Auto Park Chrysler Jeep: what do users think?
Laura Lee: Great customer service and for oil changes and tire rotation no appointment needed and I was pretty much in and out.
Brent: Very seamless from drop off, to waiting, to constant updates, to leaving.
Melonie Sellers: Recently, I was just cleaning out my glove compartment and the wheel lock key was not in there, only the little holding pouch. They used it at my most recent oil change/tire rotation service.I’ve been trying to reach the service manager for 2 going on 3 weeks but have not been successful. I just want them to check to see if the wheel lock key is laying around in the shop since I have the serial numbers and Julian date in that pouch they could refer to. if they are not successful I would ask that they purchase a new one for me. However, each time I speak to a customer rep, they cannot locate an email for the service manager and ask for my email and number instead. This is ridiculous to try this hard to reach someone there! I will not be going back unless they attempt to make this wrong right. My advice, I’d they have to use ANY of your personal equipment to perform service on your vehicle, make sure it’s noted on the service notes and you verify it’s been returned. Obviously, this shop is not run by integrity.
Dale Andrews: Quick check in process. Quick service. Good customer service.
Jonathan Gordon: They were amazing!!!
O 1: Auto Park Jeep uses deceptive business practices to make sales. If you want a simple and hassle-free car buying experience, avoid Auto Park. Their priority is moving cars off their lot, not getting you into the vehicle that's right for you. Save your time and shop elsewhere.
Randy O'Neal: Attentive and efficient service
Monalisa Williams: Wee3eee3e3ee3eee3e3e3w2w2w2ww3w3e3e2w3333ww2w3ew3wewwew32w2we333e3w22222w2w2w33w3e3we3w2w3e3eww3w3w2w2w2w33w223w2w3ww2w3www2w2w2
Chad Thomason: Extremely terrible service. I took my 2010 Dodge Charger in because it was running hot, wouldn’t even start & there was a recall on the airbag & the engine light was on. The recommendation was to install a cooling fan & a new battery. The day after I picked my car up from being fixed, I noticed that the thermostat needle stayed on “C” all the way to work & the morning after. Then the engine light came back on. I called the dealership back & was instructed to bring it back in. Now they are saying that I needed a new thermostat switch & possibly a fuel pump but said to start with the thermostat switch. I had to pay for the second fix as well as the first. I was told that this is common when installing cooling fans on older model vehicles.
Brian Packard: Very Professional,Took care of the problem quickly.Tanner is a Great Service Advisor.
David J: Recently needed to obtain my radio unlock code due to an issue with the fuse. Called the Service Dpt first to see if it could be done over the phone and was told "no" it has to be done in-person due to security issues. Fair enough. Confirmed I did not need an appointment and can walk up to Svc Dpt. Drive to the dealership and go to service dept. First person tells me they need to take my radio out to get it. That individuals is then told to have me go to Parts Dpt as they can help look it up via an app. Go to Parts and I'm told someone in Service can help me.....brought back to the initial person who thought it was on the back of the radio??? Directed to another individual in the Parts Dpt. After verifying my ID and registration the search begins for who actually has access to the code app. Turns out NOBODY in Leith Auto Park Jeep can do this...at least anyone working that day. Evidently only certain managers have access and they're not working on the weekend and I will need to try and obtain it at another time. From the initial phone call to having to waste time actually going to the dealership, it's concerning the lack of knowledge and waste of time for something as simple as obtaining a code. Not how I envision spending my Saturday. On the plus side, I did want to call-out Kevin in Parts who did all he could do. He attempted to contact multiple individuals/mgrs on their cells but no luck.
Nathan Van Gheem: They were responsive and tried to help it seemed but these places just seem focused on figuring out ways to give you the most expensive possible service and not actually focused on cost effective maintenance.I had engine sputtering and performance problems. I explained it to them. Their solution in the end was over 1k$ in work for replacing spark plugs and to not actually fix the problem. In the end, it was an air fuel mixture problem and all I had to do was clean the valve, sensor and replace air filter.Watched a YouTube video, $50 in parts and 2 hours of my amateur labor. Super simple fix. Why didn't they try? Or even look?Really disappointed.I recommend finding a local trustworthy shop. I have one I normally go to. For this problem I thought the dealership who saw problems on my vehicle type more often would have a better idea with engine problems. My local shop would have charged $0 if they didn't know how to fix the problem.I don't think the people that work at these places are necessarily bad or anything like that. It just seems like at some point, the incentives aren't aligned for cost effective maintenance. They are looking at my vehicle, have it there and would love to find a way to squeeze more money out of the stay. Even if they aren't quite sure, why not do this additional 1k thing, etc. Can't hurt! Well, it hurts my pocket book and trust!
