Mary Murray: The Team at Enterprise is always kind, helpful and professional. My last two trips booked at the Cary location Jerome helped me. He gave me options and made sure both times that I had the right car for the trip. I have been an Enterprise customer for a long time and the staff at this location are the nicest friendliest group.

J. Cooper: I rented a Chevrolet Colorado and when I picked the vehicle up, it was covered in dog hair and had trash in the bed of the truck. I had to bring the vehicle home and vacuum it out because I picked it up after hours. When I returned the vehicle a few days later, the manager was very apologetic, and he did give me credit for the difference that I paid for the upgrade not paid by my insurance company.
Mary Ann Cangialosi: The company itself has a few quirks that aren't so convenient, and the car's gas tank was empty. Thankfully, customer service (I think his name is Jarret?) went out of his way and filled the tank:)

On pick up date, enterprise office confirmed car in selected category is ready for pick up, when I arrived to pick up the car it was not available and I got lower category car. 1st car was dirty inside, stains on seats and with smoke odor. I asked for replacement, offered car was as well dirty inside, kind like dog hair all over seats. I refused the car, I was offered another replacement. This one had malfunctioning air conditioning, blowing hot air when AC was on. I returned it after 2 days. I gor another replacement, car was OK but higher category than ordered (higher day rate), so when my category was available they switched it for me. After using the car for 3 weeks, I was warned by law enforcement officer the license plates expired 06/22!!!!! It is 04/23....I had to find the nearest Enterprise office where they switched cars again, but referred me to this Enterprise office in Cary for further actions. Last one was very bad experience for me and whole family. 1 star bcs new manager (Ryan) offered free upgrade, we havent used it yet since no suitable car has been available.

Wir sind auf den teuren Taxikosten und den Umtrieben sitzen geblieben. Unseren Mietwagen haben wir schlussendlich unkompliziert von AVIS bekommen. Allerdings nicht zu dem guten Preis einer Onlinebuchung. Nie mehr Enterprise, weder in Amerika noch in einem anderen Land! nicht einmal 1 Stern hat diese Firma verdient!

Denn wir im Hotel haten und retour fuhren um in zu hohlen hiess es dann plötzlich wir bekommen kein Auto da wir keine US Bürger sind. Die Buchung war korekt doch an Ausländer gibt es kein Auto. Crystal Reed: I came in the day before my reservation to insure that I had all required documents needed since I recently had a name change and Chris and Chris where very patient.. The Day of the Reservation I was greeted by I belive his name was Marvin and that process was soooo smoove.. Upon returning the vehicle, once again was greeted with another pleasant smile by Emory and that process was quick.. The gentlemen, where very nice and patient. Lol, I know I can be a handful at times. Oh and by the way they need a TV or more windows at this location...I will definitely be only coming to this location, because of how I was treated.
Tendresse Dezeme: I forgot everyone’s names BUT there were 4 people working on Thursday April 20th that have to be shouted out! A black guy with the coolest voice and nicest smile, a guy with brown hair who paused his lunch break to help check us in, a guy that’s from another branch that helped with the check out and a woman that was masculine presenting who had beautiful eyes and was just helpful! The entire staff was helpful, the process was easy and every step was explained, even down to the why. I’m so sorry I forgot y’all’s names but y’all are AWESOME and honestly, really nice human beings! Thank you ALL!

Jovan: So! I have rented vehicles several times throughout the years and this was byfar the most easiest and fastest location and service, not to mention friendliest I've come across. I was not paid for this statement. LMAO! SERIOUSLY! I wasn't though. The price for the rental was exactly within my price range, and the location couldn't have been any better. Vehicle was clean and ready to go with a full tank of and brand new with no foul odors. When returning the vehicle I returned it with a full tank of gas, and also some mud on the carpets due to having to walk though it literally and wasn't charged or told something crazy to be taken advantage of on pricing like some rental companies might try to do. I was issued a complete refund of my deposit. Oh!! BTW! It was cheaper to rent at Cary location than at RDU AIRPORT.

Kim Erickson Yaman: Last week I rented a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car for a beach getaway, and my experience could not have been more positive. Emory, the customer rep who worked with me, took me through the process as if it was the most important thing he had to do that afternoon. It was wonderful to work with someone who wasn't rushed or who kept looking at a watch/clock! He took time to make sure I knew the features of the car, which side of the car the gas tank's located, took me 360 degrees around the car to note any dents or scratches, gave me info on how to contact Enterprise if there were troubles. I returned the car after office hours, and the process could not have been simpler. Emory called me the next morning to make sure everything went well. I felt like a Valued Customer with capital letters!

William Garrison: It is North Carolina law that all vehicles be registered with the state and if you rent a vehicle from here make sure that the plates are not expired as the one they want wanted to rent to us and we requested it other vehicle which they did give us but they rented the other one out to somebody else that took it would expired plates.

