Mark S: This is our go to restaurant for Chinese takeout. We used to live nearby but moved so whenever we are nearby we stop by.Parking: June 2023: construction in parking lot therefore spaces are limited
Chris Ross: It was goodFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Spencer B: So many Chinese restaurants in the US are pretty much the same but First China is a step above the rest. I've had the shrimp lo mein, chicken broccoli and house mei fun several times. The portions are large and everything has always been prepared so nicely.
Denise Brooks: Best Chinese food in the Cary area for taste and consist quality if you are not interested in dining in. Friendly atmosphere.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5Recommended dishes General TSO's Chicken …More
Cameron Coats: I've been living in Raleigh for just over 2 years, have tried multiple takeout Chinese locations, none of them come close to the taste, and consistency of putting out good food as First China. They are like 23 for 23, haven't missed yet. Also not overly priced.
Julie Haskett: Great restaurant. Pleasant staff, consistently delicious food that we've been eating for almost 20 years now. Love the steamed dumplings. Miss the lemon chicken! For a short while there was a marked parking space just for First China pick-ups; wish they could have kept that.
Derrick M: One of the last good hole in the wall China spots
Keisan Blue (Andy98K): Was in the cary area and wanted take out with my wife, had seen a few places then this establishment had popped up I was curious seen the menu and it was pleasing.Had got the family special on the menu pineapple chicken which was 13$ truly delicious will be returning in the future.
Denis Shatilov: These people work hard, the food is great and abundant. I'm very happy to discover this restaurant.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 3/5Recommended dishes Orange Chicken, Chicken Lo Mein …More
Debbie Howell: I ordered chicken wings and fries I saw they had wings already cooked sitting out I asked for fresh wings to be cooked, the lady had an attitude I wanted the food freshly cooked. I stood watching her to make sure she was doing as I asked she kept telling me to sit down so I could not see what she was doing. After she put fresh wings in the oil I sat down because I have trouble standing. When I got the wings and looked at them they were not freshly cooked, they were old. I will not eat there again when you cannot respect the wishes of a paying customer that shows me you have no integrity and will serve anything to your customers
Ashe: Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Shrimp Fried RiceMore
Alexis Russell: Just went there today to get our families Christmas tradition Chinese food. They had two signs on the door that contradicted themselves. “Open on Christmas Day” “we’re closed on Sundays” what???
Shamona Foreman: Definitely get your money's worth fast hot and fresh? Ordered general tos chicken and soda $1.50 lunch time (11-3pm) Clean environment 6min drive from hospital very convenient? Employees were ok 👌🏾 definitely be a spot i revisited when in neighborhood?
Jennifer Jones: The kids loved the shrimp lomein and chicken broccoli, but my dish had too much sauce! I didn’t really like it.
Bob Singer: My go to place for Chinese food and iv tried probably 10+ other local places. Very nice people, food always prepared quickly and very consistent with good quality.
M: Been going here for years. Always a great fast choice.
David McGee: I love the food that this restaurant serves! They specialize in American Chinese food. I have tried most of their menu, and I can confidently say that I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the food that I have purchased from them. My personal favorite is the Kung-Pow chicken, but I will still happily enjoy any other item on their menu any day.
Pam Pearson: As always great food. We have had a hard time finding a good Chinese restaurant, this is our favorite.
T C: Amazing:)
Charles Gragg: Clean, fast, delicious.

Shanghai Alley: what do users think?
Brian P: Service was fine for tonights dinner, food itself is not as great as other places serving similar food. The roast pork was a little too sweet, the pork belly was a bit bland, I ordered sautéed Chinese broccoli and the first order was wrong, second time they brought me american broccoli.
Willow Hernández: Best crispy salt & pepper tofu! Also, the dry pot cauliflower is amazing!
