Nubian Princess Cash Transportation LLC: Dispatch had me for a drop & hook. Their drop & hook yard is 3500 Tricenter Blvd., Durham, NC. I went there and there was no trl. (Mind you I called in earlier that day inquiring about the ld). Was sent to 1 Quality Ln, Cary, NC where I was told to put my trl in dock door 1, this was around 2145. I woke up around 0525 and went to check on the progress of my trl as I had not received a call yet. When I got to the window, he was just time stamping my BOL for 0527. Ridiculous, this place is on my do not go list with my Asset Manager.

The bakery staff was communicative, super helpful, and created the perfect cakes for our needs based on my exact requests. The berry chantilly cake got us rave reviews and everyone has been asking us where they can find it. The flowers were added on our cutting cake by our florist, but Amanda from the bakery helped us to choose the right icing to make that texturing possible. I highly recommend them for simple, delicious wedding cakes!

Anywho I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich it was fresh and light with lots of lettuce and tomato. Unfortunately I smashed it before I snapped a pic.

Professionalism runs through this business, not only with their incredibly delicious food but with their service, responsiveness, set-up, and amazing crew. We decided to go with a couple of hors d’oeuvres along with the the taco bar and it was flavorful and presented beautifully! They were accommodating to all dietary restrictions and kept our guests’ bellies full! The crew was so fun we were even able to get them out to the dance floor! We’re so glad we found FFF and we cannot recommend them enough to everyone!

Courtney A.: We had a bit of a tricky situation since both my now-husband and I are vegan but had plenty of meat-eating guests. We wanted southern comfort meets fine dining with vegan options that even the most carnivorous guest couldn't resist, and Fords developed a completely unique menu item of TOFU CHICK'N AND WAFFLES!!! which is my favorite dish and they let us modify an existing package to do exactly what we wanted. Paired with southern short rib, brie mashed potatoes and braised brussel sprouts with a delicious salad, apple jicama slaw, and even fancy cucumber water, everyone was SHOCKED by how delicious the tofu was and how yummy everything overall was! No one even knew the appetizers were vegetarian/vegan and simply commented on how scrumptious they were. Fords took care of scraping the dishes clean and repackaging them for our rental pickup so we didn't have to worry about that. Food was my biggest concern for the wedding trying to balance what I was comfortable eating and what guests would like, and now all I can complain about is that we don't have anymore of it left to eat!

Haley Seagroves-Robbe: Fluent n Foods worked with us last minute during a COVID wedding. They were flexible and professional. I received lots of compliment on the food the night of and after my wedding. The planning process and tasting was easy. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is that they tried to charge us for vendor plated salads and nickel and dimed us a bit for a few things that worked out to be like almost $200 dollars. They worked it out with us in the end. In addition, many of our family members said they were a bit stingy with the food.OVERALL: we were happy with our experience and the food was tasty! Maxwell Cahn: The Fords were great to work with and the food was amazing. The buffalo chicken egg rolls were making people go crazy. I've never seen people run over at a wedding to get appetizers but the egg rolls were making our guests do that. Our dinner was amazing and the Fords made sure we ate and got our food served to us so we wouldn't have to worry about it. We even got our leftovers so we could really enjoy the food when it was just the two of us. I strongly recommend using them for your wedding or any catering needs you have.

We utilized them for our wedding catering and everyone was so impressed. From our first meeting with the Fords, we felt like instant friends! I had an idea for the food I wanted at our wedding which was different than their menus and they used their creativity to accommodate my wishes and made it amazing. The Fords came up with the genius idea when I mentioned I wanted Italian to do a made-to-order pasta bar where guests would create their own dishes and the meals were sauteed right in front of them! What a cool experience! The Fords don't just produce amazingly delicious food, but they also provide great service, flexibility and they were so easy to work with! We were on a budget and they worked with us on that and I feel that we got amazing food/catering/experience for an amazing price per person. Such a great value!! We got so many compliments on the food and the food experience of it being made-to-order right in front of guests and also how delicious the food was! I wish we could relive our wedding night for so many reasons, and experiencing the delicious made-to-order food is definitely one of them. Plus, the Fords are just the sweetest people to work with. They are both amazingly talented when it comes to food and Natasha's smile and demeanor could light a room! I HIGHLY recommend the Fords. I truly believe they are the best in the business!

From the moment we first stepped into their showroom for a private tasting they were incredibly nice, easy to work with, passionate and of course, incredible chefs! They helped us to choose our signature cocktail by providing a number of different delicious options. They communicated with us constantly about our wedding in the months, weeks and days leading up to our wedding and when the day finally came they absolutely crushed it. Nearly every guest came up to my wife and I to compliment the food and the execution was flawless from appetizers through serving our guests (we had a buffet as opposed to plated dinners). All the food was hot and delicious for every guest. They provided the cake cutting and the executive chef John had pieces of cake for the whole wedding minutes after we "cut the cake". The icing on the cake (forgive my pun) was that they became our friends and not just our vendor throughout this process. So I say to whomever is reading this: hire the Fords NOW! Do not wait because they are becoming ever more in demand. You will not regret having them cater your wedding or special event.

They will help you make all the selections, set up food and drink testings for you and provide advice. These two ensure they train their staff to be true professional for your event and manage to not only work real hard but make it looks effortless. Chefs John food is delicious and fresh. Everything is made on site. He is also very sweet and fun ! Natashas managing skills are excellent and she will make sure everything runs like clockwork. We were very happy we chose them to cater our wedding.
