Monica Vee: Routinely rude and incompetent staff. Had to make 4 trips for a B12 prescription because they kept ordering the wrong one. This is a VITAMIN, I can't imagine if it were a critical, life-saving drug. They're around the corner from my house, but I will be driving 3 more miles to go back to a Walgreens after this incident.

Mason Lineberger: Called in regards to a prescription issue and the person I spoke with was frankly just rude and unhelpful. She rushed me off the phone as fast as she could and gave me very little confidence that I'll be receiving any sort of prescription from them any time soon. Over healthcare workers who don't give a rip about actually providing care to you.
Durga Sg: When I go in drive thru lane I cldnt check each medications and the pharmacist have gave me my very old prescriptions instead of the latest ones. This has happened twice and also they never intimate me if my medications have not been through insurance or not. I'm fed up 🙄

So I went to the self check out register and there was only one register??! THE SELF CHECK OUT DID NOT EVEN TAKE CASH ASWELL. What type of cheap Machine is this. So I’m giving CVS a one star because they wanna sit here and have BAD customer service, cheap self checkout machines, and not what I’m looking for. They got to do better.

Linda Gunter: First I had to bring a prescription back because I couldn't open it with the adult proof cap. Then they said I had a prescription I never heard that they prepared for me from a doctor I haven't seen in months. They always send out text messages trying to get approval for a prescription ahead of time. I say no and they continue to ask. Then the tech didn't give me my coupons and sent everything to my email. Just about done with this CVS.

Line was getting bigger and still did not resolve.. very embarrasing..Earlier manager would help in this kind of solution ... regret getting extracare passI used to go here almost every other week before COVID.. I used to see lots of old face Jenny who was great and always smiling... Dont have any positive vibes here anymore.. Stopped shopping...
Breanna Grosse: Consistently THE most disgusting public bathroom. For a pharmacy / health & wellness store, it’s repulsive. Unprotected toilet paper laying around, dirty mop in the corner, toilet that has probably never been touched. Rusty appliances, and a changing table that cannot be used because it holds the bathroom supplies.This is not a one off situation, like I said, this is every time I use this restroom.

KM Callies: I was super concerned with a very expensive medication with which Walgreens could not assist, despite my having a specific drug name discount card. After having my provider resend to CVS, I showed up and realized it was the wrong CVS location.I want to publicly thank Bethany for her help in getting this all sorted out for me so that I didn't have to pay $100+ for this medication and could walk away with this much needed medication today. I'm grateful for Bethany (who went above and beyond) and for her team for helping me today at the CVS pharmacy on Green Level Church Road.
ImmaRussian27: Ordered photos and waited at the counter for 10 minutes while a huge line of people was being rung up by one employee. Then the manager Patti walks by and asks if I’m picking up photos and I tell her “yes”. Then she tells me to get in line because the one other employee is ringing everyone else up. I said “can I get them here because I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes?” Then she says “no he can help you” and walks into her office. What kind of customer service is that?! Like you have a line of customers due your job.
Christine Zheng: The young guy that works at the covid testing window is great. The phone customer service rep is terrible, type of people that make you feel discriminated over the phone.
Christian Jones: Really hardworking group here. These guys are a core part of our community and are flying all day helping us get our medications. The staff has always been polite and patient. As well as knowledgeable.
Jadee Greeley: I don’t understand all of the complaints. They are very nice and timely. Sometimes you have to wait 15 mins after you turn in a prescription but isn’t that standard?? Cvs is a pharmacy, not only about speed I am more concerned about accuracy. They just lost the Walgreens next door which means they’re doing double the work now. No complaints from here. Standard issues but all normal. Good customer service aside from one tech but I think that’s just her personality. We have been going there for 8 years and will continue. We even moved to holly springs, I tried the cvs right next to our new neighborhood and I did not like not seeing the familiar faces so I just kept coming back to Greenlevel :)
