Joni: Don’t bother shopping for clothes between 9-10pm here, you won’t be able to try them on prior to purchase.Was told tonight at 9:40pm by the sales associate at the dressing room that they close at 9pm. I asked her why and was told they had to be cleaned and clothes put away.Went over to Ross and was able to try on a couple tops, no problem.
Matthew Henderson: Really big Marshall's location with a lot of things to look at! Gets kind of crazy during the holidays.
Nicomi Kloempken: If your ok with searching thru yesteryear's stock...your in luck. And upon checkout, they actually had 3 real life people doing check out. Floor was chaos, boxes all over, hard to shop comfortably. But they do have things to get for gifts. It was messy at best, but the staff was working very hard that morning stocking; everyone was pleasant!

The assistant manager Lubov Skiba is exceptional, professional and so very helpful and she is the reason I keep coming back to Tumi. Just 2 weeks ago I purchased a continental, dual access carry on suitcase. After my very first trip (just carrying on/not checking the suitcase) the handle broke off. Immediately after returning from the airport, I took the broken suitcase to the store and without any questions asked, Lubov replaced it with a new one. This was especially helpful as I am traveling again in 2 days! She recognized there was a screw missing in the construction and even apologized for the inconvenience I experienced. Lubov is amazing and exhibits the highest level of customer service of any establishment! A very loyal Tumi customer, WRS
Madeline Dietrich: Kevin is great! Came here on a Sunday afternoon hoping to get a feel for backpacks. He was extremely helpful when explaining differences between models. Would recommend visiting here if you’re in the market for luggage!
Tom Levitan: I left a Tumi suitcase for repair of the handle at the downtown Portland, Oregon store. Once repaired, the Portland store sent it to my local store at Southpoint and I returned the loaner bag and SP sent it back to Portland. Very pleased with service at rboth stores! This was a 7 year old bag - no cost for repair, loaner or shipping!

Sofie P: It used to be a cozy little thrift store with amazing cheap price and fast turnover. Since the last two years, the price has been increasing exponentially, and hence much slower turnover too - probably because the pricing scares people off. Seems like a staff started doing price comparison to eBay offers and make listing price close to that. How I know this? They taped similar eBay listing printout on the items and put their price on it 20-30% cheaper. What they might not realize is that eBay offer is not final sold price, and eBay seller have to recoup their original capital unlike a thrift store that get their item for free from donation. You can't have your cake and eat it too.
Emily Miller: For a charity shop where all proceeds go to the animals, it’s a cute little shop. I was surprised to see single pieces of glassware for $10-20 though. It’s a thrift store filled with donations at antique store/eBay/almost retail prices.

Nicomi Kloempken: Wonderful little charity shop...donations accepted, and the proceeds go to the cats, in the last year their prices have gotten way to high for a treasure finder. They have a toy in there for the last 3 months that's $100. Its book resell value is only $20.I laugh!! Some pricing person is going with the highest price online, even though there are 1000 of the toy on ebay at a low price of 20. I'm sure the volunteers on staff aren't that stupid to price the stuff so high.
Karen Wunderlin: Wonderful store; great variety of beautiful items including glassware, artwork, pictures, great clothes costing as little as $3.75! If you haven’t been there, give it a try. You’re missing a terrific thrift store!
Thomas Smitherman: . When it opened, we went in and I spotted an antique book and brought it to my wife who wanted me to ask about the price. I brought it to the counter and the woman started yelling at me about my mask. I was wearing a mask but the top of it had fallen halfway over my nose. I told her I didn’t appreciate that and she told me to leave.My wife is disabled and cannot walk around your store without help. The woman tried to pit my wife against me as if she was okay and I’m bad but my wife pointed out that the woman’s tone was not very polite. I personally would not even have been there if I had not been helping both my grandmother and my wife who actually had wanted to buy the $50 book I had picked up but obviously did not. This crazy woman ended up instead making my wife cry.In the course of this unpleasantness, this “lady” started yelling at two PhDs about “the science” and claimed to “own” the store … which would be interesting since it is a registered 501(c
Tracie Miner: Bring your donations elsewhere, somewhere they are grateful. We called before we drove there to ensure they are accepting donations. She assured us they are, but once we showed up, she started judging our items and very rudely telling us she didn't want our stuff. She didn't even try to help us with the boxes. We ended up leaving and taking the stuff we didn't bring in already to a different, more grateful organization.
