Denise Alston: Iam writing this review for Mr. Boswell....first of all he has used CRTS for a lot of years..good company and never had any problems until now....he brought his trailer in because wall was damaged ..so his insurance company was involved with this ...the service department took the wall down but never communicated with Mr.Boswell nor the insurance company about the damaged...needless to say they put everything back together but never fixed the problem ..after paying out $7000 dollars the wall is still not working ..having the same problem..CRTS said they would repair it again BUT WANT TO CHARGED HIM ALL OVER AGAIN BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T COMMUNICATE NOR TALK TO HIM BEFORE THEY PUT WALL BACK UP....ALL MR. BOSWELL WANT IS GET HIS TRAILER FIXED ..HE HAS SPENT SO MUCH MONEY ON THIS PROBLEM AND IT NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED ...

He order the various parts from his suppliers, packaged them and shipped them directly to the boat yard. All the parts were original OEM and now the trailer is like new. When I went to their shop, he gave me a side by side comparison of the differences between the two trailers we were looking at. Even though it started to pour rain, they pulled the trailer down, set it up, and checked everthing. Everyone I dealt with were great!

We pulled in and I told my husband not sure about this place… but we went in and asked about trailers, the lady was nice and told us to see her husband and son at the trailer lot. Matthew Fischer: I went there today to get some information on trailers and narrow down what I was looking for. After first pulling into their lot, I was a little skeptical. DO NOT LET LOOKS FOOL YOU! Everyone I interacted with was nice and knowledgeable. After being sent to their trailer lot to meet with Everette, I knew I had come to the right place. He listened to what I was looking for, then knew exactly what to show me to help narrow down what I wanted. He was VERY knowledgeable on all the trailers in the lot and admitted anything he was not certain about. Everette spent a long time explaining the differences between trailers to me and giving his personal pros and cons about each. There was NO pressure from his side on pushing towards a purchase, but rather was just focused on informing me on the inventory. I am typically hesitant on visiting dealers due to the usual salesman but I was comfortable throughout my visit to this dealer. When I go to buy a trailer, I will be giving Rigsbee my business as it has a personal and professional feel.Lastly, their pricing on the lot seemed to be straightforward and VERY reasonable.

Blair Branham: We drove 4.5 hours to buy a 8k trailer and ending up buying a 10k trailer. We called and told them we would be getting there around 5 since we were 4.5 hours away and decided to do business with them. Everett said that was fine and had no problem with us coming late. We were looking at the trailers with one of the younger boys when Everett came up there asking us to wrap things up because they were past closing and everyone was ready to go home. I told my husband right then he was rude and we should go somewhere else. We walked down to finish the paper that we were being rushed to complete. (Which wasn’t even ready when we got down there) They had pulled the trailer down to our truck so we walked out to go over everything with the young boys while they got the paper work ready. (Mind you were all of 20 feet from the door to the shop) Everett came back outside and told us we needed to come on and was pointing at us to come inside. My husband nicely told him we were coming he just had a few more questions. Instead of my husband asking his questions he made his way inside were he told Everett he just wanted to make sure he had everything in order since this was his first big dump trailer. Everett rudely said we’ll you should of gotten her earlier it would of helped out. I have somewhere to be in 15 mins . If we didn’t have our kids with us, we would of gotten our money back and took our 10k somewhere else where they had no problem going over equipment and making sure their customers questions were answered. The ladies in the building were super sweet as well as the young boys. But Everett is a complete jerk. He shouldn’t of told us that getting there at 5 would be ok when in reality it was a problem. Next time we will spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

ALL of the staff members were very easy to work with, from the front end staff to the guy repairing trailers in the back, I talked to most all of them.
