He double checked to make sure I was taken care of, had all the proper info, and all I’s were dotted and t’s crossed. I would give Dylan 5 stars if I had the option to separate my rating from overall pricing & promotions. I'm not happy that I get free shipping on everything but because I bought a model bed frame from the guest bedroom bed I have to pay to get that delivered to pick it up myself. To me that's just silly especially since I bought everything form one location AND spent over $8,000. So now I'm getting everything delivered by the one bed frame that I have to pick up OR pay an additional $90 for. 🙄

Shopping at Cooper’s was a great experience, and they even held my furniture in their warehouse for two months while my house’s water damage was repaired. I’m immensely grateful for the wonderful customer service since our living room was a construction zone for a while. This locations Manager Khaled is Fantastic and it is obvious that he and his crew work well with each other. I shop from time to time, not as much as I used to. My most recent trip, I made up for in one purchase - that's for sure. Found exactly what I was looking for and thensome. So much is online ordering, which I understand, they seem to keep business still coming to the store location. It is nice to shop and have that F2F service/interaction. 🙂

I assume because it gets really busy here which brings me to my next point- I would very much recommend not going during peak hours especially on the weekend because it gets super busy. Be prepared to be patient in a long self checkout line when it’s busy lol. Other than that, it’s a great Target.

They have no motivation to do better or even care for their jobs because managers aren’t even seen on the floor.This is in a prime location of crossroads 20 plaza and by comparison, the location in apex, blows this out of the water. Worlds difference.get fresh energy in there and a management who can lead by example.

They funnel everyone through self-checkout and it creates a super long line that everyone has to wait in every single time. With as much money as Target makes, they need to hire just a couple more people to work registers so everyone isn't forced to wait 20 minutes in the self-checkout line.
