Laron Griffin: I traveled for work to this area late November early December 2022. I was upset because my reservation was canceled due to my card declining. I had just used the card in Tennessee, but shortly afterwards it was ran at the hotel for the mobile check in option which I was unfamiliar with. Originally I was confused and with fraud at an all time high I was reluctant to give my information over the phone. I had spoken with a couple representatives at the location in regards to my reservation but the issue was ongoing at this point. After I arrived and got settled, I emailed the manager Brian Prentice with my concerns. Not only did he email me back first thing in the morning, we spoke on the phone to have better dialogue. After he listened to my issues he showed empathy and understanding and was able to educate me and resolve my situation. After a healthy conversation I commended him on his ability to lead and handle situations like this and to me it felt like he was going above and beyond. We all know the managers are busy, especially around this time of the year. He not only lended an ear but also his time and a helping hand. If you’re in the area this hotel is a great stay as well. Clean , comfortable and convenient for my stay and I’ll definitely stay here if I’m in the area and recommend this location as well.
