David F.: Once the truck is completed the review will be updated. I have a truck that has less than 13k miles on it with a check engine light on and its something to do with an injector. I called Tuesday morning to see how far backed up they were because I needed looked asap and I was told that they normally could check the truck out the same day if it's dropped off in the morning. He even said that they were caught up on their work. I dropped it off on Tuesday morning at 11am. He did say it would most likely be the next day before they could check it which I was fine with. I waited until Wednesday at 4 to call and I was told it would be Thursday before they could look at. Called back Thursday and no one knew what was going on and was told to call back Friday evening. Today is Friday so we will see if they lie again. Do everyone a favor next time and be HONEST about the wait time. Not being truthful screws over the customer and makes your company look awful. If I knew there was a longer wait time to get it in I wouldn't habe brought it to you. Needles to say this will be the last time I bring a truck to you or buy parts from your company.

Marquec Pittman: Was told to bring my truck in on Thursday morning so that way they could put it on the machine to see what the problem was. Hasn’t been done. Told today when I called tech had the truck so they couldn’t give me any info yet. So I drove all the way to Raleigh just to find out my truck is still in the same spot I parked it and hasn’t been moved because I marked the tires before I left on Thursday. Mind you I called them on Wednesday and drove all the way from Baltimore MD because they said they could put it on the machine Thursday. Usually they are pretty good about time line. But this time idk. Tech also put some time down but no one knows what he did.
charles watkins: I was not to happy with the pricing. The tech came out to the truck ran a diagnostic check, reset the codes and replace a $71 part. They charged me $480 just in labor!!!They said he did 2 1/2 hrs of work. I was right there the whole time in my truck. Hour maybe hour and a half, tops.The work was fine, the service was excellent. But pricing was way too much. And to sit and argue would have just cost me more money in lost time.So keep you eye on the watch when you go. But they will do a good job.

Matt Tedder: Don't expect TranSource Raleigh service to be on time with appointments. I scheduled a PM service two weeks out and was told they would be able to start on it first thing the morning of my appointment. I dropped my truck off the day before the service appointment just to be sure it was available first thing in the morning. On the day of the appointment, I called to check on the progress and was told it was scheduled for their 2:30 technician. When I explained that I was told it would be serviced in the morning. Mike the service guy said they don't schedule by the hour only the day (not what I was told). The previous time I had my truck in there for a "morning" service, a similar issue occurred, but this time their excuse was that they could not find my truck on their own lot. They didn't call me to ask where it was. If I had not called to check on the progress, they would have never started servicing my truck. TranSource is obviously not concerned with schedules or their customers. If google would let me leave zero stars I would.
J-RAM Trucking, LLC: I travel 45 minutes to this TS rather than my local one because they always have everything in stock for all my Volvos. Plus they fits out front are really helpful and understanding that’s definitely needed on a pinch.

Aaron Kinard: I spent weeks looking for a F-150 that was within my price range and under a certain amount of miles I found my truck at Joseph Motors, I was hesitant about making the drive from Florida to North Carolina but after a FaceTime call with Nick where he took the time to show me the truck Inside and out even crawling under the truck to show the undercarriage as well as explaining the thorough inspection and maintenance the vehicles go through at Joseph motors I felt confident making the drive. When I arrived in North Carolina I was greeted by Nick and not rushed or pressured no extra hidden fees and no surprises the truck is exactly what I was told it was and is in excellent condition just like everything else I looked at on the lot. I would highly recommend buying from this company you will not regret it as far as I’m Concerned when it’s time to buy another truck I know where I’m going it’s definitely worth the trip if you are in the market for a quality no questions asked truck.

They also service the vehicles they sell at great rates at their shop Jacks Truck South which is very rare in the used commercial truck market. Nick, the manager went out of his way to help me in any way he could to find a buyer. The second truck I have purchased from them was a fantastic find, fit my needs perfectly and was priced really great in comparison to many on the market. No clue who did it or where it came from!Called PacLease, who my company leases the trucks from. They sent me to this Peterbilt location. Got there on Tuesday morning. Kelvin Roberson: I have owned my truck for 3 years. Other than routine maintenance, it’s never been in the shop. In late August 2022, the truck had a loss of power. I took it to TLG Peterbilt in Raleigh, NC on 8/30/2022. The repair was completed on 9/13/2022. The bill was $5,614.46. On the drive home, the truck still had the loss of power, so I returned it to the shop. After two months of little to no communication (except the following estimates), the second repair was completed on 11/11/2022. That bill was $11,898.91. In total, I paid $17,513.37 in repairs. I also paid for a rental truck for 2 months. The truck is my sole source of income, so this was not only stressful, but it was also a huge financial hit.With so many revised estimates, I felt like they played the guessing game with the repairs. After the first month, I thought about taking it somewhere else. I changed my mind after I requested a test drive with the tech and spoke with the foreman. I’m just thankful it’s over and that the truck is back on the road. Besides the pricey bill, the length of the repairs, the lack of communication added insult to injury. Even after paying twice for overnight/next day parts, there was no communication and the truck still stayed for weeks. Aboubacar Mainassara: I usually don’t go with a five-star experience, but this time I was very impressed by the 2 salesman Johnson, Glen- Fort Smith location and Bryan St.Louis-Raleigh location. They’re so kind the entire process. I ended-up bought my first commercial Truck. I will certainly recommend both to anyone who is looking to purchase a truck from TLG.
