This place is my first choice site. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. Whenever I I need a good lunch, this is the place that comes first to my head. outstanding and all kinds of food and a large menu.helpful team, and pleasant ambience. And very important, the charge is fair. I sent my friends to this restaurant with no hesitation.
I was searching for a place to order my launch as always and only after ordering I realized that they just opened.
We arrived at this spot for a meeting. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff were extremely nice and we had a great feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. We recommend this place to all.

I'm from Brooklyn now living in queens and was in search for a good seafood spot when I don't feel like cooking, and boom here comes Trident.. I had the salmon pasta. Great taste. And they chopped up my Salmon without me asking .. Simply amazing...

Michael W.: I was a reward member and once you reach an award they automatically issue it and put a 3 month expiration day on it. Never tell you about it till about 2 weeks before it expires. I have a special needs son and cannot go to a restaurant any night I wish. I asked them to extend the expiration date one month and they REFUSED. I told them to delete my rewards account and I will never eat at one of your restaurants again. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Sonya Morgan: Overall I was disappointed with my visit. The dining room was overcrowded with tables. Waiters and waitresses continuously bumped my chair trying to make their way through. We ordered the seasonal veggies which we were told was green beans sauteed in a herb butter sauce.....we were brought broccoli. Both sides brought to my brother-in-law were not what he ordered. We sat down and our waitress was very nice. We ordered water, looked at the menu, and bounced. The prices at Red Lobster is sky high! I repeat Sky High! The floor under our table was very dirty. Shane D: After seeing some of the reviews I decided to elaborate. Our server Shelby was awesome. She wasn't overly attentive but these days restaurants are short staffed and stretched thin and people have little patience as though they are the only ones in a restaurant. Ugh. I digress. Our biscuits we lukewarm but agin not a major disappointment. They are sometimes too hot to even eat anyway. We ordered 2 ultimate feasts and lobster pizza. 4 stars because there were a few items on the menu that I asked for that weren't available like the watermelon sangria being advertised for summer and seafood stuffed mushrooms which I like almost as much as the biscuits.

The boil was made from 2 pounds of Dungeness crabs, 2 pounds of crawdads, 1 pound of mussels a half pound of sausage, eggs, potatoes, corn on the cob and I know there was something else. AJ: Restaurant was super clean. Host and waitstaff very friendly and offered great service. We got a dozen raw oysters and they weren’t the greatest, but for $20 a dozen it was a great price. My husband and I also ordered a combo bag with shrimp and snow crabs to split, with Cajun seasoning and medium spice level. The shrimp were great, the snow crabs were pretty decent. The tables are lined with paper, they also give you paper plates with disposable bibs and napkins. Drinks come in paper cups with straws. Overall it was a neat experience.

Cassiata T: I wanted to try this restaurant with my family because my coworker recommended their seafood. We were craving fried crab and shrimp. They use blue crab and too much flour batter that lacks seasoning and is very greasy. The fried shrimp, on the other hand, is seasoned well and jumbo-sized, so you’ll have plenty to get full on. The sweet potato fries were over-fried and the cajun fries only were coated with cajun spice, nothing more or less. So, if you are seeking fried crab I suggest trying somewhere else that does snow or dungeon crab. I do recommend enjoying the seafood boil though with other people to share because it is filling and delicious.

Ashley Jeter: I'm completely disappointed by my experience here. I visited this location around 7:27p with my daughter. When I entered all of the chairs were on the tables. I asked if they were closing. The waitress said "No, we close at 8p, but we just received a large catering order and don't want many more. You can still order though." I proceed to order a sandwich, a side and a kid's meal. The total was around $30 after the tip. After paying, the cook comes out and says he can't take my order because he's swamped with a $150 catering order. He says it will at least be 45 minutes, but he'll give me a refund. There were two couples eating at tables. One of the couples was outraged and continued to say "Who says that? What kind of business is this? He clearly doesn't want to serve her."I moved to the area a little over a week ago and have been twice prior to last night. The food is great, but I will not risk being turned away again. A $150 catering order doesn't appear to be large considering my order was $30.

Today I received poor customer service the person working the pick up was sitting down & acting as if he didn't wanna be bothered with HIS JOB. I got the banana pudding. Although there was maybe 1 cookie and 1 slice of banana in the pudding, the cream was so good I really didn’t miss it. My friend went back in April and shared this pic. Steve Stanek: First let me say the food was good. Nice big shrimp and decent hush puppies. But the setup of the store and crew seemed cold. You open the doors to two kiosks to order. Meanwhile there are two young adults chatting and sitting at the front counter. They did not look up or even greet us. I was wondering why they did not take the orders at their two consoles since they weren’t doing anything. It would seem like they would help along the ordering process since the place was empty. Midway through ordering at the console, one of them hollers out, “ it will take 20-30 mins to get your food”. It was so odd because the tone was not that of a helpful employee but of someone that was irritated we were in the place.We stayed and ordered. After about 20 mins the food came out. They did not remember any of the drinks, nor condiments, nor ask. So we had to request things many times. He while ordering process needs to have the kinks worked out. I get having kiosks, but why not have humans help when not busy? And why not give us our drinks upon ordering, instead of making us wait with nothing to eat or drink.We saw several people come in and get holster at about the wait, probably 1/2 left.Again the food was good, it looked clean (empty of people though). Just wish they would improve the customer experience & ordering process. We may go back one more time to try again. But if retreated the same we will not come back.

