John Williams: Fresh produce, great wine and EXCELLENT beer aisle, basically a bartender to let us sample. Bakery is fresh and markdowns can't be missed. Meat department is over the top, helping with meeting any needs. Customer service is also incredibly upbeat. Making them my new go to. By the way, the aroma of their grilled sausages....Hello good 👍
Carm Mc (Cam): Great service from guy in the seafood dept. Needed the larger lobster tails that was being advertised. None in case or packed up. Most usually just say we out, but he was like I will be a few mins. I was willing to wait vs driving to another store trying find them. He came thru with a big box from the freezer.
steph vicen: Do NOT order for pick up at this location. Groceries are never ready and it's I'm possible to get a hold of them when you've arrived for pick up. You have to get out of the car to notify them which defeats the purpose.Eta when I went inside no one apologized, I waited 20 min outside because app said they were notified once I went inside the groceries were just put in a cart by the male employee and left there . Absolutely ridiculous.

Charles Krouse: I buy fresh flowers for my dates here. My favorite is yellow roses. The roses are very reasonably priced. I enjoy giving these flowers and seeing my date enjoy them.
Alex Cernac: Disappointing. Shoddy produce, certainly no better than other grocery stores in the area but marked up considerably. Other items seem to be marked up compared to other stores (coffee beans, yogurt). There were a few items that could make a visit worthwhile (bread from local bakeries, dry beans).
rando ward: Good Lord Almighty went and got a hot lunch, one piece of chicken, one scoop of cheese and noodles and one scoop of green beans. $21 This is crazy ridiculously expensive when Boston market was open their food actually was better and the same food was $10 and change.

Today is the third time that I received old salmon, and this fish in this condition is not good for health. Unfortunately I won't buy salmon from this location.

Way overpriced and low quality produce.update: more bad experiences. not going back and it is very unfortunate. corporate needs to look into how this location is being managed.

Richard Hargett: They are little more pricey than some of the other local stores. Their self checkout system is a pain. It's slow and awkward to use. It can not read the bar code of the VIC card from my phone app. Other stores system will do that. They don't have a hand held wand for heavy or bulky items. The main reason I shop here is they have a little better produce and they are the closest grocery store to the house.

Large selection of organic produce and speciality grains, that you often only find in the"other" chains.Edit. Original rating was 4 stars, now they are lucky to get 2 stars Was in this store recently and the rest rooms were discussing. Spoke to the manager about the issue and his response was that they would look at it this evening, which would be 4 hours. How could you let customers continue to go into a restroom that looked worse than a bus stop restroom. I would post photos but I don't want to make anyone sick.

My shopping needs will remain over there due to their friendliness, better selection, and more logically organized products. Even if that means I have to spend a little more, it's worth it.

Chris Gyles (Gyles): Lowes Foods It’s the only grocery store in the area that’s open after 11pm. They’re always staffed appropriately. Never encountered any type of issues. Great customer service. Extremely clean. Fruits and vegetables are always fresh. Great craft beer selection.

Alexius Williams: When I arrived the doors on one side were locked and blocked off. It seemed the store was preparing early to close. The registers were all closed and employees were stocking shelves and cleaning. No one was present at the registers nor self check out.

Timothy Gillis: I don't have any issues with this store or the staff, they were very helpful, courteous and professional. My problem is with Lowe's Foods Guest Services. The short version is they issued me an e-gift card for a problem I had at one of the stores. When I tried to use it, the computer at checkout would not accept it. A manager told me that they always have problems with the e-gift cards, and he has never gotten one to work. He offered to transfer the balance of my card to a physical gift card. After spending 20 minutes on the phone explaining the problem, Guest Services told us that the e-gift card was still valid and they couldn't transfer it to a physical card. Their suggestion was that I try again the next time I came in. I informed them that there will not be a next time. What makes them think it would work any better next time? Lowe's Foods had two chances to make things right, and they failed me both times. I won't be back.

Trick or Treat: The staff can’t do enough for you, but the place is mobbed, crazy busy. All the time. This isn’t full of fun, hippie shoppers like other Trader Joes. This is full of aggressive competitive Cary area shoppers who will slam their cart into your calves to fight for the last packet of asparagus. So the store is great but the customers are gnarly AF.
K: Everyone working there is friendly, helpful and very kind. Love the variety of products and that it’s always so clean. Lines are not long even after rush hour since they have almost every lane open. Love this store!
