Silvia Sanchez: Average food. Terrible service, I saw people walking out. They don’t want anybody business. Spent $50 on a take out for a pork plate and 2 rolls. They said South and north roll comes with 4 pieces of sushi after I went inside to ask them if that was right. 4 pieces of sushi for $10. I know it’s not true they just didn’t like that I asked if it was going to be too long after waiting for 40 minutes for a takeout.Everyone you ask will tell you that they’re mean and their service is terrible. I bothered to give them a chance.Just go to sushi nine. Bomb food, great service and Bogo everyday. Even without the bogo their prices are very fair for what you get.

Scott Crawford: Went here for lunch on a weekday on a whim. Almost everything we had was EXCELLENT! The miso soup was great, my spicy pork bulgogi bowl was awesome, and my wife's sushi rolls were top tier! Also the pot stickers we had for an appetizer were delicious! All the food was very fresh tasting as well! The only downside was the teriyaki sauce which left something to be desired.

Joseph Hsu: Having moved here from California, I’ve been searching for a “proper” California roll until now. (Crab filling should be shredded with mayo, not just a full crab stick). I know it’s a small thing but it’s a big difference for us. And we finally found it at Yuri!Rolls are good, fish are fresh. I love that it also has izakaya dishes. We always make it a point to come here if were in Cary.Service is nice but can be slow. Also was not impressed with their udon.

Benjamin Mangalam: First time here, nice little place. Got hibachi chicken and hibachi steak with fried dumplings. We both like our meals, wives got more vegetables than me 🤣, but she doesn't even eat vegetables. I wished it little bit more favor on the steak pieces. The rice was good with the vegetables. The fried dumplings were nice and hot. The restaurant was okay. There was water by the employee door entrance, and the bathroom was in the back of the restaurant.
Floyd Powell: Favorite go to Japanese takeout place. Been going here for years. Prices have gone up over the years so it’s kind of expensive now but it’s worth going every now and then just to try it. I usually get the hibachi chicken and shrimp and the wife usually gets the yummy chicken entree. Both are pretty good. You can expect to spend about $13 per person here (not including drink) and I’d recommend calling in your order so that your food is ready when you get there. Hope this helps!

RK The Trash Artist: Despite the mixed and low reviews, my experience at Genki's was a pleasant one. Our waitress was very sweet and accomdating during our visit from start to end.As for the food, it was honestly delicious!
Cherese Boyd: Customer service is nonexistent. I ordered curbside and there was a selection for extra white sauce I selected that option. No where did it state that the extra white sauce would be a substitution for the ginger sauce. When I inquired about my missing ginger sauce, the lady immediately said it’s gonna cost extra, which is not a problem but the way that she made it seem was that because I chose extra white sauce, I should have known that I would not get the ginger sauce. There is a way to get the information across without being rude. I mean it was only $.82, and if I asked for it, I must be able to afford it. Then she came out with the bill for the sauce, but with no sauce to ensure that I paid the amount first otherwise I would not get the 2 ounce cup of sauce. How insulting

Bethany Prentice: Maybe its because I haven't had sushi since before the pandemic but this place was an awesome find for the area. Fresh, tender sushi that held up its shape when grabbed with chopsticks. Good variety of both rolls and nigiri/sashimi. Service was amazing despite me being a lone party of one. Attentive, knowledgeable server who seemed to genuinely care about my wellbeing after slamming multiple of the best priced sapporo I've found in the triangle. Hot sake was a cool touch thats hard to find elsewhere. Resevervations dont seem necessary, but might be a good plan past 6pm. 10/10, would spend my severance check here again.

I've eaten here several times and have felt fine each time, but last night I got my regular order and I was super gluten sick almost immediately. Not sure if there was cross contamination in the kitchen last night. I'm disappointed and not sure if I would order from here again, but I do recommend the delicious ramen if you are not GF!

I can't recall the name of my other roll but it was a fried roll with a really nice warmth throughoutOur chicken katsu was mild, crunchy and easy on our stomachs, good portion for cost. My wife thought maybe a little too mild but i think I have her spoiled on my own curry spiced chicken katsu .It was very yummy and I enjoyed the traditional sauce on it. Everything had a warm, gentle and home cooked vibe to it, like if you had a Japanese cousin and they invited you to dinner.I will be back, thanks for the memorable meal :)
Josh Rife: This place used to be the spot. We'd order there anytime, not a bad option to be had.They changed ownership and we've tried several times since then. It was okay for a while, a bit hit and miss on order accuracy. Now, however, it's fallen off. In one order, the udon was overcooked, broth was way too salty, the sushi rice was hard and stale, and the fish was flavorless, across multiple rolls. They're still charging prices like they're the sushi spot to go to, bit quality has taken a massive nosedive.Sucks, we patroned here for about 8 years consistently. Now it isn't worth even half of what it costs.

Michael Luongo: Food so horrible I had to post a review. I used to order from this establishment frequently, however lately the food has gone downhill fast. Food being delivered cold, portion sizes smaller, dressings runny and you can tell the fryer grease hasn't been changed based on how the food comes out and looks. Will not be ordering from here again.
