Kassidy Buck: I was dropped off at this testing center and was immediately told no phones were allowed. This is not consistent with other centers I have been to and the information was not communicated prior to arriving to the center. This caused some issues for me as I needed to notify my ride when I ended the test. I was also yelled at multiple times by a particular employee because the employees were not communicating amongst each other nor with myself. My test also froze 3 times while taking it. Overall a terrible experience and I would avoid this location.
Jon Galloway: This place is terrible! People are rude, late to open, had us standing outside for at least 20 mins. I'll find any other testing place next time
Rene Vanek: I thought this place was a great testing center (it’s an older building) but the ladies there were so nice and helpful! They are very clear about all their policies beforehand so as long as you can read a sign on a door you should be fine.

Arsalan Abbasi: The lady at the desk was very professional, friendly, and the highlight of my testing experience. I arrived early, was checked in immediately, and began my test before my timeslot. That aside, this place is awful. The hours posted online are incorrect -- my time slot was for a Sunday, but the Google listing shows that the center is closed on Sundays, which caused me unneeded stress the night before an exam I'd spent months preparing for (I was relieved that they were indeed open when I actually showed up). During the exam itself, the computer and/or internet connection were extremely slow. Sometimes questions would take up to ten seconds to load, or I would click the "next" button and there would be no response. The digital whiteboard for my exam was practically unusable because there was so much lag. Their equipment needs to be updated; this level of performance is unacceptable.
B P: I can’t understand the bad reviews. The two people working today were wonderful & the testing room was quiet. Earplugs are provided should you need them & sanitizer was readily available. Excellent testing spot!

Sophie E: Friendly staff and a mostly peaceful environment. The only complaint is you could hear staff talking through the door of the test room. They do provide disposable earplugs, though, which effectively drown out all noise.
Xero Requiem: Quick and easy. The employees all know what they are doing and have seemingly perfected getting folks in and out. It’s the quickest I’ve been able to sit for exams at any testing center I’ve been to.
PK: Extremely rude employees. Please do not schedule to do anything here. They will treat you like you are in a school and will not understand the situation.

Danting Jiang: I would give a 0 star if I can. I came over here to verify some documents for work, but the lady couldn’t find the correct information on my forms and was going to send me home without completing the verification process, until I showed her the right place to look at… then she made a claim about me not uploading the right page on the portal (which is not true). Avoid this place if you can. Extremely unprofessional.

I could get my exam completed without any issues .I am not sure why others have rated so low for their services. I will be taking more exams at this locations and will update if any of my experience changes.As of now , the 2 ladies, at this site ,did all they can , to help the candidates to take his/her exams . There were lot of people in the lobby and I am very sure they all got same quality of service ..
Ken Presting: This outlet is s struggling outpost of a questionable franchise chain. If a potential employer directs you here, ask for a different supplier. If you are considering asking them for services in a background or I9 process, use somebody else.Highly limited hours, inaccessible location, incompetent staff. They wouldn't even give me a receipt for an I9 signature to prove I had been there.
Oriana Evans: I’ve been trying to call them nonstop and I’ve emailed them and they aren’t answering. I’ve been trying to contact them for the last two weeks to make sure that they are going to be there Sunday April 3rd for my test. On the website ( that’s not even updated and looks unpublished/fake) says they are closed on Sunday but if they are closed on Sunday then why was I able to schedule an exam for Sunday? I just wanted to make sure that someone was going to be there but I literally called them over 20 times like I stated above, and no one ever came to the phone or return my emails. This is crazy.
Berenice Osorio: I attended to take a special exam that must be provided in a hard copy to build the response on the computer. The staff member started the clock while refusing to give me the hard copy. When she realized she should have given me the exam, she refused to reset the clock and tried to force me to take the exam within the time left. PSI you should not hire unethical employees.
Rebecca zhu: I ran into the same issue, the test center is closed w/o informing me, it wasted me time and effort, and I called PSI, they still said this test center is open, which cheated more people on scheduling test there.

Frenchena Ganus: Incompetent interviewers. The worse interview I've had from inexperienced recruiters. I felt as though I was being interrogated in what was supposed to have been a mock interview session, so I was told by the interviewer Mike. Tatiana had a resting dead look on her face the entire time throughout the interview. No personality whatsoever or proper interviewing skills. Mike thought I was lying when I mentioned that the company I was interviewing for manufactured washer/dryers through Bosch. He immediately told Tatiana to go and research this information to determine if it was accurate, never mind the fact that I mentioned that one of Bosch's manufacturing plant is located in my hometown as well as the company that makes parts for them. I definitely know this to be true. Tatiana returned back with inaccurate information that the company sold its stock back to Bosch in the 90s. However, she lefted out the fact that the company still sells washer/dryers that is still manufactured through Bosch and the said company is a brand under the same umbrella as Bosch. Mike and Tatiana were rude and a compete waste of my time. I was well suited and over qualified for the entry level role for which I was interviewing. It was just unfortunate to have had been mishandled by inept, undiscerning recruiters. I decided to apply to the actual company directly. I don't recommend using this staffing agency.