Keith Glover: We were looking for a nice Asian restaurant to stop in before heading to H Mart. What a that find this place was. They roll dim sum carts around and they have a huge menu. I ate way too much. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Steamed Dumplings, Dim Sum …More
Raymond Fornes Jr: Atmosphere? Nice AND clean!!Service? Lilly has been spot on and really efficient!! Always kind and always hustling!!Food? I've visited here three times in the last few weeks and always had the same waitress. First visit I ordered Generals chicken with hot and sour soup and egg fried rice and an egg roll. All of the dishes were spot on! The chicken was great! The egg fried rice was so fluffy and nice! The soup was wonderful!! The egg roll was delicious and everything was piping hot!! My next two visits I had the same sides (which were wonderful) with Orange chicken and Hunan chicken. The Orange chicken is on another level! Hunan was great too!! The soup and egg fried rice have been fantastic every time!!!
TS Alston-Grant: My husband and I placed an online order and paid online as well, only to arrive at the restaurant and them having to search for our order because we were immediately told it had not been placed. Our order was supposed to be ready by 7:30p, we eventuallygot it after 8pm. We then get home and discover that our eggrolls(8) were not included. Because the bags were tied up, we just assumes everything would be correct. If we ever patron again we'll be sure to check bags. The food was average.
Mary Dexter: Several delicious vegetarian options, plus they added dim sums.Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Dim Sum …More
mat mccasland: By far the smallest egg rolls in existence. The chicken might was full cartilaginous pieces and soggy.Food: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 2/5 …More
Kyle Rector: Once they get the kinks ironed out, this place will be fantastic. I think it can be chalked up to 'new restaurant' issues, so I look forward to going back. They have a large, interesting menu, and the three items we ordered were all delicious. I just hope they add plum wine or some other additional alcohol options.
K Lo: Finally a good dim sum place in Cary! Dim sum is authentic. Ordered dim sum and beef noodle dish for lunch. Food is very close to what you'd get in HK. Atmosphere is nice, clean and roomy. Heather Reagan-Holihan: Our party of 5 had a very nice long meal. We made good use of the lazy Susan with all of the dishes we shared. It was sad to see one of the staff laying across the bench asleep in one of the booths. We would go back. They were excellent dealing with the food allergies in the group.Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Yicheng Ma: If you want authentic Chinese cuisine this is where you wanna be. They started to serve dim sum as well on weekends which is a nice option. Both spicy and non-spicy dishes are as good and authentic as it gets in the research triangle area.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Sam S: Good environment.
jo ferrell: Took friends who were visiting from China. We all loved the food and the staff were very friendly and efficientRecommended dishes Dim Sum, Cashew Chicken, Chicken Lo Mein …More
laurie: Cashew chicken was loaded with big chunks of fresh vegetables- mushrooms, peppers, onions, baby corn, carrots along with a perfect amount of cashews and chicken . I’ve never had an order with that much veggies! Sauce was very good and chicken wasn’t over fried. It was nice to not have a sea of oil in the sauce also. Very happy with the quality and will definitely go back.
Shinya A: I have been here a few times and had the storm fish (flounder), sautéed green beans, egg plant, and chow fun. While the dishes were decent, they were not something that I would necessarily come back to this restaurant for. I would rather drive a bit further to another restaurant in Morrisville where I can order the same dishes but are less greasy and more tasty.
greathu hu: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Tokyo express: It’s ok.
Zane Fadul: 超级好吃!服务也太棒了Food is very delicious and the service is great :)

Celeste Cruz: The food was very good, but unfortunately we won’t be returning. While waiting for our order, a customer came in with a bag of green vegetables/herbs and asked the cashier to cook it into his food. He agreed and took it to the cook in the back. That is not only unsanitary, but it is also dangerous for people who may have allergies and puts others at risk of exposure to sicknesses. As we had already paid, we did not feel like going through the process of a refund, but we definitely will not come back.
Katie Beth Lupton: The best Chinese food around. This is now our go to spot. The food was hot, it was fresh, and the portions sizes are worth the price.
