John Williams: Fresh produce, great wine and EXCELLENT beer aisle, basically a bartender to let us sample. Bakery is fresh and markdowns can't be missed. Meat department is over the top, helping with meeting any needs. Customer service is also incredibly upbeat. Making them my new go to. By the way, the aroma of their grilled sausages....Hello good ๐
Carm Mc (Cam): Great service from guy in the seafood dept. Needed the larger lobster tails that was being advertised. None in case or packed up. Most usually just say we out, but he was like I will be a few mins. I was willing to wait vs driving to another store trying find them. He came thru with a big box from the freezer.
steph vicen: Do NOT order for pick up at this location. Groceries are never ready and it's I'm possible to get a hold of them when you've arrived for pick up. You have to get out of the car to notify them which defeats the purpose.Eta when I went inside no one apologized, I waited 20 min outside because app said they were notified once I went inside the groceries were just put in a cart by the male employee and left there . Absolutely ridiculous.

My shopping needs will remain over there due to their friendliness, better selection, and more logically organized products. Even if that means I have to spend a little more, it's worth it.

Chris Gyles (Gyles): Lowes Foods Itโs the only grocery store in the area thatโs open after 11pm. Theyโre always staffed appropriately. Never encountered any type of issues. Great customer service. Extremely clean. Fruits and vegetables are always fresh. Great craft beer selection.
Valley Lily Chef: Staff is friendly & store is spotless clean. Beautiful produce. We have a catering, personal chef business & I prefer this location in the area for the best fresh produce.
Alexius Williams: When I arrived the doors on one side were locked and blocked off. It seemed the store was preparing early to close. The registers were all closed and employees were stocking shelves and cleaning. No one was present at the registers nor self check out.

The Reluctant Artist: No additional comments from my visit. I was just passing through and the husband needed to stock up for his week.
Timothy Gillis: I don't have any issues with this store or the staff, they were very helpful, courteous and professional. My problem is with Lowe's Foods Guest Services. The short version is they issued me an e-gift card for a problem I had at one of the stores. When I tried to use it, the computer at checkout would not accept it. A manager told me that they always have problems with the e-gift cards, and he has never gotten one to work. He offered to transfer the balance of my card to a physical gift card. After spending 20 minutes on the phone explaining the problem, Guest Services told us that the e-gift card was still valid and they couldn't transfer it to a physical card. Their suggestion was that I try again the next time I came in. I informed them that there will not be a next time. What makes them think it would work any better next time? Lowe's Foods had two chances to make things right, and they failed me both times. I won't be back.

Smi Pat: Bread from this store had mold before expiry date. Store does not have proper scanning system. Even with correct self checkout purchase from customer they asked to come back and verify if product is purchased as their system falsely reported issues. This is not good user experience.

Ashutosh Rai: I like this store; I am new to NC and found it very convenient. I avoid filling the gas at random places, and Costco is far from me, so I use this place for my Grocery and gas both. Giving five stars to the store manager, I called the manager and asked about an issue I had faced; he is so lovely, handled this situation politely, and showed a very high level of customer centricity. He said we should show empathy and talk to our customers even if customers do not understand. I highly recommend this store for Grocery and gas both.

V M: Food lions have different more expensive prices for ramen than other retailers.The Food Lion on Kildaire Farm Rd has employees that dont know their own sales. (Sales sheets FL employees)But most upsetting i asked for help at the self checkout and instead of 1 guy watching self checkout, we roped in another guy.All that guy had to say was "im going to help this guy first."Instead i got two rude employees.Remember Food Lion is a poor people, poor customer service store.Harris Teeter Publix Wegmans those are upper class stores because those people pay extra for... Excellent customer service.

Why do I have to remind you that an item is on sale? And why do I have to wait until you go back to recheck the price? Ugh.Their meat smells, there's always one bad breast in the chicken breast package.Just gross I don't get it. The only thing I like about this place is the yogurt and the almond milk prices.

Johnny Vega: Prices are decent, product selection is okay, and employees are always helpful and have a good attitude except for some of the young girl cashiers. They'll cop a slight attitude sometimes or just turn mute when asked a simple question. Either way I'm just there to get what I need. I don't waste breath on them anymore and I will avoid their lines if possible. But if they step outta pocket they will be cussed out heavily. Everyone else is pretty amazing tho.

Instead of honoring the prices they have on the shelf they act like you're the problem for expecting that price.Why do I want to shop here if I then have to wait for the refund because you haven't changed the prices in the system yet?Companies should not be rewarded and should be fined for this sort of behavior. It's like they want us to just give them money and never even ask why prices are not the same.

J: I am so thrilled with this store. They are always so helpful. Today was really stressful. I left my phone at the store. About 45 minutes of being home. I went back to the store. The store manager at customer service, I apologize I didn't get her name, had my phone. Someone had turned it in. THANK YOU WHO EVER YOU ARE AND THANK YOU HARRIS TEETER.