Dmitriy Gordiyenko: I'm a fan of Jeep, but their service was disappointing, loss of money and time.I went to the service because I heard a knock in the suspension. I asked them to do a diagnostic.I was told that the knock in the suspension is due to the fact that they are struts worn out. And that it doesn't pose any danger. However, the noise began to increase in a couple of weeks and I drove to another place, where they immediately showed me that the suspension support was broken and the wheel was about to lie on its side or come off. It is very dangerous. I paid three times as much as a regular service because I think they know Jeep better than anyone.By the way, actually struts and shocks in good condition. They also left the cabin air filter in a disassembled state just lying on the floor in the car and returned the car to me in this form (they just forgot to put it back after checking).
William Daniels: If I could give this place, zero stars I would. The sales experience is terrible because they straight up lie to you.Never in my life have I been gaslighted by a whole business. He tried to stick me in an eight year old car, and then proceeded to lecture me about my credit. Go anywhere else but here thank you Johnson Bullock for being such a miserable representation of your company.
Joe & Nikki Feltenberger: Good customer experience.
Patrick Drinkwater: Banged up cars and some rusted too. Buyer Beware
Marshall Troublefield: I came in today for an oil change and told the service team my car dashboard said the remote start needed servicing. I told them every now and then it stalls to start with the push button. They couldn't fit me in due to being short staffed and now I'm on the side of the road and vehicle won't start! Plus it's saying my park brake now needs to be serviced.
J B: I brought my Jeep here for service and after they had it for 6 hours for basically an oil change and inspection, I received a phone call giving me the list of issues that sometimes goes with an oil change, as well as being told my oil change and passing inspection was done, a $1300 quote later i told him i would just take the services i went in for, he went on to tell me he would call when my jeep was ready, 20 mins later i was walking into dealership when i received a phone call that my jeep was done, BUT my jeep did not pass inspection because of my tinted windows… so it was passed while we were on the phone, but failed after i wouldn't give you $1300 to fix my jeep… I brought my Jeep here because I wanted someone trusted to be working on it, rather than the usual Firestone.. but at least I had no issues getting an inspection sticker ANYWHERE else.
Leighton Hornack: Customer service was impeccable. Spoke to Jake about purchasing my first new vehicle and he walked me the through the process without being pushy. Thanks Jake and team for making my first buying process bearable!
Can Sanders: Great customer service I definitely would go back again and again
Tania Laporte: Facilities are clean and comfortable enough to wait. Personell is respectfull. Service is reasonably fast.

Capital Mazda of Cary: what do users think?
Erick Caba: I’ve just recently purchased a used car from the lot. Had a great experience with miss Taylor. She wasn’t pushy or nonchalant which I think made me really consider going through the experience start to finish. I also enjoyed the fact that we could have a friendly conversation during the whole experience which made things go smooth IMO.
James O'Neal: Purchased a used vehicle in January and had a nice buying experience and no problems with the car (I loved it). Upon first service at the dealership, they informed me of all sorts of problems-- cabin air filter had never been replaced; engine air filter did not fit the vehicle; brake fluid, transmission fluid, and coolant all low and dirty. It appears none of what you'd consider basic maintenance had been done on the car before they re-sold it! I'd request a pre-purchase evaluation of any vehicle at the very least if I considered buying from here again
Brian Isom: My son had his first car buying experience today. Mona Hall was awesome. She made the experience fun and was very helpful. He was very impressed. Thank you Mona!!!!!!
Zane Clifton: Wally at Capital Mazda was fantastic! Made the car buying process smooth and extremely convenient, would totally recommend purchasing a car here!
Matvei Roshchin: I recently had my Mazda serviced at the service department, and I must say, it was a great experience. Sherrie Rudolph, the service advisor, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She identified some recalls for my vehicle and promptly fixed them, all at no cost to me. Sherrie also took the time to advise me on other maintenance tasks that I should consider for the overall care of my car. Her explanations were clear and detailed, providing me with a complete understanding of the services and their prices. I appreciate the exceptional service provided by Sherrie and the entire service department team.
