Ryan McGriff: Felt awkward dining as a party of one. Instead of being seated at a regular four top, one was broken down and a table kinda pulled off to the side to seat me. Not sure why this was the preferred option as there was ample seating at the time of my visit. Bread was plain; just basic white bread. And regular butter. No sort of Italian flavor going on. Would’ve been nice to at least have some seasoned olive oil to dip it in. No side salad with the meal, which just kind of feels like a staple of an Italian restaurant that was completely missing. Chicken parm was good, but the sauce was very watery; did not have adequate cling to the pasta. Pains me to say it, but Olive Garden is better…
Eileen Littel: We frequently go to a Enrigos for dinner so I decided to have my Dad‘s 90th birthday party. It could not have been better… The food was excellent. The service was first class, friendly and very attentive. We were 25 people and we felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant, and I cannot say enough about the owners and their staff. Thank you for making this very special day a wonderful memory for all of us.Dietary restrictions: Food allergies were attended to
Myra Greene: Picked up Bolognese and Chicken Picatta to take to the Symphony last night and both dishes were a major disappointment. There was as barely any bolognese on the pasta and the flavor was bland. The Chicken Picatta was bland as well. Not sure what is going on. We have been there many times and the food has been, not great, but the atmosphere and service have made up for it.
Julie Carlino: Great food and atmosphere.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Caprese Salad, Bruschetta …More
Philip Nguyen: I used to eat here when I was younger but I still go to this restaurant today and the appetizers are very good.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Lance Kruse: Disorganized and Unprofessional. I am usually very understanding when it comes to interactions, but I was genuinely shocked by the staff. We first walked in to a very busy restaurant (to which we have never been) and were looking around unsure of where the host stand was only to found out it was behind us where the host was just standing there watching us look around. We were clearly unsure of where to go and she and never said hello or asked if we needed anything. This actually resulted in another couple coming in after us and putting their name down first because she just watched us... weird, right? She then said it would be a 30-45 minute wait for a party of 4, which we felt was reasonable, and gave our name and number. We decided to grab a drink at one of the bars at Waverly place and waited about 30 minutes to call to check in on the status. The person who answered sounded very annoyed that I was calling to check and she acted like she couldn't find our reservation even though I watched the host write it down myself. Then, she said "It will be another hour", which I found frustrating as it had already been 30 minutes and was being told it would now be twice as long as originally stated. I sought to clarify this and asked if there was a reason for the long delay (sometimes accidents happen or people call off and we understand that). To which she said "I don't know, it's based on when people decide to leave". Obviously. So, I said okay and to let us know when the table is ready. The other people we were with decided not to wait, so we went to another restaurant. About 15 minutes after I was told "another hour", the host calls back saying our table is ready. I asked for a moment to check with the party if we wanted to go back to the restaurant and they decided not to given the poor service they have provided that they would be unlikely to hold the table for us to drive back. I then told them "Actually, we have decided to go to another restaurant since you said it would be - " and she hung up. The host hung up on me. I literally cannot remember the last time someone hung up on me - maybe, middle school?I cannot state how shocked we were. One of the people in our party has been a loyal patron for years and we were treating him to his birthday. After this, even he said he won't be going back. The service here is utterly ridiculous. I understand things are busy and hectic, but apologizing for misjudging the wait time by twice as much would go a long way. Also, not hanging up on customers (which feels like shouldn't have to be stated) is also a good starting point. If she had just explained they were busier than expected (or really anything) and apologize for the longer wait, I wouldn't be upset. Also, when I said we went somewhere else, a simple "I understand, we are sorry for the long wait, we hope to see you another time" would result in us maybe trying again. But don't not accept reservations and then get an attitude when you can't do your job of estimating wait times and showing basic (even faux) courtesy when interacting with customers. With so many other great places with great service (e.g., Farina Neighborhood Italian) and many places that take reservations, don't bother with Enrigos. Unless you are in middle school, then you should give them a call and see how it goes.
Shawn Dunning: The bruschetta had a lot tomatoes and no cheese but was fine. I liked the ability to buy individual pieces. The chicken piccata was amazing, hence the 5 stars. The staff were very friendly and provided great service!
