Since March 2022 haven't received a call or had anyone to answer. Not professional at all!

c b: They do a good job as far as finding you employment and approving your time card. However, every time I speak with Kathy on the phone it sounds like she doesn’t want to be bothered or has an attitude which can be off putting since this will be ur main person of contact. I didn’t get that same vibe from Leslie so I don’t know.
Zooly: I plan on moving to North Carolina so I wanted to apply for temp agency to get my journey started so that I can peruse my real goal. I thought it would comfortable talking to the staff, but he just gave off this uninterested mood like he didn’t even want to help me. The conversation felt rushed and he basically brushed me me off fast as possible like I said something disrespectful. He kept forcing that the only positions available were only medical based so I understood, but he came off rude. Never gave me any suggestions of some sort just tried his best to get me off the phone. I do not recommend apply Quality Staffing unless you are applying for medical jobs because if you apply you will be wasting your time and you be rushed off the phone. This happened not to long ago so yes this is very recent. I worked for many temp agencies and by far this temp agency has to be the most blunt rude one of them all. You should make the people that are interested feel comfortable about applying; not uncomfortable. I wish I could talk to someone else for a better review but whoever the man is that’s speaking for Quality Staffing is giving off a bad reputation for you guys and I hope the next person feels comfortable. If they were to require pants to be worn, they could be just allowing all pairs of long pants instead of making an unnecessarily big deal about it! And even worse was when D1 used this as perhaps some sort of hidden excuse to dismiss me from them due to the fact that they couldn’t accommodate my education schedule with Wake Technical Community College! Talk to anyone who worked there and they can tell you about some similar stuff that they’ve possibly experienced! Don’t bother working for such a company like this one!

Ashuri Chan: Will not work with this company in the future. They did get me a job at a call center and I was one of the lucky few who did not have issues with my pay. The problem with is they have no communication with the people the hire. The guy who was representing the company was called Amir and he always looked confused whenever someone asked him a question relating to their pay.Aside from the fact the call center turned out to be a joke because people did not want to help you help their members, around January this year out of nowhere Adecco employees start getting laid off without warning. It could before you work or after you work. You would just never know who would be next.And they don't help you find a new job. They just refer you to the website or the other branch location. Temp agencies are just unprofessional. You're better off sticking with job search sites.

Hunter Jordan: I would proceed with caution. The environment was hostile and I have yet to receive compensation for my training. I have never seen anything like it. This is definitely unethical and will proceed further if not compensated the agreed upon wage.
Dolo: My experience with this company in the Raleigh branch is terrible. I worked for them years ago, mostly without a hitch and attempted to apply for another job recently. This is a specific job that I've been advised that you can only go through Adecco to be hired for. Not only is the position NOT on their website but noone has answered the phone for the entire two week period that I've been attempting to obtain further information about the position. I left a message on the voicemail this last time, since that seemed to be the only option, this was three days ago and prior to the tropical storm that just came through. I'm very annoyed at the lack of performance here and I'm assuming that the professionalism is ouo of the window as well because, well... What respectable office never even attempts to return your phone call right?
Honest2 Truth: First time working with Adecco, and it has not been a good experience. Went on multiple interviews, and never heard back as to whether I got the job offer or not. I’ve sent many emails to different people at Adecco about some feedback from those interviews, and either I never get a response, or they have not heard anything back from the company. Apparently, they use an intermediary (MSP) to communicate between the company you interview with and the Adecco recruiter. By the time the information is communicated to you, something must get loss in translation. Overall, not a good experience. Place needs to be revamped, as it seems to be a HOT MESS.