Grace P: Thanks Sherri for all your help on my car service today! Always going above and beyond.
Angie: My car-buying experience at Capital Mazda of Cary was OUTSTANDING. David Diaz was my salesperson, and he was EXCEPTIONAL: extremely knowledgeable about the cars and their features, no pressure at all, very respectful and very patient while I considered my options. THE BEST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. I highly recommend Capital Mazda of Cary and especially David Diaz the next time you're looking for a car.
Cynthia Zemater: Sherrie is a very helpful service advisor. I’ve been getting excellent service at Capital Mazda!
Thulasi Ram Chittepu: Have been servicing my car here for 3 years. They do take good care of the car. Sherrie at the front desk is very helpful.
Ruby Avila: I’ve always had a good experience here. Sherrie Rudolph is clear and detailed about the services, prices, etc. necessary (and some recommended) for overall car care.
Amanda O'Brien: Sherrie and the Service staff at Capital Mazda of Cary are the reason we return time and again for maintenance on our CX-5. Informative, detailed, and up front without the pushiness you see at some other places. Highly recommended.
Matt Rooney: Lucia in the Service Dept at Cary was an incredible help to me. She was able to get resolution on an parts issue in one business day where Mazda Corporate hadn't been able to in months. Went above and beyond with communication and customer service on multiple occasions to solve a year-long headache and left me smiling as I walked out.
Romania Myers: Taylor Creech was absolutely amazing. We felt completely confident that she was truly willing to help us find what we needed. She listened, really listened because once we got in a car we liked she took the time out to show us how to operate certain “perks” I call them. The car was fancier than we had ever driven. Once we decided she walked us through EVERY STEP. Taylor doesn’t just sell you a car. She introduces you to the experience you would have if you drive away in it! We WILL NEVER go anywhere else nor will we recommend anywhere else to family or friends. You can tell from the moment you shake her hand she loves helping people find their next car. We wouldn’t change a thing!
Maria Forte: STAFF IS ALWAYS PLEASANT, SERVICE IS GREAT AND THANK YOU SO MUCH COREY K. WASHINGTON!!
NCIron Horse: Worked with Mona in Sales to help our son buy a new CX-50. While the car buying process is a total time suck, Mona made it mostly bearable. We would likely buy a car here again as it was our second time dealing with Capital Mazda/Lincoln Sales.
Jennifer Foxx: I would like to thank Rashad Hall, for his help and attention to details in regards to a 2015 CX-5, that my husband and I had brought. We really appreciated his actions in getting issues resolved. We look forward to continued service with you.
Lori Shook: Service was quick and prices competitive. I trust my car to the dealership who knows my car best. Sherrie explained everything thoroughly to me and there was a even a loaner car available!
taylor creech: Excellent car buying experience!
Grace Herion: I'm new to the area and have started servicing my Mazda CX5 here. Normally I prefer to find a local garage but have been so happy with the customer service and rates so far (3 oil changes and added a hitch). Rashad always takes such great care of me, making sure a loaner is available if I can't wait and that everything is taken care of correctly. Thanks guys!
Jerry Eakes: This is a great dealership and I have worked with Taylor Creech through several purchases. She is always attentive to the needs we have be it for looking for a particular vehicle (new or used) or being mindful of our schedules. Always a pleasure to do business here!!
Stephen Grubb: I had a great experience with my purchase of a certified pre owned Mazda 3 hatchback. Taylor was awesome the whole way through, she provided me everything I needed to make the best decision for me and never pushed me one way or another. I wasn't even going to buy that day, but Taylor was just that awesome I decided to go ahead with it! She's even gone above and beyond with checking in on me periodically to see if I'm still loving my car(which I am) but she really cares for the customers she serves.

Johnson Hyundai of Cary: what do users think?