William Ream: They have good service. Always quick to get the food ready, and hot. The food is good. The shrimp and broccoli in garlic sauce is good 😊.Food: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Tina Spencer: The pros: The restaurant is located in a newer shopping center. The place was very clean and neat, and well lit. The lady who took the order was very nice. The food was hot. I ordered Kung Pao Shrimp; the shrimp were cooked well, and the vegetables was nice and crisp. The food was not overly salty or greasy.Because of all this it gets a tentative 4.The cons: (and this is a big con for me, because I went for the rice)I made a separate order of fried rice. It was disappointing. The rice that was used in the “fried rice” appeared to be pre-packaged. It was not fried at all (it had zero oil), it was a uniform yellow color, and the whole dish had very little flavor.Except for the freshly cooked (or heated) proteins, it honestly tasted like Lean Cuisine or something else out of the frozen section of the grocery store :(In summary: don’t come here for the fried rice.
Michael Cosolito: Good quick lunch spot.
Christian c: Mannn some of the best chinese food around! Love coming here for lunch, the lady is always so nice. Food is hot and fresh
kuladeep bezawada: Great quality food they offer here, like all there Tofu and meat dishes. Keep up the quality you guys have in preparing the food!
Tanya Rumley: I went in and got chicken and broccoli with chicken fried rice the rice was not fried and the chicken was very bland not seasoned and the broccoli was in seasoned with my chicken and I didn't want white rice and they gave me white rice The food just didn't have that authentic Chinese flavor
Christine Lee: Got carry out last night. Absolutely delicious. Great prices, great portions, and the food was so yummy! Best Americanized Chinese food in the area. Can't wait to try their more authentic dishes. I ordered the general tso with veggie lomein, eggplant in garlic sauce with fried rice, and beef chow fun. All absolutely delicious.
C D: This is our favorite Chinese takeout in the Triangle. Never disappointed.
Cassie Koester: Delicious food, great flavors, tastes fresh, and super nice staff. My favorite Chinese food!
John Stumbaugh: I love this place. Best Chinese in all of the Carolinas.
Rikudou Sennin: Food: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Nicoly cole: Good soups. Had the hot and sour and wonton, we'll certainly visit again.

cierra crayton: Best place to go to in Cary. Never a long wait. Great customer service and the food is always fresh and hot. Out of all places I’ve gone to they have the best taste. I recently moved 30 mins away and I still make my way here to order some food. I haven’t found a place in my new town that compares. Love it here ! Very clean atmosphere as well.

London Simone: The personnel were amiable, and the service was prompt, leading to an incredibly delicious and perfectly prepared chicken and rice meal. The quality of the food was excellent, and I highly recommend this Chinese restaurant. The only disadvantage is the additional fee for peas and carrots, as most places do not charge for these items. Regardless, I am certainly going to return here for more scrumptious meals.

Glenn Niedergall: Jenny was amazing and took care of us really well. We were undecided between Black Pepper Beef and Mongolian Beef, Jenny said both are good choices, but she likes Black pepper beef. Rachel Owen: This is our new favorite restaurant for authentic Chinese cuisine! We have spent a fair amount of time in China and were introduced to Chengdu 7 by friends who lived in Chengdu to 15+ years. Super delicious food that makes me so happy. Some of the amazing dishes we've tried here are the twice cooked pork 回锅肉, mapo tofu 麻婆豆腐, fried green beans干煸四季豆, cumin beef 孜然牛肉 and the cumin lamb, Yu-xiang eggplant 鱼香茄子, Chengdu style wontons 老妈抄手, braised beef noodles 红烧牛肉面 (classic noodle soup with a marvelous broth), spicy crispy fish, and Kungpao chicken 宫保鸡丁. If you've experienced the American version of some of these dishes you're in for a treat! Please don't sleep on these dishes. The Chongqing Spicy Chicken changed my life, can't live without Dan Dan Noodles, chili dumplings are a fave. We like food with lots of flavor and spice, so if that's you too there are so many great dishes here. We try a new dish every time we go.You can order takeout, delivery from the various delivery apps, OR you can eat in. The staff are super warm and friendly. If I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars I would!April 2022 they renovated the restrooms! Now there are more stalls in the women's room and overall it looks fantastic. Late 2022 they also renovated much of the interior with beautiful new decor and seating. Be sure to check it out!
