Ausra B.: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bright Star Care of Cary! I have had a ton of home infusion services and none have been more seamless and stress-free, which is how it should be! My nurse Rose is absolutely a wonderful human being and fabulous nurse! I would be lying if I said I didn't look forward to my infusions because of her, despite the fact they're not fun otherwise. She's so supportive, cheers me up, is amazing with getting my IV, and I couldn't ask for anyone better! So grateful for her!All this comes after a nightmare of trying to find a home infusion service near me, (I'm in a very rural area), and an awful experience with Infinity Home Infusion which I absolutely cannot recommend (they changed names, so stick with Bright Star Care and avoid being abandoned for no reason!) And when Infinity literally dropped my care, likely because I had complained about how awful they were, Bright Star by some miracle had everything ready to go donut was a super fast and easy transition to them and I didn't miss an infusion. With anyone else I undoubtedly would have, but they care and helped make it happen! Again, so grateful and if you can do home Infusions, they are the BEST thing ever, and I highly recommend it!
Christine WHYTE: We first heard of BrightStar Care of Cary when my husband was under care at UNC Hospital at Home. Several of the nurses came from BrightStar and they were all excellent. So, when it came time to hire a caregiver, we called BrightStar. They immediately sent us Tarneshia Daye - a wonderful young woman - a perfect fit.. She is competent, compassionate and caring, and always cheerful. We're not sure what we'd do without her.

Kimberley Foresta: I worked with a home healthcare nurse, Tiffany, for several weeks regarding a wound infection. Tiffany and her care were outstanding and very reassuring for me after coming off a nasty infection. Tiffany was flexible in scheduling and would even follow up post appointments. Communication with other members of Bright Star were very efficient and I would plan to use them again if needed.
Dennis Winchell: BrightStar of Cary provided excellent professional 24/7 Caregiver services for my Mother-In-Law. Their staff was attentive to her needs, engaged her in conversation, helped her with personal hygiene, encouraged her to attend community activities, took her to meals, prepared lunches and snacks, and a myriad of other care details. They truly cared for her as if she were a close family member. It was comforting to us that we frequently received very positive comments from community staff and other residents regarding Mom's caregivers. The owner and his administrative staff were very responsive to any questions or comments we made to enhance Mom's care. Rick Fisher: Terrible first two weeks. Great first impression from home sales pitch but….. New people showing up with no notice from the company. One person was feeding me - an ALS patient - WITHOUT a face mask, They promised consistent caregivers but we have had 8 different people in first 13 days. The final straw was I spoke with their Director this week who promised to look into these issues and call me back the next day but again no return call. Great sales job but poor execution. Hoping things will improve.

Inna Gribovskaja: Personal Home Care of North Carolina started to help care for my elderly mother a few months ago. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for help with their aging loved ones! The ladies who provide care taker services are so wonderful - responsible, friendly, take COVID precautions seriously, very well trained, respectful. My mother likes the service a lot! Also, for anyone with Russian speaking elderly parents, this is a God-sent since many of the ladies speak Russian and so it tremendously helps with overcoming the communications barrier! Rene Vasquez: For almost 9 years I have known of, and have worked for, many home care and home health agencies; but, I have NEVER come across any other agency where the staff was so absolutely dedicated to giving all the care, compassion, respect, and utmost in quality services as I've seen from PHC's home care and home health staff members.
Alexander Golbraikh: My mother received help from Personal Home Care of North Carolina Cary Branch (PHC). Unfortunately, she passed away in March this year, and it was not a guilt of PHC. Just the opposite, administrator Marina Kamenichnaya and a person Nataliya who directly provided help (employee of the PHC) tried their best to help my mom. It was extremely important that Marina and Nataliya spoke Russian with my mom, which was my mom's mother tongue. The PHC has other Russian-speaking employees. Marina visited a hospital and rehab centers where my mom was receiving help, and got information about my mom from social workers and some of the medical personnel. The personnel of the PHC is very polite and attentive. The PHC provides care of the very high quality to the patients. They give aid in feeding, cooking, toileting, including using the bedside commode, washing and taking shower, and cleaning. Nataliya stayed with my mom when I needed to go shopping and to the pharmacy. On weekends it was possible to call her on the phone in case of the critical situation. I strongly recommend Personal Home Care of North Carolina Cary Branch for providing help to the seriously ill patients unable to look after themselves.
Anastasia Bubnova: I have heard a lot of good words about this company. I know they help families in difficult situations, work fast and professional. A lot of families could relax when you know that you senior relatives are in good hands!And the reason I give it 5 stars is because I saw how hard these ladies tried to create a special Holiday on May 9th - which is big in our culture and even more so important for the elderly. Then another day I ran into one of the girls at the store with a huge cart full of Goodies and a Big List in her hand ! It's all for "my grandmas and grandpas" she said lovingly. It is touching to see how much heart goes into what they do!
Alexander Nevzorov: Fantastic, caring and kind personnel, I don't know what I would have done without them. My mother has advanced dementia, and without in-home assistance maintaining regular work hours for us would have been impossible. In-home assistance includes bathing, feeding, administering medications, and help with other daily activities. People at Personal Home Care are very flexible with their schedule and can come in during weekends and evening hours. And their particular strength is a multilingual support, which is critical for older people needing care. Highly recommend!