Adam Meadows: We spent 8 hours going from car dealer to car dealer over the 4th of July holiday weekend. Our budget was no more then $1500 down and $500 a month (Which we assumed was feasible). Ford, GM and Jeep couldn't put us into any car under $600 and a min of $2500 down and included NO maintenance...We tried one last dealer which was Johnson Hyundai of Cary. Mike Nguyen was our sales person and he was AMAZING!!! He LISTENED to our budget and didn't spend time showing us cars that he can put us into between $600-$800 (Like the other dealers, hoping that we cave). He brought up a 2023 Venue, Denim Blue with a white roof and white accents!! Super cute car, fits everything we need including our nephews military/marine bags! We only needed to put down $1500 and our payment is $498. The best part of this car lease is that the following is includes:*Full tire protection (If anything happens, it is fixed our replaced)*All oil changes and tire rotation for the full term of the lease*Protection plan that covers scratches and dents on exterior. Along with seat tears and rips on interior.*Protection plan also provides us an additional 200 miles at the end of our leaseHe got it all done in about an hour and we walked out of the dealership with a new car that day! We honestly so happy and if you feel like getting a new car is impossible, contact Mike!Adam
Bally Singh: Exceptional service
Khalil Wright: Very personal
Melissa Irizarry: From start to finish we were treated with respect and care. The process was started from the comfort of our home and once the documents were ready to sign to take the car home, we went in. This dealership and the people working for Hyundai Cary are the most professional and respectful people. Tommy took care of all of our needs and did an exceptional job. The car purchasing process was so fast and precise. I’d return in the future and do business with this dealership again.
Bavery Goodwin: I had an awesome experience with Johnson Hyundai of Cary! I brought myself my first ever car and decided to go with a 2023 Hyundai Tuscon. So far I am absolutely in love with my car and I am so glad that I brought my car here. My salesman LouAndrew (LA) was super friendly and made the test drive fun and exciting! He was super knowledgeable about all of the cars on the lot and made sure to make my buying process as effortless as possible. Alex on the finance team was also super helpful and nice! I am very happy with my experience overall :)
Todd Medlin: We bought a new Tucson.
Missy Jay: Oh my, what an experience! First of all, I am not interested in your service bells and whistles. I am concerned with the nuts and bolts of taking care of a vehicle I paid hard earned money for. I understand you have a job to do, but you all need to walk in the customer's shoes and take time to listen and not cross your arms and make excuse after excuse. A vehicle is one of the biggest expenses after mortgage/rent that most folks have. So, while it is just your job, it's a big freakin' deal to your customers. Do better, I feel like you can, but you gotta want to.
Haven: I've been to this service center ~10 times between our two cars. We've had enough problems that I feel compelled to leave a review.Getting ahold of someone to schedule service is usually multiple calls. Don't bother leaving your phone number, they don't call back.Today: I have oil leaking in the garage, they said no oil leak. I'm not scheduling an appointment for a second opinion or to debate the fact. I'm scheduling it for a fix. At least my Sonata had two recalls?!Previous: Scheduled an online appointment, got an email + text, but showed up and they had no record of the appointment and refused service.Previous: New Tucson with a very obvious rattle. Sounds like a loose bolt somewhere rolling around? Techs refuse to acknowledge, even after a drive-around with a service individual where we pointed it out.Previous: Brought the Sonata in for yet another recall and mileage service, they tried giving the car back to us without performing the recall.Previous: Spoke to someone about purchasing a new fully loaded Tucson, made an appointment to come in for a drive. Upon arrival that individual was out of office. We then had to work really had to get someone to even talk to us. We ended up leaving and driving to New Bern (120 miles away) and purchase a car same day with them.I wish everyone that works there the best, because I know how busy you are with all the growth in the area.
Stephen Messemer: My wife and I went to Johnson Hyundai to trade for a Tucson. We worked with Shanda, who helped us find exactly what we were looking for! It was a hassle-free experience and we would highly recommend this dealer to anybody!
Stephanie Reardon: Revising my 1 star to a 4 star! Service manager reached out the same day I posted my review. I was not available and he reached out a second time. Very happy with the resolution-made the wrong right!I was very happy with the purchase of my used, 2022 Tucson, purchased a year ago. When I took my car to my local mechanic for the 1st service he pointed out the wheel was bent. I contacted the dealership and they picked up my car and supposedly fixed the wheel that was bent. Just learned today that the wheel was not repaired and was only rotated where it could not be seen! I could and should contact the dealership but, they have lost my trust!