Aaron Snead: While the Apex location was great to work with and tried their best to make the best out of the situation. However, most other locations were not helpful at all. The AWD Pathfinder had issues from the time I got on the road for a long trip. A light on the dashboard indicated that the vehicle had been in an accident, cruise control didn’t work, driver side window didn’t roll up on its own, and the truck needed help opening and closing. I was told by customer support after two different calls as well as the Apex location to swap it out on the road at another location. I called six locations and only one was helpful (Lee in Richmond’s downtown location) but they didn’t have the vehicle we requested (AWD as we were headed into the mountains with snow). The airport location in Richmond was by far the worst experience due to the lack of professionalism. This made us extremely late for our check in that evening.In the future, I could use them again but given the fact I was a paying customer with all these issues and it wasn’t made right, I’ll try Budget, Avis, or maybe Turo next time.

So this Enterprise location had a partnership with that collision center.Once I dropped my car off at the collision center, a kind rep from this Enterprise location was already at the site and introduced me to a very comfortable 2021 Subaru Forester.The experience was great, and my conversations with Emily and Jacob were always wonderful. This location is flawless when it comes to top tier customer service.While my rental was covered through insurance, I would highly recommend renting from here if the price is within your budget.

Roman Al Saikat: Easy processing, check in and check out. Convenient and can be dropped in anywhere in the US. But I don’t like their strategy to take multiple bookings for the same car. Last December, we booked a 15 seat passenger car and they confirmed us but when we went to pickup the car, there wasn’t any 15 seat or 7 seats car. They offered us 3 cars with 5 seats which was impossible because we didn’t have 3 drivers. They should take this matter seriously and only take the reservation when the cars are available

My husband had to take the afternoon off to make the 1.5hr round-trip drive to the airport to get a van. Very poor service.

Tony Laws: Reserved an intermediate car for pickup at 1 pm through my corporate account. At 1 pm the car was not available. They tried to put me in a compact at the same cost. Car was too small. They said I could wait since intermediate car was getting oil change and would be ready in 10-15 minutes. After 15 minutes they had not even started on the car’s oil change. They then put me in a suburban. The vehicle had obvious damage on all sides and was dirty. I had to get back to work so I took it. My trip cost $100 in fuel when the car I reserved would have cost less than half of that. I am a member of their customer loyalty and before Covid I was platinum. Think I will rent from somewhere else from now on.I sent my rental agreement as requested by the company and then received an email that said that they had closed the complaint. Enterprise used to be my go to for car rental, now I will go elsewhere. And I do know enterprise owns other rental companies. I will avoid them also.

Melanie Woods: My mom rented a car from here when she flew in from Texas. Of course, when she went to pick up her compact car, she had reserved weeks earlier, they were all out and only had big SUVs available. They gave my mom a new Toyota Rav 4 instead. On the second day of the rental, it quit working, just died, in the middle of an intersection. Luckily, she wasn't hit. After a few minutes of sitting there with people honking and yelling at her to get out of the way, it all of a sudden started up and took off. Almost causing her to hit other drivers. Some of the lights on the dash board started flashing, and the vehicle started making some noises. Thankfully, she made it back to my brother's house and called the 800 number. The person said they would send a tow truck to pick up that vehicle and bring her another one. After calling 4 more times, waiting 24 hours and missing several graduation events for my niece, a two truck arrived around 9 pm on Saturday night. The tow person didn't tell them his name or give them any paperwork once he picked up the vehicle. Needless to say, another rental car was never brought to her. My brother and I had to rearrange our work schedules to make sure she could get to where she needed to be. On Tuesday, when i was taking her to RDU to catch her flight home, we stopped by Enterprise to see what was happening with the broken down vehicle and inquire as to why another one wasn't brought to her as promised, we were told by the manager and assistant manager that that wasn't their problem. We were told that when you call the 800 number, you are getting a representative located somewhere in the world. There are no phones at the franchise at the airport. Needless to say, the vehicle wasn't towed back there, and they have no idea where the vehicle is. The manager took my mom's original paperwork and told us they would find the vehicle and issue her a full refund. Of course, five days later, and she hasn't heard from them. I gave them my phone number as well. I haven't heard from them either. The customer service is non-existent. Now, my mom has no paperwork to refer to when she calls a random customer service agent somewhere in the world to get help to resolve this issue. I don't understand how a rental car agency can lose a car, tell a 76 year old woman it's not their problem, and not reach out to follow up with her. I do not recommend using this rental car agency as they are only friendly when you show up to pick up your vehicle and they take your money.

J P: Made a reservation with Budget (which I’ll never do again) got to the airport and they wouldn’t accept my debit card. Took the shuttle back to the airport and while on the way called enterprise. They took excellent care of me. Got me a nicer car and it was less expensive. Got to enterprise and the wait was maybe 5 min got the keys and on my way in less than 15min. They saved my trip! Employees are polite and helpful. Will definitely be using Enterprise in the future. Dimitri helped me on my way out as well. Top notch guy.

The staff was outstanding and treated me like I was their only customer during a very busy time of the day. Marshall Clark: Had a luxury rental that had a flat tire while in Cary, NC. Waited over 4 hours for assistance. They sent an elderly man in a station wagon. He didn't want to get dirty changing a tire. Wouldn't put the flat back under the vehicle. He threw it into the back of the Infinity damaging my expensive equipment. Went to RDU AIRPORT Enterprise as instructed to swap vehicles. They had LOTS of equivalent luxury rentals, but said all were reserved, leaving me to further damage my stuff trying to pack it all into the back seat of a Chev Silverado! BAD SERVICE!