Taylor christ: It's a very bad dish. I can only say that I won't go to this store again. The family will eat happily and leave unhappily. The manager's tone is like he is the boss. If you ask them to take one more thing, they will be very bored and forced to collect tips! The tip is voluntary, and they say it must be collected! Why? Your service can't keep up with your charge limit!
E Crow: Just ordered the General Tao's chicken special and it tasted like it was from yesterday. Also ordered the special fried rice and it was steamed rice not fried rice with three pieces of shrimp and nothing else.
Baffling Science: I ordered the Spicy Sauce Fish Filets through Uber Eats and it was so incredibly delicious that it blew my mind! Best food of any kind I’ve had in a long time.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5 …More

If you like it super spicy I'd make a note. The service was super friendly and fast. We were greeted immediately when entering and ordering over the phone was super fast.We found our go-to. Thanks!

Abi Turner (Buzbuz9): Overall this place was pretty good. The staff was friendly and the food was authentic. I got brasied beef noodles and my roommate got the pork with rice cakes. Both were pretty good but not stand out. I was disappointed with the crab rangoons (they were over done) But we got the gelatinous rice balls in sweet rice vinegar for dessert which were absolutely delicious. They are filled with sweet black sesame sause definitely recommend if you come here. The price point is a bit higher than other similar restaurants in the area but if you are looking for authentic this is a great option. We will probably be back. I am slowly trying every Chinese restaurant in the Raliegh area and this is definitely the most authentic one I have found so far :)Dan dan noodles 8/10 really spicy and yummytwice cooked pork 9/10 not to spicy lots of bell pepperhot pot beef 7/10 pretty spicychicken fried rice 9/10 better than most others in the areagelatinous rice balls 10/10 best thing on the menuVegetarian options: They had lots of non-meat options

MC Restaurant: what do users think?
Harlan Stafford: Dining on the front lawn as the evening and its light breeze enveloped us was a delightful treat, a bow on the gift of dinner. The menu is largely sushi but accommodates other tastes, too. In all, our table of 4 had 6 different dishes, each perfectly prepared, plated and served. The peanut butter dessert dish is as good a reason as any to return.Great wine list, parking on site limited but adequate, beautifully landscaped yard with its own little bunny.
Marina Mochkina: One word: overrated. The ambience is very pretentious along with ridiculously overpriced food. Don’t mind paying top dollar but not if the food is average and waiters have an attitude. Won’t be back, to say the least.
Michael J. Reilly III: Absolute perfection. We had Oscar as our server. He was so nice and was very spot on. As was the bus boy , he asked and was genuinely concerned about our experience there as well. Both were very engaging. The Lobster Roll app and the Wagu beef skillet were delicious. The pork meatball/ noodle bowl & the surf & and turf plate were sublime. My filet I could cut w my fork, melted in my mouth. Cocktails were nice, and the overall vibe made for an incredible birthday celebration. Certainly returning.
Shinya A: The dinner we had here was delicious. The menu can be pricey but I do believe you are getting what you pay for. Their dessert selection is good. This is not a place to bring children because it is a more of a fine dining and business class feel restaurant. It has a romantic ambiance of dim lighting and decor. I highly recommend this place for a birthday, celebration, anniversary, or date night.

