The person I'm working with at Leith Porsche is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable persons I have ever dealt with when researching a car. His name is Ben Spreen. Ben always follows through on everything he promises to do. Having driven a Taycan himself for over a year makes Ben uniquely qualified to discuss that particular car. However, Ben's easy going and pleasant nature makes him the person I would want to deal with regardless of which car I might be considering. If I end up buying my Taycan, there's no question that it will be from Ben.

They didn't fix an issue with the engine light, after two visits to the shop, they could not find the actual reason and they still charged big money for something else that they replaced assuring that it was fixed, but still that wasn't what it needed to be fixed because the engine light came back up and I later found myself with a OB code reader what was all about...

GINA DIXON: I went to the dealership in Cary a month and a half after I had my car because the engine light was on and the breaks was metal to metal. They told me the car had an inspection before I bought it.I was told they changed all 4 breaks, cleaned the engine and other maintenance. They had my car for 3 weeks. When I picked it up it was very dirty, the inside had dirt and grass inside. I could not believe it. Also, let me mention this, I was not given a invoice print out when I left. He told me he would mail it to me. When I got there I told him I want a copy of my invoice. It took him about 15 minutes to give it to me. I believe he was on the computer making changes to it.The manager who sold me the car told me I will not need a service for 12 months. I paid for the service plan they had to cover me.I got the car home and the breaks were sounding really bad, yet I was told he did all 4 breaks. Also, the engine light was still on.I called back and explained the issue with the breaks and the engine light on. He told me and my fiancé this was a mystery to him because he did all four breaks.He lied he did not and they billed my maintenance plan for 1300 for a third service. Remember I was told that I get the car serviced every 12 months. This was a lie, they charged me.On top of that they are telling me I need to pay a $1000 to get my breaks done. I have been lied to and I feel like I have been scammed.I am calling and sending letters to their higher HQ. They truly think I am going to pay and just go away.Georgene Dixon
joey he: This dealership is first class. I showed up with a trade. They within 10 minutes gave me a fair value, I test drove the car I wanted dropped a check off and asked to come back the next day to sign. I showed up the following day everything was ready and car was detailed with a full tank of gas. As I was signing they let me know I got a complimentary gift in the seat and they added an interior protective plan no charge. I didn’t ask for any of that, they just did it. Total time spent maybe 2 hours, probably less.This is true customer service. Thank You.

Upon arrival, we were greeted and soon thereafter asked to provide our driver licenses before we even saw the vehicle we were inquiring about. Sydney Simmons: While the staff here is friendly, I wasn’t super impressed with several things about this dealer. For one, I brought my car in for an oil change and it took over an hour and a half. Firestone does oil changes quicker.My appointment was early in the morning, so I didn’t eat breakfast before coming in. For a luxury car dealership, I’m disappointed they don’t have vending machines for guests or any thing to drink except bottled water and a small coffee machine. I’ve taken my other car (a Toyota) to Fred Anderson in Raleigh and the waiting area/process over there is 50 times better. They have multiple vending machines, a sturdy coffee machine, and they even bake cookies! They also have a TV, which this dealership does not.While it’s nice that Johnson throws in a car wash for free, it’s not worth the extra waiting time. I’ll be sure to eat before coming here next time. They don’t offer loaner cars either.

Micah Clinkscales: Most dealership services are concerned with making money and not the wellbeing of their customers, so it's understandable that the service advisor will attempt to convince customers that certain services are needed, with them normally getting paid commission, regardless of necessity.Chance Caraway, among other staff, avoids communicating the cost of additive services until time of payment, including the apparent increased cost of labor. It does appear that Leith Audi condones dishonest behavior which seems to support a "we got you" environment.So if you want to avoid paying over $900 for a service, I'd recommend you to find alternative facilities.

Brian DeJong: Scheduled an appointment for service, and they were booked out 6 weeks. Called the weekend before the appointment just to make sure we were still good to go as it was an early drop off with a loaner vehicle and was told they had no record of the appointment. Ended up calling the other Audi dealers in the area, and another one got me in right away. So, sorry, but if this is how they operate, I would rather drive out of my way to the dealer who takes care of the customer.
Amy Emanuel: Very disappointed with my service here. I made an appointment to see a vehicle, as I live about 90 minutes away from dealership. On my way to the dealership, the salesman called and let me know that the car was under a pending sale. I thanked him for letting me know, so that I didnt have to waste my time and gas. Later on that evening, he called me and let me know the deal fell through and the car was still available. I immediately made an appointment for 10:00 am the next morning, he assured me , he would pull the car to the side for me. The next morning, he calls around 9:15 to make sure I was still coming, I told him, I was en route and would arrive at exactly 10:00am. I pull up and ask for the salesman, Brian he walks over and says, I have bad news, the car just sold 10 minutes ago. I ask him, but I thought you pulled it to the side for me, he says, I did but it got sold. I understand things happen, but its wrong to tell me its pulled to the side, if its still a chance that it would be sold. It was an awesome deal, but I never would have drove up there , if I knew he wasn't being honest, about holding it.

Narcisa Pricope: We purchased an Audi from here (worked with Ryan) and while on the up-front they were nice, as soon as we got home and had some issues with the car (which we did right away), they became difficult to get a hold of and schedule an appointment under their 'warranty' program. Due to a system failure (EGR-valve related), the car gets half the mileage it was advertised and the Ac only works intermittently. All that for a 2011 car that cost $15,000. Plus, having been trying to reach them for a while, I get snotty comments and am called "dear" in a very disrespectful tone. I would not do business with them again and I'd rate them 0 stars if that was an option.

Rick Burch: I purchased a beautiful BMW Z4 from Larry and Ryan of Motorcar Investments 2 weeks ago. The car was detailed and sent through the shop for a thorough inspection and serviced to include new front brakes. I purchased the car as-is and signed paperwork indicating such at closing. A couple of days later a fault light appeared on the dash and I called Larry about it. He said bring it right back to let them look at it. They found an electrical pressure switch/sensor had gone bad and replaced it at no charge to me! Their cost was nearly $400. They provided me a paid invoice from European Motors who did the work. This is amazing goodwill from a company that wasn't obligated in any way to fix my car after the sale. These guys are fantastic and I will buy from them again! High end cars sold by a top notch company!! Thank you Larry and Ryan!

If you or anyone you know needs a valuable high quality performance vehicle do not hestitate for one minute to call Ryan or Larry at Motorcar Investments. Not only do they have a great current inventory of vehicles but they also have numerous contacts in the car industry so that they can find the exact car you want. It doesn't even have to be a highline car that they will search for either. For instance, I wrecked my BMW Z3 on a Friday and needed something fast and affordable so I wouldn't have to waste so much money on a rental. After looking over the internet, not being able to find the car I wanted; I finally came to my senses and went and spoke with Ryan and Larry who located plenty of cars at my price point and milage I wanted. These guys are down to earth and treat their customers like family, which in my opinion is the exact thing you should be looking for when you purchase a car!