My car was fully fueled, I was upgraded to a different vehicle free of charge, the charge(s) were explained to me thoroughly. The car was very clean and I had no issues the entire time I rented it! Finally, Dimitiri assisted me with the car return and was kind, helpful, and efficient.This advice has nothing to do with anything negative that happened with this location, but I just want to remind all of you that it is common sense to take pictures of your rental vehicle before leaving the lot just in case you go to a location that isn't as fantastic as this one and they try to hold you accountable for damages you did not cause.I would definitely rent with this location again!

After experiencing a fender bender here in the great south with wildlife amongst us, AAA Insurance scheduled me for a Priority Pass Appointment on a Monday morning. I was initially scheduled for a pick up from John's collision office but the owner knew how busy enterprise was and decided to drive me and another customer over. Susan assisted me and reviewed what models were in stock. I initially requested a Nissan Sentra or Dodge Charger Sedan. I also confirmed with her that I wanted to stay within my policy's daily allowance. She showed me a 2023 Mazda CX5. I found the vehicle too large for my needs and asked to see other options. I decided on a electric blue 2021 Ford EcosportCompact SUV. I love a fuel efficient vehicle, so this was perfect for my needs. The car smelled new, did not have cigarette odor and the entire was spotless. I enjoyed the keyless entry, Automatic engine shut off, cap free gas tank, comfortable stain free seats, amazing fuel economy where $30 fills up the tank. The collision shop originally promised the repair would be only a few days but I had the car for over a week's time. I am not a fan of FORD but I really enjoyed my EcoSport. When it came time to return the vehicle Josh was wonderful and assisted me with the return. Caesar drove me back over to John's Collision and I was on the road again.The customer service at Enterprise is unmatched. I will definitely return for my rental car needs. Prices are affordable and the selection of vehicles was spot on for me.

I’ve rented from numerous locations dozens of times with no issues but for whatever reason this location decided to be predatory with how they handled my rentals. Due to my work I require a rental car that is covered by my company. For my protection I video record each rental inspection.Upon returning the vehicle, Enterprise tried to charge me for a cigarette smell and dirty vehicle. Thankfully I had evidence this was not the case and that this issue was on them. They tried to push the issue and were proven wrong.Another time they attempted to charge me for a ding on the vehicle that was already there when I rented and the paperwork proved them wrong. Maybe this is why they have attempted to push their insurance when I rent. After these interactions I have decided that I am much safer and much more welcome at the Apex location or any other location.As a customer who used to rent weekly from Enterprise, the experience at this location made me use other rental services

This manager does not represent the Enterprise brand or values!! Leadership definitely made a mistake when they made him a Manager. There used to be a young African American Manager that was awesome! This new team ... No good at all!!! I was able to leave messages with their executive leadership team like Chrissy T. Adamson B. and Shelley R. and provided the experience with the hopes that they can understand that the lack of professionalism does not align with their values. I am a customer that has a relationship with Enterprise, rented from multiple locations, never had issues with their policies, cost and staff until the encounter with them. Sad!!

I Went To 3 Locations And Still Wasn’t Able To Get The Rental. I Was Told By The Last Place I Wasn’t Able To Get One Because I Had An Attitude Towards One Of The Employees. L Faith Birmingham: Though my reservation was set up as a PICK UP at my home address by 5PM (as confirmed in email with confirmation code), when Enterprise had not arrived by 5:30PM I called the Creedmoor location. I was then told my reservation did NOT show a pick up at my home address, instead only showed I would be picking up car by 5PM at the Creedmoor location! That was a patently FALSE statement as my email confirmation & itnerary details show it was scheduled as at pick up at my home address!Next the agent at Creedmoor Rd said it would be sometime late tomorrow afternoon 5/9/2023 before the reservation I HAD made for 5/8/2023 by 5PM would even be possible.. Don’t advertise & schedule what there is NO intention of doing !

SWATDOG: I sat in my first vehicle and drove away. I had travelled approximately 1 mile down the road when the overpowering odor of smoke caused me to turn around and return the vehicle. I was given a Camaro next, which caused me trouble all week. Dirty, the windshield inside was so smoke dingy, it was really hard to see whenever it was sunny. My last 4 rentals from enterprise have either been dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke, marijuana, or just in poor condition. The manager was nice and respectful, but the car’s condition each and every time has been terrible. I recently received a significant promotion where I’ll need to rent at least 2 weeks a month, but unfortunately I think our company will need to change rental car companies ASAP. That’s a shame because enterprise is 1 mile away.

Although she was not able to resolve my issue herself, she did all she could by making phone inquiries to other branches and directing me to resolution of my problem. What was profoundly striking, she was so very personable and extremely empathetic with me and the all other customers l watched her assist. She has the highest understanding and application of customer service l have seen in any Enterprise branch.