Miranda Liu: This rating would be five stars, but the atmosphere was pretty terrible. We were seated in a sunroom area. The floors were really dirty, the tables were all mismatched and falling apart, one of the tables they put together for our party the finish was coming off leaving rough particle board that was scratching up our arms. We had to ask for a table cloth 3 times to cover the table up.Service was acceptable for the most part. The host spent an extremely long time trying to seat the table ahead of us and it seems like they were short staffed. There was also one waiter that was extremely loud and was serving several of the tables around us. We would have to stop our conversation whenever they came into the room because we could not hear each other. Now for the good- The food was so delicious! We weren't sure what to expect based on the atmosphere but were pleasantly surprised. I hope this restaurant is able to improve the cleanliness and atmosphere as that would make it 5 stars easily!
Sachin Verma: The great sandwich ever I had and off course the desert, I loved it. They also have the pretty nice cakes with the reasonable price. Definitely I would recommend to go and try the variety of sandwiches they have. Also, the staff is friendly and they provide great services. Thank you for being out there to serve the delicious food.
Michelle Moody: We love this place because they have great staff and gluten free options. The gluten free pasta is really good, the best I've had in a restaurantDietary restrictions: Great gluten free options
Alex L: We love this place so much. We live in the Lochmere area and have been coming here since we moved to the area about 6 years ago. Never a bad experience, literally never one. Food is always phenomenal and service is great. If you love Italian and are in the Cary area, highly recommend.Recommended dishes Tiramisu …More

Teresa's Italian Cuisine: what do users think?
Neal Patel: Sad to see this place go. Absolutely loved it
Kevin MacDonald: Want to be fair with this review and highlight why 1 star.Ordered 1 Pizza, a large salad, and lasagna. Total bill was $68. Got the order home to find the $27 pizza was not what we ordered, the $12 Cesar salad was made with the yellow parts of old iceberg lettuce( supposed to be romaine), no parmesan cheese, and Italian dressing versus Caesar dressing, and a $20 lasagna that was the size of a deck of cards and looked like leftovers from someone else’s meal.Contacted Teresa’s and tried to explain the situation but was told to contact the company that processes their online orders “Slice” . Turns out they contact Teresa’s who was not willing to take responsibility for their mistake and refund our order. Called back and offered to bring the food back so they could make it right, but apparently that was not an option but they did eventually give a $7 refund for not getting the pizza right. They are a local establishment and was really hopeful for a good experience but unfortunately that was not the case. Cannot recommend Teresa’s, especially given all the other great options in Cary for really good, reasonably priced Italian food.
Felipe Hernandez: La comida y el servicio son magníficos
Spade Ace: It should not take 2 hours to serve one simple pizza if there is only another table. Might be the coldest restaurant in Cary.
Matthew Minard: Don't order thru a gig app it will take forever and all the drivers know to stay away from this place. Sure it's mom and pop, but understand that they do not care about timing or making your delivery order. They shouldn't even be using app delivery systems they aren't capable of getting the food out in a timely manner.
Richard Boston: Great service and phenomenal food!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Tiramisu, Chicken Milanese, Caesar Salad, Tagliatelle Bolognese, Lasagne, Fried Calamari …More
Kyle Childers: Pizza was 10/10
Victory Officer: Very slow staff and unprofessional
mauro calanca: Se sei italiano e vuoi mangiare italiano, guarda altrove
Gokhan Yasar: When Alex was around working at the restaurant it was the best ever but now ever since he left and teresa took over with these people that can't even cook who works In there just became a fail all across the board the food they make plus the prices now is just nothing but rip off don't waste your time or your money going there at all
Maryellen Collamore: Wonderful and delicious food! Made my kids so comfortable as well (5 and 2.5). Highly recommend!!
Jeff Basham: We've been going to Teresa's for a few years now. Every time the food is great! She makes the most incredible red sauce. We always get an extra bowl for the table. Last night, we took my Dad for his 86th birthday. They turned off the lights and brought him his dessert with a candle. The whole restaurant sang happy birthday! We genuinely love Teresa and her restaurant!