Janice Robinson: I have several close friends who have chosen Comfort Keepers for the care of their loved ones. I have talked at length to several of their care givers and was more than impressed by their empathy and scope of medical knowledge. I have retained Cary Comfort Keepers’ contact information for any additional friends or for any of my own family members who might need home healthcare services in the future. Also the many positive reviews are further testament to the high quality of care I can count on. Aging in place is the goal of so many who would prefer this option vs an expensive, institution-based alternative.

david ruehle: I contacted Comfort Keepers to provide some Monday thru Friday companionship for my 91 year old mother as her mental status was quickly deteriorating due to dementia. They provided a lovely person who would come and be with her a few hours a day to visit with her, make sure she was eating, help prepare her lunch, take her to doctor/dentist appointments and the grocery and to make sure she was staying safe. The provider was kind, dependable, trustworthy and extremely patient. It gave me great piece of mind to know she was safe and being taken care of in her own comfortable home. I would use Comfort Keepers again and highly recommend them.

We found their online portal great for communicating with them and it gave us peace of mind knowing who was scheduled and when, and provided care notes and billing information. MediaCurationsLLC L: We use have been clients for a few months. My mom has been diagnosed w Lewy body dementia and so far still maintains living alone using this service. The aides help mom in so many ways every day helping do her laundry, preparing meals, talking to her and doing things throughout the daily visits helping her maintain some independence. Living alone is very lonely and daily visits give mom some independence and friendship. My mom had some off days due to her dementia and everything is handled professionally. Sometimes moms dementia gives us a hard time and the aides are so very patient and understanding with her. The aides are angels the weeks my mom dementia hates to see me. I know someone is there and she is taken care of.The owner is in the mix 24/7. I can call, text and she's there to answer any concerns I have. Cassiopeia will call to let me know of any schedule changes.We have been through a few services that were a nightmare. I'm so glad we found Cassiopeia bc I was in limbo finding a service that worked for what we needed.The service makes it feel Like they are right here for you when you need them. I can't say enough nice things about the group.I'm truly glad I found this company.

Cassie and her team members were easy to work with, thorough and knowledgeable. First, they did a needs and services assessment with my family member. Although I live in a different state from my family member, Cassie’s organization of the assessment appointment was impeccable. They connected with my family, asked the assessment questions, and listened to their concerns. I was also contacted about the assessment afterwards. They were able to start serving my family members that following week. My family member who received the care, isn’t comfortable with strangers, but really liked and enjoyed the aide that was designated for her. My family member who was caring for my other family member, appreciated the break and relief having the aide provided. I would definitely use them again.

Steve Trasatto: Wisdom Care worked very hard to provide care for my mother even during Covid, which was extremely challenging for all involved. They were generally very responsive to issues when they arose. I could call them for support 24/7 and it was a blessing to have access to their nurse for any medical questions that popped up when my mother's PCP was unavailable. Their nurse Michelle came up with a solution for a long-term problem that my mom had which really improved her quality of life, and made things easier for the caregivers too. I would not hesitate to use their staff again.

Communications were excellent and the caregiver was extremely caring, responsible, and worked hard to provide excellent assistance. The attention to detail, the gentle, tender, care and advice as to what products are best for my mom is beyond my expectations. Mom’s Palliative care Nurse has said her excellent physical condition is due to the diligent and tender care she is receiving from her care team. I can not praise them enough. They are a blessing.
Brian Haynes: Phillip took the time to understand our needs and delivered on his promises. He was always available via texting and email, even when outside of the country. Doreen was the primary caregiver and did an excellent job. Another caregiver, Sunshine, was also excellent and filled in when Doreen wasn’t available. Both showed a lot of initiative, which was refreshing. The only reason we stopped using this service was that it was no longer needed, since my mom moved to another home, where the support staff were able to provide the care needed. I highly endorse this company.

Phillip and Winnie have such compassion for my mother and her care. They treat her as if she was part of their own family!Also, They provide a very professional service with great communication to me and my mother. They always make sure to find the perfect fit for the sitter who fits my mother’s lifestyle and personality. Winnie is incredible with her training of the sitters.