Vitaliy Levit: I'm rather flabbergasted to find MC Modern boasting such a high rating among food enthusiasts. My recent visit, an occasion to celebrate my mother's special day, left me with a bitter taste - metaphorically, of course. The cuisine, hospitality, and general atmosphere left much to be desired. My family and I made an early entrance just as the doors opened, and despite the vacant dining area, our server took an alarmingly lengthy time to acknowledge our presence. His demeanor lacked the cheer one would expect from a person in his profession. Our interactions with him were unfortunately characterized by us beckoning for his attention to accommodate our most basic requests - be it placing our orders for starters, drinks, clearing our table, refilling our water glasses, or even providing new chopsticks after he mistakenly cleared away the ones we were using. Our server's knowledge regarding the restaurant's sake offerings was equally disappointing - he was unaware and unable to articulate the available options. His lack of attention was all the more puzzling given our table was one of the few he had to attend to.Then arrived the food, and I must admit, I was taken aback. The Caesar salad was laced with wasabi, a combination that unfortunately did not appeal to our palates. Additionally, its presentation was unappetizing - a massive slab that required further cutting. This, combined with poor dressing, compromised the salad's flavor profile. The edamame, although consumable, was overcooked, falling short of the standard you'd expect from a grocery store like Trader Joe's.The coconut shrimp dish, though aesthetically pleasing at first sight, was a letdown as we discovered that the actual shrimp were minuscule, engulfed in a thick layer of undercooked tempura batter and doused in an overpoweringly spicy sauce. The wagyu sushi was, in a word, uninspiring. Overcooked and devoid of flavor, it bore no resemblance to the wagyu we're accustomed to.Their Otoro tuna belly, which boasts being the priciest sushi on the menu, was the biggest letdown. Sliced incorrectly, this normally tender cut was chewy and hard, with a considerable piece of tough fat still attached. Our Chirashi dish was conspicuously absent until our forgetful waiter was reminded of its omission. When it did arrive, the presentation was disappointing. It seemed hastily assembled - scraps of fish strewn atop the rice, missing the essence of what a Chirashi should be. However, it was the taste that truly left a bitter impression - the fish tasted distressingly stale, akin to being left out for days.I had to send it back to the kitchen, after which a person who appeared to be a front-of-house manager approached, offering me an alternative without a word of apology or even making eye contact. For MC Modern to be considered for a future visit, a significant overhaul is necessary, both in the culinary team and the front-of-house management. As it stands, I feel compelled to dissuade potential patrons from visiting until necessary improvements are made.
Tiffany Bair: One of my favorite restaurants. The food is amazing and never boring. I’d give them 10 stars if they’d bring back my favorite warm gooey chocolate center dessert 🤷🏼‍♀️

Shannon Stiles: Went for a solo dinner and had a wonderful experience. Great atmosphere and vibe in a renovated historic home in downtown Cary. Service and management are excellent, pleasant, and attentive without being intrusive. Oscar was amazing! The Ceasar Salad was delicious, the Wasabi-based dressing had the right amount of kick to not make it overpowering. I had the Beaufort Swordfish and Shrimp which was cooked to perfection. Don't skip dessert, the Molten Chocolate Cake was epic. Everything on the menu is locally sourced and the menu changes every Thursday. I would recommend making a reservation as they have limited seating. This hidden gem is a must if you're a local or in town for business!
Justin Monroe: Mc Restaurant was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and the food was amazing. Menu changes based on locally sourced food. The Beaufort swordfish and shrimp was cooked to perfection. The almondine sauce was a perfect compliment to the swordfish. The Caesar with Wasabi dressing had just enough kick to make it a great starter. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone in the area.
Jeff B: Recently went here expecting a great dinner and service. We had several items and only one was great. The others were fair. The service was lacking and disappointing for the cost of dinner.
DrwedThinks: The place looks nice and the service were good, however when comes to the food is not what I expect. I expected good food because their food are expensive, however their food are not good at all. I ordered saigon noodles, Ravioli, and crab cake the food feels like they are bought or cotsco from Walmart, I expect something better for the price. At least the sushi was ok. I am not coming back.

Goji Bistro: what do users think?
Ele Link: Food was excellent and service was great. My daughter has celiac and they have a HUGE gluten free menu, which was fantastic. We will definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: Excellent gluten free menu
J Cianca: Great service. We came into order takeout and they were friendly and offered quick service. We ordered a beer and started chatting about the Japanese beer they had on the menu. Without hesitation he offered us a sample. This was unexpected yet much appreciated. The general vibe at the bar was friendly and positive. The food was delicious and I would definitely recommend coming again.
