Burrell Clark: Took a trip to Cary, NC to check out Mason's Famous Loster Rolls Restaurant. An let me tell you, it was worth the money. I spent less here for 2 combo meals, than what I spent in Myrtle Beach for dinner. Lunch was 2 combos that consists of: 2 Loster Salad Roll Bar Harbor Style, Loster Soup w/Loster Chucks and Side Salad w/Shrimps. Which it was all very delicious and the hospitality was awesome. Definitely plan on taking more trips back.

MO TV- INDEPENDENT THINKING FOR THE FREE MIND: I went here for the 1st time yesterday and I got to say my food looked like a kid's meal, very small and disappointing. I Ordered the bar harbor classic lobster roll and it was a small portion of lobster and a small bun, I made it a combo which was supposed to make it come with a drink and a side, I paid extra for these items and they too were small. I also ordered a cup of lobster bisque which was shown on the website with a good amount of lump lobster meat however mine was empty, not a drop of lobster meat in it at all, very disappointing! All in all I paid $40 for a kid's meal my 1st time here & it was very disappointing for that price I should've gotten a good amount of food. The fact that the website shows the lobster roll much bigger in picture makes it so much more disappointing that mine was not that size, I was still hungry after. If they would be willing to make this right for me I might come back and maybe bring a friend or 2.

Vogue Elder: Was visiting from out of town, and we love a good lobster roll. The service was super friendly, and everyone was very helpful and understanding with it being my first visit. The food came out fast too. Unfortunately, I have to give 3 stars because of the food. It wasn’t bad, it was just blah. The main thing is the food was bland. It’s lobster, so it’s going to be pricey, but I’ve had better lobster rolls at other seafood restaurants. This was a fast food lobster roll. To be honest, with the exception of the amount of meat on the roll, Captain D’s has better lobster rolls. I wish I could have given more stars, but sadly, no. I don’t recommend this restaurant unless it’s the only lobster roll you can find. And even then, just make it at home so you won’t be underwhelmed.

Robert Forsyth: Spent $28 for the Connecticut Roll (warm lobster with butter), tots and a fountain drink. The lobster was moist and delicious! A little pricey for a workweek lunch but expected for the quality and lets faces it, lobster is not cheap. I was going to try the Lobster Mac n Cheese but I was not overly hungry, so I will have to go back and try it next time!

Tera Williams: Stop into this hidden jewel (small and quaint) on a late Saturday evening. The place was packed with customers lined up to eat inside and outside. Food was cooked to order, so we did have a little wait but it was well worth it. Options were plentiful and they have great specials on certain days for choices not on the daily menu. Food comes out nice and hot and everything is delicious. This place has quickly become a favorite place to eat great food.

Vincent Lancaster: Overall my rating is 4.5. The blackened grilled red snapper is wonderfully flavorful. The cornbread is truly an Oh My God! experience. Mac-n-cheese and collard greens are good. The sweet tea/lemonade is delightful. The owner is a charm and her personality adds to the experience. I hope they are able to open a restaurant in a larger facility one day soon!

Jennifer Jones: So we tried TrYSeafood Grill and it was great. We started with the crab cake poppers and sweet bang fried shrimp. They were both amazing. For the main meal we had the 5 pc shrimps, 3 pc whiting with fries and hush puppies. As well as the sweet chili crusted shrimp and scallops. We both had the lemonade. There was an abundance of great food at a great price as well as great service. I'm looking forward to going back real soon.

Will F: Moved to Cary 14 years ago and this was the first time we have eaten here. The seafood was seasoned to perfection and was fresh and hot when it came out. The shrimp were huge and fresh. The fried lobster came out looking like a blooming onion from the state fair and was delicious! Crab poppers were awesome! Hushpuppies were amazing. My son said the sweet tea was the best he ever had. My wife is from the coast and loved it. The owners are husband and wife and treated us very kindly. Ashley Jeter: I'm completely disappointed by my experience here. I visited this location around 7:27p with my daughter. When I entered all of the chairs were on the tables. I asked if they were closing. The waitress said "No, we close at 8p, but we just received a large catering order and don't want many more. You can still order though." I proceed to order a sandwich, a side and a kid's meal. The total was around $30 after the tip. After paying, the cook comes out and says he can't take my order because he's swamped with a $150 catering order. He says it will at least be 45 minutes, but he'll give me a refund. There were two couples eating at tables. One of the couples was outraged and continued to say "Who says that? What kind of business is this? He clearly doesn't want to serve her."I moved to the area a little over a week ago and have been twice prior to last night. The food is great, but I will not risk being turned away again. A $150 catering order doesn't appear to be large considering my order was $30.

Today I received poor customer service the person working the pick up was sitting down & acting as if he didn't wanna be bothered with HIS JOB. Nichelle Hopson: I went with a friend to Skrimp Shack in March. We got the fish sandwich special on a Saturday early evening. There was a lot of fish for the price and the fries were good too. I got the banana pudding. Although there was maybe 1 cookie and 1 slice of banana in the pudding, the cream was so good I really didn’t miss it. My friend went back in April and shared this pic. Steve Stanek: First let me say the food was good. Nice big shrimp and decent hush puppies. But the setup of the store and crew seemed cold. You open the doors to two kiosks to order. Meanwhile there are two young adults chatting and sitting at the front counter. They did not look up or even greet us. I was wondering why they did not take the orders at their two consoles since they weren’t doing anything. It would seem like they would help along the ordering process since the place was empty. Midway through ordering at the console, one of them hollers out, “ it will take 20-30 mins to get your food”. It was so odd because the tone was not that of a helpful employee but of someone that was irritated we were in the place.We stayed and ordered. After about 20 mins the food came out. They did not remember any of the drinks, nor condiments, nor ask. So we had to request things many times. He while ordering process needs to have the kinks worked out. I get having kiosks, but why not have humans help when not busy? And why not give us our drinks upon ordering, instead of making us wait with nothing to eat or drink.We saw several people come in and get holster at about the wait, probably 1/2 left.Again the food was good, it looked clean (empty of people though). Just wish they would improve the customer experience & ordering process. We may go back one more time to try again. But if retreated the same we will not come back.

Michael W.: I was a reward member and once you reach an award they automatically issue it and put a 3 month expiration day on it. Never tell you about it till about 2 weeks before it expires. I have a special needs son and cannot go to a restaurant any night I wish. I asked them to extend the expiration date one month and they REFUSED.
