Irene Ulloa Dobles: Love the Greenway! This is a good spot to safely park your car and enjoy a stroll or a bike ride in the greenway!

Wendy R: Small carpark with access to the River Neuse trail. Up a gradient to get to the carpark from the trail. Great place to start a walk. Once on trail take a left to see the suspension bridge. If you walk to the right it you will come eventually to the old Milburnie Dam. If you start at this trail and walk to Anderson Park it’s about 5 miles.

Joshua Mcdowell: This is an excellent spot to access the greenway, hidden deep in castlebrook, it is a clean and well maintained trailhead of the greenway. You can also access the lot here by walking through the woods at the back of the 5th hole at Hedingham Golf course.
Bob Spaziano: If you are approaching the Neuse River Greenway on foot, and not bike, this is a wonderful place to start. 1/4 mile in, take a left (north) to find the most beautiful suspension pedestrian bridge in Wake County.

Gail Dempsey: Parked here to ride south on the NRT. Parked in the shade in the morning and by noon there was zero shade anywhere in the parking lot.
Tim Wright: Construction makes it impossible to go north on the trail from Anderson Point. South or west on the Crabtree Creek trail are the only options. Caution on the parking lot as it appears there is a lot of drug use going on. Syringes in the parking lot.
Gerard “Uncle Gerry” Rosso: This is a great little lot with the nice trailhead that sections out to other trails.
Roger Loving: Good point to launch canoe. Greenway.
Emilee Myers: Love this section of the trail.
Jordan S: Large asphalt parking area under power transmission lines. Excellent access to the Neuse River Trail greenway at mile marker 17.5. Head north on the greenway to access the Mingo Creek trail which heads East to Knightdale or stay on the greenway and stroll the 17 miles to the dam! Heading south the greenway trail runs along Anderson Point Dr crossing the highway on the bridge leading into Anderson Point Park.