Robert Bernstein: Food is good! Portions are small. Still looking for an Italian restaurant !!!!
Diane Haithcock: My initial review is below and had given 5 stars. I wanted to update because portions have been cut in half. Small salad means 4 bites now. And the quality has already changed. Caesar salad didn’t have anchovies like advertised or as it originally did when we first started coming here. First visit impressions: There are two truly Italian women cooking the food. We loved the food we ordered! It was amazing and so tasteful. The Caesar salad had anchovies, which is hard to find. This place will definitely be part of our normal rotation. I highly recommend this place for anyone in an Italian food mood.
Team Frankenvette: This place is absolutely amazing! Super friendly service. Phenomenal food. Definitely my new favorite place! Thank you to Teresa and her amazing staff!
Matt Beach: Excellent food and hospitality
Pat Berryman: We took out of town family here yesterday for lunch. What a wonderful, warm and generous welcome we experienced. We shared two large pizzas and a bottle of wine which were both wonderful. We will be back.
Lori Rusnak: I just can't say enough about everything everything we had tonight. From the hospitality to the amazing dishes it was excellent. Then to come out and ask us how everything was Teresa was very down to earth and accommodating. So thankful for this place with good food and heart.
John: The best service and the sandwich I got is the best sandwich I’ve ever had. !!!!! Awesome place!!!

Mark S: Soup and salad. Chicken gnocchi was great! Breadsticks were a bit hard.Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Famous House Salad Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot …More
Maren Kate Vodrazka: Our waiter CJ kept getting our order wrong and made us wait for hours for the wrong food and drinks. He also charged us wrong on all of our checks and we had to keep reminding him to change it. Heinous service. The restaurant was not busy at all either, they were just uncoordinated and unprofessional. My minestrone also was bland and flavorless. Instead of refunding us for false charges they gave the money back ON A GIFT CARD!!! As if we will ever go back.
pragnya sri ghanta: I ordered Blue amalfi as a drink .It was good. For Appetizer, I ordered a spinach dip with fried bread. I didn't like it at all. I tried spinach dip at so many places, and this is the worst. In soup, we got chicken and gnocchi soup, which was amazing. Main entrée is Alfredo chicken with crispy chicken . It was good. Chicken was crispy. Our sever is good and order came out fast.
Rosa Perez-Rojas: Terrible service. Went to McDonald’s across the street(at least terrible service is expected there... but surprising- they were more polite taking our order there)She Walked away the second she got our drink order. Not friendly or welcoming. Didn’t inform us on menu additions.. My SO would’ve had plain pasta had I not mentioned there were proteins to be chosen.. As someone with server & management experience in the past, You must be aware of how to conduct a dining experience for guest. Especially if you love to get paid well at the end.We came excited and hungry for our dinner date- and left disappointed and gutted .. Can’t say I’ll be back at this location.. but other locations have been great !The General manager was very nice and friendly however !! Props to her- She was accommodating and would’ve had us set up with a different server if we pleased !We were just too upset to want to stay tonight..I unfortunately didn’t get a name as there was no greeting either.
Francisco Beltran: If I could leave no stars for the service I would! Our server was a middle aged African American woman and maaan she immediately had a disgusting attitude on our first interaction just by asking for the drinks! We went in with great energy and to start off like that was honestly disgusting. We left immediately after, we didn’t even take a sip of our drink. We will never come back here or recommend it to anyone.

ROB B: OH MY GOD look people i took the family out for dinner last week for my daughter's birthday she used to love this place but let me tell you first it took so long just to get drinks before dinner then another family came in and sat at the table over from us that there daughter had graduation dinner and my granddaughter looked up and there was a big flying roach walking across the window behind the other family towards us everyone jump up and that was the end of her birthday dinner 🤪.... PEACE
Steve: They say service can make our break a meal. Food is consistent but service varies from great to awful, depending on who you get. This week it was the latter. 😡Food: 4/5|Service: 2/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Salad and Breadsticks …More

Elizabeth M: We came here for an early family dinner with kids. Our server, Christian, was outstanding! He was fast, attentive, and very friendly. He even chatted with the kids and he made sure we all had everything we needed. I generally enjoy Olive Garden, but the great service took this dinner to the next level. I’d give him 10 stars, if I could. ⭐️ It’s hard to find good customer service these days but Christian knew what he was doing! We had a great time!
