    Isaac Newsome: Quick! Charged my Tesla at almost 200 kW using the CCS adapter. Love EVgo for the plug and pay with Teslas. Location could be more centrally located in the shopping plaza for optimal access.
    Max Maticic: Really convenient location and are always working the month or two I have been using them.
    Paul Patterson: I've had mixed results. CHAD seems sluggish in connecting and had to call customer support when I couldn't get it to stop charging. MERLIN charged for 10 minutes then stopped for no reason. IVY works great with my EV

    JOYCE Oliver: I went to charge up yesterday and arrived at 9pm in the evening. There are three chargers at this location. 2 of them had signs reading out of order. There were 3 cars here. One charging and I parked next to that and the other person waiting. I'm not from the area and just visiting my daughter. When i asked the guys there if anyone had tried calling customer service, i was told yes the day before and was told down for maintenence. I was told down for software updates and suggested I go to other location. This is second time going to this location and Ernst encountered issues. Pump stated delivery speed reduced for optimization.
    Kathy Ray: Two out of the three are "unavailable " for two weeks now. I reported the issue 2X. They also need more stations in Raleigh NC.
    sathya janarthanam: Most of the time one unit is always offline. Last few weeks the output is less than 50kW
    Halit Ayarcı: Shame on Electrify America. This is the only charger in this area and people from Fuquay, Apex, Pittsboro drive 20-30 miles to reach here, the closest charger from where they live. There are 3 chargers and usually one of them does not work. One charger’s delivery speed is reduced on purpose. There is always a queue and you have to wait more than half an hour. Plus delivery speeds are low. I don’t understand why the company does that.

    Mustafa Soirkas: There are 3 charger but 1 of them does not work mostly. And busy everytime. You have to wait at least 30-40 minutes before start charging.
    Srikanth Vellanki: Station 2 always broken. The stations are usually busy with none available and with station 2 broken, the users will have to wait before getting in for charging.
    Massey Kol: Charger 2 is down most of the time. Great location, tucked away from traffic and a Target / Home Cheapo to shop at while charging.

    tompars: Only 1 of the three charging ports work. Talked with the other people there and confirmed that the right two are not reliable so should not be used.
    Wayne Watrach: Only a couple chargers available with an unreliable reputation. The CCS/Chademo unit is offline. Once I got a stall though (the two that were available were occupied), I had a fast connection and optimal charging speed.
    Christopher Lee: Expensive compared to charge point. Google location has it inside the Target but clearly thats not right. Its in the parking lot in front of Target to the side along the road.
    guillermo maldonado: Need to update ccs-1 or CHAdeMO connectors dont work with new adaptor to charge a tesla.
    Samuel Deiter: This place works great and there are always empty spots with multiple charger types. You can pay with credit card or via the app. I use the app because it tells you how long you've been charging so you can continue to run your errands or go to work and check on the charging of your car. This helps you avoid overages as they do charge you a idle fee.

    David Prince: I have used EVgo charging stations before in Maryland and most recently at this station. I have to be quite blunt, the EVgo system in general is not very reliable. When I used EVgo in Maryland I started a charging session, made sure it was charging before leaving my car, only to come back after shopping to find the session ended soon after I walked away.Last night I went to two EVgo locations to charge my car. The first location was out of order completely, because it "wasn't accepting payments" per the message that pops up after plugging the car in the charger. I went to a 2nd EVgo location, only to have the station error our 5 times during the intitialization phase of the charging session.My car is new and has no issues charging at other commercial charging stations. I went to an Electify America station after the 2 EVgo fails and had no issues at all.EVgo needs to fix their product. Their stations are completely unreliable in my experience.