Pam Humienny: My partner & I have been Hyundai drivers for 12 years. Good efficient cars. Went to dealer today for repair of small relay switch, which was a recall. They had me in/out in 20 minutes. I've been there several times, but never for an actual repair. If you go, bring your mask & a snack. The food (coffee) area is shut down due to Covid. Thankfully, I was prepared. I brought some Goldfish. LolUpdate 6/23~ Brought car in to have alarm patch updated. I have to say this visit was was way below expectation. Parking lot was a madhouse @ 12:15. Waited 3 hours. Not good! A elderly woman waited 3 hours for oil change. Terrible! With all these recalls, class action suits & dealership going down hill, definitely gives me pause to buy another Hyundai. Even the showroom was mostly empty & prices were ridiculous.
Dan Hertzberg: Terrible customer service and terrible prices.I had a busted window switch I needed repaired. I came for an appointment to get it fixed and was quoted 450 total. I tried calling my service advisor 3 times and never got a call back; even had the nerve to send me a request to review my service. This ended up being a blessing in disguise because I came to learn that the part I needed was 20 bucks on Amazon and took me about 90 minutes to fix myself. I've been warned about going to the dealership for service before but I would've thought that after purchasing my car through this dealership there would be some customer loyalty.
Dana Trowell: Great buying experience!! Quick and efficient. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Highly recommend!!!
Loretta Saunders: The best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had by far. My salesperson Charlie Johnson was absolutely amazing. No pressure. He is very experienced and knows that fulfilling a customer's needs is most important in the long run. And also, wow, for once the finance person was also just the same! I wish I could remember his name. He did not try in the slightest to slip anything past, completely transparent, respectful of time but also making sure you felt comfortable with every decision. I trade in every few years, and I will be back. The Hyundai brand has won me over.
Arslan Ahmad (TheWhateverNews): Would not recommend
Paul: My recent encounter at Johnson Hyundai in Cary was an absolute nightmare that left me utterly appalled. Not only did the salesman, who could have been named John or Mike, display unprofessional behavior during our test drive, but he also stooped to the level of insulting my wife. What made matters even worse was the manager's complicity in this unacceptable behavior, as he shamelessly laughed along.Throughout the test drive, the salesman's lack of professionalism was evident. However, it was his derogatory remarks towards my wife that crossed all boundaries of decency. Instead of maintaining a respectful and courteous demeanor, he chose to unleash a torrent of insults directed at her, undermining her intelligence and value as a potential customer. It was a disgraceful display of misogyny that should never be tolerated.Equally disheartening was the manager's reaction—or lack thereof. Rather than reprimanding the salesman for his offensive behavior, the manager callously laughed along, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic human decency. Their shared amusement at my wife's expense only served to solidify the toxic culture that apparently pervades Johnson Hyundai.Needless to say, the overall experience at Johnson Hyundai was marred by this shocking incident. The dealership's inability to maintain a professional and respectful environment raises serious doubts about their commitment to customer service and ethical conduct. A dealership should be a place where customers feel valued and respected, not subjected to insults and mockery. In light of this distressing encounter, I strongly advise potential car buyers to steer clear of Johnson Hyundai in Cary. Their deplorable treatment of customers, exemplified by the salesman's insults towards my wife and the manager's inappropriate laughter, is indicative of a deeply flawed and unprofessional establishment. Save yourself the emotional distress and seek out a dealership that upholds the principles of respect, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
Greg Fawcett: Great dealership w/ very knowledgeable sales staff - Michael. He knew the cars inside and out and explained all of the technical features. We love our new Sante Fe!
Scott Varnum: Service leadership do not return calls. Very incomplete answers on recurring DTC errors. Have to wait weeks to get an appointment even when car is reporting check engine errors.
kyle tennison: Came in with a one off scenario, gave the new guy Justin a curve ball….. the general manager Ryan was awesome and made it happen. Can’t thank the team enough for working with my wife and I. Great car buying experience
D “D” F: Lately the service is not very great. I called twice and was routed to Rick and Travis with no pickup last week. Left a voicemail with Travis and never heard back. Called service on Saturday and was told they don’t do appointments or schedule after 3pm on Sunday.I had to call another 3rd party to temporarily check it.Low and behold I get Tia again on Monday and I’m told they’re busy and will patch me to manager or someone in service. Got a voicemail. Left voicemail and no call back in the last 5+ hours. At this point should I bother lease another vehicle? Can I really just get one person to answer some simple questions and fix a flat tire due to construction close to Davis Drive…
Aarika Devonish: Purchased a brand new car and the experience was amazing. The staff were all so nice and respectful. If you are looking to get a car, see Ms. Shanda. She will get you hooked up with the best deal and the best car.