Denzell Smith: OLIVE GARDEN FOR THE WIN!!!!!I’ll admit, given the holiday weekend, I was a bit hesitant to go, but I’m SO glad I did. Expecting a wait, I was pleasantly surprised that I was immediately sat. The server was excellent, greeting me with a warm and fri belt disposition, and consistently showing care and attention throughout my experience - he was quick to answer any questions and provide relevant feedback, and never let my drink get beyond half empty. His advice on menu items was on point and he made sure to keep the table free from empty used dishes. I chose the chicken scampi and the food was AMAZING. It was fresh and plenty to eat and take home afterwards. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience - TWO THUMBS UP!!!!Parking: Parking is available at the front, the sides, as well as at the rear of the restaurant - back parking isn’t a great distance from the front either!!

Ricci's Trattoria: what do users think?
Alfredo Gonzalez Saucedo: Best Italian food I ever had in my life! The ingredients were fresh and everything was made to order; very yummy. The chef came out to talk to us, and gave us a free slice of pizza. Great experience.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Calzone, Personal Pizza, Melanzana Rollatini …More
Peter Rivera: We had a party of 13. Our server was very attentive to us. She did a wonderful job!Food was fabulous. Will dine here again.Suggestion: Have a pre-set large party menu option with a choice of 3 apps ,2 main courses and 3 desserts. That would help expedite the food coming out of the kitchen.
Jen Hawkins: We had Dawson as our server and he was amazing. Food was good and wait time was short.Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Steve Gelety: Ricci,I've read some scathing reviews of you, your food and restaurant. I've never had a bad meal, everything has always been hot, fresh and delicious. When you see me and my family in the restaurant you always make time to come say hello. We had my father's 90th birthday dinner at Ricci's and you were very kind and provided a complementary dessert for my family.I want to address the complainers leaving negative reviews. These people don't have enough balls or character or courage to talk to the owner about their experience. They feel safe behind a keyboard where they can spew mostly nonsense and they don't think about how the comments effect you, your life, your family's future and your business. These negative people would complain about not having one more ice cube in their glass of water. My wife and I appreciate what you are, who you are and the hard work you do to provide an establishment that brings joy and good food to those who appreciate a good meal. All the complainers are living in the "me" world and they could care less about others.Keep doing what you are doing because from my view you have a great restaurant!Peace!
Prius Srini: Warm, friendly staff . Very accommodating. Patio service ambiance was just perfect. We were able to bring our German shepherd. Our waitress was great - she even stayed after 9 pm to serve us. Did not feel rushed. Will definitely be going back again and highly recommend this restaurant!
Blovelife nTravel: What restaurant stopped taking orders at 8:35 for a 9 o’clock closing I guess they think their food is better than God
shadiEA60: I have to go to this restaurant every once in a while to have penne Rustico ; my favorite pasta of all the time, very yummy, we love it so much.
Eric Moinet: Bartender was excellent. Waitresses seem especially pleasant.Ricci, owner, is still running around like a chicken with its head cut off, very distracting and sad for the atmosphere which is supposed to be relaxed. Unfortunately it takes away from the food and service.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Caroline C.: We tried to come for my kids birthday and were told they can't take us even though they were not busy. We decided to give them another try and this time it took 2 hrs to get our food. Food was good but they need to fix the service problem.
john kim: Food is good. Not the absolute best but good.I did have a couple of issues. First was we could not order the main entree while we were ordering the appetizer. Odd right? We were pressed for time so we told the waiter that we were ready to order the appetizer and the entrees. He replied that he will begin with the drinks and appetizer first. We thought ok maybe he doesn’t want to mess up orders. NOPE. He made us wait until the appetizer came out to take our entree order even though we mentioned we were ready to order the entrees!! Wth? I didn’t cause a fuss because I didn’t want to ruin the dinner date I was having with my wife. Hopefully its just the waiter that wasn’t trained properly rather than policy. Italian restaurants also tend to give you bread with your meals and they did not give us any bread until we asked for them. I think I’ll just order take out from this point forward.
