Alexander Gagliardo: Lots of equipment and some smaller lots of plates, knives, kitchen tools, etc. Maybe 70% used, 30% new. Felt very much at home browsing around and the owners seemed ready to talk and help me if I needed it. Inside was clean and abundant. Highly recommend giving these guys a shot.Thank you again!!

Katherine Eves: Absolutely RUDE RUDE employees in this Cary location! Please read the review about the grey haired lady with glasses! She and her coworker today (3/17/23) were absolutely not helpful and apparently just wanted us to go away. ..So we did- never to return!

Nigell: I went to this location looking to purchase my wife a high end cookware set for a Christmas present. I browsed for a few moments then eventually found an associate to assist me with some questions I had. While speaking with the woman she acted like I was bothering her with my questions. I have never been treated so poorly by any associate when making such a large purchase. I couldn’t believe the rude, snarky, unhelpful responses I was getting. I felt so uncomfortable and un-welcomed at this location due to this person, I drove across the city to visit the Durham location.Beware of the older woman(I would guess 50’s) with shorter grey/light colored hair and glasses at this location, she will make you feel so worthless. Absolutely no idea how she is still employed with this company the way she treats customers. After the few minutes I spent with her and her attitude I will NEVER visit this location again. Stay away!
Vin DeLoach: I went to Williams-Sonoma two days before Christmas in search of a large serving bowl of a type I had been unable to find at other local, and less expensive, shops. WS was as crowded as one would expect, but the staff were courteous and professional, and the store has a comprehensive selection of high-quality kitchen goods. I was particularly impressed that the cashier not only found a box to fit my purchase, but packed it securely and wrapped it beautifully even though the line for her cash register was growing by the minute.

Jenna Chamblee: I went there to return items from my registry and one of the employees looked me up and down and rolled her eyes when she saw me walking in with a few times. Once I made it to the register- I stood there for awhile and they couldn’t find my registry to help with any of my returns ( I have easily returned items at several other William and Sonoma stores ) the one lady who stared me down when I walked in ( I beleive her name was tonya ) also rudely told me I couldn’t return a coffee maker after using it once and not liking it.. that makes no sense as in you need to try the product to figure out if it is good or not. Poor customer service and the one employee ( I think tonya ) should not work with customers.
NYtoNC 21: Drove to this location from Clayton to get specific products. The store wasn't busy at all.....one guest besides my family were shopping. Staff was busy talking to each other and nobody acknowledged us. A white lady walks in and she's greeted...I literally asked my husband was he acknowledged....he said no. So, we quickly decided to leave.

I noticed that many of the staff here acknowledged their white-coupled customers, but when the black couples came in, there was no acknowledgment whatsoever, even when eye contact was made, and the staff wasn't busy. This was the experience and the representation of my first visit.

Quite a big store inside. There were quite a few workers who were available but not very engaging. This will be a convenient location for gifts and kitchen supplies.

Enas Hajj Hussein: The Manager was very disrespectful to me, my family, and a large group of individuals behind us. He shouted out to me and my family and a big group of people behind us, telling us that it was an express line even though it wasn't, and there were 2 groups of people who had wayyyy surpassed the "10 item limit" that then changed into the "20 item limit." There was no sign indicating that it was an express lane; rather, the line we got sent to had an express line sign even though it wasn’t. The whole store is in shambles. It was a very hot and humid day. Me and my family weren’t looking to argue, so we chose to ignore this incident, but later overheard him making exceptions to others that he knew in the line who went way overboard with the "20 item limit." I just don’t think it's fair to treat customers like this, and I do very much understand that it was a hot day, but the way he acted was just disrespectful and uncalled for.

Yes You gotta wait in line but it is what it is… Staff is always friendly to me and I can get in and out quickly on most days… sometimes You gotta wait longer than others. Daud Shah: There are some good products I like at Restaurant Depot that I can get on a day pass. However, it is painful to wait longer on checkout. Every other time I go there, I have to wait for an hour or more to be checked out because the cash register system is not working.The issues I am told are all sorts of things from connectivity to other technical issues. I wonder if it is really a big investment for the chain to fix while compromising on losing customers.

Kevin Chrusciel: Coming here is always a painful experience. The check out lines are almost always terribly long. Due to being understaffed and the staff they have being incompetent. The cashiers are very slow and lack any sort of customer service skills.
J.C Solis: They never have what you need. You find containers but not lids or lids but not containers or just none of them, a lot of missing items, it looks like they don't even check inventory. Also, most of the employees look miserable and have very bad attitudes they avoid you, don't want to answer any questions they for sure make you feel like a bother.

Annette Jones: I don’t understand why they risk the customer’s wellbeing by having the employees stock the floor during business hours. Why not do it on night shift and have a few on the floor throughout the day replenishing. That place is an OSHA violation waiting to happen. Be careful of other customers potentially plowing you down also…rude as hell. My last visit I felt like I was in a maze. Went down several isles and Couldn’t get the isles due to all the pallet in the isles…oh and don’t get me started on management. I accidentally picked up and bought the wrong chips because they were stocked in the wrong location…corn chips and Cheetos in the same location . At the return counter they called management to approve the return. When the manager learned of how this happened he told me to more or less pay attention to what I’m purchasing because he had to come “all the way from the warehouse”to approve the transaction . Being the nice person I am I declined to tell him that was his job and to choose another profession. Any who, that was a few months ago. My last visit the same manager was supposed to look for some lids that matched the cups I had picked up…he disappeared around the corner and never came back. Place is so disorganized. Most things have no price tag so you don’t know what something costs. The bottleneck at this location is management for sure!!

Shaniva Patel: Today I went to do my shopping for my business. I quickly chose everything that I would take from this store. When I got to the cash register, I met this person who is supposed to be a cashier. You can see her name and her face Managers of Restoran Depot. When my turn to pay came, she looked at me for a few seconds with a worse face than the one you see there. Body language: sloping shoulders, slack hands, and a face that showed that being there working was a great pain for her. It was so unpleasant to see how forcibly she marked things with her red pen and how she scanned the codes with utter laziness and negligence. But yes! She was pending the conversation of her companions. It made me think that she could make a mistake in checking her merchandise, she seemed absent and little concentrated. She was not friendly and she never communicated any gesture of knowing what she was doing. Oh and not to mention the way she's dressed yet. It absolutely looked like her pajama clothes were worn to work. I do not pretend that she wears an office suit but at least that she takes her work and personal care seriously. Restaurant Depot and warehouse, transportation and ATM staff: thanks to the businessmen who come to this place every day to take our money, you have a job and a reason for being there, so everyone change your attitude. Well, absolutely nothing there, they all have the face of being so unhappy. So either this company's recruiting is failing or the current workforce is dramatically lackluster.

Amelia Larabee: I made a significant purchase that included a propane griddle. They knew I didn’t have a lot of experience with buying equipment and sold me a non thermostatic griddle for my diner. It has nearly ruined my business. I would have paid the extra for one that was thermostatic but they said I used it and they wouldn’t take it back. There wasn’t a sign that said this nor did the sales person advise me of this. I’m a small business struggling in a small town and they had no problem with doing this to me. It’s either on fire or stone cold. I don’t recommend them because they stuck me with a product they couldn’t sell.
