Martha Zapata: Great restaurant in downtown Cary. Happened to walk in after being next door at the brewery. The service was beyond fantastic even though we walked in at 8:40 not realizing they closed at 9.The food was phenomenal, we started with the truffle pate which was smooth and creamy with just enough truffle but not too much to be overwhelming. I had the clams in white sauce and that sauce was so delicious I asked for a Togo container to take some home. Was delicious the next day with a toasted baguette. The best was the stuffed manicotti. The pasta is made in house and is thin, with almost the consistency of a crepe. They also have in house made mozzarella which was just so good. We spoke to the chef at the end to give him thanks and he mentioned that the manicotti is his mother's recipe! We actually returned a few days after our initial visit and had the sausage pie, another of chef's mom's recipes and it was spectacular! A simple buttery crust and sausage and homemade mozzarella inside, I would this every day if I could.I highly, highly recommend. The servers are all super attentive and friendly as well.

CADE B: This place is fantastic! I brought my parents here for wine and appetizers while they were visiting, and everything was so good. It made such a great impression that we returned for our anniversary dinner. Everything was excellent. The wine selection, the service (Colette is very attentive), the food is absolutely killer, and the atmosphere is great, even during a renovation. You can tell they know what they’re doing at Pro’s. It’s definitely one of my three favorite places in the area, and never fails to impress!Dietary restrictions: Gluten intolerance

Ryan McGriff: Felt awkward dining as a party of one. Instead of being seated at a regular four top, one was broken down and a table kinda pulled off to the side to seat me. Not sure why this was the preferred option as there was ample seating at the time of my visit. Bread was plain; just basic white bread. And regular butter. No sort of Italian flavor going on. Would’ve been nice to at least have some seasoned olive oil to dip it in. No side salad with the meal, which just kind of feels like a staple of an Italian restaurant that was completely missing. Chicken parm was good, but the sauce was very watery; did not have adequate cling to the pasta. Pains me to say it, but Olive Garden is better…
Eileen Littel: We frequently go to a Enrigos for dinner so I decided to have my Dad‘s 90th birthday party. It could not have been better… The food was excellent. The service was first class, friendly and very attentive. We were 25 people and we felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant, and I cannot say enough about the owners and their staff. Thank you for making this very special day a wonderful memory for all of us.Dietary restrictions: Food allergies were attended to
Myra Greene: Picked up Bolognese and Chicken Picatta to take to the Symphony last night and both dishes were a major disappointment. There was as barely any bolognese on the pasta and the flavor was bland. The Chicken Picatta was bland as well. Not sure what is going on. We have been there many times and the food has been, not great, but the atmosphere and service have made up for it.
Julie Carlino: Great food and atmosphere.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Bruschetta, Caprese Salad …More
Philip Nguyen: I used to eat here when I was younger but I still go to this restaurant today and the appetizers are very good.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Lance Kruse: Disorganized and Unprofessional. I am usually very understanding when it comes to interactions, but I was genuinely shocked by the staff. We first walked in to a very busy restaurant (to which we have never been) and were looking around unsure of where the host stand was only to found out it was behind us where the host was just standing there watching us look around. We were clearly unsure of where to go and she and never said hello or asked if we needed anything. This actually resulted in another couple coming in after us and putting their name down first because she just watched us... weird, right? She then said it would be a 30-45 minute wait for a party of 4, which we felt was reasonable, and gave our name and number. We decided to grab a drink at one of the bars at Waverly place and waited about 30 minutes to call to check in on the status. The person who answered sounded very annoyed that I was calling to check and she acted like she couldn't find our reservation even though I watched the host write it down myself. Then, she said "It will be another hour", which I found frustrating as it had already been 30 minutes and was being told it would now be twice as long as originally stated. I sought to clarify this and asked if there was a reason for the long delay (sometimes accidents happen or people call off and we understand that). To which she said "I don't know, it's based on when people decide to leave". Obviously. So, I said okay and to let us know when the table is ready. The other people we were with decided not to wait, so we went to another restaurant. About 15 minutes after I was told "another hour", the host calls back saying our table is ready. I asked for a moment to check with the party if we wanted to go back to the restaurant and they decided not to given the poor service they have provided that they would be unlikely to hold the table for us to drive back. I then told them "Actually, we have decided to go to another restaurant since you said it would be - " and she hung up. The host hung up on me. I literally cannot remember the last time someone hung up on me - maybe, middle school?I cannot state how shocked we were. One of the people in our party has been a loyal patron for years and we were treating him to his birthday. After this, even he said he won't be going back. The service here is utterly ridiculous. I understand things are busy and hectic, but apologizing for misjudging the wait time by twice as much would go a long way. Also, not hanging up on customers (which feels like shouldn't have to be stated) is also a good starting point. If she had just explained they were busier than expected (or really anything) and apologize for the longer wait, I wouldn't be upset. Also, when I said we went somewhere else, a simple "I understand, we are sorry for the long wait, we hope to see you another time" would result in us maybe trying again. But don't not accept reservations and then get an attitude when you can't do your job of estimating wait times and showing basic (even faux) courtesy when interacting with customers. With so many other great places with great service (e.g., Farina Neighborhood Italian) and many places that take reservations, don't bother with Enrigos. Unless you are in middle school, then you should give them a call and see how it goes.
Shawn Dunning: The bruschetta had a lot tomatoes and no cheese but was fine. I liked the ability to buy individual pieces. The chicken piccata was amazing, hence the 5 stars. The staff were very friendly and provided great service!
Miranda Liu: This rating would be five stars, but the atmosphere was pretty terrible. We were seated in a sunroom area. The floors were really dirty, the tables were all mismatched and falling apart, one of the tables they put together for our party the finish was coming off leaving rough particle board that was scratching up our arms. We had to ask for a table cloth 3 times to cover the table up.Service was acceptable for the most part. The host spent an extremely long time trying to seat the table ahead of us and it seems like they were short staffed. There was also one waiter that was extremely loud and was serving several of the tables around us. We would have to stop our conversation whenever they came into the room because we could not hear each other. Now for the good- The food was so delicious! We weren't sure what to expect based on the atmosphere but were pleasantly surprised. I hope this restaurant is able to improve the cleanliness and atmosphere as that would make it 5 stars easily!
Sachin Verma: The great sandwich ever I had and off course the desert, I loved it. They also have the pretty nice cakes with the reasonable price. Definitely I would recommend to go and try the variety of sandwiches they have. Also, the staff is friendly and they provide great services. Thank you for being out there to serve the delicious food.
Michelle Moody: We love this place because they have great staff and gluten free options. The gluten free pasta is really good, the best I've had in a restaurantDietary restrictions: Great gluten free options
Alex L: We love this place so much. We live in the Lochmere area and have been coming here since we moved to the area about 6 years ago. Never a bad experience, literally never one. Food is always phenomenal and service is great. If you love Italian and are in the Cary area, highly recommend.Recommended dishes Tiramisu …More