Rony Waheibi: Awesome food, great portions, very accommodating, FANTASTIC drunken noodles. Drunk as of this review but this place goes HARD.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Crystal Broadbent: Great gluten-free options!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Laura Anderson: Goji Bistro catered a large lunch for our company and they knocked it our of the park. Diana (sp?) was absolutely wonderful to work with when planning the food choices. She delivered it on time, was just as friendly as could be. We had a lot of specific dietary needs and she answered all my questions and labelled everything beautifully! They food was absolutely delicious! However many dumplings that you think you need, order more! They go fast! I also learned that none of their meals contain MSG - which is a bonus! 5 plus stars!Dietary restrictions: So many dietary options and they were all amazing!!
Rasheda Johnson: I’ve been missing Asian food for a while since I had to go GLUTEN FREE & then I found this wonderful place & they have a whole gluten free menu. The food was absolutely amazing. My husband ordered the Mongolian steak off that menu also because order server Austin recommended it & he loved it. I had the sesame chicken & the summer rolls which were very tasty along with the sauce. Last but not least the costumer service is superb!! Mr. ken(GM) was so welcoming & Austin did an outstanding job waiting on us.
Alexey Bulaev: Worst food I've ever tried in the USA. frozen rice from Costco is better than here. Also they charged tips twice and never said it that you pay tip twice.
Steve Knoblock: My favorite Chinese restaurant dish, Singapore Street Noodles are very good. The fried rice is very good too. Not too salty. Good with shrimp. They have cheese quesadilla for kids, which made my son happy.
Zack Ross: We waited a hour and 5 min to get our order taken then another 30 for food the service was terrible and need more staff… food was good though
Fawn Thayer: I love their gf sesame chicken and fried rice. It's amazing. You will not be disappointed if you go!!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Fried Rice …More
Steven Precourt: Probably the best Asian restaurant in Cary. They have a very wide range of Chinese and Thai dishes on the menu and they are all done very well. I've never had a bad dish here. It's pretty amazing how even when they are super busy, the service is always fast, and you never wait more than more than 15 minutes to get your food. The only problem they have is staffing shortages, but that affects every restaurant nowadays.
Dottie Blyth: My friend and I popped in Goji Bistro on a Monday evening looking for a quick bite to eat. I’ve lived in Cary for over a year now but this was my first time stopping by — was pleasantly surprised at the food, atmosphere and service quality! Ken was extremely attentive and recommended the Mongolian Beef, which was delicious. Will be coming back!
Erin Donehoo: Great food and great atmosphere! The Dan Dan Mein was tasty and you can customize the spice level to your liking. The manager Ken is very friendly and focused on creating a positive experience for guests. Good family owned local business!
Brandon Edwards: Ordered lunch to-go. The Mongolian beef was amazing! Good, quality meat used. No cheap China No.1 hole in the wall stuff here. The fried rice was excellent and the hot & sour soup was the best that I have had yet, and it is my go to at any Asian restaurant we visit. Very happy this place is across the street from my office!
Lisa m: The service, atmosphere and food are amazing. They have a large celiac certified gluten free menu and kitchen. We went twice in 3 days. Will definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free certified kitchen
Henry M. Lancaster II: Tasty mix of Asian cuisine.Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Egg Roll, Singapore Noodles, Green Curry, Tempura Green Beans Dine in: Yes Takeout: Yes …More
tom w.: Wonderful restaurant, food top notch service is amazing, and it’s clean. server Seamus was incredible. Nice atmosphere for family or date.
Leanne Clute: We originally found Goji Bistro via the Find Me Gluten Free mobile app while out in Cary, in November. Our first experience was wonderful with the food being absolutely delicious! We have visited again since and met the owners during a night where they were short staffed and juggling it all. As a former restaurant worker - I sympathize with the struggle. Despite staff shortage, we had another amazing meal and enjoyed chatting with the owners. This establishment is Celiac knowledgeable and friendly. The food is fresh and delicious, and the cocktails do not disappoint! We look forward to our next outing in Cary and enjoying Goji Bistro again and again!