Marie ketcham: Great food good service. Jenn the waitress was very informative. Food was excellant
Kate Lindekugel: Delightful European style bistro with authentic Italian favorites. Sauces don't seem premade, pasta is fresh and cooked al dente, and the service was efficient and friendly. Had mussels vongole (clams out of season), sauteed broccoli, kids cheese ravioli (also homemade and huge!), and chicken picatta. All of it was absolutely delicious!Vegetarian options: Several options available and good! (Not a pitiful after thought like some places)Kid-friendliness: Still a sit down restaurant, but kids menu has diversity and not just chicken fingers, burger, or hot dog like so many places. My kid's ravioli was huge and delicious. Looked like an adult meal.Parking: It's a strip mall next to a grocery store. Spaces everywhere.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor and level with parking lot
Munaf Patel: Thus used to be a great place to get dinner but over the years it's really gone down hill. The last time we were there finally did it for us. After waiting 10 minutes to get a drink order she refused to take an appetizers order saying she will be right back. Of course that turned into another 5 minutes or more and we asked another waiter if he could help and he said he will get he server. No server showed up and we finally just left. Even on the way out no one bothered talking to us.That's too bad because the owner had worked hard to establish the restaurant.
Chad McDow: Unfortunately, there was an abundance of disturbing screaming coming from the kitchen... my wife and I will not be returning. The food was fairly good, but the experience ruined it.
Pamela Oliveira: Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 2/5More
Venkata Raghavendra Rao Kolli: Authentic Italian food. Friendly staffFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Chicken Parmigiana, Calzone …More
Diana Ju Hyeon Lee: Honestly don't understand how this place can get any less stars than 5. Everything was perfect and their food (especially their pasta) was superb!!! Their rigatoni bolognese will be in my top 5 pastas ever eaten!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Nan Dillingham: Ordered chicken marsala and was told i was not available. Later spoke with owner who stated chef hadn't come in. Could be why there was a problem. We love this place and will be back.Parking: Lots of parking
Steve Conklin: Best Italian food around. Pasta is always cooked perfectly and the chicken marsala is the best I've ever had
Randall Cervasio: The food would have been good if it weren’t burnt. I ordered extra cheese not over cooked. It’s not hard. Terrible customer service. The owner treats his staff like garbage in front of guest. Calamari was SALTY and SOGGY.. If I ever go back to this gross place it will be to curse the owner out. He’s a joke.. I hope he sees this.
Devon Nance: Delicious! Come back again and try something new.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Martha Zapata: Great restaurant in downtown Cary. Happened to walk in after being next door at the brewery. The service was beyond fantastic even though we walked in at 8:40 not realizing they closed at 9.The food was phenomenal, we started with the truffle pate which was smooth and creamy with just enough truffle but not too much to be overwhelming. I had the clams in white sauce and that sauce was so delicious I asked for a Togo container to take some home. Was delicious the next day with a toasted baguette. The best was the stuffed manicotti. The pasta is made in house and is thin, with almost the consistency of a crepe. They also have in house made mozzarella which was just so good. We spoke to the chef at the end to give him thanks and he mentioned that the manicotti is his mother's recipe! We actually returned a few days after our initial visit and had the sausage pie, another of chef's mom's recipes and it was spectacular! A simple buttery crust and sausage and homemade mozzarella inside, I would this every day if I could.I highly, highly recommend. The servers are all super attentive and friendly as well.

CADE B: This place is fantastic! I brought my parents here for wine and appetizers while they were visiting, and everything was so good. It made such a great impression that we returned for our anniversary dinner. Everything was excellent. The wine selection, the service (Colette is very attentive), the food is absolutely killer, and the atmosphere is great, even during a renovation. You can tell they know what they’re doing at Pro’s. It’s definitely one of my three favorite places in the area, and never fails to impress!Dietary restrictions: Gluten intolerance
