Zane B: Worst experience with Lowes in Cary NC especially with Isaiah.I had a digital receipt from Garner Lowes. I tried to return cable and breaker to Lowes in Cary NC .But customer service couldn’t locate the order, So I was taking things back. Once I try to leave a store lowes representative named Isaiah wouldn’t let me go out of store. I told him that I have receipt online and it was return stuff. He wouldn’t take my word and treated me like I’m thief and acted to detain me. To prove my innocence he made me walk with him back to customer service. CS was helpful by disproving Isaiah suspicion of me stealing stuff. Then I asked his name and then immediately he tried to act smart with me by explaining his point instead of apologizing me of his actions. I immediately said ‘no’ and he replied with mean tone ‘have a good day sir’ at my back. Overall worst experience with Isaiah with handling the situation. Customer service tried to help me but Isaiah needs some training on how to deal with customer rather than acting smart with words and stopping them up front with a stance of snatching a bag if I try to leave. This is another review about mistreatment with another customer. Hopefully corporate catches this wrongdoing with his lowes customers.

Greg Totherow: This is basically my local Lowe's Home Improvement. Their garden section is always stocked with seasonal plants snd flowers. They have order ahaed and pickup in the store or curbside pickup that usually works pretty well. As far as Lowe's goes, this is probably the best one in this area.

Gabe Filomena: I went in for hardware. as usual, I spend 30 minutes looking to not find anything so I go and ask someone for help, and they said "I'll have someone meet you in hardware". no one did so I found Brian in the paint section. asked him if he'd be willing to help and he was.as we were walking over to hardware, I explained what I was looking for (10/32 3" long flat head bolt and nylon nuts). we struggled to find what I was looking for. throughout our search, he held a personal conversation to better understand what I needed. he ended up finding something similar that would work absolutely fine and I went on my way.overall, he seemed happy to help. he understood that hardware is a pain to look through, he asked what I was making and found a solution I wouldn't have thought of.I rarely see this kind of service anymore, anywhere. I feel people are working for money rather than doing what they want to do. Lowe's might not be Brian's dream job, but he made my experience as a customer more than satisfactory, because he acted like a person first, before an employee. I legitimately felt like I asked a friend to find something. he didn't go out of his way or nothing, but you can tell when someone does their job well, and he did spectacularly

Price increased by 50% from the first estimate to the final. What's the point of the first estimate?Had my deposit for 5+wks. I used to like Lowes. And refunding the money will take 3-10 business days! What? Pretty sure they dinged my account day 1.

Sandra Finnegan: I come to this Lowe's all the time and normally used to find people who actually helpful. Slowly it seems that the associates care less and less about helping customers. Today we were here for over an hour waiting in the lumbar department. The item we need required one of the lifts to get and we were told by the associate that he had two things to do and then would get our item down. We were waiting in the area with no problem for about 45 minutes and then stepped into another aisle for 2 minutes while they were still on the previous item to look at something and then came back and both associates that were there were gone. We went to the register and someone was paged and waited 10 more minutes and no one showed up. We literally wasted over an hour after being told that we would be helped and then the associates were gone. Most likely on a break but this kind of management and customer service is ridiculous and disappointing.

The Hispanic female needs a solid retraining on how to interact with customers or just not work there. Policies change based on the person behind the counter and when notated they speak to you with an insulting tone. These females definitely cater to specific races which needs to be addressed by management.

John Williams: Fresh produce, great wine and EXCELLENT beer aisle, basically a bartender to let us sample. Bakery is fresh and markdowns can't be missed. Meat department is over the top, helping with meeting any needs. Customer service is also incredibly upbeat. Making them my new go to. By the way, the aroma of their grilled sausages....Hello good 👍

steph vicen: Do NOT order for pick up at this location. Groceries are never ready and it's I'm possible to get a hold of them when you've arrived for pick up. You have to get out of the car to notify them which defeats the purpose.Eta when I went inside no one apologized, I waited 20 min outside because app said they were notified once I went inside the groceries were just put in a cart by the male employee and left there . Absolutely ridiculous.

Smi Pat: Bread from this store had mold before expiry date. Store does not have proper scanning system. Even with correct self checkout purchase from customer they asked to come back and verify if product is purchased as their system falsely reported issues. This is not good user experience.

Giving five stars to the store manager, I called the manager and asked about an issue I had faced; he is so lovely, handled this situation politely, and showed a very high level of customer centricity. He said we should show empathy and talk to our customers even if customers do not understand. I highly recommend this store for Grocery and gas both.

My shopping needs will remain over there due to their friendliness, better selection, and more logically organized products. Even if that means I have to spend a little more, it's worth it.

Timothy Gillis: I don't have any issues with this store or the staff, they were very helpful, courteous and professional. My problem is with Lowe's Foods Guest Services. The short version is they issued me an e-gift card for a problem I had at one of the stores. When I tried to use it, the computer at checkout would not accept it. A manager told me that they always have problems with the e-gift cards, and he has never gotten one to work. He offered to transfer the balance of my card to a physical gift card. After spending 20 minutes on the phone explaining the problem, Guest Services told us that the e-gift card was still valid and they couldn't transfer it to a physical card. Their suggestion was that I try again the next time I came in. I informed them that there will not be a next time. What makes them think it would work any better next time? Lowe's Foods had two chances to make things right, and they failed me both times. I won't be back.
