pang yang: Will never recommend again. Have had great experiences until today. Bought a new trailer on Jan 19 which we put 60% cash down and when we got home, we noticed that the Jack was sitting funny. We thought that maybe the angle was intentionally like that for that specific jack however it turned out that it was not. My husband called east Coast Sales and was told to take the trailer back up there. At his earliest convenience, he did. He met the manager, Randy, inside who was completely unprofessional and rude. Randy walked my husband out as he was trying to explain to him and show him pictures of the Jack/trailer. Randy shewed him away several times with his hand and repeatedly told him Bye. Randy also told my husband that he didn’t want my husband’s business despite my husband being a repeat customer. Justin, however, took time out and tried to resolve the issue. As a matter of fact, after the mechanic came out there and pretty much told my husband that he was a liar yet gave fault to the welding job, Justin was persistent in trying to calm the situation and husband down and offered to do what he could for us. After leaving EastCoast Sales my husband called Bigfoot Trailers himself and got a resolution. Moments later, we got a text from Justin stating that Bigfoot Trailers was going to cover the fee to fix it there as well. However we will not be returning to this place for any more business.

When I went to their shop, he gave me a side by side comparison of the differences between the two trailers we were looking at. Matthew Fischer: I went there today to get some information on trailers and narrow down what I was looking for. After first pulling into their lot, I was a little skeptical. DO NOT LET LOOKS FOOL YOU! Everyone I interacted with was nice and knowledgeable. After being sent to their trailer lot to meet with Everette, I knew I had come to the right place. He listened to what I was looking for, then knew exactly what to show me to help narrow down what I wanted. He was VERY knowledgeable on all the trailers in the lot and admitted anything he was not certain about. Everette spent a long time explaining the differences between trailers to me and giving his personal pros and cons about each. There was NO pressure from his side on pushing towards a purchase, but rather was just focused on informing me on the inventory. I am typically hesitant on visiting dealers due to the usual salesman but I was comfortable throughout my visit to this dealer. When I go to buy a trailer, I will be giving Rigsbee my business as it has a personal and professional feel.Lastly, their pricing on the lot seemed to be straightforward and VERY reasonable.

Blair Branham: We drove 4.5 hours to buy a 8k trailer and ending up buying a 10k trailer. We called and told them we would be getting there around 5 since we were 4.5 hours away and decided to do business with them. Everett said that was fine and had no problem with us coming late. We were looking at the trailers with one of the younger boys when Everett came up there asking us to wrap things up because they were past closing and everyone was ready to go home. I told my husband right then he was rude and we should go somewhere else. We walked down to finish the paper that we were being rushed to complete. (Which wasn’t even ready when we got down there) They had pulled the trailer down to our truck so we walked out to go over everything with the young boys while they got the paper work ready. (Mind you were all of 20 feet from the door to the shop) Everett came back outside and told us we needed to come on and was pointing at us to come inside. My husband nicely told him we were coming he just had a few more questions. Instead of my husband asking his questions he made his way inside were he told Everett he just wanted to make sure he had everything in order since this was his first big dump trailer. Everett rudely said we’ll you should of gotten her earlier it would of helped out. I have somewhere to be in 15 mins . If we didn’t have our kids with us, we would of gotten our money back and took our 10k somewhere else where they had no problem going over equipment and making sure their customers questions were answered. The ladies in the building were super sweet as well as the young boys. But Everett is a complete jerk. He shouldn’t of told us that getting there at 5 would be ok when in reality it was a problem. Next time we will spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

ALL of the staff members were very easy to work with, from the front end staff to the guy repairing trailers in the back, I talked to most all of them.
