Carol Anne: Nice looking neighborhood! Its been around for a long time. I remember a time before...Not all mobile home communities are as lush and green with many flowers! There are alot of wooden deck covered porches. The whole area looks very uniform and pleasing to the eye.

illWill “Âzazel”: This has been my home for the past 32 years. I’ve lived here on and off my entire life, more on than off. The owner is a great person, if you ever have a issue you can go to him with it. It’s a quiet, safe neighborhood with for the most part great people.On another note, I’ve never seen in 32 years, the authorities sitting at the entrance like Cristen Munford has stated. She DOES NOT live here. And what were you doing up at all hours of the night? Meth is a helluva drug I guess.

paula lang: I have lived in this park for three years. In my experience if you go to the owner with a issue he tries his best to correct the situation. I own my home and rent the lot I am on. Owners pricing is far less then what is being asked for lot rent in the surrounding area with water and trash included. When the above water issue was being investigated the owner had crews and the city looking into the situation. It was resolved as soon as it could have been. I can not attest to the previous review of rumors and such but where can anyone live and not have some kind of neighbor drama. It is not a large park so we have one maintenance man and the owner who do the repairs. If it is above and beyond their capabilities the owner will call in the repair personnel as needed. My surrounding neighbors are very nice and I have never had a problem with anyone in the park. It is a quiet park and my son and I have no plans to move anytime soon.
Angie Ramon: Worst place to live in. Faulty septic tanks and owner doesn't care. The maintenance guy instead of giving maintenance to the mobile home park he goes around spreading rumors about the tenants and is in everyone's business. The owner claims gets very upset when money has to come out his pocket to maintain the property. He has even made his tenants pay to pump their own septic tanks! Ridiculous! Stay away from this place! It's unhealthy and unsanitary.

Kimberly Youtzy: After a long journey from new mexico, my husband and I arrived today only to be disappointed and angered by this place. We somehow squeezed into the tight spot only to realize there is no place to park our vehicles and to also find out no power coming from the pole! I should also mention getting a hold of the owner or his son is damn near impossible. Since there's no power to our rv, we are staying in a hotel for the night..or two. One good thing about this place is the neighbors are very friendly..we may move depending on if this issue gets resolved.

New owners took over a couple of years ago and I had been worried, but they have been even better than the family that owned it before. The new crew is on top of all of it - fallen limbs, water, cess pool problems, and storm follow up. Management listens, too.I've lived under much worse management - this has been great.
