Surya PGM: Not able to give zero, so giving one star, Sales person here doesn't give any informations and procedures to purchase vehicles before paying the order advance or loan check from bank, always demanding things after payments like saying need to have license with NC state at the last moment and having temporary DL with NC state, accepted initially and saying not valid later even DMV giving the 60 days of time and getting card DL will take time once I get, I will send it to showroom but showroom people are literally make to do things in hurry and saying it will delay delivery process ridiculous, why people here are over acting for unnecessary concern, is kinda of making customer insecured to buy TESLA. Disaster experiences, I wish not have bought Model Y in this showroom.

Miami Now (MiamiNow): Glad we have a lot of other EV options. This is my last Tesla! Service with 0 stars even negative. 3 days to change sealing rubber. Now over a week TO JUST DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM! Car just seating on parking lot. This is how Tesla failed for me and my family!

James Corriher: Great customer service for an emergent issue that required the vehicle to be towed to the service center.
Marvin Register: the people were nice, but no way to communicate with them. The gentleman who helped with my delivery sent me a telephone Number. It was lost on my cell phone. Now, no way to get anyone to answer the phone at that site. After an hour waiting on line the phone was answered by someone somewhere who had no clue how to get in touch with the Raleigh team.
Jd Eibes: I took a 5 min Lyft to Biggby Coffee instead of waiting in lobby. They have outlets and plenty of space there to work. Good food and coffee
Ashley Helfer: They fixed my car however, they asked us to pick it up in the middle of the night and when we did we found the car blocked in and with 2% battery. This is ridiculous, if I need to go all the way to your shop to pick up my car it should at least be available and drivable. Terrible service.
Reni N: Took the car in for window replacement and seat issue and came back with multiple problems. Had to go back and forth multiple times and they scratched the car where the window was replaced and the interior side door has a puncture. Tesla owned up to the issues so they get 2 extra stars. They buffed out the scratch and replaced the door panel. Took weeks. The initial issue with seat came back and the door which has panel removed doesn't have a good window fit anymore. So the more I go back the more issues pop up. I have spent hours of my life driving back and forth. In the end. They did fix the issue after much time and hassle. I will bump them to 3 stars for following through.
kanishka bandaru: The lady who received us was very annoying. She was not talking properly. She used words like "why are you psyched" and "you don't have money or anything". She seemed like a racist. The management must do something about employees like this. It gives a bad name to the organization as a whole. I don't know her name but I was there at around 6pm on April 24. I would not come to the showroom again and I will tell my other friends also not to. In fact they wanted to visit but I will make sure that they will never visit it. If this woman is fired please let me know and I will be happy.

Mali B: Wish I could give a half star. I am very disappointed and am still waiting to reach a human to find out the status of my used car that I purchased from the website. Upon delivery the car was not cleaned and ready and the staff were giving each other side eye because they knew the car had damage. No one contacted us to let us know the problem before coming. We left the car because they said they would repair the paint that had sap completely covering the car. We are trying to reach someone to cancel. We won’t be buying a Tesla again. Worst customer service experience ever.

Senthil Kumar P: Tesla charging stations are in a good location near to Groceries shops and restaurants. People can put their vehicles on charge and go shopping or dining. Parking spot next to mattressfirm store. It's in the corner not disrupting on going traffic and the individual stations are well spaced out.
Jenny Markley: Great spot, with 12 stalls, in a shopping area that includes a Target and Harris Teeter.
Rebekah McDonald: Full house when I got here and 2 didn’t seem to be working. But there’s a Target to waste time in.

Stan Hannen: 30kW max during my session. My battery was just being topped off though. Despite that, 12 stalls, clean, safe, and food/Target in the lot make it a good spot to charge.

Karl-Magnus Olsson: Odd location for a SC. Requires either toll road or back roads if you pass by on I40.
Rodney Scott: Convenient and 105kw.
Josh Winters: Seems to cost more for me to charge here than other places. Plenty of chargers and shopping/ places to eat nearby.
Theo Pilny: Lots of stalls and plenty of restaurants and shopping near by.