Travis Horton: Decent Asian food, reasonable prices and quick service. A goto place for a fast mealFood: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Singapore Noodles …More
Bobby Sampson Jr.: The Goji Bristo is a cool inviting atmosphere the staff and owner are friendly. Austin was my server, and it was fantastic service by Austin! I got the Red Curry which isn't the spiciest one. But it was up there in spice. Ken came by and explained what happened with the spice. I appreciate the explanation. The waiters made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Great attitudes. Overall the food and the place was good. I have pictures of the curry I started to eat, and a picture of the gluten free menu. I do recommend giving this place a try if you're visiting Cary, NC.Vegetarian options: They have vegan and vegetarian options identified by a green leaf and a green V next to the food items. Austin, my server, mentioned Goji Bristo has all gluten free menu! Most of the major entres have gluten free option that can be made.

Jess Cardona: Absolutely amazing food, I work on this same strip and the food is prepared quick and always taste’s fresh and super yummy! All for affordable price, Highly recommended :)Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Beef Fried Rice, L17 General TSO's Chicken, Shrimp w Garlic Sauce, Egg Roll Parking space Plenty of parking …More
Allie Geng: The best carry out Chinese food.
Brian Mooney: Best Asian cuisine in the area!
KADA: I am sad to report this was the worst Chinese I’ve ever eaten in RTP.. Every item was tough- egg rolls, beef teriyaki, crab Rangoon’s, even the General Tao’s looked like fried chicken without sauce and was chewy. Spent $55 and threw it all away. Don’t know how other.reviewers can applaud.
Sampson O: Awesome food!!!! Great quality and taste
nathan mitchell: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5Recommended dishes Fried Rice, Vegetable Spring Roll, Egg RollMore
Lisa Montoya: So delicious. My go to place now. Had 5 different dishes and they were all so good.
Poonam Menon: I brought Hunan chicken and fried rice which is lunch special. The food was delicious and service was fast.
Latrenta Owens: Great food and customer serviceParking: Great service and the food is good
Karen Taul: Food is good, service good, but it is not healthy and they don't offer healthy options.
Fulton Breen: Really good Chinese food. Nice staff and great ordering website.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Kathy Pursifull: Our dinners are always delicious. We usually have shrimp lo mein and vegetables with tofu. Very flavorful and not overly salty.
Alex Woodley: Great local spot!
R G: Huge portion, great flavor
Patrick McKelvey: I've been going here for decades. Close & convenient. I rate it high for taste & speed. One annoying thing is they chop their lo mein noodles into small lengths (about 3 inches). I like my noodles long.
michelle: consistent in taste and only takes 15 minutes for food to be readynote: the food here isn't really authentic chinese food but more like americanized? but still tastymapo tofu was strange to me.. peas and vegetarian 🤷🏻‍♀️ (I probably should have paid more attention before ordering over the phone) I've eaten authentic mapo tofu from Sichuan before and this wasn't it or remotely close..
Sid C: If you want the "classic" takeout Americanized Chinese food, you can't go wrong with this place. We've been coming here since 1994 (they been here since 1993) and we always get what we expected.Authentic? They are not, just like all the takeout (mostly) Chinese restaurants, but who ever says you must be authentic to be delicious? Sometimes, you just crave for this type of food. The service is quick. I called ahead for the order and it was ready when I got there - 15 minutes. I got the lunch special for chicken with black bean sauce, and Szechuan Beef, plus hot and sour soup. The lunch specials are less than $6, a great deal! The food was tasty, the meat was tender, and it was hot off the wok. There are many restaurants of this type within 5 miles, but I think this oldie is still the best. One more thing - due to Covid, they have this plastic sheet up at the counter, with a small window to get payment and to deliver the food. This protects the works and the customers - a good sign to see during Covid times.
Richard Huckaby Jr.: The food was NOT good. Over cooked sweet and sour chicken. This is my second bad experience with this restaurant. The first time was the undercooked beef fried rice.. I won't be going back there ever again. One star is all that is deserved.
Robert Bruck: Best take out in Cary!!!
