JG365: I went to get a sub, I decided on a "big" sub with Turkey but wanted different things on each half because I was going to give half to my son. So I tell the sub maker to put may only on half. He slices the bread to open it and slathers on mayo across the top half. I stop him to try and explain that when I said half, I meant the left/right half, not top/bottom half (like the sub would taste different with mayo on the top/bottom?). He didn't understand. We had to get a supervisor to explain this concept that two different things would be going on the sub, my half and my sons half.He was very nice, but it was a frustrating process to go through because the concept was simple (I thought). It was like he had never made a sub before. Maybe he was high?I don't know. All I know is I will think twice before going there to get a sub again, unless I want the frustration of having to explain a simple concept and it still not get through. I felt like I was on one of those shows that puts you in an awkward situation and then they reveal they were screwing with you to see your reaction.
Michael Calarco: Traditional Publix, good size with all the usual supplies and foods. Clean with helpful staff. Parking is ample and convenient.
Russell Villard: Top notch store. Everyone is eager to help. Well stocked. Expensive though.

John Williams: Fresh produce, great wine and EXCELLENT beer aisle, basically a bartender to let us sample. Bakery is fresh and markdowns can't be missed. Meat department is over the top, helping with meeting any needs. Customer service is also incredibly upbeat. Making them my new go to. By the way, the aroma of their grilled sausages....Hello good 👍
Carm Mc (Cam): Great service from guy in the seafood dept. Needed the larger lobster tails that was being advertised. None in case or packed up. Most usually just say we out, but he was like I will be a few mins. I was willing to wait vs driving to another store trying find them. He came thru with a big box from the freezer.
steph vicen: Do NOT order for pick up at this location. Groceries are never ready and it's I'm possible to get a hold of them when you've arrived for pick up. You have to get out of the car to notify them which defeats the purpose.Eta when I went inside no one apologized, I waited 20 min outside because app said they were notified once I went inside the groceries were just put in a cart by the male employee and left there . Absolutely ridiculous.

Smi Pat: Bread from this store had mold before expiry date. Store does not have proper scanning system. Even with correct self checkout purchase from customer they asked to come back and verify if product is purchased as their system falsely reported issues. This is not good user experience.

Ashutosh Rai: I like this store; I am new to NC and found it very convenient. I avoid filling the gas at random places, and Costco is far from me, so I use this place for my Grocery and gas both. Giving five stars to the store manager, I called the manager and asked about an issue I had faced; he is so lovely, handled this situation politely, and showed a very high level of customer centricity. He said we should show empathy and talk to our customers even if customers do not understand. I highly recommend this store for Grocery and gas both.

Shane Armstrong: I don't think this could replace my normal grocery store, but it's a great place to stop in once every week or so for more specialty items. Fair selection of fresh baked goods, and lots of little items throughout the store that you don't find at a standard grocery.
Terri Parker: Such an interesting experience. Focuses more on self service. They do not put groceries in cart after scanning and it's common for them to leave you there struggling to gather your stuff as they walk away. Not the friendliest in my experience.