Kristin Zimmerman: I work as an Admin Assistant at the Orion Talent Southeast office and I have been there for a year now. I was not prompted to make this review in any way, I just truly believe in our service to veterans and take pride in the work that we do - and I think our company deserves a 5 star rating. It is a great company overall, with exceptional employees who truly do their best to help every veteran that we can. I only wish I knew about Orion Talent Military Recruiting when I left the Navy back in 2015. I definitely recommend - especially since our services to veterans are completely free.
Rob Jenkins: Terrible company. Went to an employment event in California, was insulted by the employers, and then Orion refused to continue to follow up with me. As an IT project manager in Florida, I received an email 2 weeks ago asking if I wanted to be a drill worker in California. Extremely disconnected from the people that they claim to help.

Make sure you have your confirmation BEFORE you leave home. Our recruiter told us we would have it before we arrived. Got in to NOT have a room! Ended us driving back home so no job either. Out a lot of money for nothing! Very disappointed in them!

MYRSCHAYDIEZ BELLE: I drove from Indiana to Oregon for a job I was assigned to for a month. When I arrived, I worked 2 days, then they said theres not enough work so 6 of us were took off the job. Seriously!!! I wasted over 300 dollars to get there, and 3 days traveling to not have work. I expected to be there for 1 month. They assigned me to another job, but it's only a week, and less pay, and I have to switch hotels 4 hours away. They don't like to return calls, and it's not professional at all. Literally. The jobs posted are not usually what they say they are, and are not easy to keep steady work. Actually, you cant keep steady work. They don't pay gas mileage, so I lost a lot of money coming to Oregon. On top of that, they usually put you in a hotel that's 30 or more minutes away, because it's the cheapest.

King Keny: I was recruited by one of the Supervisor at a Walmart as they were setting a display, I was working by the following day after doing the intake process. On the first job I was scheduled for the clock-in process was confusing and I was late. Then they called my phone during work so many times the supervisor “ disciplined me” for phone use during work. They claim they pay every week and I didn’t receive my pay so I reached out and still no response. It’s a shame companies like this hurt people so much by not providing reasonable wages and not paying employees. This company should be avoided if you are looking for gainful employment with job security with advancement opportunities, it’s a scam and you will be worked to exhaustion.
Jamarius Garrett: Well when I start I supposed to get paid on Friday’s , I’m 4 weeks in and still are getting paper checks because they haven’t sent me a pay card and also like I said I was supposed to get paid on fridays they wait until Friday to send the check out and the it comes on mondays so weekends I work I struggle getting gas to make it too work also today I did not receive my check and been calling office since 2:00 and left plenty of urgent messages and no one still hasn’t answered or called me back because I’m still calling I wouldn’t suggest anyone work thru this company purely sloppy

Received a call on Wednesday, Interview on Thursday morning and before 6pm Thursday I received a call from Soraida telling me I got the job. Ashuri Chan: Will not work with this company in the future. They did get me a job at a call center and I was one of the lucky few who did not have issues with my pay. The problem with is they have no communication with the people the hire. The guy who was representing the company was called Amir and he always looked confused whenever someone asked him a question relating to their pay.Aside from the fact the call center turned out to be a joke because people did not want to help you help their members, around January this year out of nowhere Adecco employees start getting laid off without warning. It could before you work or after you work. You would just never know who would be next.And they don't help you find a new job. They just refer you to the website or the other branch location. Temp agencies are just unprofessional. You're better off sticking with job search sites.

Dolo: My experience with this company in the Raleigh branch is terrible. I worked for them years ago, mostly without a hitch and attempted to apply for another job recently. This is a specific job that I've been advised that you can only go through Adecco to be hired for. Not only is the position NOT on their website but noone has answered the phone for the entire two week period that I've been attempting to obtain further information about the position. I left a message on the voicemail this last time, since that seemed to be the only option, this was three days ago and prior to the tropical storm that just came through. I'm very annoyed at the lack of performance here and I'm assuming that the professionalism is ouo of the window as well because, well... What respectable office never even attempts to return your phone call right?
Honest2 Truth: First time working with Adecco, and it has not been a good experience. Went on multiple interviews, and never heard back as to whether I got the job offer or not. I’ve sent many emails to different people at Adecco about some feedback from those interviews, and either I never get a response, or they have not heard anything back from the company. Apparently, they use an intermediary (MSP) to communicate between the company you interview with and the Adecco recruiter. By the time the information is communicated to you, something must get loss in translation. Overall, not a good experience. Place needs to be revamped, as it seems to be a HOT MESS.