Hamid Sedaghat: Piper hired me on a temp to hire contract with their life science client, sharing I would receive a 401k match after the first 3 months of employment. When 3 months had passed I received a 401k match smaller than what was in their benefits package. I brought up the discrepancy with Piper HR and they shared I should not be receiving any 401k match and they would "fix this issue" by removing the match. I shared the documentation I had received upon hire, and they dismissed it saying it was not their policy. They justified it by sharing the same document edited to remove the 401k match.I brought this up to several representatives from HR, recruiting and management at Piper and the client. Initially the client HR shared this was fraudulent, but a week later their narrative changed. I was invited to a lunch with my initial recruiting representative, where I was unexpectedly met by the team manager who tried to bully me into dropping the issue.Piper's actions led me to think poorly of their organization and of the life science manufacturer that used Piper. I refused the full-time offer received by the client due to this experience and left employment at Piper.
Layla Cherry: Don’t waste your time. Gave all information that was requested to a recruiter named Katie. She never followed up. I even called and left her a message. No call back. Why waste my time?! This place is a joke
K B: Don't bother wasting your time. The recruiter never followed up after I provided her with all the information, she requested to submit my resume for consideration. I waited for two weeks and sent an email expressing my interest in the role and for a brief follow-up; no response. I waited another two weeks and resent my email and then politely asked if the job was closed or if I was still under consideration. Again, no response. This company needs to remember that this is a two-way process. It is not okay to waste my time, but this behavior seems to be the norm for this company. All I asked for was an update regardless of the outcome. I do not think that was an unreasonable request. This happened with two different recruiters, what does that tell you? Unprofessional and completely disappointed. Piper should be accountable for their recruiter's treatment of candidates. Maybe retrain them. Hopefully, they read this review.
Jerry Uraga: Don't recommend.
Joe: I've been contacted by several recruiters from Piper Company, and they've been universally rude and unprofessional. I'm familiar with the tech recruitment model: IT professionals are basically the "product" and recruiters work under tight deadlines. That said Piper is uniquely bad; and seems to cultivate a bad culture. There are TONS of recruitment groups - I'd recommend saving yourself headache and just using someone else.
Anthony Morris: It is unfortunate how things are working in America now with this generation. Professionalism, personal kindness & respect, all at an all-time low. Piper Companies seems to be following this unfortunate trend - Agents do not call back or give any kind of update after contacting you and getting your information. I can only assume its the training. Beware folks of the info you are giving out. And NOTE - Just because some have given 4-Stars, don't mean very much when YOU ARE GETTING POOR SERVICE. Use your brain folks, use your brain.

Damien Winston, PMI-ACP (DW): I highly recommend Piper Staffing more specifically Andy Paronish and Greg Sylvestri. I recently moved from the Wash DC area and they connected me with my current employer through a 6-month contract. During my time as a Piper employee, all aspects of the company were responsive including HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc. Even the trainsition from Contract to Perm was smooth. Appreciate Piper and the whole team!

He kept me fully engaged in the interview process from beginning to end. There was a constant dialog and feedback every step of the process. They provided excellent coaching every step of the way. I would highly recommend Piper to anyone looking for a new position and I and I would use them again, if needed.
Aaron Sisler: I was connected to Cameron Reynolds and we instantly hit it off. He listened to what I was looking for in a company both personally and professionally. Within a couple of weeks, I had a phone interview with a company that meshed perfectly with what I was looking for. I continued on with the On-Site interview, and with Cameron's guidance, I received and accepted an offer at a great company. I would highly recommend.

John Agusta: Piper Enterprise Solutions hires kids that have no clue how to treat people with respect I contacted Lindsay Smithberger on 07/21/2015 regarding an Entry Level Recruiter opportunity Piper posted. She contacted me the same day requesting a phone interview. We set one up for the next day, 07/22/2015 at 10:30am. She called me and after 3 minutes the connection was dropped. I assumed it was a technical glitch and waited a minute for her to call back. After that I called her back and was sent to voicemail. I followed up with an email asking when we can resume our discussion. She did not call or respond to my email. On 07/23/2015 I called her office number and spoke with her briefly, she did not offer any reason for the problem or why she did not call or email me back. She sounded caught off guard and said she was going into a meeting and would call me back at 2PM. Needless to say she did not call when she said she would. I can only assume that she actually hung up on me during the phone interview. Lindsay handled this totally unprofessionally and I hope this is not how Piper handles candidates. Lindsay should be fired for her behavior.
