeable and right in front. This was Not the case. There are wrinkles in the front and they look crummy. Not just a few wrinkles, but enough so that I have to try and re-do the shirt myself at home. Not what I was hoping for. The person behind the counter, while reasonably nice, didn't really care. They offered to re-do it, but when I asked if she thought it would help, she just shrugged her shoulders and didn't care at all. I felt it would be a further waste of my $$$ and time, so I will be seeking another dry cleaners in the future.Services:Organic dry cleaning,Eco-friendly cleaning

Alex Tiefenthaler: This company took advantage of our urgent needs while on vacation. We had a flea issue in our hotel. They said they would clean our stuff for under the amount we specified on the phone. Said it would be done the same day. It didn't get finished for two days and charged over promised pricing. Then when we picked our stuff up they had laundered items that shouldn't have been. Items that should have been dry cleaned. They are ruined and shrunk now. We paid $428 for the poor service and lost hundreds in clothing because they now don't fit. Terrible experience. They dry cleaned pajamas and cotton shirts but washed and dried expensive bikinis and bras that can't be tumble dried!

Ryan Tiren: When a worker busted through the attic into my closet ceiling, the insulation that had been refilled up there just months prior covered everything from business attire to my undershirts and baseball caps.I called multiple places and Neal was the only one who gave me an enthusiastic “Yes!” to my unique problem (insulation is difficult to clean off for multiple reasons). He not only carefully sorted through and noted down each of my 63 garments and hats, but he cleaned them a day earlier than promised AND delivered them to my house at no extra cost!I have years-old undershirts that I literally didn’t recognize because they looked almost new. Every single hangar I gave him was returned to me. And each hangar faced the same direction (hey, it’s the little things that can make or break your day).…And all this over the Christmas weekend.I’ll only be taking my dry cleaning here from now on - and you should, too.

Robert Lunsford: Brought in an oriental rug to be cleaned. It had streaks in it when it was done. It appeared that detergent was squirted on it and those areas were clean or some kind of high pressure cleaner was used and left visible clean streaks amidst the soiled areas. I returned it for cleaning again and the rug looked nearly the same the second time. I was told it was the way the light hit the rug and the streaks were normal. They charged over 100 dollars for a small rug. Also the rug smells like a wet llama. Would not recommend.

Eric Martindale: It's hard to find a good cleaner. This isn't it!Terrible customer service and ruined clothes.I used ACC Cleaners twice. The second time i picked up two suits that were damaged by this shop. There were multiple holes along the front crease in both pants. I was told it was a problem with the material (age or wear) or moths and that I was responsible since I took possession of them. Strange, my other suits in the same closet that I didn't bring to this shop aren't damaged. But after lengthy discussion, the owner only offered a few free cleanings for ruining two full suits. SMH. Buyer beware!

Stéphanie VOLKRINGER: I came in with a nice jacket covered with saw dust in a plastic bag.The person who welcomed me said it was to dirty to be dry clean. Aren’t they supposed to clean clothes ?!He didn’t even take it out of the bag to check how dirty it actually was!Couldn’t they have charged me just a little bit more to clean it instead of showing me to the door ?!This is terrible costumer service right there.I was looking for a new dry cleaner, well that will not be this one and I will tell my friends to stay away from it.