Demi B.: The most exciting part about this place is the name. It's a cute setup. You do everything yourself except make the food which I didn't really like. The cook put my cheese on top of the lettuce on my sandwich so it wasn't melted at all. I thought that was a little odd instead of putting the cheese directly on the hot meat. And I wouldn't recommend the soup it was not good. The best thing I tasted was the shrimp.

J Bates: Wow is all I can say. Service was decent and friendly, however the food is not to be desired. Order to pick one with crab cakes and fries. The fries weren't that bad I personally would like to have them a little crispier, As for the crab cakes, epic fail. Burnt on the outside, mushy on the inside, not seasoned well, and you can taste the old oil used. I would not recommend this establishment, and highly unlikely I would ever return.
Henry Young: This place is the best. They’d have fresh fish on the tables. And Their fried food plates are such good value. Some of the best shrimp I’ve had ever. Seasonal. Soft shell crab, oysters and live crab. They work hard to accommodate everyone. A must for the seafood lover.
Erin M: Great value for the price. I had the pick 2 combo with crab cakes and cod. The crab cakes were sizeable and while they were probably more cake than crab, they tasted so good I didn't care. The cod was good even after reheating it later that day, which is saying something (and it didn't stink up the microwave!). The fries it comes with are those really good twice-fried type fries and are fantastic. Definitely recommend and they certainly earn a 4 star rating (4.5 if that were an option).

Terry Brown: We had 3 "Pick 2" plates, fried tilapia and shrimp. Total was about $70. 1lb of fried jumbo shrimp was $18 and we have 2 of those with tilapia each and 1 tilapia with popcorn shrimp as well. It more expensive than I remember, but everything is these days....we picked the seafood we wanted and they fried it up on the spot, spicy! And make no mistake, it was good!

Carm Mc (Cam): Food cooked fresh. Have to make sure when getting combination of shrimp and flounder you are aware its frozen pre breaded. The fresh flounder is way more expensive. 1st time trying them didn't want to spend $27. So just got shrimp $8, comes with slaw, hushpuppies and paid $1 more to get fries instead of tater tots. If in the area may try them again.

Burrell Clark: Took a trip to Cary, NC to check out Mason's Famous Loster Rolls Restaurant. An let me tell you, it was worth the money. I spent less here for 2 combo meals, than what I spent in Myrtle Beach for dinner. MO TV- INDEPENDENT THINKING FOR THE FREE MIND: I went here for the 1st time yesterday and I got to say my food looked like a kid's meal, very small and disappointing. I Ordered the bar harbor classic lobster roll and it was a small portion of lobster and a small bun, I made it a combo which was supposed to make it come with a drink and a side, I paid extra for these items and they too were small. I also ordered a cup of lobster bisque which was shown on the website with a good amount of lump lobster meat however mine was empty, not a drop of lobster meat in it at all, very disappointing! All in all I paid $40 for a kid's meal my 1st time here & it was very disappointing for that price I should've gotten a good amount of food. The fact that the website shows the lobster roll much bigger in picture makes it so much more disappointing that mine was not that size, I was still hungry after. If they would be willing to make this right for me I might come back and maybe bring a friend or 2.

Vogue Elder: Was visiting from out of town, and we love a good lobster roll. The service was super friendly, and everyone was very helpful and understanding with it being my first visit. The food came out fast too. Unfortunately, I have to give 3 stars because of the food. It wasn’t bad, it was just blah. The main thing is the food was bland. It’s lobster, so it’s going to be pricey, but I’ve had better lobster rolls at other seafood restaurants. This was a fast food lobster roll. To be honest, with the exception of the amount of meat on the roll, Captain D’s has better lobster rolls. I wish I could have given more stars, but sadly, no. I don’t recommend this restaurant unless it’s the only lobster roll you can find. And even then, just make it at home so you won’t be underwhelmed.

A little pricey for a workweek lunch but expected for the quality and lets faces it, lobster is not cheap. I was going to try the Lobster Mac n Cheese but I was not overly hungry, so I will have to go back and try it next time!

Jack Radcliffe: Waiter was very friendly and service was great. Food unfortunately was not. Was excited to try cajun food but all of it tasted very bland, except for salt. Food also felt not very fresh and tasted like it was microwaved. I had the crab cakes they were was no meat lumps, couldn't even tell it was crab. The sides of rice and vegetables were barely warm.
